[Resolved]  Flipkart — Moto G 2nd Generation - Not supporting for Contacts & Call History, Hanging & Heating

Hi, I had ordered (Order ID: OD[protected] a MOTO G 2 generation was on March 25th 2015 sum of Rs. 9899/-. I got a mobile on March 28th 2015. There is some problem on Mobile like, Heating, Hanging, Contacts problem while importing the contacts(Already saved contact numbers are invisible), Call History problem was also the same issue. So, I would like to decide return the product (Moto G 2 generation) on April 6th 2015 return was registered. I had unsatisfied about flipkart customer support. Because of their technical team was not ready to support for me. I had make call more then 10 times from the return registered. But flipkart team contact for me on April 12th 2015 after i had send the mail for money return back. They give me one link ie., smartchk flipkart and also they said activate the app after few minutes their words was, this product was good nothing problem like after that, now handset was optimized. But the problem was not resolved. I have same problem like above i had mentioned. Now I have irritated because of MOTO G 2 generation purchased from flipkart. Kindly give me a solution for this product or my money want to return back. We are totally upset with flipkart company and flipkart customer service.

Spoke to customer and got to know that he is facing hanging issue in his handset and we had already done trouble shooting and found no issue with the device. However, customer claims that there is an issue and wants refund only. So informed customer we can only offer replacement as exception and the same is already shipped.

Okay., Then how is the problem was arrive again in 1 hour. We had call from flipkart customer care - bangalore on 16th April 2015 at the time of evening from +91 [protected] number. Their asked for our debit card details because of our refund process. Now the only thing is It's fraudulent one. How can I trust the person from flipkart customer care. Don't mistake me I heartly said It's not worth. I want my money return back. Hereafter my statement is single ie., DISLIKE.

New product means what...????? It's a manufacturing defect means you should have ready to clear with customer's conversation and also you must solve the problem as soon. Why put a pending status for 10 days from the date of return applied.

I am not ready to struggle with flipkart. That's IT and also We don't want a flipkart product. I want my money return back.

Hi, I am waiting for your response. Our replacement order was cancelled on 18th Apr 2015 by flipkart. But still now i don't have receive any further information about my money from flipkart. 9899/- is not unvaluable right. I didn't use the mobile now the mobile is visible like just showcase thinks. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FOR US.

I had registered my last complaint on April 20th 2015 about Moto G 2nd gen. I got a replacement of this product on May 2nd 2015.

The replacement product was also worst piece. Now Power button and volume button is not working properly also contacts problem are arrived same as above mentioned like, Hanging, Heating, duplicate contacts while arrived on importing contacts from storage Via SD card. The important thing is when the contacts are importing from storage that moment it has to take time infinitive that means i must need to switch off the mobile then only it has to been stopped importing. I don't want to lose my money for this worst flipkart. It's a fakekart.

Kindly tell to flipkart about my money return back. Yes... I need a refund of my sum of Rs. 9899/-
