I ordered an acewood leather backpack of red color with a blue-dressed doll in it. But the backpack which i received was fake, it had a different logo (Not of acewood), different color (Pink), one damaged handle. I raised a money refund request from flipkart mentioning all the problems. The return request was approved also. But at the time of pick up, the person refused to pick up the item mentioning that the bag is not matching with picture. I called many times to the flipkart customer care. Every time they say that they are sorry, they cancel my return request, create a new request wasting 48 hours. But again when the person came for pick up, he denied to pick up mentioning the same reasons. The flipkart customer care promised me that i will get my refund as they created new request mentioning proper multiple reasons, but when the pick up person calls to some customer care for verification they tell him not to take the item back. This happened for the second time, but flipkart is unable to help me. The pictures of the original bag, and the bag i received is attached here.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Having complained about this, I have been back 50 times in a month, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.
Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time I am tired of contacting them again and again.
I beg Flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset
