After experiencing very good service and prompt delivery I ordered a Weighing Machine online from Flipkart. The product was supplied by ZEOMRK INDIA vide order Id: OD[protected] and was delivered on 04.04.15. The weighing machine as given in the information brouchure is not getting Switched ON after tapping on the screen. Every time the button has to be switched of and ON again to use this scale which is very irritating and time consuming. I wont mind to go for a higher range product against replacement of this product. Awaiting for positive reply to resolve this issue.

    First thing first, I really HAD lot of respect on Flipkart's delivery model and quality. But… I ordered MDR XB400 headphone on 29th March. I received a Duplicate Chinese product and not a genuine original SONY product. I have an original one so that I could make it that it was a duplicate one. People who have not seen this product would have been cheated for sure. Because it has been replicated very cleverly. Immediately I raised a complaint for replacement, and the Flipkart executive Madhuri has apologized and accepted for a replacement request, and agreed to replace the original product on or before 10th April. This replacement request was raised on 2nd April. From 2nd April, I couldn’t see any changes in the status of the product in the Flipkart website, and so I called Flipkart executive Rahul on 7th April to check the status. He again convinced me and promised me that the product will be delivered as said on 10th April. But when I have been checking the status of the delivery today (8th April), it has shown that the replacement request has been cancelled without any notice to me. I called again Flipkart executive Taufik, and he again said the same dialogues (I think they have been given a script to read) and confirmed that the product (ORIGINAL) will be delivered on or before 16th April. It’s been nearly a month that I am waiting for a genuine SONY MDR XB400 headphone from Flipkart, and these guys are cheating the common people by sending duplicate products. Common people like me not buying the products in the shops, just want to save Rs.300 or 500 bucks. But if Flipkart does like this??? It’s better to buy the products in the shops itself.       I have purchased a nike basketball shoes Rs 4500 and the sole of the shoe came out in just 3 months I have gone to nike shoe they refused to take the shoe and flipkart is saying I will not take or replace as it is more than 90 days I have raised my complaints before 90 days but my complaints were forwarded by flipkart everyday thus my warranty was more than 90 days. If they cannot replace it at least they should take and get it replace for me

        I am highly disappointed with the fraud done by one of this most trustful online shopping website"Flipkart.com". I was fooled by purchasing lenovo mobile order no- OD[protected] which was in sealed packed condition and was written brandnew, but once i started this mobile i found some photos clicked around 6 months back that was of the date 7th Nov 2014, these photos are already saved in photo album. Also invoice is missing with this packing of mobile, and when i asked cc person for invoice i was assured that i will get that within 24 hours. Now my point is how could you sold a used mobile to customer by saying brand new and in sealed condition? Who gave you right for this fraud? That means you send fake invoice to your customer for the purchase of goodsWho gave you right for this customer harassment ?           Order Id: OD[protected]Speed Post: AD[protected]INHi. I placed this order on Monday 30th March 2015 for Microsoft Lumia 435. I was informed 07th April delivery date due to Good Friday. On given date I was waiting for call from flipkart, however nothing happened. Then I called back to customer service and they told me that my product is in Noida, Sector-62 postoffice and I need to collect or they can deliver it on 10th April. Today 08/04/2015 I went to post office and they told me that my product sent back to flipkart. I called on customer service, a lady answered my call and she was unable to provide me any details. She put me on hold several times. In last she said that my product sent back to warehouse and I need to replace this order. I placed this order with credit card emi option. When I asked for refund she was unable to give me any update. I asked for manager and she put me on hold for more then 10mins. That was a blank hold without any notification. Finally I hung up the call. I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE SORTOUT ASAP. I WANT MY PRODUCT DELIVER ON GIVEN ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE ITS NOT FIRST TIME WHEN I PLACED ORDER ON FLIPKART. ONLY DIFFERENCE IS, I PAID FIRST IN THIS ORDER. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT.

              Hi, I was trying to buy Prestige Deluxe plus mini HandiRed 3.3 Ltrrs.. Pressure cooker. The MRP of the cooker is 1560 and after 8% discount it is Rs.1429 and delivery charges is 140. And if we want to buy it the total cost comes to be Rs. 1569. What kind of discount is this where the cost of purchase is more than the MRP. If you are saying that it includes the delivery charges, please make sure than the discount amount is more. I would like to raise a complaint against it as the discount is just an eye wash.                     Hi, I had purchased moto e on the big billion day. Order ID: OD[protected]. Seller: WS Retail. It stopped working a few months after. I could not hear anything on call. I took it to the PC support shop in Pune which is 10km away from where I am staying. Conveyance is a big problem for me. That is why I order things online. The lady there asked me to come after 2 days. I kept the phone there for two days, the issue was fixed. After 2 months, the charger stopped working, instead of taking it to the shop, I purchased a brand new charger because travelling for me is a problem. After a month my phone is facing the same issue which I faced earlier. My phone is still in warranty. I am not able to hear anything on call. I want somebody to come take this phone and replace it with a new one. I have not dropped the phone even once, it is in excellent condition. I have ordered allot of stuff from flipkart in the past, but I will never use flipkart again if this issue is not fixed.

                      I have placed an order in Flip kart for an AC and I received it on time. They have scheduled your Installation for the following item in your Order OD[protected] . But unfortunately I have not received any support from Flipkart after 4 days of delivery of AC. I Called them 4 times, each time it is been told that installation will be done in 2 days.                         I had purchased moto x(2nd gen) on 3rd Jan order no. OD[protected] from flipkart and the handset delivered to us had speaker problem.At that time i had to go overseas on my job so i was unable to give it for repair.Now i came back from my job and submitted the phone for repair at your lucknow service center on 11th march and it hadnt got repaired upto 31st march that why i had collected it back. service center persons were informing me on calling that motorola dont have the spare parts of moto x in india that's why they were unable to repair it.They have informed they have to import parts from outside.Why should i be punished for the reasons you dont have spare part of moto x in india for repair.Firstly motorola have send defective piece and now they have worst repair service (The phone was at service center for 20 days and problem had not been rectified).I want to return the phone and also want my money back because now i dont have any trust on your phone and services.I had purchased the phone thinking moto x(2nd gen) will be good product but it is worst as the new phone is not working properly and quality have not been checked before selling that's why defective piece was sent to customer.I had taken the phone for use and not to submit at your service center for repair.I need replacement or my money back..Hoping for your prompt action.

So sent e-mail to customer that we have already refunded Rs.42,989/- from wallet credit to back to source along with timeline and closing the case

Is OD[protected] and my product is confirmed and given delivery date is 02 april 2015 .After this on 27 march 2015 i have got message that my product delivery date is updated to 11 april 2015 . On 06 april 2015 i have got message that my product is cancelled by ws retails who is seller . This is wrong that flipkart is cancelling the confirmed product and giving refund of Rs.100 in flipkart wallet. Finally i want my same product hcl me tab u1 at same price Rs.1999 from flipkart. I paid 12999 price ( original price)Please confirm if i will get 10% refund. Please find attached the terms and conditions attached for your reference. We request you to get in touch with your card issuing bank. my mail : Hello team, It was mentioned in terms and conditions that for unregistered cards to register it and get the cash back offer. Please read bullet no. 4 : offer will be applicable only on saved visa debit card.Customer needs to either use a saved debit card or need to save his/her visa debit card while doing to avail the offer. However, customer complains saying that she has not received the 10% cash back for which she was eligible. So escalated the issue to the concerned team to double check and have the issue resolved.

                                    My Order no is : - OD[protected], I order this phone 24 Mar, WS Retail was a seller, and delivery date was 1 Apr, But they not delivered on 1 Apr. After complaint they again reship the product and Delivery date was 7 Apr, Again they are not delivered my product, After call in Customer care they told me you can visit your nearest India post office, I went there and after 1 hrs I found my Flipkart box, but that box was little bit damaged So I opened that box and found In box have income tax booklet . I am very frustrated this bloody service.
