Flipkart — not received many to account | |
My name is basappa patil from belgaum karnataka my account number : [protected] i ordered on item from amazon.com on.13-aug-2019 amount of ₹714. Due to some reason i cancel the order. Refund initiated by amazon on 14.08.2019 and i got refund reference number pzt[protected]widfi02 from flipkart. But till now refund amount not reflect my bank account they had mentioned me on flipkart account amount will be reflected in your account on 20.08.2019. Kindly do the needful. Verified Support Aug 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to hear that you’ve not received the refund of your Product. The seller has refunded ₹ 714 on 13 Aug 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |
