i have ordered a bluetooth headset (lg HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset) for 1090 from flipkart and paid a money by net banking and after a week i got a message that by some issues seller has cancelled your order sorry for inconvineance we will rfund your money back in 7 working days to bank account and when i saw the availability of the product i saw it was available and its current price was 1999 so seller has cancelled the product which was about to be shipped. my question is? how can one cancel the product once ordered and even paid money just because its market price now was increased its totally against the laws once ordered and paid money the product belongs to customer seller has no right to cancel its just a courier to be received and this is cheating by giving offers and cancelling when its its price increased. order id-OD[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

    Spoke to customer and got to know that he has some issue with the handset and it gets re-started automatically. So informed customer to visit the service center for further assistance as it is post the replacement period. Customer agreed and hence provided ASC address and closing the case.

      we received a return request from flipkart after a 10 day return policy - we denied the return but your team insisted us to replace the same and claim spf today the ekart team arrived with the parcel in such a horrible condition that no vendor would accept the shipment - 1 the original box in which the shipment was sent it missing 2 the shipment has no cover bubble wrap or thermocol inside 3 the shipment was loosely packed which is obvious that it is totally damaged in transit 4 there is no care taken for the return the ekart team just dumped it into the store we have attached an image of the same

      we have 2 complaints where we have insisted not to accept return as there is an onsite service from the manufacturer as it doesnt come under the replacement policy -- but there was no response from your team and the return was accepted and they didnt cancel the replacement order.

        Hi all,

        I purchased a Philips 32PFL3738 81 cm (32) LED TV on 14th April (order Id- OD[protected]. It was delivered on 16th but we found it faulty and asked for a return immediately. They accepted it and promised that it will be resolved in 2 business days but it did not happened. I requested them again they said it will be resolved till 21st but it did not happened. I again called them and they said concerned team is working on it and you'll receive a call within next 24 hours that also not happened. Now again They are even to telling why this order of replacement is stuck, what they are working on, they have just given another date 25th April. I'm sure they will again not deliver it on that day also and will offer another date. Payment has been already made through credit card EMI option.

        I'm really frustrated and upset with this kind of behavior with a customer. Please take some strict actions so that they should deliver the product ASAP

        Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and informed him that we will try and deliver the product by 27th Apr 2015 as per the update from the concerned team. Customer wants it before the timeline promised, informed him we cannot assure on that but will try to get it done on priority basis. Customer agreed for the same.
        Thanks for your response. Till now I see the Item is not pack yet. 23rd has gone almost. don't know how you can deliver it before the committed deadline. If you pack the Item by tommorow it will reach me by 26th. I hope this time its not a fake promise and I'll get the desired result on time

          My order ID is OD[protected] I ordered Samsung Galaxy S5 from flipkart. The box sealed was open already and new seal was paste on it. Also i do not got any warranty card and user book inside the box. While using the phone i saw that inside the phone’s settings the phone was having the serial of Samsung SM-G900A which is an AT&T version and on the phone’s box it was written Samsung SM-G900H which is an Indian Version. Also when I look the phones’s box there was another sticker was paste with over an original sticker. I have used the used the phone for 3 days and thrown the upper packing that is of flipkart in dustbin and i have complain this about in flipkart for taking this product. On 21 april 2015 there was the call from flipkart and they were not listening to my issue. They were just saying that there is only difference in bandwidth between AT&T and indian version and also they say that it is fine to use AT&T version. They have rejected my replacement.             my order no is : OD[protected] I received a different product from the seller. I called the customer care and wanted to raise a refund request. but without even listening to me the operator raised a replacement request and cut the call. i called again and asked for refund but he asked me since replacement is already raised, it will take at lest 24 hours to place a refund request and he asked me to wait for a confirmation message from flipkart that suppose to come before 24hrs. 24hrs is already passed and I did not receive any message nor email also there is no update in my flipkart profil. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund the amount. the name of the flipkart agents that i talked are... First i takled with Mr. Parikhit Bhuyan, after he cut the call, Second time, the call was picked up Mr. Ankit Yadav, if they are telling the names correctly.

              Dear Sir, I have bought perfume from your online portal. But I feel the perfume supplied by you is duplicate as its fragrance disappears in just fifteen minutes. The world class brand can not be like this. The make is Burberry Brit Summer Editions for Women.                   I had bought a Bombay high shirt order IDOD[protected] on 13th February. By mistake I entered my earlier office address for shipment and since then my tyrant with flipkart started. Through a few calls I could get the shipment delivered to my new office address ( in the same city).However I did not like the product and requested for return pick up on 23rd February. I called up at least 15 times to update my new address for pick up (same address where shipment was done) but no one came to pick up. Every time the customer care would tell that it will arrange for pick up but it never happened. Then on 9 March they automatically cancelled my return. After that I called so many times at your service but they are not ready to return the item cause it's past one month. This is completely not acceptable. I do not like the product and wish to return it. I'm very upset with this service considering that I have been regularly buying from flipkart. My registered mail ID is Vidisha.[protected]@gmail.com.

                        I raised return request for my samsung galaxy grand 2 on 5th of this month I received call from your concerned team they told that it will resolved in 2 days. After 4 days I asked about my return request they told that we will again re-initiate your request and on 10th of this month and I received confirmation message for refund. From 11th daily I am calling you but there is no particular information on these. I don't want to continue this product. I want immediate refund. If I didn't receive then I want to proceed legally to take against you. One thing your executives are not responding properly and they are not giving required information. The persons who gave assurance for me: Anjali Sadiq Varsha After sending the above message I received mail stating that problem will be resolved in before 23 rd of this month, and again I received that return request has been rejected.                           i bought a Samsung (4k hu 7000) 55 inch led from flipkart on 11/12/2014 for (RS 145550).Specs on Flipkart and Snapdeal during december showed that Samsung 4k hu 7000 led has total 4 hdmi ports and one of these port is version 2.0 which is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hz which is not the case. I came to know that Samsung( 4k hu 7000) 55 inch led does not have Hdmi 2.0 port during the month of april 2015 and has been complaining since to flipkart and samsung both. Flipkart in the beginning said i should contact samsung regarding this issue. on contacting samsung they said that flipkart and all the other e commerce websites are not our authorised dealers hence we are not liable for any misguiding of specs on these websites.When i told flipkart about what samsung is saying they told me that we will look into this matter give us some time. Now 4 to 5 days have been past and i have been regularly complaining about this to flipkart with no result. Daily they give me false assurance that they are looking into this matter and will find out some solution to this issue. Snapdeal till date is selling this led by displaying specs that it has Hdmi 2.0 port. So i request you if you can to please look into this matter. Thank You kapil juneja

                            Hi Team Post confirming from the CSE named Navya for the availability of Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC FTKP50PRV16 for Pin Code 110052 I have ordered again for the same post assurance by the CSE still the goo[censored]p had happened from flipkarts end, even website also shows the product's available for delivery for the said location, post making payments I have got order confirmation ID i.e. OD[protected] again the same thing repeated post debiting my account immediately I got another mail stating your order got cancelled and you will get refund on 01-May[protected] days). I felt Cheated again? While mentioning the PIN CODE of my area it first accepted that product is available then I have ordered and as soon as the amount gets debited from my account order gets cancelled and I have called customer care to raise this issue again but again the CSE sounds helpless I have insisted her to give me the reference ID of this conversation i.e[protected]. and she repeatedly said that vendor has cancelled the order as service in that area is not available if this is the case then why the website shows availability while doing the order. It is clear case of cheating and using our hard earned money.. Therefore I would like to have solution to my problem without and delay : Solution 1. I would like the product to be delivered at the given offer price and refund my money as have ordered twice for same product... failing which I have no option to go for consumer complaint... Now its high time by the Flipkart for not providing me solution and my account got debited twice for Rs 37490.00 + 37490.00 i.e. Rs 75000/- approx. This is not acceptable from such a big brand 'Flipkart' and the Vendors who are not capable of delivering goods and services flipkart is still playing blame games with the customers.                               Hi, I have purchase Karbonn Sound WaveK451+ mobile from flipkart on Nov14 via Order No.- OD[protected] after 2 days its giving me trouble for same i contacted to flipkart for replacement but they couldn't so i decide to use this & now from last month keypad of mobile is not working i visited their service centers(bhopal) 1.Reva mobile (They open & check the mobile and told me that repair not possible here pls go to other service Center) then i went to 2) M/s United Telelinks (blr) Ltd :- they told me that i have purchased it from flipkart & it is delhi product hence they will not repair under warranty if i pay them they will repair it within a day finally i reached to third service center 3) Chahat Communication:- they are saying that i have purchased this mobile from flipkart hence there is IMEI issue so i have contacted with flipkart on 17th Mar 15 they give me contact no. of dealer (Guruji Telecom) on 23rd Mar 15, dealer told me to send details on their mail. i have shared details with dealer on 24th Mar 15 & very next day i have contacted with them dealer response me that yes there is an issue with IMEI pls return it to flipkart they will refund you or replacement for the same i have contected with flipkart 4 times but they are not providing any resolution. customer care number of Karbonn never connect able i recommend every body never purchase karbonn product if money matters for you if dont pls go ahead. From17th March 2015 I have chasing flipkart /Dealer & service center but no one reponding me. I have raised complaints in flipkart 5 times but not getting any resolution, Service center denied to repair under warranty just because i have purchased this mobile from Flipkart, Might be flipkart sold me duplicate product thats y they r not responding this is very irritating i have purchased several product flipkart & i have suggested others to purchase from flipkart but now my thinking is changed due to this.                                 Hi I have received Ambrane Power Bank from Flipkart on[protected], but when I opened the box, I was shocked to get Old Ambrane Power Bank. I was in very bad condition and with some Scratches on it. I found that there is no Charging Adopter for charging the Power Bank. As I am old customer of Flipkart, so it is very bad on your part to break the beleive of your customers. So Flipkart it is your responsibility to find the solution of this complaint. Thanks

                                        Hi got a product from Flipkart on 16th May 2014, and the warranty should be 1 year as per the documents. But when i check with customer case it was purchased in JAN 2014 with some other name. So i understood that the product i got is Used one but flipkart sold to em as New one. Now my product is not working and warranty is expired as it was showing it already purchased in JAN 2014. I want to log a complaint against this on FLIPKART
