I ordered a moto e4 plus smartphone on 20th july 2017, bearing order no od[protected] which was delivered at the end of the same month i. E. July 27th 2017.
Sir, i am not happy with the performance of this phone. It is also very heavy. Now, i want to return this phone. It is hanging more times. I don't want this product. I bought this phone after seeing flipkart ad on newspaper. I had lots of expectations. I know moto company has a good reputation but i am not happy with this phone. I am only interested in returning this phone. Please exchange my moto e4 plus.
I am your old customer. I have bought various products from your website. You can see my order details & will also buy more products in future. Kindly inform me about further proceedings as soon as possible. If no revert is received from you, i shall cancel my order for smartphone at next time.

    I have received information after closing of sale that your order is cancelled with unknown reason. This is cheating with the customer that you show discount on products in sale and later on do not deliver your committments.
    I want action against flipkart and compensation for harassment.

A wishmaster will pick up the originally delivered item by saturday, feb 24, 2018. The refund will be initiated within 1 business day of the pick up. Please keep the item in the product box along with accessories & tags ready for pickup. Do remember to do a factory reset, erase all personal data and remove any storage cards before handing it over to the wishmaster.         This above message they send me but on same day evening means on 23/2/18 they send person to pick up but i did not carry the item i said i bring tomorrow he said that i will cancel the return from my side u apply return again and they pick up again but very next day the mail me saying that.           Order placed on 8.2.2018 for nikon camera d 5300 with lens, 16gb sd card + camera bag instead of said article i received iron pipes and plastic scrap material on 10.2.2018. Online payment for said article (Camera) is already made. (Rs.48, 490/-). Kindly do the needful at earliest. Expecting compensation for mental stress which i had gone through because of this incident.

            Flipkart dispatched damaged laptopacer switch one atom quad core - (2 gb/32 gb emmc storage/windows 10 home) sw110-1ct.
            While sending it to authorised service center they told that laptop canbe workable after windows reinstallment. They tried more than 3 days then told that they dont have suitable driver 7 waiting for suitable driver from head office. Afetr 3 days driver came total days too4 6 days thatafetr installation of the drivers the product is not workig & confirmed that the issue of harware problem. The flipkart has replacement policy with acer 7 get it replace.
            Aas on today flipkart not replacing the product & notgiving value to my rs 12000/& cheated me of good quality product.

            Customer said he visited the Authorized Service Center (ASC) and they have confirmed that there is a hardware issue. ASC is not denying to provide the service.

            Customer had requested for a replacement. Since he contacted us after the 10 days replacement policy, politely denied. Advised the customer to visit the ASC to resolve the issues.

            Information provided. Hence, closing the case.

              I placed an order with flipkart and selected the mode of transaction as phonepe the transaction was successful but the order was not placed, i immediately escalated the issue to the customer service through email and calls where i was told the refund will be done in 8 hrs, which did not happen i was told to contact my bank. My bank shared the details of a successful transaction to flipkart.
              After a week the customer service told me to contact the phonepe customer service because it's another department i forwarded all my emails to them, the issue was not answered for few days unless i wrote an email stating for an legal action to be taken against them. I was replied but they are trying to confuse with different transactions i made on that day. Its almost 15 days now.

                Recently i ordered a roti maker on flipkart & got a cheap unbranded, damaged, substandard roti maker. Instead of making rotis it was rolling out puris.

                I wanted a full refund but their app allowed only replacement, which i had not option but to choose.

                When the replacement came the courier person refused to give me the same saying your product has quality issues & i cannot replace it.
                Duh... That's why i wanted a refund.

                Anyway so he asked to call their helpline which i did & was assured a refund. When the next pick up guy arrived he said your product is damaged & i cannot take it as you had mentioned quality issues.
                Please note as much as i dont like this product, it is most certainly not damaged. I am not happy with what i got, whether you call it quality issues or damaged goods. I don't want it. Period.

                I want it gone from my house & want a full refund.

                Another question how can a courier person be authorised to certify if the product is damaged or not? Isn't it his job to just pick up, check if everything is there & leave?

                Can you please help with this issue.

                Hence closing the case from our end.
                Thank you for your intervention. Flipkart swung into action immediately & picked up the package. I have been assured a refund by 1st March'18. Thank you once again.

                  During the first flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                  I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                  This is complete cheating of customers.

                  It is not a new thing for flipkart they do this regularly during flash sale, the product which is already added into cart goes out of stock within seconds even before you checkout. So the best way to deal with this is to have patience and wait until the flash sale of that products stops and starts selling in open sale. So at that point of time you can buy it without any trouble or if not by that time you will also have other better phones like Oppo F7, Vivo V9 which are much better than the redmi note 5 pro. So I gave up on redmi note 5 pro and now I am waiting for oppo f7 and vivo v9 which are comparatively better than redmi note 5 pro.

                    I placed a order of redmi 5a from flipkart but tge order was cancelled by the seller within 20 mins.. Very bad service from flipkart. My order id od[protected]. The maximum quantity was not mentioned below the product like amazon.. Usually flipkart will block while checkout if the user reached max quantity.. This is my 2nd order only.. Pls revert the cancellation and ship my order as soon as possible.

                    Leave it bro it is impossible because Flipkart has no control on its saller...id saller cancelled your order then Flipkart cant do anything because they are helpless...forget and try to book your phone on mi.com..all the best...
                    mi did huge mistake by providing sale on Flipkart because Flipkart service is not good, i ordered redmi 5a 4 times and they cancelled my order all time...mi has to be choose Amazon for their flash sale...

                      I have placed an order today on flipkart with order id od[protected] for redmi 5a mobile but order was cancelled by seller (Truenet commerce) without any email or sms or any notification. Why it is cancelled.. It took so much effort to place order and seller cancelled it..
                      I work at a office and luckily only my order gets placed so i order and give fones to my friends. I might order 3-4 more also. I need my order and dont want to get it cancelled again..

                        They are saying seller can reject the return request

                        This is not a good business practice they are cheating customer, neither they have informed the customer by call or sms that yr request is rejected,

                        Customer is waiting for the pickup, and sliently rejected the request

                        Cutomer can be always we loging to watch the notification

                        When u intitiated to buy the product otg confirnation is required
                        When yr order accepeted the call will give for confirmation and sms to yr number
                        When delvery guys come for delivery the call and sms will come

                        But at the time of return request rejeceted, no informatation will come

                        This is a fraud case they just want to sell fake product and help the buyer to make money anf flipcart to earn commision, lets cutomer face the challenges

                        1. I bought an item which they claimed as a genuine brand eventually turned out to be a fake duplicate.
                        2. I have put the reqwest on same date i got the confirmation id0d[protected] it will be picked on 8feb
                        3 till date no pick up, i called flipcart exe he say the seller rejected
                        4. I asked why he say i donot know i will not help u
                        5 i said what should i do he said u must got the sms about cancellation i said no i didn't get
                        6. I said please help he said so produly i will not do and we will not help u i said but why the seller rejected and no intimation, about he said u have check i said i am waiting for the pick up
                        7. These call centre not give proper response

                          We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed customer that TX[protected] and TX[protected] are failed transaction and if at all amount debited, it will get credited within 8 BD.
                          Also informed if the amount debited was not in knowledge of him, asked to get in touch with the bank and also raise a cyber complaint. Customer agreed and closing the case.

There was technician visit but without my knowledge technician has cancelled our request... that ### has not even informed about this update. Please make sure issue is solved..                               My flipkart registered account number is [protected] and flipkart registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com flipkart has blocked my account which was having 14000 rupees gift cards added, i have complaint many times about that to flipkart but they are not helping me, they are saying that i have taken compensation unfairly that's why they have freezed my account but i have explained them many times that i haven't asked for the compensation amount. Actually i have ordered a billion fast grind mg122 500 w mixer from flipkart and my order i'd is od[protected] but that seller has cancelled my order and then flipkart sent me a mail that seller was unable to process my order that's why seller he providing me a 100 rupees gift card for continuous trust in flipkart, so the seller himself issued the 100 rupees gift card as a compensation and i have sent all these info to flipkart through mail but they are now not replying to my mails i have bought all the gift cards from zingoy app for purchasing a mobile but now they have freezed my account without any reason and they are not providing me any solution so it's my request to u to please look into my issue and help me to get my 14000 rupees back they are sending me same mail again and again, they are just copying the same mail again and then sending me. Flipkart is not providing me any help so please help me below i am attaching some proofs against flipkart please look into all this matter and then help me to recover my money

                              They are just saying that I have unfairly used their token of apology policy but when I am asking them to give some explanation on this topic, they are not giving explanation
                              I have asked them many times that please tell me when I have used ur policy unfairly and for how much amount but they are not providing any info on this
                              They are just sending me a mail again and again
                              I have purchased 14k rupees gift card from zingoy app, I have provided them the screenshot of my order I'd of zingoy app in which I have purchased the Flipkart's gift card but still they are not unblocking my account
                              I have also requested them that i[censored]r team doesn't want to unblock my account then they should refund my money into my bank account I won't use Flipkart later but still they are not agreeing on this too
                              In the end they just want my money that's why they are harassing me but I will not leave this issue because it's my hard earned money

                                  Step up your game flipkart!!
                                  I'm very upset about the product given to me. Ipro portable charger is the product i bought. After 2 days the chord wasn't charging and after i returned im getting a defective product. The chord is spoiled and has pink colour on it and the on/off button isn't working. I want my money back. This is not acceptable. The first time i order a charger and that was also defective. So this is what i got in return....

                                  आज मेरा रेडमी 5a का आर्डर truenet commerce के द्वारा कैंसिल कर दिया गया बिना मेरी इज़ाज़त के ।ये कुछ और नही बल्कि ग्राहक के साथ धोखा है।कृपया मेरे आर्डर provide करवाये।यदि सभी नही हो पाते है तो कम से कम 1 या 2 ही दे।मैं पिछले 15 दिनों से इंतज़ार कर रहा था।जब इस बार मेरे आर्डर successfully हो गए तो इन्हें अपने आप कैंसिल कर दिया गया।कृपया कभी ऐसा मत कीजिये।
                                  I have placed my order after long wait and afford but this truenet commerce has cancelled my order. This is a fraud company playing with customers. If they can't provide us what we order then they should not highlight in Flipkart or anywhere as a seller. I would rate this a less than 0. Worst seller.

                                    I have ordered mobile cover but that's not fit on my mobile so request flipkart for replacement flipkart say me wishmaster will pickup your product and replacement shipped but about 7 day i nobody come i requested flipkart to be helfull but flipkart say wishmaster on the way and reach you 7 pm at your address and next day flipkart cancel my return... Without any reason.

                                      I have placed an order today on flipkart with order id od[protected] for redmi 5a mobile but after 10 minutes the order was cancelled by seller (Truenet commerce). Why it is cancelled.. It took so much effort to place order and seller cancelled it..
                                      I have 11 employees at my farm and m buying for them.. Bought just 3 till now and 4th got cancelled.. Will be ordering 8 more for everyone and i[censored] agree to provide me all now then i wont place order again but i[censored] cant then i need my order and dont want to get it cancelled again..
