I have ordered a "pixel 2 64gb kinda blue" product in flipkart during the recent sale on 7th december 2017.

Order id - od[protected]

Original selling price - rs.61000
Promotion discount - rs.11001
Discount for using credit card - rs.10000
Final price - rs.39999
Order date & time - 07/12/2017 12:42am

I have lost sleep to buy the phone before it runs out of stock. The expected delivery date for the order was 09/12/2017 but there was no update in the order status. So i decided to enquire with flipkart customer care regarding the status and they promised to give an update by 12/12/2017. They called me again on 12/12/2017 saying they did not have any update from the seller and prompted me to cancel the order. They said they cannot reimburse the discounted amount if i bought the phone again at the original cost. So i disagreed to cancel my order and insisted on waiting it out. They sent me another email on 12/12/2017 saying that they will get it resolved by 13/12/2017 4:00pm. Later on 12/12/2017 they cancelled my order without my consent and refunded the rs.39999/- not any compensation for the deal they promised, which the transaction was based on.

I can settle for a different color of the phone at a discount price since they are in stock in the flipkart website. But this insensitive behavior by their customer care is wrong and i require help getting it resolved.

Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation. We interacted with the customer and apologies for the cancellation and informed customer that the product was not in stock because of that the seller cancelled the order. Customer told he is not going to purchase anything in future hence closing the complaint from our end.

    I purchased honor 8 lite, just 2 month only completed but my mobile center corner side dim light came, i gave service center they not tell properly answer, very poor customer service, they told mobile corner damaged, but i bought time also same thing there, 2 days before only this type happened.
    Now i feel very sad, i never purchased flipkart. Thank you for your customer services.

    Sir i need solution, customer care told check service center, but service center told this not our response, mobile was damage we can't ready to your mobile.
    i bought time also same thing there now what i do...first of all my mobile new mobile or refurbished ah, why this type of problem accrued, flipkart cheated to me.

      I have ordered Mi A1 64 gb, black on 8th dec 2017, order id-OD[protected]. It's 12.12.2017 today still not received my product actual expected delivery date is 11.12.2017 .
      On Flipkart maximum product(mobile handset) is sell by truenet seller, it is worst seller, still flipkart allow them to sell their product. When i contact customer care they are not given seller contact number or mail id and they didn't tell the sufficient reasons i received mails from flipkart in one mail they wrote me we are escalating the issue to concern department we will get back to you with a update on 13.12.2017 in another mail they wrote we will get back to you with an a update on 13.12.2017. Still they didn't tell the delivery date of my product as per the reviews in these cases flipkart offers lowest prices in the festival times and after that they will not delivered the product within the time and when we are asking about their mistake just they cancelled our order. for this reason customer will loss the emi processing charges.

      Worst Service Provide by flipkart cause knowing the performance/service of seller still permit them to sell their product...

        I hv ordered my phone on 8th december and delivery date was expected by 11th of december i. E yesterday.
        But till now it is still in processing state and wen i called customer care of flipkart yesterday,, ans is no data available our expert team ll reach to you by 15th of december

        They are telling person ll contact us n give delivery date by 15th

        Worst seller and worst experience speaking to flipkart.

          Same story happened with me ordered mia1 on 8th dec 17 and from day two i found no updates from flipkart for the delivery. Started then contacting flipkart all are customer care responding in standard format like "we're working with the seller to fix this and please be assured that we're looking into this and will get back to you with an update by december 13, 2017.
          What can i do now? Unfortunately my mobile has stolen and looking for this mobile.

              This is regarding order number: od[protected]
              The order was placed on fri, dec 8th 2017. When the order is tracked, the website is showing
              Tue, 12th dec 2:37 pm bangalore undelivered due to shipment damaged

              The order status still shows as delay in delivery but when i called flipkart support, they are saying that the money will be refunded within 8 to 10 days. This is unacceptable. Since this product is still in-stock, why is the flipkart support saying they will cancel the order?
              Shipment damage is an error caused by flipkart and has nothing to do with the customer. Since the price of the laptop is now rs. 1, 09, 990 which is more than the ordered price (Rs. 69, 990) how can the customer re-order the same laptop at the original price?
              Why does the customer have to pay the price for flipkart's mistake?
              Who is responsible for such a mistake?
              I request flipkart to take responsibility for their mistake and deliver the ordered product. I do not wish to receive a refund. I want the product to be delivered.

              I think this is a scam by flipkart/retailnet (Seller). I found similar complaint on this forum. I think same product cancelled and having the same reason is not mere co-incidence.

                I have a similar story to other posted complaints. I placed an order for a mia1 handset on[protected]. Today is the third day that the seller has been "processing" the order. I mean come on, i have had a chance at being a warehouse supervisor, and situations like this will never arise unless due to gross negligence. I contacted flipkart twice regarding the issue and they have no further details to provide other than that the product will be delivered on time. This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I have decided to wait for 1 more day. If there is no change in the status of the order i will cancel and never bring my business to flipkart.

                    We have ordered on sat, dec 9th '17 vide od[protected], the product packed and shipped on the same date and delivery expected 13 dec 2017, but on 11 dec 2017 the order is cancelled by the selller or flipkart without prior notice, and flipkart customer care vishal jadav (Floor supervisor mumbai) says you have cancelled some order in 2014, so cancelled your order at this moment and in future will be cancelled your order if you booked the item from flipkart, he says pls create a new id and order for the same.

                      I purchased crocs 42k clogs first I received a defective product from flipkart so I returned and replacement was not available so I choosed refund option. Then again I ordered another same product this time I facing size issue the one I got was smaller than the exact size and the packing was broken. It saying authorized dealer but i don't think so that you are authorized even you are not working as per your authorities and spoil customer's time as well as expectations.                             Flipkart has given my refund after 2 months for the order id mentioned above. They have used my money for approx 2 months and mentally harassed me for 2 months, have to pay for courier charges, calling charges to contact consumer forum, icici bank, flipkart and all other related peoples and wasting my time.

                              Flipkart has closed my account associated with my email id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in without any information to me. I have not done any transaction since about one and half month from this account. I don't know why my account is closed. Returning or requesting refund for some product is as per their policy and customer satisfaction. Moreover, i have not purchased or returned any product since last one and half month... Why should my account be closed that to without providing any information to me either by email or sms. I am customer of flipkart since the days when it is selling only books... And purchased many things since these days. Is this a way to behave to a loyal customer? I need to reopen and activate my account

                              We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to Customers Flipkart account.
                              The order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !

                              I don't know why but they have blacklisted my account and not giving me anymore festive pass. I am a regular customer and they still blacklisted me.
                              I had festive pass validity till 31st march still they removed it today.
                              Even they blacklisted my account once before for ordering two mobiles of the same model.

                                I have ordered oppo f3 plus mobile with order id od[protected] by putting on exchange my redmi 1s but delievery boy has denied to give me exchange by saying that redmi 1s colour is fadding at a small place and when i informed flipkart about that they told me that if only colour is getting gadding than you should get exchange because we do not provide exchange when screen or any other parts is damaged and they also take a complain for the same and promise me that another courier boy will come and he will check the phone but today i saw in flipkart app that they just refund the amount i do not want refund i want new oppo f3 plus

                                  Sir i bought google pixel 2 mobile from flipkart on 7 dec 2017 against order number od[protected] and expected date was given on 12 dec 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through debit card (The sum of rupees 39999/-) at the time of booking. But the item is not deliver to me up to till date (12 dec. 2017) i contacted flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me and every time i contacted them they are give any ascuse to me... Doesnt know when will be the product delivered by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern company for cheating customers by showing fake estimated delivery date...

                                  We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue and the product was cancelled due to delay in delivery and customer confirms that amount has been received in his bank AC and apologized for inconvenience caused in this order. Customer has already placed order for same through different ID, hence closed

                                    I've ordered 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and sandisk ixpand 128 gb pen drive which cost 1499 rs each and i did paid the money online and on the day of delivery flipkart seller cancelled my order in diwali festival.
                                    I ordered it on sat, oct 7th '17 11:14 pm and my delivery expected by fri, oct 13th '17 and the status of order didn't change till fri, oct 13th '17 and than they cancelled my order and refunded my money.
                                    And the refunded me 2798 and my remaining 200 rs was locked in phonepay.
                                    When i called there customer care they told me that there was price error. If there was price error that they should have figured it out on the next day of the order placed that is on oct 8th '17. But they didn't, they used my money for 7 days and canceled my order.
                                    I want that 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and at same price. It is wrong to fool people and use there money for some day. I don't how many more people they have cheated. I guess they are fooling people and using there money and giving them back after there work is finished. I also think that they might be fooling people and taking there money and investing it, gaining the profit on that money and then returning the money back.
                                    I want that ixpand drives and at that rate (I. E. 2998).

                                    Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation, we informed customer that the order was cancelled because of pricing error and its not possible to provide the product in the same amount hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                    If its not possible to provide the product in that price than why didn't you canceled it before?? It was canceled on the delivery day. I want that product, if it was seller's fault than ask him to pay the remaining amount.

                                      I have ordered mi a1 64 gb, black on 7th dec 2017, it's 12 dec today still not received my product.
                                      On flipkart maximum product (Mobile handset) is sell by truenet seller, it is worst seller, still flipkart allow this to sell their product.
                                      Worst service provide by flipkart cause knowing the performance/service of seller still permit them to sell their product.

                                        I was delivered with a seal tampered galaxy s7 which was purchased on flipkart by seller truecomretail for rs29999/- with exchange on friday december 8th 2017.
                                        It was a perfectly packed seal tampered galaxy s7 shipped on monday 11th december 2017.
                                        When raised a compliant with flipkart they are denying for a refund and wants me to again replace a fraudulent device with the seller truecomretail.
                                        Where in which flipkart supports fraudulent activity in a direct way.
                                        Until now no action has been taken towards the seller nor my money has been refunded.

                                        The seal was broken internally and a fake seal was pasted on top of it which clearly shows that it was done on purpose to cheat the consumers.
                                        This type of fraudulent activity is supported by Flipkart.
