I have recently purchased a mobile fRoM your website...The screen of the handset broke completely as it fell from a height of just 10cm...So I would kindly want to know about the exchange of the item...As I Feel that the item was not strong from beginning and it might have had problems during its manufactuRe and I have observed that it's battery life is not upto mark as mentioned in the review of the item.so I feel the higher authorities must take the responsibility and provide An exchange of the thing

    My order no is od[protected] which is not delivered, but later cancelled by wish master.
    He has called and say you come on worli seaface i am here i say i am in office, but i will tell my to receive the parcel would you come to dairy qtrs please which on road side and no inside the compound. He says no if you want the parcel you come otherwise i will cancel your parcel and he did it. I have replaced order again. Please take strict action against the wish master. Because of this incident i have to face lots of problem. Thank you

      On 21 September, I placed an order of Mi 4a mobiles quantity 2, and mamy poko pants diaper qty 2 with order id OD[protected]. As soon as I placed the order, my order got cancelled saying that seller has cancelled your order because of bulk order. The order amount was 13465..then I waited for my money to be credited in my account for 7-10 days. When I didn't get credit, I started communicating to flipkart customer care, after 3 months till date I didn't got my money back. Flipkart customer care reply was our seller had not claimed money from your sbi bank, so you talk to sbi.. SBI is saying they had claimed the money, if they had not claimed they want a letter from the merchant stating that they have not received the amount. Upon contacting to flipkart customer care, they are saying they can't provide this. What should I mean by this.. I am very upset and this amount is a very big amount for me. They have claimed the money on 25 Sept as said by bank.. It is clearly shown in my bank statement too.. In my previous complaint, they agreed to provide me an email in that email they have mentioned wrong amount and wrong transaction date.. Bank is asking the email with right transaction amount and write transaction date then only they will solve

        I have received an incorrect cum defective item and asked for return.. but my return has been rejected 6times in last 25days.. and the support team is still not provided me with a solution.. item is neither exchanged nor refunded..
        The support team has no oatiemce to understand my issie and provides the same solution every time.. its beena vicious circle from last ome month and still the staff has no sense to understand the problem..

        I stay in UAE and cant be contacted on phone, so i insist on mail..I have stated in every single mail on how to contact me and everytime the staff call up my aunt's number for whom the delivery was done..she has idea about it.. they are regularly calling and harassing her..

          Dear Concerned,

          I Shrey mob no. [protected] & [protected] have ordered an iphone from flipkart on 15.01.2018 (Order id no. OD[protected], But instead of iphone a piece of stone was delivered by flipkart.

          The complaint has also been lodged through telephonically yesterday with customer care. The complaint no issued is IN[protected].

          Further, complaint has also been lodged at Dabri Police Station, Delhi against fraudulent activity performed by flipkart or their representative.

          The copy of the complaint in police station and photographs of the product received is attached for your ready reference.

          May please resolve the above and deliver iphone or else refund the amount as earlier.

            I had ordered moto e4 plus (Blue) which was delivered in 30th nov-2017, (Payment was done on cod) after that there was defect in volume control key, so requested for replacement. Replacement did not happen due to some issues with seller & filpkar company so i requested for refund, which was refunded after some days on some other account, without asking/taking my account details for refund. This major negligency & carelesness of flipkart company is troubling to customer. Company is regualry changing there statement on refund & postponing the dates from last 8-10 days.
            Please look into this matter carefully & if required a strong action must be taken against the flipkart company.

            Customer raised a complaint because he didn't received the refund, we interacted with the customer and informed him that the bank details was collected on 30th Dec and provided the refund but customer denied he told he didn't received any call. We apologies and informed customer we contacted on the registered number so kindly check with the owner of the registered number customer told he already checked with his friend and he confirmed that he didn't received any call. We apologies and informed customer we have the proof where we collected the bank details and provided the refund. Customer was not agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

              I am totally frustrated and angry with the kind responses i am getting from flipkart. I feel cheated that a damaged and fake product has been supplied to me and for past 50 days i am being misled about the replacement. At first the company kept telling me that there is some problem with their software and now they are telling me that the damaged product will be picked up but no still no action for last many days. All the recent news items about flipkart delivering fake product seems to be perfectly true.

              Customer complained about the damaged product, we have contacted to customer and taken the return request for refund and processed the refund and closed the case from our end.
              I have ordered bean beg today only...

              One week ago I ordered a screen guard for my Redmi note 4 but when I opened the box I got the broken screen guard I think it was already broken than I trying to change but there is not change policy on that screen guard so how can you help me for this please give me reply soon
              Initially the product performed very well, but from last few days it is not behaving properly . The battery vanishes at very high rate and the device over heats from time to time for even very minute and small operations...please resolve this problem.

                      I purchased a scan disk sd card 64gb worth rs 1895 and was delivered to me on[protected]. After opening the package i found out the card was broken into two pieces for which i called flipkart customercare and requested for an exchange as they denied the money back. The next day they canceled my request for exchanging the product for unknown reasons without informing me. When i called them after 13 days they said we cannot either replace your product nor can we give your money back just because the time in which i should have called is set to 10 days on their on whim which i as a customer never knew about. This is absolute robbery of a regular customers money.

                            Hello,

                            I have recently ordered one item from flipkart with order id: od[protected]. I ordered that on 14th of january early morning and i was assured by flipkart that i will get delivery on 15th january.
                            Yesterday only i got an email that it's got delayed due to some reason and will be reaching me on 17th january. When i raised complaint using sending an email to flipkart, i got a response that "we are sorry that the delivery of your 'soundlogic beb003px wireless headset with mic' from your order od[protected] has been delayed.

                            Please be assured that we are working with the seller's partnered courier service provider to ensure that the order reaches you. We will share an update on your order by 19 january 2018."
                            I am getting frustrated. They are delaying delivery.
                            I really need it. I needed it for one of my friend and he is leaving the city today. Now i will be needed to pay the charges of courier. Can you please compensate by reducing money now?

                              Very bad experience with flipkart this time. I am regular buyer from flipkart online. I never return the products after purchase but this time when i do not like the product with bad quality now want to take refund you guys are now teaching me t&c. Very bad emprastion. You guys are now start making fool to customer by showing hidden wordings.

                                I bought mi max 2 from flipkart and it was delivered yesterday, and today it has suddenly stopped working and it's not responding at all. My phone is showing a blank screen and it's not working at all. Please tell me how to fix it.

                                The phone is not taking charge, i'm unable to switch it on or off.

                                I just got it yesterday and all my data is in it, i don't want my documents to get deleted. The battery is also unremovable so i can't do anything about it.

                                  I had ordered some products from your site and today i.e. 16th jan 2018 I recieved a call from your employee from Vaduj. His behaviour on the call was very rude and arrongant. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT TOUR CUSTOMERS. On many occasions I have ordered products in the urban areas, I had no problem there but this time I ordered in my village, your employee doesn't respect the customer.
                                  This is really bad for a company like flipkart. I request you to take a VERY STRICT ACTION against the employee(vaduj region). Due to this I have cancelled all my orders. This is the worst service given by a high-profile company like flipkart. The employee isn't suitable for your company. I request you to solve this problem immediately. I hope you solve the issue and maintain the dignity and prestige of your company.

                                    My name jagjeevan singh my mobile no [protected] iam order flush tanki on flipkart when i receive product my plumber told me some item missing so i create replacement request after one week i check status i saw my replacement request canceled now i call flipkart customer care then they told me your return time over
                                    Now we not any help me
                                    So please help me why not inform me when i request canceled from flipkart

                                      Flipkart cancel my order and increase the price of same product by 5000rs.

                                      On 14/01/'18 i purchased laptop worth 72990/- i tried paid same amounts by my bank of baroda debit card. But due to daily limit of 50000 i was unable to pay this amount so i call flipkart customar support by their suggestions i bought 25000/- gift card by using different debit card and paid remaining amount of 47990/- through bob debit card. And i successfully orederd my dream laptop.

                                      Now on 15/01/'18 @7:13pm i received message that your amount is refunded to your accounts without any reasons and price of same laptop is increase to 77990/- by 5000. Now my 25000 are stuck in the flipkart wallet which is not refundable.

                                      I called them and first they said its due to the bulk order of same laptop i asked them to transfer call to manager.
                                      Now assistant manager said its beacuse i used international card but i didn't i had all purchased history if they want. And they said ordered it again but price are increase to 5000.

                                      Now my 25000 are stuck in the flipkart wallet. Flipkart ruined my day i am totally frustrated. They even didn't provide true reasons. Flipkart broke my dream. Now my 25000 stuck i am unable to buy this laptop from anywhere.
                                      Flipkart cheated with me.

                                      i want my money or laptop back. Now what is guarantee that they will do same if order it again?

                                        I will buy a handset on flipcart on11.01.2018 i have received a delivery sucessfull massage on 14.01.2018 but i am received handset that time thats why i am contact with corriour service after some time they will call me and say your phone delivered to another person and they will force me to accept phone without pouch, delivery boy sell my handset without informing me...
