I have registered for the lenovo a 7000 smartphone three days before the phone was going to be launched.When i tried to buy the phone at 2 pm on the flipkart website it was out of stock which was the actual time of smartphone to be launched.When i call the customer care for the product they says that you need to be login before two hours and wait for product to buy icon which was an poor reply.They says product was out of stock in just an 2 seconds.How could it take a 2 second time to order and how fast the system of flipkart is that the customer even after registering cant even get the product on time.

    This is 3rd time I have returned the Item due to size issue . All the time I have order for a M shirt and each time I have received XL size shirt . I don't know who is the nonsense packed the item . It seems what ever customer order it just a formality, in real flipkart has delivery what ever they have in there stock . I'm really disappoint for this and it will force me to think 10 times before doing any shopping in flipkart in future . But when i open i found Data Cable, User Manual, Warranty Card, Travel Charger. Handset is missing in box. While opening the box i have taken Video & accessory's photos.

          HiI had purchased micromax canvas nitro from flipkart with details below:Order ID: OD[protected] Item)Seller: SyberPlaceOrder Date: 22 February, 2015 9:40 PMAmount Paid: Rs. 11599 through e-Gift Voucher, Credit cardSoon as I got the product I realized there was some problem in the handset like brightness was dim in auto brightness mode, touch was giving some problem and also GPS was not functioning properly.I made a return req to the seller, but he declined saying that you need to reset your handset. I had done that too but no result.Today I visited Micromax authorized service center as well, they also checked the device and are saying they need to replace this handset and new handset you will get in 45 days.Please find the scanned copy of Micromax care receipt for verification.I do not to be without mobile phone for 45 days.Please intervene and do the needful.             Hello Sir, I got Lenovo A7000 in my cart on flash sale, Order ID: OD[protected] they send me confermation on phone [protected] that my order in processes. but later when i check my account that they canceled my order . now when i talked with costumer representative, he said its there fault and i need to wait for another 1 week, need to register again for Lenovo A7000 and again need to click on flash sale . i already wasted 7 days on doing that and they telling me to do that again, kindly please solve my issue Sushil [protected]

            i got call from flipkart executive, that they will deliver product till 18th April, but my cart is still showing shipment is cancelled.

            again got call, but problem is not solved yet . They said that phone is available on site and i can book, but when i check website phone still not available .
            i think they are passing time till 22 Apr sale when its available .
            if they already realize mistake why not send phone ? why they keep on calling and and doing nothing.

              My product id is OD[protected]. I got the delivery on 9th of April 2015. Whenever I go to any website for downloading any audio song or video song it does not download and says download failed and also it does not download the google apps. Whenever I try to install the apps in google play store it shows the error. Sometimes it does not show the mobile network. I am facing problems from last 4 days. I have contacted flip kart customer support and they always says that they will call tomorrow. Please replace Mot G2 as I am facing a lot of problems. My phone no. Is [protected].

                I order A490 gigaset cordless phone thru order id OD[protected] in January 2015. I received the product, invoice was for A490 and we started using phone. Due to some emergencies at home and also due previour experience with flipkart, did not even think of checking the set too. Now this set has started giving problem, therefore checked the manual and realised that manual was for A490/A495 while at the back of the set its written A49H. On taking up with Flipkart getting the repetition of policies that if it was within 30 days, they would have done the needful. I have been sent the invoice copy with an instruction to visit the nearest service station for repair. My concern is that invoice is for A490 while set is A49H then how will I get the service without paying. Secondly, A49H is not listed in fli[pkart site and even that time was not listed, then how can their suppliar send it. Now instead of taking it up with the suppliar they are harrassing the customer and repeating like a parrot that they can't do anything. I have a feeling that this A49H is of much less price then A490. Its a clear cut case of cheating. I need someone to take it up seriously with flipkart and get my set exchanged because otherwise A490 has a warranty of 2 years but I have invoice of A490 and set is A49H. Please help. Thanks

                Spoke to customer she informed that she started using the product without noticing she ordered for Gigaset A490 Cordless Landline Phone in January 2015 but she received A49H which is not working now and received the invoice for A490 where the service center are denying to take the product and repair and customer is very much upset for the same and needs the invoice for the product which she has got that is A490. She informed no one is helping her about this and shes very much upset for the issue ans loosing the trust on Flipkart and needs the resolution for this. Hence informed customer will get in touch with her shortly.

                  I have received Asus Zenfone 5 and phone is good no issues happy with the device.BUT Vibration issue is really annoying.When a call comes in unable to hear the ringtone as vibration sound is of the high end and also when someone pics up a call the phone vibrates so loud that we cannot hold the phone near the ear.Checked with my colleague and his phone has no such issues.Placed a replacement order with filpkart and some creap app said smart check was installed and a arrogant guy called me and he was such rude as though i paid the cash for this phone from his pocket.Is this the way to deal with the customers?And instead of listening to customer issues he just says no to everything and speaks in rude manner.How can app check the loudness, i cannot understand .. I am not asking for a refund all i need is a new phone instead of this faulty one.

                    My order id is: OD[protected], i got the delivery on Sunday (15th march 2015), after some days o[censored]se, one day i saw the screen guard of the phone lifted by itself, when i took the phone in my hands, the phone was burning like as I can't even hold it and the battery also gets drained fast. So i requested flipkart for a replacement. The costumer executive call me on 15th April, and say to me "heat of phone is usual, that not a problem with the phone" At the same time I was at the office, i couldn't bring the phone with me. He was asking for the phone at the same time, now why should I carry a phone which does not work properly. i asked the same to him too, so he replayed that he will call on the next day, and requested that the phone should be with me at the time he calls. I heard that nun of the related issues are solved yet by flipkart. Now what should I do.

                      My Flipkart order number OD[protected] and they suppose to deliver by yesterday as mention by them after 23 days of paid order. Now today Flipkart cancelled the order and saying that will pay the amount you paid. From the day I order there was no movement in the tracker and I asked twice to the Flipkart customer care through mail and call in between. I stay in Mumbai which is well connected and best in India as a Metro or a big city. I was expecting the product from so long time and they too realise the money that period of time. If this case is happening to customer like me... there will millions of customer with them and they are do the same reverse payment they will always having several millions of rupee in there account which will make them profitable as they are not delivering and money is there in the account and it is rotating with one customer to other. This is a big business Flipkart is in. Even they so currently in loss but in a year they will be profitable by cheating people like us. Think twice or thrice before paying online on Flipkart! As usual, we checked the goods against the invoice (No. 5328) and we found that one item does not tally with the invoice. Item 1 says that you have supplied 02 Qty PACKETS, but when i found only 01 Qty PACKETS. could you send us the balance of 01 Qty or give us a Refund Amount? I have complained twice to their customer care but no response. They dont provide any complain number on which you can follow . Also there customer care will tell you "we will get back to you within 24 hours" which never happened sadly. I do online shopping from other sites as well, but they dont claim false promise of delivering with in 2-7 days .

                          Dear Team, Have faced the worst experience with your Call center executive and Supervisor. Had called the Customer Care team to inform my Gift voucher pin number not working. The answer was a script written text and unwillingness to help the Customer. The Gift voucher number : [protected] provided by my Company Dishnet wireless in the month of October 2014, valid for 1 year. I had purchased an order on 15th Feb'15 ( A Pearl Set) for Rs.790. The remaining balance ( Rs.210) is what I wanted to utilize today for a Deal in an around the same amount. While placing an Order, the voucher Pin number provided in the voucher was shown as invalid. When I called the Customer Care, the Call was picked by Tarranum Khanum, who could not help me, as she wanted the Order number of the Gift Voucher purchased. Please understand this was a Bulk Gift voucher purchased by my Company serving 10000 Employee as Diwali Gift for Corporate Office, by the Group HR team. I am based out of Kolkata Office, as the gift was provided long back, the mail is not in place, knowing the whereabouts would take don't know how much time. The mistake being from Flipkart's end, wherein with the same Voucher I purchased a product couple of months back, am unable to use the same voucher with the same Pin.I am missing out on the Deal, which I got after long time. Your Supervisor SAYYAD Mushtaq, was the rudest of Supervisor spoken to till date, as he was happy enough to disconnect my line, but will to help. Weakest of Customer service etiquette ever seen. When I raised my point, that the mistake was from Flipkart, as the same voucher cannot be used again though he confirmed there is a balance of Rs.210 still left. He was adamant as rude in telling me that he would require the Bulk Order number purchase by my Group HR in the month of October'2014 from Corporate. I do not know whether you will be able to help me today, but this would be my last transaction with Flipkart. Will ensure I put the message back as much as I can through all modes across on the level o[censored]nprofessional attitude shown towards Customer, as now I have a Gift Voucher, for which I am helplessness in the hands of the Flipkart.                           Spoke to customer he informed that he could not use the EGV for the purchase from Flipkart he tried calling our Toll free and spoke to our executive where he did not get the resolution and later he spoke to the Supervisor name called-SAYYAD Mushtaq who spoke very adamant and very rude and he did not help the customer than the customer seek the help from the gift voucher team they solved the issue and customer had placed the order yesterday. Customer is very much upset about the rude behaviour of the executive and his experience was very bad when it comes to customer service. Apologized for the same and informed customer will not be repeated in future.

                              I boughht the mobile from flipkart and I got the dead charger and one of slip slot is also not working . its ten days now i am chasing the site for same, according to them they dont have the charger in stock so they are unable to provide the same and I am not getting the charger from market even as the brand is associated with flipkart only. Really bad service, My 11000 bucks are stuck.

                                    I ordered 2 mobiles from Flipkart on 12th March'15. The Order no is " OD[protected]". The model was Moto E (2nd Gen). When I received the Mobile everything was perfect except Headphones. The headphone was not working. So I filed a complaint in Flipkart and asked for a replacement. They said that I will be receiving my replacement order before 30th March. Then after few days I received an email from Flipkart stating that they need more 7 days to deliver my item as it is currently out of stock. I gladly accepted the extended date. Then after few days when I contacted Flipkart they said that still the item is out of stock and again extended the delivery date to 20th April. Then I again contacted Flipkart on 13th March just to confirm that I will be receiving the replacement by 20th April but again they replied that still the item is out of stock. Here I am using the mobile from last one month without Headphones. Kindly help me with this issue.

                                    After wasting my 40 days and still counting for a replacement headphone Flipkart is trying to compensate with Rs.50.

                                    Are they serious?

                                    I mean after being such a reputed selling website how can they do this to a Customer. After doing this transaction with Flipkart It would be better if I purchase a product from street seller.

                                    Pissed off with Flipkart and yes no resolution after 40 days !!!

                                    One more order with the same Order ID has been cancelled by Flipkart and again they have provided me a Rs.50 refund to purchase Earphones from WS Retail, their adopted seller.

                                    Send me a link of Earphones with Rs.50 and I will make a purchase of the same.

                                    I didn't knew that Flipkart don't even have control on its sellers or may be Flipkart and WS Retail both are Frauding with the Customers.

                                    Provide me a better resolution and please keep those Rs.50 with yourselves as it will help you in improving your poor Customer Service.

                                    Flipkart is so kind as they tried calling me atleast once. I was unable to receive the call. I even provided you my alternate contact number through email but I had no response after that. It kept me waiting for around 40 days for a replacement headphone and then you compensate with Rs. 50 for it.

                                    SHAME ON YOU FLIPKART !!!

                                    Keep that money with you as that will help you in improving your customer service. Still I am to receive a headphone. Get my issue resolved today or else I will have to take further steps to drag you to the Court. And I tell you that I am damn serious !!!

                                    I will file a case against you !!!

                                      order id OD[protected] sir i ordered this mobile on 24 april 2015 and i am facing problem in this mobile phone i also registered the complaint for this as i knew flipkart is best online shopping place as the policy of flipkart by ws retailer is that 30 days replacement warranty so please i want my money refund please sir your company is to big so you can help me in refund i don not want replacement because this is not a good mobile i see facing many problem in this model so please provide me refund i know you are able to compete my request this is a request to you to be frank my mother only brought me this mobile for 1 time and i trust flipkart online shopping so please help me in this situation by refunding my money
