I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 29th AUG at 7:30PM. The promised delivery date was given as Aug 31st. While I was eagerly waiting for my product, I called Flipkart Customer Service(CS) to see whether it can be delivered early, i.e. 30th. They have told that it will be delivered on the PROMISED date. So, waited till 31st, and to my surprise I neither received any update(on my Order - OD[protected] nor delivered.
Today is 5th SEPT, exactly 5 DAYS from Promised Delivery Date. Still the product is not yet delivered to me. I spoke to Filpkart CS 10times till date, I didn't get a proper response from them. I had even requested them to provide an estimated delivery date so that I will not check the order status everytime. The product is simply being rotated(here and there) within the same ekart outlets. I am so frustrated.

Lastly, I've decided to escalate and requested CS team to connect their Senior Person or Manager. They said OK and kept me waiting for 10mins.
Now I am literally FED UP with Flipkart and their Service. So, complaining here.

I would urge you to assist in this regard. Attaching screenshot for reference.

I just got a call from Flipkart - They are demanding me to cancel the order since it was sent to different location within the same State. Also, they cannot assure when it is going to be delivered, if it is not cancelled now.

What the HELL!? Is this how you behave with your customers? I don't understand why would I have to cancel it when it is NOT my Fault. Looks like they wanted to put blame on me in the name of wrong address so that I will cancel. I had made them very clear that "NOT MY FAULT". I had ordered multiple items on Flipkart on the SAME address and never had such issues.

The REASON for not being "easy" here is - I was monitoring the product(looking for availability because of interest in specific Color - Blue)on Flipkart Portal for more than ONE WEEK since the product was showing OUT OF STOCK all the time. Ordered one fine day upon availability. Now, after all this traumatic experience I don't want to cancel it.

Please do the needful

Hello Flipkart Team,

I was told by one of your colleague that the Order will be delivered within 24 - 48 Hours. Then why the hell are you guys irritating me again and again to cancel the order.

I would request you to not set bloody expectations to customer when you cannot deliver things on time. I see a lot of complaints here..

Just got a call from Flipkart Customer Support. They say - Sir, your Order will be delivered within 24 - 48 Hours.
Don't know how many "24 - 48 Hours" they need to deliver a single product.

Flipkart - Do you Seriously understand what's happening? or Are u simply bluffing around?
It's been more than 10 DAYS since the promised Delivery Date.

    Hi, i have been facing an issue with my flipkart account for a number of months now. Whenever i try to login, it says login unsuccessful, please try again in a minute. But, i have still not been able to login after repeated attempts. I have to ask someone else to order stuff for me because of this issue. Please resolve my issue so that i can continue shopping on flipkart.

      I request to return my product. I get improper product from flipkart they didn't help me out with my concern. I'm waiting more than 1hour nd every time i called customer service i faced unskilled, and untrained people make me regret dat i called them, they always give excuses - said the delay was happened because of the issue between the product policy?? Customer support system actually they don't know they r not sure how to resolve problem everyone lie stop saying sorry, and start fixing your customers' issues as quickly as possible.. Not expect this frm you.

          Bough a vox induction cook top from flipkart 2 weeks ago. It has been less than 2 weeks from the day of delivery and the product has stopped working. Contacted flipkart but they refused to do anything about it. They put me on hold for a long time pretending to look for a resolution but in the end told me there is nothing they can do about it and to google for the brand. They are selling a brand for which even a service centre doesn’t exist.

Since the product was delivered to you on 21 Aug 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request.             I bought a iball compbook laptop (A assured category product) from flipkart. Received the laptop with a defective keyboard. Chasing flipkart for its replacement for last on week but there is no resolution of the issue. A technician visit was scheduled on 4 sep but but no technician visited. Very poor approach of flipkart to resolving issue in a reasonable timeframe. Customer service of flipkart is pathetic.

              I am very disappointed with your service it was pathetic this is first time i faced such problem with the online purchase i'm an active user of many online services but this was out of the box you had created an issue the guy who came from wish master or ekart to my door step for delivering and picking up my old phone he was very rude and disrespectful this is how your servicemen gives the service to a end user i'm mentioning my orders details down realme 5 pro (Crystal with order id od[protected] i had order this phone from your website with the exchange scheme of my old phone (Realme 1) which is in good condition but the pickup guy was in such mood that he don't want to take that old phone for some reason so he started creating and issues that old phone has some dent near charging point and ignore to pick up the phone i'm attaching some images of my old phone in this mail body please reply what is the expectations of flipkart and wishmaster how the old phone should be and i'm expecting some logical answer from your side or i would like to accelerate this issue to the upper level and on social handle.

                Order could not be traced in my account in Flipcart site. May be possible that order will be cancelled due to hike in shipping charges as on date Flipcart asking for Rs.284/= for the same item against Rs. 180/= as per previous order.

                  Hello sir/ma'am,
                  My name is Tannawi Sippy. I am going to complain against Flipkart. I have brought 5-6 product with a total cost of Rs 3559 on 15-17 august 2019. After a few more days, I bought a pair of shoe for my husband costing Rs 1399. Now after receiving all the product I didn't like some of the product and some product was of very cheap quality. so I requested a return but after 1 day they closed my return and told due to the high number of returns your return has been cancelled. After that, I tried to log in again my Flipkart account then I show I was unable to log in again. After that I called Flipkart customer support they told they cannot do anything and you can never log in again and therefore you cannot return any product and we can't do anything. when I told to transfer the call to higher authority then they transferred my call to higher authority but they also said the same. Then I also complain via e-mail. Then they told that by 22 aug 2019 they will resolve my issue. But they didn't do anything. So lastly, I have to come here. Its my kind request to grant all my refund of total cost of 3599+1399(shoe)=Rs 4998 and charge some amount of fine so that they don't do again.

                    I have bought a newly launch washing machine from Flipkart on Jul 20th '19. They were running a scheme "5 lucky customers will get 100% cashback". We liked the product and placed the order and after some days when I called Flipkart they denied of such offer. I took a screenshot but I lost it somehow. now I don't have anything to prove.
                    After certain days washing machine started to give low water pressure error. I called Flipkart and they redirected me to Midea customer care. I raised a complaint its been 3 days till now no technician showed up.

                    Now the issue is, I want to give my feedback about this product on Flipkart but my feedback is not showing on product page. I kept on calling Flipkart from last 3 weeks they raised an Incident, now they are telling my feedback is passed to Supplier directly. The feedback page is not available anymore.

                    I want to provide my feedback so that other's don't fall for this product.

                      Sir I was ordered mobile on 22nd August and return requested on 31st August but they are saying refunded on 23 August how it is possible sir before returning how they credit the amount . I already checked credit card statement but no refund amount reflected and at the same time the above amount was converted to EMI how it's possible

                        Ordered 3 products
                        Then flipkart cancelled all 3 for no reason.
                        After so many calling and emailing, they refunded money for 2 products

                        It's been 10 days and never refunded for the 3rd product.

                        By email, they just send the same preprogrammed messages over and over and they stopped responding 4days ago

                        It's been very disappointing to be treated like this even when i was a plus customer
                        Now they blocked my account too.

                        I don't want that account for useless flipkart

                        I just want my money back

                          I purchased 50gkarthika shikakai powder from flipkart. How can 50g karthika shikakai powder cost 274rs. I bought it by mistake and could not return the product as it had already been delivered.. The real cost of 180g kartika hair powder is itself 89 rs how can 50g powder cost so much..                             This company provided a cheap quality mixer juicer. Due to excessive vibrations of the mixer, the lid came off during running and my wife fingers were injured and had to do minor surgery. I have spent more than rs 40000 in hospital.                                 Flipkart has sent me wrong product and refusing to take return. They have also blocked my account which has some balance too. Customer care not prodiving any kind of proper response or support. Thier only response is accout is blocked because of return request.!

                                @flipkart don't expect us to keep wrong product, we will return the product if it was not what was promised. I[censored] don't want to take return just mention it like return will not be taken back even i[censored] recieve defective or wrong product!

                                  I just shop laptop from flipkart
                                  When i receive product
                                  Laptop adapter was missing from seal pack.
                                  I contact to customer care
                                  I tell them that please delivered to me adapter separately
                                  But they refuse that and ask to me we only replace that product we can't delivered to adapter separately. Than i told to them if you give me 100% surety in written though mail.
                                  That product delivered to me in proper condition with all accessories than i will ready to replace. But they refuse given me in wirtten and close my case.
                                  If adapter delivered to me separately at my registered address than i will satisfy otherwise i go for legal process and also public on social media sites that flipkart is fraud company don't buy any product from there. They don't delivered to complete product. They fraud with people. Fraud company flipkart

                                    I am not able to login my account and it is showing that login unsuccessful please retry after a minute and i have done this repeatedly then it started showing that please try again in 24 hours, why this is happening to me i am a very old customer of flipkart and have ordered a lot of products from flipkart. And i have somethings are pending with flipkart, so please help me to login my account.

                                    I am user of flipkart since 2014 i am a very old customer and have faced so
                                    many issues while ordering product from flipkart and so i have returned
                                    products but flipkart has blocked me from using it, and this is very bad
                                    thing also i was a flipkart plus member, and i have become flipkart plus
                                    member by buying lot of products from flipkart, so how u can treat me like
                                    this and block my very old account, just give me my account otherwise i
                                    have to file a complaint in consumer court.

                                      I have purchase a samsung led tv to gift my sister. The product was delivered on 30th aug 2019, samsung authorized person came for tv installation same day he says that tv is not working properly, product was worst and i complaint on flipkart customer care to replace my product i have called almost 7 times to customer care and mail also and social media also but still problem not resolved. Kindly request you pls resolve my problem becauseoz i feel like insulting and cheated my self kindly request you pls resolve.
