I have recently ordered a zoook zb jazz bluetooth speaker as usual it got delivered, but this time i got a dead product which had been used previously. The item was sent by a flipkart seller called km enterprises, hydrabad. Please be aware these people are crooked cheater's who lives by cheating flipkart buyers.

    Do not buy products from flipkart. They cheated me and used my money. I had done a transaction for 71052 inr on 28th aug for buying furniture through debit card emi. Transaction was done through bank but flipkart did not gave me any order confirmation. The order was not showing up in my orders section. I called them and they said within 24 hrs either the order would be confirmed ory money would be given back. They did not call me in 24 hrs. I had to call them and check for status and they said my order is cancelled and my money would be given credited by 2 nd sept. Since it was hdfc debit emi, the consumer loan was passed and emo schedule was created for an item which i did not received. When i called bank they said flipkart did not return the amount till 3rd sept so they had to create the emi schedule. I called flipkart again and they responded me on 12th sept sayingy amount of 71052 will be refunded by 25th. Which means i have to close the consumer loan by paying 3% penalty and 18% gst. Which means i had to pay bank 75k for the product for which order was not created. Flipkart clearly says its an issue from their end but they ask me to pay the penalty from my pocket and my they will only credit 71052 on 25th sept. Which means they had my money for almost one month and i had to pay the penalty. Flipkart customer care was rude and had no knowledge. This issue happened with me on 22nd aug as well. When i made a payment of 74k but order was not confirmed and flipkart credited the amount to my card after 15 days. Not sure flipkart is using this stuck up money for some illegal practises. I will for sure lodge a complaint with consumer court. I know this will not impact flipkart as they do not care about customers. But i will ensure i will fight for the cause, where i am sure other customers like me are also facing mental harassment with flipkarts way of doing business. Customers please support me in this matter.

      I have ordered one wardrobe and one queen bed on 1st september 2019. 11th september 2019 i received only wardrobe and delivery person provide us wardrobe bill copy. After few min/hours we received message wardrobe and bed delivered successfully. I checked order on flipkart site and status also update there both product delivered successfully. I called on flipkart customer care number and inform him i received only wardrobe not bed. They said issue raised and will provide resolution before 16th september. Now today status update on flipkart site installation also complete on 13th september 2019. So my concern is here when product is not received and issue still under investigation at flipkart end and flipkart also updating status installation complete. How is it possible? It's looking like scam in flipkart.

      Another issue with flipkart second order placed 2 center tables on 2nd september 2019 through credit card. When i checked 11th september 2019 then status was showing payment not confirmed from the bank. First i called in bank to confirm why amount is not confirmed they informed me amount is confirmed from bank 3rd september 2019 then i called flipkart cutomer care number and inform him bank already confirmed payment. They said issue raised and will provide resolution before 16th september. I got a call from flipkart end on 12th september and person informed to me your order is not confirmed and your money will be back in your account with next 72 hours.

      These kind of scam doing flipkart and it's not coincidence back to back scam they are making fool of people and making money.

      Same on you flipkart..Still my status delivered on flipkart and no any update even 72 hours completed. And you suggest to me pay 1020 rupees extra for fresh order..

      Why you running sale every month when you are not able to provide service. Just making money through fake sales doing large amount scam like my around 17000 rupees product still not confirmed and no money back.

      Please see attached they provide as resolutions. Hat off Flipkart you doing very well scam.

      If you are not able to provide service then back my money with interest. I never ever used your flipkart site in future it's horrible experience. No one is ready to provide solution I'have only one contact customer care they are daily listening issue from the starting and giving me same answer will help you shortly.. Please confirm shortly duration one month, one year or 10 years?

        It's really unfortunate that my first ever experience with flipkart is so bad. I had placed an order on 8th sep for inalsa easy toast bg, amounting to rs.729. Product was delivered to me on 9th sep at 1.45 pm & upon opening the packaging, the contents were found to be damaged. On 9th sep at 2.30 pm, i had requested for the replacement of the inalsa easy toast bg or if they cannot deliver the product then refund the amount. I have complained many times to flipkart customer care but received no feedback from flipkart. They have committed the product will be replaced but still now there is no response from them. So, i request you to replace fresh product as soon as possible. Please find the attached photo of inalsa easy toast bg.

        I haven't received any response from Flipkart Customer Care from last 7 days. When I called up Customer Care, your executives trying to make fool that you will get call from Flipkart. But I haven't received any single response from your side. Which type of disgusting service you are providing to the customers. Just look into the matter & replace defective product as soon possible or if you are unable to replace defective product then give my refund amount through IMPS.

          I placed the order on 17th august. The product was oversized so i placed a request for replacement. I was supposed to receive the replacement on 30th august. Since then till date i haven't received my product. It's going to be almost a month now. I was given a resolution four times and in the last time they said that the product will have to be returned. The return of the product was supposed to take place on 13th september and yet there is nothing from their end. I'm sure they are not going to return because now it's going to be a month.
          Shocked to see the kinda services flipkart has been providing. I need my money back. They have taken their customers for granted.

            I am registering complaints against flipkart because i am not getting any resolution from them after my 100% effort.

            I did shopping from myntra & payment mode was “flipkart pay later”. That product failed to deliver into specified address. So, retailer canceled the delivery & hence money was supposed to returned to origin (Flipkart pay later) around august 25, 2019. And money returned from myntra, i can see under that product written “returned to origin” but somehow returned money (₹723) was not reflecting under flipkart pay later.

            After continuous follow up with flipkart customer care executive, twice they said to contact myntra, according to them money didn’t refunded from myntra’s end. Though already frustrated, still asked again to myntra, myntra said that it’s been refunded from their end, should contact to flipkart.

            I have been calling flipkart to myntra, myntra to flipkart, they are making me fool. Last time i had a call with mr. Aditya (Flipkart customer care supervisor) but still no resolution yet.

            Please, help me as it seems they are not taking issue seriously. Money which they aren’t returning is my hard earned money. I hope this consumer complaints would resolve my issue.

            This issue is still not resolved from Flipkart side. Late fee has been charged on me despite multiple concerns raised at the very beginning when above is issue was not resolved. I am getting daily call & messages to pay my Flipkart bill that includes late fee as well. Why should I pay late fee when it’s totally irrelevant???

              From last night i have noticed in my flipkart account game zone is not working.
              I have logged out from my account and deactivated it. Again i logged in after reacativating the account.
              Still the issue is same game zone is not working
              Today i have contacted flipkart customer service and informed this issue. They updated me that it will work automatically after one hour but still now issue persists.
              Please help me in resolving this.
              It's being 24hrs still it's not resolved.

                I am a frequent consumer of flipkart.. Almost twice a week i will order things via online. But past few days i could find that i am unable to do cash on delivery. I don't have any online transaction also. Whenever i order something and when it comes to payment the only options i get is credit/debit card and bhim upi. I dont habe both these things and so i am unable to order. Kindly take this into your consideration. And please do the necessary as soon as possible.

                    I'm a valuable customer of flipkart from beginning and i was getting a good experience from flipkart except my last order.
                    I'm a flipkart plus member, but if i'm getting this type of service then we can imagine about a normal customer. I have ordered a sony lens sel50f18 but i have received a different model sel50f18f. So i have raised my return request but the seller or flipkart cancel my request 2 times without any reason. Without any courier person come. From the date of 9sep 2019 i have raised the return request 3 times. Is this your plus service for a customer. If i m getting a wrong model no. Because of your seller put the wrong information on your website, inspite you take action on your seller you are harresing to your valuable customer. Requesting you to take return your wrong product back as per your 10days return policy.

Since the product was delivered to you on 13 Aug 19 it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                          Dear Sirs,

                          I had made purchase of Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) and Buyback Guarantee with order ID OD[protected] on 3rd August 2019 for the total amount of Rs.14098/- (Rs.13798 using credit card and Rs.250 using flipkart voucher).

                          But the order was not placed and amount got deducted.

                          After many follow ups, I only got amount of Rs.13798 for the credit card and did not receive the balance amount of the flipkart voucher.

                          Inspite of daily conversations with flipkart customer care reps, there is no action till date.
                          I have stopped completely using Flipkart and feel ur competitor Amazon is way better in these issues.
                          Unless I get my remaining amount back, I will be stop using flipkart completely.

                            I have ordered laptop battery for dell inspiron mini 10 model no. Pp19s on 26-aug-19, but they have delivered wrong product, on 03-sep-19 i had requested for the replacement of the right battery or if they cannot deliver the right battery then refund the amount. Also flipkart customer service called & asked for the reason then i had informed them the same. I was expecting the replacement delivery by 09-sep-19 but nothing arrived or any refund happened. So i had called the flipkart customer service & came to know that without my consent they have cancelled the replacement request and further they say that i have not re-requested for the replacement before the policy term period which was till 09-sep-19 and now they cannot replace or refund the amounts. This shows clear breach of trust & policy terms which leads to fraudulent activities of flipkart. So, request your support to resolve the matter & ensure they are punished as per the law for doing fraudulent activities to cheat consumers.                                 My Flipkart account had been blocked without any information regarding it . I don't know what was the reason for blocking my account. I purchased from Flipkart genuinely I placed many orders but it all get cancelled and showing sellers only had limited stock after made payment then also same issue found I don't know why they doing like this I want to know the details and want to get unblocked my account

                                  My order (Order id-od[protected] ordered on date 04/09/19 ordered by simranjeet singh (Me) has been continuously giving the utmost inconvenience a customer can ever have, since 7-8 days i've been calling to flipkart customer care no. And the solutions given to me are-please wait for 24-48 hours the product will be delivered. Finally i called the shipping company xpress bees with my order no. As[protected] and i've finally been told today (13/09/19) that my product is under investigation and has found tempered or lost. I being a customer raise this huge inconvenience caused to me. Please give me a satisfactory solution by giving me my money back that is already been paid of rs 14999/- through my debit card or send another order (Replacement) for delivery under 48-72 hours. Eitherwise i will have no choice but to file a case and sue the company.

                                    We have placed the order on the 6th of september 2019 on flip kart for redmi 7 mobile. We received the payment deduction notification from hdfc bank but didn't receive any details or order confirmation from flipkart team.

                                    Due with concern we called up customer care and explain them but still they were asking for order no which was not at all generated from there end for which they were not agree after few minutes of discussion they checked and accepted that yes they have received the payment.

                                    We ask for immediate refund back so that we can place another order but since then 8 days have passed there is no resolution at all they call us and tell to wait for 24 to 48 hours again they call and keep on repeating the same. I tried calling them multiple times and they have such a pathetic service every time we need to start the story from scratch to explain what all has happened also seniors are not at all answerable. They talk like robot it will take 24 to 48 hours you have to wait. We are pissed off really don't know what to do feeling. The shopping experience with flipkart is like a nightmare.

                                        From last night i have noticed in my flipkart account game zone is not working.
                                        I have logged out from my account and deactivated it. Again i logged in after reacativating the account.
                                        Still the issue is same game zone is not working
                                        Today i have contacted flipkart customer service and informed this issue. They updated me that it will work automatically after one hour but still now issue persists.
                                        Please help me in resolving this.
