I ordered (Order NoOD[protected] a Home Town Study Table on 11 Apr with a Flipkart commitment to deliver it by 2 May and my credit card has been debited for advance payment. After waiting till 2 May, I was informed by Flipkart that the product will be delivered on 9 May. On 9 May, I was again informed that the delivery will happen on 14 May, like another date to fail. When I called up the Flipkart customer care to cancel the order, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled and I will have to wait! Further, unlike any other order, Flipkart changed the contact number and pretending they are not able to reach me. Funny, because I received all the order updates in my registered mobile number. The product is still not delivered and Flipkart is continuing with the same bluff that they are not able to contact me.
