Sir/madam,
I have purchased blaupunkt tv model no. Bla[protected] from flipkart invoice no. Fab2az[protected], date-12.10.2018. This television is under warrenty period.
17 july 2019 i have found my tv av1 and av2 port not working (Previously i havent used this port) i. E. Audio was not comming from this port. I have contact blaupunkt customer care for rectification of fault.
Jeeves engineer comes many times but he havent sort out problem. Then he decided to change card main motherboard card, after too many days another person comes from jeeves and replaced faulty motherboard card, but service engineer done wrong connection and led card also burnt, now main motherboard card and led card both becomes faulty due to his mistake (I. E. Due to wrong connection done by jeeves service engineer).
Now till date my tv is completely dead, i have contact customer care of blaupunkt and jeeves several times. No one is responding me.
I have attached invoice reciept and some photos of faulty card with this mail.
My tv is in warrenty peroid, i am requesting you sir take this matter to higher authority and i want replacement of tv or refund.
My tv is completely dead from two and half months, please reply me as soon as possible.
