[Resolved] Flipkart — Order was not delivered | |||
Hi team, Recently on 14th may 2017 during the big million sale i have purchased a mobile against order 'od[protected]' and they have promised to deliver by 18th may 2017, again due to some issues they said it will be deliver by 20th may 2017, on the same day i thought of i will get some courier executive information, but i haven't received, hence i have connected to customer care of flipkart regarding the issue, they said the promised date was 20th may 2017 and time is 7:00 pm, and i have asked for the courier executive details, they said we don't have any info regarding the courier executive and they said the same story stating that the order will get delivered by 7:00 pm. I have waited till that time, but not received. I called up the cc again, the response from them is very unprofessional and rather requesting me for their mistake, they are ordering me to wait till 24th may 2017, saying your concern has been taken, the resolution time is 24th may 2017, i have put a question on his face, what if you are not going to deliver before 24th may 2017 as you have already changed the delivery time for two days, no answer from them and he is still ordering me to stay for the time he has given. The cc executive name was 'saurabh', but i am not sure because there will be more no with this name, as i don't have his full name. My request is please take a strict action against these fellows and make my order to be successfully completed as i have already paid the amount of rs/- 6659 against the order. I have ordered a chastity women deodorant on 15 may 2017 and paid 400 rps but due to incorrect address I cancelled my order. Still I did not get my money in my account. Please help out me and give my money back.
