HI, My Order ID: OD[protected] Product : Lenovo A6000 Mobile I bought one Lenovo A6000 through Flipkart.com flash sale on 11th February 2015. And the set has been delivered to me on 12th February(One Day delayed than Original Delivery Date). Within 2 month o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and Please take necessary action to replace my smart phone. Yours Faithfully, Manish Singh

    Dear Flip cart, I am facing issue regarding the returing mobile phone (Moto e 2nd Gen). On 10th of April, i requested to return my phone. This phone has lot of hardware issues- 1) touch not working properly. 2) Mike is poorest. 3rd quality mike. Voice does not receive to other user. I always have to speak very loudly. Same with given head phone also. 3) Heating problem. I want to return this phone, i want my money back. But I am not getting any support from flip cart. I frustrated from the service of flip cart. Whenever i call to customer care, they says techinal guy will call and support. But no call.no support... this is disgusting.I never expected this from flip cart. Totally 3rd quality service. Provide me the address where i can return back this phone. It is of no use. Regards Nitin Gupta

        I am very dissatisfied with the way the above mentioned shipment was handled. The packing was shoddy. A badminton racquet packed in a paper cover!!! and the way the handle is broken I doubt the originality of the product and the genuinetity of the shipper. Since the flipkart executive mentioned that I can only get the product replaced and not refunded( which I doubt) I have no other option. But If I have to play forceful shots or if the racquet had to fall by mistake while playing will it last??? is my doubt.

          I had purchased Asus Zenphone 5 thru order no.OD[protected] about a month back. Flipkart has delivered a faulty handset to me. The phone gets heated very fast. Even if the phone is used for 5-10 mins the phone gets heated. The battery temp. is always over 43-44 degrees. I had requested Flipkart for a replacement thru return ID 16234947 but flipkart has denied my return request. The phone has starting hanging now. initially when i logged a return request, I got a call from the Flipkart customer care. They asked me to do factory reset of the phone which i did. They also asked to check the battery temperature which is always in excess of 40 degrees. i have taken screenshoot of the battery temp. Inspite of repeated follow up and telecall with flipkart they have not done anything and has just wasted time. Flipkart customer service is equally bad. Everytime they say that the technical team will call in 4 hrs but the call never comes. Thru this forum i want flipkart to address my replacement request or refund my money.

            This is for every one to read Bought Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV from flipkart on 11/12/2014. According to flipkart website during december 2014 Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV specs shows that it is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hz through HDMI port version 2.0 and shows that Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV has 4 HDMI ports and one of these ports has version 2.0 for displaying 4k content at 60 hz which is definitely not the case.I came to know about this fraud by flipkart that (Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV does not have hdmi port 2.0 version) during 1st week of april 2015 and started complaining to flipkart since then and hearing the same thing again and again that sir we are looking into this matter and we will provide you with best solution possible please give us some time.Then I started checking online for complains and fraud against flipkart on the internet and was shocked to see that its quite normal for flipkart to provide their customers with wrong, damaged and defective products.Their are unlimited numbers of complain against flipkart for providing wrong, damaged and faulty products to their customers.I am beginning to think that its quite normal for flipkart to cheat their customers and provide them with wrong, damaged and faulty products.               I got a message on my mobile from e-kart that your item is out for delivery at 9:52 am and will be delivered today before 7pm. I waited whole day and now its 8:30pm but till now I didn't receive my product. If the courier service wasn't sure about the delivery then why did they send the message and kept me waiting whole day.

                Hi, I've ordered for Accu-Chek Active Glucose Monitor with 50 Strips Glucometer under order reference [OD[protected]], however i've only received 50 strips. When raised the complaint, the replacement order has been raised and courier guy try to deliver the replacement but since it's mention to ask to return the entire product which i've not received, he asked to raise the complaint that the replacement won't be possible because he expected to return all the product which was not delivered to me. I explain the situation to customer executive and executive given me 24 hrs response time. When I've not received the response than again I called explaining the situation. I've done this activity 3 to 4 times however till today I was waiting to hear back 24 hour response. Today when I called I got to know that the product is not available and also the response time will increase to 29 April. When I asked for refund which also has the policy of post product return it will take 3 days and than refund will be done within 8 business days. I am extremely disappointed with the service and not at all happy with resolution and response time.

                    I had bought a mobile phone from Flipkart. Post using it for a few days, I found that the mobile gets heated up with 5-10 mins of talking. I raised a complaint against the faulty piece. Flipkart responded and asked to install an app with which they can monitor phone temperature. When they called me to check, the phone's temp was 41 deg celcius. At that time they mentioned that if it is about 45 deg Celcius then we will take the return. The problem continued and I kept on calling Flipkart but of no use. They finally gave me a call when I escalated the issue. However, I came to know that 1st time they mentioned in their records that the temp was just 32 deg celcius. Further, when they checked for the second time, the temp came to 45 deg, 44 deg and 42 deg celcius. However, they are refusing to replace the faulty product delivered. Flipkart should immediately stop cheating customers by giving false commitments to the customers which they can't service. Highly disappointed by the response from Flipkart. Need a quick resolution - replacement.

                    Again we raised an another compliant they said me to update MIUI to 6.4.2.9 but
                    since from 5 days it kept updating through good WIFI connection but the
                    connection got broked after the update o[censored]p to 75MB, However
                    I got fed up with the issues held on the phone since from day one, hence I completely
                    dissatisfied with the phone and requesting you to refund the complete amount or
                    replace the new one.

                      I have requested for refund on 5/04/2015 for my product from flipkart because when i have ordered it first time is broken from opening it from its box so i have requested for replace for the product and again it is broken and a missing part from it, so then i have requested for refund the flipkart customer care executive tell me that my product will be picked up by 17/04/2015 but till 07:00 pm the delivery man came for pickup and it did not attended the call also after 07 pm he attended my call, then he tell me that they will pickup my order by 18/04/2015 but till 07:00 pm they did not came to pick up my product.                           The issue is already addressed and we have already arranged to ship 1 qty which was missing in the original shipment. Issue stands resolved. So closing the case.
                          I have oredered a samsung mobile charger including micro usb cable on april 28 2015 with order id OD[protected] and from the seller YOSHOPPY . I have received the order but only a charger was there in the box, no cable was there. I requested for a replacement but the ekart logistics guy refused to replace the product because the product can only be replaced when there is a micro usb cable in it but I have not received it .
                          Totally Unsatisfied with the service of flipkart.
                          I ordered Honor 4X mobile in flipkart and it had been delivered today.

                            I have ordered a 60 inch LG LB6500 LED TV in flipkart.com by paying the complete amount.I have received a damaged piece for the same and requested for refund on 1st April, 2015.I was informed that the Television would be picked up within 2-3 working days but its been complete 18 days and still the TV was not been picked up.There is no proper response from the customer care service also as they are continuously transferring the call from one person to another. Seems to me that they are avoiding the situation. If this is the issue I would raise a complaint in consumer court and post the same issue in all the social networking websites. I have paid Rs. 129, 990.00 which is not a small amount. Kindly reply to my request at the earliest regarding the schedule.

                              respected sir/mam, this month i did prepaid shopping from online portal flipkart. i purchased a set of three microwave proof bake n serve dish. one was having the glass lid while the other two had plastic cover lid. i was not happy to see plastic lid. but it was quoted that it is microwave proof. so i trusted because it was of well known brand borosil. i trusted and yesterday i started using it. i put stuffed tomatoes and covered it with that plastic lid. thinking that what if it melts. i gone through the manual again. it stated microvawe proof. After so much assurance i put it in and within 3 minutes i smelt something bad.. i came running in thought sabji jal gayi then asked mom aapne lid kab utaara... mom was surprised i yelled to see that plastic was all lost it melted like a cheese and completely transparent...i hand to hand switched offf my microvawe. now where.is my mistake? i paid good amount. i used cautiously... what the manual said that..why they quoited its microvawe proof? obiviously one will not invest so much for show off... if i wanted to use it for such purpose ke vo jale na to fridge me hi rakhne ke liye me aur kuch managa sakti thi. they sent me very poor quality plastic which is not at all mocrovawe proof... help me plsssss

I am realized after some days that it have Ram Issue, Heating issue, Battery Poor, Camera Quality, Touch And so on.. My Order I'd is OD[protected].                                   I bought my phone 3 month's back. Now I am experiencing a problem. The problem is when I'm on call, I cannot hear what the other person is speaking and vice versa. But if I put it on a loud speaker or use a headset, they can hear. Kindly replace my phone with another one or resolve the problem

                                      purchased the moto g2 phone from flipcart, but later on i found that the phone having problem of hanging, application was crashed and the most and the major problem was battery issue. I complaint it about several times but they reply me about different every time when i complained to flipcart . im really not satisfied from with their servies and their customer helpline user to not to provide me proper solution of this product.now i request you to please kindly help me to solve out to my problem and replace my faulty phone with another to get out me to trouble with this .Hoping for the best solution from you as soon as possible

                                        Ave returned a Reebok t shirt instead of the actual macro shirt How do I proceed further???Please note that the Reebok t shirt was also ordered from flip kart and Im supposed to return tat as well Ave received a reply that they cant return the item since the same have already reached at seller's ware house So wets the alternate option?? I do have 2 same shirt with wrong size. And what about the money I spent on shirt and Reebok t shirt as well If the seller have delivered the correct item in the first place or even in the second place I would haven't not ended up with this and even your delivery person doesn't have any idea of what he is picking up from the customer's place??? And I called your delivery person last note and he informed that the seller would reject the returned item since it's a wrong one This was the complaint registere by me in flip kart and received the following response the second time Thank you for taking your time to write to us. Order ID: OD[protected] I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. At this point, we may not be able to provide you an update on this but I'eve notified your concern to our team. We’ill call you back with an update by Tomorrow within 09 AM to 09 PM. You have my assurance that we’ill have your issue resolved at the earliest. I request your kind patience in this regard. Flip kart allow all the sellers to be part of their website then y cant they have control over them 2. if a incorrect item has been returned y do the delivery person picks it up without noticing it 3. do the delivery person doesnt even have any idea of what he is picking up from a customer place????? 4. he would pick whathever is returned by a customer???????? Ill h accept a comb instead of a laptop??????? 5. secondly if a seller have received a incorrect item in the return y cant he ship it back saying its a incorrect item??????? 6. he can just reject the delivery and request the customer to send back the correct one, 7. same question ill he accepts the return if some old teared shirt is being returned instead of a new one???????????
