I have booked samsung galaxy s6 edge on 24 march 2015. I was promised delivery by by email. But on 12.04.15 the consignment was retuned for unknown reasons. I got frustrated and cancelled my order. I prepaid my order thru net banking. Who will give interest for 25 days. I oberve deficiency in service and misrepresentation of fact. Kindly mr mukesh bansal r u listening.       Here is the issue in detail : I ordered the celestron telescope from Flipkart OD[protected], the expected date was 15th April. But the call came on 7th April that the person is there to deliver, since i was out of station i asked him to come a day later and he said he will come a day later., Since then no one has come and its 14th April now. I contacted Flipkart on 9th April, 11th and 13th and 14th, Same response from their team everytime that reattempt request has been sent and it will be delivered in next 2 days., the delivery team or logistics team keeps updating that the user is out of station but i have been sitting at home waiting for them for 6 days now. I have not recieved a single call from anybody nor has anyone showed up to my door. How can someone update m not at home without contacting me even once. I have been mentally harassed as everytime i have to explain my issue to these people, and get the same monotnous reply. and no help whatsoever, the same answer every time that "I can understand your concern and we will work on it", but no work actually happens backstage. I have been taking to Alok shukla, Kuljeet kaur, Abhijeet, Manish Pandey. Alok shukla was one of the managers who promised that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours for sure and he will follow up on it himself that was when i called him up on 13th, but was no where to be reached when i called up on 14th, I tried multiple times and he was not on floor for some reason, after multiple attempts i did reach him and he forwarded the call to Abhijeet from escalations and he cut the call in the middle and never called back. I tried multiple times after that and could not reach them again as no one would transfer the call to them, ultimately, some one called upon Manish pandey and he says " He understands my concern and that he will now fix the issue " Here is the email he sent just now : Flipkart Customer Support <[protected]@flipkart.com> 3:35 PM (8 minutes ago) to me Response By Email (Manish.Pandey) (14/04/2015 03.35 PM) Hi Puneesh Sachdeva, I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused for the delay in delivery of your product. We’ll call you back with an update in the next 3 hours and make sure that your issue is resolved as earliest as possible. You have my assurance that we’ll have your issue resolved in the best possible way at the earliest. I request your kind patience in this regard. Please do something about it as this is very lathargic and mentally i have been exhausted, I have spent more on calls than on the product now. Very unprofessional behaviour

      Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and got to know that the product was delivered on 14th Apr 2015 @9:00pm post the promised date. Apologized for the inconvenience and assured him that it will not be repeated in the future ans closing the case as the consignment is already delivered
      Yes they are fake kart. They also not delivering my order on 21sept. today it's 18 days. yet no response from them.

On 11thth april i called flipkart to report the issue, but still its not been resolved. Really worst services i ever had like this. When ever i called to flipkart the same story they are saying.         Tried calling customer on '[protected] & [protected]' multiple times and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number or contact Flipkart customer care for further assistance.

          I purchased a MOTO G on 10th Jan. It was then replaced in next 4-5 days due to bad battery backup. Today again my phone is not charging up. I went to “Shikha Communications”, A-6, 1st flr, Devi Palace, Opps. Raj Cinema, GGN” and the person told that the phone needs to be replaced by Flipcart as it’s faulty. I asked the reason then he said the charging may have caused due to moisture, liquid or sweat. Trust me, none of the reason can be proved and I never even touched my phone with wet hands so all the above reasons are fake. Service person can say anything to me as I can’t see them repairing it or opening it and will have to rely on whatever excuse they give me. He asked to contact Flipcart as it may cost[protected] for repairing it. My concern is, I paid Rs. 13000 to you already, then your phone developed a fault and you replaced it. And after around 2 months, it again developed a fault and you are asking me to contact service center. Service center is asking for Rs 6000. So in total I’ll have to pay Rs.19000 for your phone. Please put yourself any my place and think, I’ve already borrowed money from someone to purchase this phone and I still have to give Rs 10000 to the person from whom I borrowed the money but you are again asking for next Rs 6000 which is impossible for me to give you looking at my current situation. Can someone look into the matter and get the phone replaced if possible. I’m a CANCER PATIENT. I’m very much frustrated and will make sure that I never purchase anything from Flipcart in future.             Hi, I purchased the Product form Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on March 23, the product quality was worst. So I applied for refund on March 25, they never collect product from me and mentioned as product pickup has completed and refund has completed. But still now I didn't get my money back. Please raise a complaint againts this.

                Hi, I ordered my phone in January 2015 after viewing all rating, suggestions from Flip kart and from knowing the experience o[censored]se of the same product from my friends..I found it to be worthy piece till 1st month..:) but later it started getting hang, sudden switching off the phone and now the speaker isn't working...don't know what happened to it..I replaced the piece once I got the damaged piece n still messed up with the same problem..I need to replace this piece what should I do now?

                  I have ordered a pair of Adidas Shoes few days ago and the order was placed. Some days later i was waiting for the arrival of the shoes but then i suddenly checked that the order was cancelled. How and why did the order get cancelled. The product which i received had a complaint loudspeaker not working, audio is not playing and the ringer is not working. On 6th april i called flipkart to report the issue, almost 7 days they are checking for the issue but still its not been resolved. Really worst services i ever had like this.                           I bought a fully defective cellphone from flipcart which is not working properly. Model no.; Moto G2 IMEI No; [protected] FK Order ID; OD[protected] The cellphone had been also checked by company engineer by 7/4/2015. And many times I call customer care number, every they said that "we will call you tomorow", but no calls are come to my phone from them. Before 12 days on 1/4/2015 I ordered the replacement order.

                            I have placed a oder lenovo A600 mobile on 1 april with order id OD[protected]. I am already payment for this order through debit card, however the expected delivery date was 10 april, till now i am not received the mobile, i called 11 april then they lodged a complaint and provide me a delivery date 13 april. Then i again called 12 th april to know my delivery status, they informed me that the item will be deliver on 15 april. I am not satisfied with the delivery system of flipcart and aware all to avoid flipcart .

                              This is with reference to the Return issue for the Micromax canvas Hue mobile phone (Return ID[protected] which we ordered from Flipkart on 6th April, 2015 but had to request for a return on the very next day (i.e.8th April) of receiving the phone due to various technical defects in the phone . We were assured of assistance for the return by 10th April, which didnt happen and the said assistance call was rescheduled to 11th April by 5.40pm, which again didnt happen and has now been rescheduled to 12th April by 7pm. We didnt receive any cal from them on 12th April too and upon calling at their Customer care got the same reply of waiting for another 24 hours before their technical team connects with us. It is indeed sad to see Flipkart show such a dismal operation process after so many years of experience and success in India, and that too with us who have been loyal to your esteemed company from the past so many years(which is also visible from all our purchases from your website, the total amount crossing Rs.1 lakh). We also paid an extra Rs.90 for an express 1 day delivery for this product, which we duly received but was defective which violates the buyer-seller agreement. We initially requested for a replacement rather than a straight return for this said defective item as we wanted to continue our purchase relationship with Flipkart. But this dismal incident has forced us to relook at our decision. Our place of residence i.e.Mumbai should have also ensured a quick return process (bring the financial capital of India), but everything now looks in vain after this sad incident. Kindly arrange to look into this matter at the highest priority before we lose all our faith in this India e commerce behemoth.

                                I have bought a tablet from the flipkart.It was digiflip pro ET701 and ordered on 20th December 2014 and delivered on 28th December 2014. It was not working from 6th Febuary 2015 not likely to use.Display was working and battery was not tuning on.As per customer care of flipkart we gave the tab to the service centre at Borivali on work order No. ZRV/FK/14/00008 work order date 11th febuary 2015 serial no.TABDWGBMGMTRYGF. It is not repaired service centre says part is not send by the company.So plzzz help us!!!

                                    Tracking order no. FMPC [protected] I ordered for Samsung batteryEB535151 VU Galaxy Advance i9070 . The covering letter on the parcel also shows the same number but inside the parcel the product delivered is. EB425161 LU. This is the bad experience I have ever came across.i have asked the delivery man to take return the item and return the amount. He has yet to do the same.                                       Order no- OD[protected]. Return id[protected] I bought a new moto g2 phone from flipkart on 31.03.2015. I started facing audio speaker problem from the very first day. I have to switch on and switch off my phone everytime when I wanted 2 make a call.as the problem continued for 5 days. I registered my complaint with flipkart on 06.04.2015 for replacement device. I registered my complaint but since then they are giving excuses and showing no interest in resolving my issue, as I am facing serious problem with handset I want replacement of the same at the earliest.

                                        Spoke to customer, she says that she is facing battery and network issues and given trouble shooting steps but the problem, still persists and also ear phones are missing, when checked customer and requested for replacement, approved replacement request, closing the case.
