Flipkart is totally fraud company.. They have a return and refund policy but they don't stand on their words.. The customer support team is very bad. I have placed on order from flip cart.     I received the phone on Friday, Sunday when I opened the box with phone I saw the display as cracked... I immediately requested a replacement in flipkart.. seeking for help. A mail arrived from there that my request had been received and will be verified within the next day. Monday no conformation email had arrived. Later this day, i.e. Tuesday a email arrived here that "Your return request has been closed ". Now Redmi gives only the time for 10 days of return. If, the 10 days are over like this embarrassing attitude of Flipkart. What should I do?

    My prblem has been resolved by the flipkart authorities... they have accepted the return request and the replacement's on the way...

      Currently, the flipkart sale is on (From may 14 to may 18, 2017) and there are several discounted products. I wanted to purchase a few railing planters from trustbasket (Product referred as "trustbasket set of 2 - dotted oval railing planter - (Magenta, yellow) plant container set (Metal)" on their website). As per flipkart's website, the discounted price is rs.862/- (Apparently, a 28% discount from the "original price" of rs.1200). However, when you search the exact same product on amazon.in, you will find that the actual price of the product is rs. 898/-. This is an unfair trade practice - to misguide the customer into believing that a good discount is being offered, while in reality, it's a petty discount of just 1% (Against the 28% that flipkart is claiming). Such deception and misguidance. I would like to file a formal case in the consumer court against them. Please advise on the next steps.

        I ordered xiaomi red mi note 4 from flipkart on 10.05.2017 flash sale by paying rs.9999/- (Order id
        Od[protected]. But i cancelled this order after 2 hours. I received message from flipkart saying that the refund will be transferred to my original payment mode within 3 business days (Bank holidays not included). For further details, please contact bank with reference number[protected].

        I contacted the bank officials with this reference no. But the bank officials are saying that there is no amount credited to my account and asked me to get in touch with flipkart team for initiating the refund. The flipkart team is just giving the same reference no. And are saying that the seller has refunded &#[[#]]#8377; 9999 to my axis bank credited on 10 may 2017 under the reference number :[protected].

        Flipkart is so adamant that they are giving the same reference no again & again which is of no use to track the refund at bank. Now they are asking me to raise a complaint with the bank’s grievance cell. I have been visiting bank for last 2 days for checking the refund status as per flipkart reference no.

        The flipkart's approach i so casual & lack of helping the customers. Pathetic service. Will never buy anything from flipkart no onwards.

        If the refund is not not credited to my bank account in 2/3 days then will raise a legal complaint against flipkart and escalate the issue with consumer forum.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell by following these simple steps: 1. Click on http://web2.axisbank.com/logaquery/logaquery.aspx 2. Choose ‘Yes’ for existing customer 3. Choose ‘Internet / Mobile Banking’ in the ‘Type of query/ product type’ field 4. Fill in the details & click on ‘Submit’ and the bank will get in touch with you These steps are subject to change at the bank's discretion. You may reach out to their customer service for any clarifications. Alternatively, you can also visit your bank to submit the 'Chargeback form' to get an update on your refund. Hope this helps
        Exactly the same thing happened with me. I ordered a Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets worth Rs 444/- on 14 August 2017. But i returned the product as it was a different edition. On 25th August they came to pickup the order and gave me a Reference No[protected] saying that the refund will reflect in my bank account by 30 August 2017.

        I contacted with the bank officials and they replied that the said amount has been claimed by the merchant and asked me to contact the merchant. The Flipkart team is also saying that the amount had already been refunded on 30th August 2017 and I need to contact the bank officials. They are also giving me the same reply again and again that the refund had already been made. Its been more than 1 month and I have been writing mail to both Flipkart as well as the bank but no refund has been received.

        Even I am now doubtful if I will get my money back.

          I tried to book xiaomi redmi note 4 dark grey color 64 gb variant by flash sale from flipkart.com on 26th may, i successfully added that mobile in my cart and payment of rs. 12999 for the same but after payment when i saw the order status flipkart automatically changed the dark grey color phone to black color phone, so i cancel the order they said your money is refunded to your original payment source within 6 days, after 6 days when i checked my account there is no money received, so i complaint to flipkart, they said that your money is successfully refunded to your hdfc bank account, but done the transaction from gramin bank (Rural bank) debit card, after that day i tired of complaining to flipkart they always said your money is refunded, till now i didn't got my refund, please help me to get my rs. 12999 and take strong action against flipkart, i attached the screenshot of my debited bank statement and flipkart dashboard

            I, have been ordered Moto G5 plus on 4th of april, and the product has some serious issues (Whenever i opened the camera or any other application, it crashed suddenly) that is not resolved by technician. I have been requested for the replacement, and the second product delivered on 24th april 2017. Second product is also faulty with the same problem from the day one.
            I have requested them to provide permanent solution to the problem i.e please refund my money back. but they refused to refund my money and said just go to authorised service center, they will resolve ur problem.

                I have ordered two iphone 7 from flipkart when the big 10 sale got started i got confirmation that two of your phones have been approved and will be reaching you by 18th&19th may and suddenly both the orders were cancelled and i called cust. Care they told me that seller has rejected the order but it was approved by the seller as it was of rs.39, 999 each and they are asking me to book it again and now the price is rs.47, 500.And they are not helping it out and they also disconnected the call while i was talking to the customer care executive.

                        I placed an order for Samsung LED TV on April 30 and I got the TV delivered on May 2nd. I was promised that the installation will be done within 2 days but they took more than 7 days to install the TV. TV was installed on May 9th after calling the customer service for 15-20 times. Within couple of days the TV's display had some lines and I called for replacement. Its been one week now and still I havn't got the replacement yet. Customer Service is terrible and I would never ever recommend Flipkart to anyone. I am fed up talking to customer care and there is no proper response at all.

                          Horrible experience buying a product from Flipkart

                          I placed an order on flipkart on 9th April, Initial delivery date they mentioned while placing the order was 11th to 13th of May. So I thought let’s wait for a month even though I paid the actual amount of the product in INR is Rs.22990.
                          As I didn’t get any update till 3rd of May, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care who confirmed me that It will be delivered on the promised delivery date.

                          Yesterday when I logged in to the App, to my surprise the delivery date has been modified to 31st of may with out any intimation. Immediately I called up the flipkart customer care to ask them to check on this un-intimated update of delivery date which is almost 1 month delayed.
                          Non of the customer care executive is ready to accept that it is a mistake from flipkart that the product delivery has been delayed by 1 month.
                          I am really surprised that how come they take 2 months to deliver a product to Tier one city like Hyderabad .When I asked there is no proper response or any kind o[censored]pdates on the delivery date nor they are ready to cancel the order.

                          These guys are simply making fool out of the people who believe online shopping is hassle free. I completely lost trust and suggest my fellow consumers to consider this (FlipKart.com) e-Com website for any purchase.

                            Sir, my order id OD[protected] for hitachi split ac 1.5 ton 5star made on 21.4.17 by prepaid Rs.37990/-. product delivered on 23.04.17 but while installing by his authorised agent from jeeves.com identified its a defective as mother board not working. I applied for replacement accordingly flipkart approved and delivered the product when i was not available at my home where my spouse exist on 11.05.17. But when i came to see the delivery i was shocked as the indoor unit of split ac packing condition is a used one/ refurbished. Then immediately i called back to customer support of flipkart and explained the situation, they suggested me to wait for service engineer may visit for installation and on his confirmation we may initiate to process your claim. On 12.05.17 the service technician came for installation and opened the indoor unit and he too surprised that there are scratches on inside the top door and on edges and they too suggested for replace the product as its seems to be a used one. Further i had paid Rs.1400/- installation charges in advance. Now i am suffering alot as they are continuously asking for 24 hrs time with no response and i have to follow up them everytime with same answer no result.

                            As per the mentioned issue the product has been picked up and refund is processed hence issue stands resolved.
                            I have ordered a sumsung split air conditioner on 14th April and the same was delivered on 22 August having order id OD[protected].
                            When technician installed the ac it is not providing any cooling, the technician said that there is no gas inside the ac since there is a gas leakage. He also suggested me to replace the ac. After 2 days the technician came again and uninstalled the ac. I have ordered a replacement order from Flipkart as per their policy but they are not approving my return request. When contacted with them they don not have any answers. My hard earned my had lost.please help me

                                Sir,
                                I have purchased redmi note 4 on 02.05.2017 after that said phone going to overheating and accordingly i visit to mi customer service center at taratala (Kolkata) on 05.05.2017. After three days observation they are advice me for replacement of said phone through flipkart within ten days. Accordingly i have booked for replacement and one technician (Mr. Dutta mobile no.[protected]) visit at my home and said me for 24 hours observation. If the same overheating problem persist then again booked complain to flipkart helpline and i will come to your home again for further cheeking. But flipkart assistant denies for booking the complain and telling that once technician resolve the problem we can not book any complain and they advice to contact to authorize service center. I try to contact several times but helpless and very bad experience gather.

                                  Sir this is a final email to know why the return not approved by flipcart, wheres several time I was tried to convince flipcart executive through overphone. Now it should escalate to the forum which need.

                                      Timeline for flipkart ordering and its delivery:

                                      (1) 30-apr-17 : ordered a reliance lyf water 7s (Ord id:od[protected]
                                      (2) 04-may-17: recd a phone and started it but it's not functioning all three keys
                                      (3) 04-may-17: raised an issue to flipkart thru customer care and emails
                                      (4) 05-may-17: technician from flipkart came and confirmed status as i was saying
                                      (5) 11-may-17: a delivery boy came and said phone is damaged and didn't give me replacement phone and went
                                      (6) 11-may-17: again i raised this issue to customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got a date i. E. 15-may-17
                                      (7) 15-may-17: again i called customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got 24hours time for replacement/refund

                                      Now, i am confused it was my mistake to buy from flipkart? 15 days and no result only dates?

                                      Is there any senior and managerial personnel to personally monitor/analyze such cases or not? Is this flipkart's policy to deliver defected products to customers and then forcing its customers to rot and suffer?

                                      Isn't there any measures to check whether and how
                                      Defected/damaged/empty products are being delivered to its' customers via flipkart's very platform? Who enjoy's the blunder, i don't know but who suffers that i know i. E. Me and like me, others, in simple terms flipkart's customers.

                                      At first i was ordering a phone thru amazon and ebay but in spite of my friends strict objection i opted for flipkart, is this my fault? No definitely its my sin.

                                      At last i just want to say a message to all customers; please only buy from amazon and ebay and not from others. Even a mobile shop is better also paytm is good, it fulfills its commitments. But never ever buy from flipkart.
