I have purchased a DC fan motor of “Shakti” brand from FLIPKART but the motor was faulty and was not in any way usable because the wiring was broken from inside. Moreover the motor delivered was actually labeled with a paper sticker on it which reads “Diamond” and date on it was manipulated by the seller or courier person. I requested replacement and courier boy from E-Kart refused to replace saying that the motor is old and not of brand “Shakti”. I told him that this is the actual problem that the product delivered was wrong and even faulty. But he refused to replace like he had come pre-determined to ignore the fact. I again requested return and received message from Flipkart that they did not have the product with any of the sellers and unable to replace and offered refund for the product for which I also provided my bank details. Their executive called me and verified the bank account number and told that their courier partner will pickup the product by tomorrow and then within two business days you will get the refund. The boy from E-Kart came and refused again saying the same thing. Now the last thing I did was that I wrote to flipkart that this was clearly a fraud by seller/courier partner and It is not about getting the refund for the product but I was expecting to see action against the seller/courier partner who has intentionally sold the wrong and faulty product. They can keep the refund. Now after that I received two messages 1) that the courier partner will pickup the product and 2) that your return request has been cancelled because you decided to keep the product. I am enclosing here everything I have about the product.
Anyway after this event I have deactivated my flipkart account hoping there is not going to be any action against the wrong doers because this fraud seems to me well managed with help of flipkart itself.

    Flipkart is black marketing redme note 4 mobiles by their executives.
    May be higher authorities are so fool or has loose rules that delivery executives didnt ask for proofs or id details by any means and they just black marketing.

    In my case i ordered a mi red me note 4 and at the delivery date it showed that product was delivered however i didnt recieved that ot any executive calls to recieve.

    It seems executive black marketing that mobiles. I complained about to their costomer care. But action was taken. They are just playing with costomer. If any crime done via that mobile who will be responsible. Thay are just disgusting peoples. I want its resolve and i dont use or never suggest any friend to use ur website. Go to hell guys

    On 4th of may, i ordered moto g5 plus and the ordered was placed successfully.A day later I received a message from flipkart that the delivery had been delayed and on the next day the order was automatically cancelled .disappointed...waiting for refund

      I orederd wirless blutooth headphone at 06/052017 and deliverd at 11/05/2017.
      When i tried to operate the product it doesn't worked, it was a defective peice, i am very disoppointed with this type of service.
      It's not started even. I am very demoralised with it, it was like mentaly disturbance to me.
      I was strongly belived that flipkart is a good quality, n active products deliverd site, but it destroyed my belief

          I had bought moto x play from flipkart on 5th may. When using camera phone was heating up a lot and display was heating so much. I called flipkart they sent their technician to inspect phone he clocked 47.3 degree without any equipment while operating phone for only 5mins and sent final report to flipkart. But phone is clocked at 52.4 degree after usaing camera for 10min41sec.
          Now they are denying to inspect again and denying to replace this phone.
          They are fraud. Please help me as soon as possible. The phone is under 10days replacement policy but they are asking me to visit service centre.

            Installation - not yet done my the hyundai
            I have sent more than 3 mails to flipkart on the delyed installed everytime they responded that they will get back in 24 hours but they won't.
            Called 24*7, they will reply the same like we will check with backend team and respond to you, but they won't

            One of the worst services provided by flipkart
            They donot have the capability to deleiver the product on time and install it on time...

            Dont every buy anything in flipkart... Money minded.

            I got a mail from flipkart customer support that it will be taken care in 24 hours and i got a call from installation team after that and they got the AC installed. 5 star ratings for installation team done by a guy from avloorpettai .Tamilnadu Did in an hour EXCELLENT I am happy because of the installation guys who also did not charge extra...

                I had ordered a pair of Adidas slippers order id OD[protected] from flipkart. When I used the app to know whether it could be delivered on the particular pincode 415605, it showed it wil be delivered within 3 to 6 days.
                After 3 days it said pincode and address mismatched. Then i called there customer care service and they said it will not be delivered at the given address as the logistic partner stated that they don't deliver on that address. They advised me to cancel and reorder the product which was sold out and not available now.

                      I ordered (Order NoOD[protected] a Home Town Study Table on 11 Apr with a Flipkart commitment to deliver it by 2 May and my credit card has been debited for advance payment. After waiting till 2 May, I was informed by Flipkart that the product will be delivered on 9 May. On 9 May, I was again informed that the delivery will happen on 14 May, like another date to fail. When I called up the Flipkart customer care to cancel the order, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled and I will have to wait! Further, unlike any other order, Flipkart changed the contact number and pretending they are not able to reach me. Funny, because I received all the order updates in my registered mobile number. The product is still not delivered and Flipkart is continuing with the same bluff that they are not able to contact me.

                        Such a cheater company is this even the product is worst, i had register a complaint, they told me that technician will arrive on monday may 8, and no one came., in this scorching summer my family is facing so much problems.                                 I purchased a Wildcraft Backpack from Flipkart online store (Order No - OD[protected] from my registered account(Email Id - [protected]@gmail.com)
                                which got delivered to me on 20th April 2017.
                                Due to quality issues I made a return request, but nobody from the logistic department showed up and on the last day my return request and the return request
                                order gets cancelled.Though on the last date I receive an sms from the DOTZOT quoting "Hi we have attemped Pick up, we will try after 24 hrs".
                                I called up Flipkart customer service and conveyed the issue which they assured me that this time it will not happen again and they have escalated the matter
                                and again created a return request.
                                This time too the same goes on, no one from the logistic department showed up and on the final day it got cancelled, and receive the sms on the last date from DOTZOT .
                                I repeatedly called the customer care .
                                This whole process goes on again and again and I raised the return request fourth times, and still facing the same issue, which is very frustrating .Below are my return request no.

                                      I order tv through flipcart and it has to be delivered via gati courier till 2nd may 2017 but.my shipment[protected] is not delivered at given time because from last six days my parcel not shipped from bharatpur and when i complaints in customer care they told me that we are arranging a delivery and it will definately shipped and it will delivered with in 2 days but they are false at given timing and still they are unable to delivered my parcel.

                                        Few days back I purchased a cricket bat for my son. Brand was Kookaburra and amount was 2498/- which I paid at the time of delivery (COD). On receiving I found that the product is defective (Handle is damaged and pasted separately). While gone for return request flipkart team told me that refund is not possible and they can give the replacement only and with the same product.

                                        I wanted to know why customer should be penalize for defective products delivered by flipkart?

                                        I don't need that product anymore and wants my money back.

                                        The replacement of the product was approved and it was delivered to the customer on 14th may and issue stands resolved.

                                        If you wanna refund means ask them to put your money to Flipkart wallet to purchase some other product. Also you should check and understand the refund policy of Flipkart. At the same time they didnt followed the refund as per their Policy means you may gone with RTI letter or Legal Notice from Consumer court.
