I had booked my order no. OD[protected] Lava Iris X5 mobile) on 30th March 2015 but when received item, the accessories promised were found incomplete.
• In the box, there was no Flip Cover though it was promised to be there and even also mentioned on the box. When I complained for it in Flipkart, they arranged for a compensation of Rs. 400 in my Flipkart wallet account with the condition to use this wallet amount through purchases from WS Retail Seller only though the payment was made by be through net banking.
• The flip Cover of this modal is not available in the whole market, it was available on the Flipkart website, as I added in the cart and tried to use Wallet amount transferred in my flipkart, it showed, the amount can be used only from WS Retail seller. This condition is very wrong as of this seller very selected products are available and for me useless.
• I have saved all contacts and messages in the handset and invested Rs. 600/ on tempered glass also after wasting one day to go to different shops. Only one shopkeeper had tempered glass matching and applied tempered glass on it. I emailed and requested on phone also to Flipkart customer care on 13/04/2015 that as now Flip cover of this modal is available on your website, kindly send that on my address as no amount is required to me in my wallet. But they say that only replacement can be done as with the same WS Retail seller condition, Rs. 600 transferred in flipkart wallet as tempered glass compensation but with the same condition of WS Seller. I dont want to replace the handset, only want flip cover which is already on their website.
• I called 4 times in Flip Kart customer care[protected] with my registered mobile no. [protected] at 5.45 p.m. on 15th April 2015, and told to talk with some senior to discuss upon the issue. There all the times, after taking my full details, Mr. Adil and Mr. Sanjay told that at present no senior is available on the floor, so within next two hours, our senior will call you but till date no call received. (Full recording of it is with me) I also put mail immediately to let all of you know the harassment of the consumer.
• Received sms and mail from flipkart that replacement is being done with full accessories though I only requested again and again that Flip Cover is available on Flip kart website itself @ Rs. 399/- only but nobody was convinced
• Today i.e. on 17.04.2015, when I was in my office, delivery boy Mr. Ratan ([protected]) came at my home and security guards called me as the order was on my name only. So I had to go at home after taking leave though I had already wasted my leave for the same order issue. Then my husband also had to take leave from office as due to delivery boy, he had to attend him. Again the same issue, as we handed over him the product, and opened the new one, the same flip cover was missing. After calling on Flip kart customer care, why this harassment is being done, they had no reply and forced to accept the replacement but we refused to take the replacement order with the same missing Flip Cover.
• Now its enough, I have saved already all my contacts in the phone and spent Rs. 600/ on tempered glass, the amount of Rs. 7999/ ( Order Value) + Rs. 600- ( Tempered glass) + Rs. 10, 000/- as compensation for mental, physical and financial harassment for which of no fault of customer. I want refund of my amount spent.
• As the payment was made through net banking at the time of booking of order, so the whole amount is required through net banking only. No other mode of payment will be accepted to me and my family which is facing a lot of tension due to it.
