    I purchased samsung 253 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator delivered on damage condition on 14th august. Return option is not appearing for me. I called around 20 times to customer care everyone tells technical issues need to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
    I write multiple mails cc'ed cs-head but never seen such worst company and worst response from customer care.
    Can you help to find solution for this.

      As a matter of fact, courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to subash. You informed right, but understand my problem, so many times i speak flipkart c. Care exeutive person clearly i told prouduct shipped done but i ordered vivo z1pro (Sonic blue, 64 gb). But box inside product is realme pro. Who make mistake you can analise, why i am suffer for the issue. My mistake is only buy flipkart online only. Delivery packing box pasting address label name is subash, but inside address slip is shipping adress : praveen, 5middle street thalatheru, karaikal - 609605, puduchery. (I have a proof as per attachment. You see attachment then you think and give good solution. I pay 17000 for vivo z1pro (Sonic blue, 64 gb) but you delivered mobile cost is 14000 who bare this amount, if this is for your problem you can accept, so please think genuine and sort out my problem. Already one month gone. Iam so tired. Why you told reply email, so many time i send the mail again and again.

I have contacted the affiliate team several times but so far no reply. I need my payment immediately so please take immediate action.

        I have crossed affiliate limit but still i have not received my payment till now. Mails are not being responded to. Please help me here.

        I had tried to contact flipkart affiliate but they are not responding to mails or to the contact us option in the website. The service is so disappointing and poor

          Hi,

          This is vasu, actually i order crocs sandals, but i got damaged product. This order is 3rd time order.
          When i put first time ordered croc's sandals automatically after shipping it is out of stock finally it is cancelled.
          When i put second time ordered croc's sandals. Delivary person call me one time that time i am in company, i am also told to him available at 2pm, but he is cancelled my product.
          When i put third time ordred croc's sandals. I got ordered when i saw the product that it is damaged.
          Please think my end. Every single rupee is value in my life and every life.
          Please understand my concern.

                  I had booked a redmi note 7s with exchange of my old mobile phone for rs.850/- and picking charges rs.100/- vide order no. Od[protected]. Though the item was delivered today, the delivery boy was not ready to pick up the old phone saying that there is a minor damage in the corner of the phone. Actually the phone is working condition and no physical damage exists. Only a plastic line in the border of the phone is torn as per the delivery boy and he rejected the old phone.
                  You may please note that the exchanges are done for used mobile phones and the price assessed is very very low. I feel the rejection of exchange phones is to cheat the customers as the customer will be compelled to take the new phone by paying cash for the rejected phone. Please look into the matter and do the needful to pickup the old phone and refund my amount.

                    I have ordered spacewood engineered bed from flipkart originally on 9th august, which came as defective product verified by flipkart installation partners. It was returned back after a week and replaced with new piece on 26th aug. Now while we have requested flipkart to arrange installation, we have been informed the order details are not visible in the system and hence unable to arrange the same. And after 5th september the product cannot be replaced incase damaged as per the policy. We want to save ourselves against this mental torture o[censored]nable to serve clients better and after making full payment for the product upfront.

                        Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

                          I had ordered a redmi note 7 pro from my flipkart account and it was canceeled. I got the refund in my flipkart wallet as gift card balance and on next day they blocked that account with my money. For more than three months i have been asking them for the refund amount to be transferred in my bank account. But every time their customer service executive is saying "money will be transferred to your bank within three days" i had even sent a formal notice via mail also. But still without effect

                          Sir, I think you did not read my complain properly. Yes seller had refunded my amount but it was in my flipkart wallet as flipkart giftcard. But as you blocked my flipkart account so i am not able to use that amount. Thats why i asked for that money to be returned in my bank account. And you are always saying "it will take 2-3 business days" but doing nothing

                            I am a Flipkart customer..I want to buy a Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile with exchange of Samsung Galaxy J7 Mobile.. The flipkart deliver rejected my device for exchange though it dont have any problems like screen breaks, battery swollen, ny port damage or IMEI problem

                            It was a removable battery mobile it must have some gap at back door.. he show it as a reason for rejection.. its very bad to expect this from flipkart..

                              Since I've been regularly following up through chat, they have disabled my chat rights as well in the complaint request and only available option is to email them.

                              Please note that they have changed delivery date 6 times earlier and now they are changing to 5th september without customer's consent. Is there any regulatory body in india which penalise e-commerce website due to their negligence and mistreatment to the customers. Please support.

                                  I have order a Mobile 4 day before Realme 3i with a Exchange old mobile. Ekart boy come to my Address for delivery but he is not deliver my parcel he was told to me your old mobile not acceptable due to some light spot of back cover in my mobile in back side. I have very carefully read all term & conditions but that type conditions not mention.

                                    I ordered a phone real me x on exchange policy. Delivery boy refuses to exchange phone, so i have him cash 3000 extra and take phone, then he seems to be interested in my old phone. So he was ready to buy phone, then he take my phone for testing and then ran away.
                                    His name is vivek rawal, lives near grand vanice mall.

                                    Please take some legal actions on him.
                                    This is crime and very unprofessional.

                                      I placed an order for 2 lakme masaba lip pout in caramel toffee from flipkart but parcel received had one lakme absolute matte melt and lakme 9 to 5. Flipkart is now not reachable either through their own complaint box or through call.
                                      Kndly take this shipment back and send me my exact order. I tried uploading the picture also but site is blocking me to do so.
