I have ordered kook m keech men sneakers from flipkart.com. And after just 5 months o[censored]se, it's sole and stitching has broken and now it is of no use.
So the quality is not good n u give customer the return period of 30 days only when it works fine and after that customer start facing issues.
I want to return this and need a new one.

I have ordered asus rog phone 2 on 12 th of october and my given date of delivery was 25th of october and i gave complaint so they told me to wait till 28 th again i did not receive my order so again i complained so they told me to wait till 31st oct and today i got a mail again stating that wait till 3rd november who the hell waits for one month to get a product where as other sellers are doing all products delivered with in one day please...

I have ordered a trimmer from big billion day sale.. It's been 30 days passed still i haven't received the order... From last week i am raising the complaint and your representative are giving fake promises telling it will be delivered within 48 hours.. And today flipkart has updated the status that shipment cancelled... After waiting for 30 days you people are giving a proper solution to me.. I want the solution for this problem......

I have ordered a bean bag from flip kart, i havnt recieved the product also flipkart is not cancelling or refunding my money. When ever i call am getting false comittment as 24 hours we will solve but am receiving message saying issue solved but i havnt recieved the product or my money.

Flipkart is not turning back and started cheating customers by this kind of false commitment....

Placed an order for realme xt mobile phone on 15th oct in flipkart sale and it's still not delivered. Raised many complaints, but yet the phone is not delivered. Flipkart is unable to provide updates on my order. The only suggestion i get is to cancel and reorder, but the phone is always out of stock and i will need to pay more if reordered as i ordered at discounted price. On 29th october 2019, i paid ₹314 to flipkart at 8:38pm through upi via google pay. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed. I tried contacting flipkart but they said they had no information about the payment processing. My order id on flipkart is - od[protected]...

I purchased mi led tv from flipkart which was delivered a day late.
Then the installation and demo was scheduled after 4 day but no one came...
And when i called customer care they every time asked it will be done on scheduled day and time but it didnt happened...
Then they rescheduled it for 2 day later but since i was not available on that day i previously asked them to postponed it for next day and they said its rescheduled...
