Dear sir
I received Redmi note 4 64gb, 4gb ram by 17th May 2017, and regret to say that the product is not in a good condition the voice is not clearly audible to the receiver so I requested for return of product as the new phone shows available RAM is 2gb, although i have ordered 4GB RAM, the camera quality is also cheap although itvis 13MP, 5MP camera perforns better than this.
Dear sir, I paid money for the new product not for a repaired product moreover the senior executive Ayush Sharma threatened me after one replacement flipkart will not even replace, you will have to visit mi service centre.
I request u please take back your faulty product and return my money. I am not any more interested in these types of faulty products. I have ordered moto g5plus on your website only,
U take money first without allowing to check the product then you start to harass us into returning is not fair at all.
Please return my money may in your wallet or by any of appropriate way but I am not interested to keep this product any more..!
Do the needful and oblige.

My name is daler singh, i recently purchase a phone (oppo F3 ) through flipkart with the tracking id of FMPC[protected]
(Oder id[protected]and i face heating issue in this phone so replace it with new phone with the tracking id FMPP[protected] and oder id OD[protected] and now am facing problem with handset due to the problem in display touch issue its not working properly as well as side lock key . For that requested to customer care for return but they rejected my request and they told me to vist service center for that problem but i got it today why i have to vist service center while i have option to return. Now, i want refund my money and take back your phone because i dont to keep it and am not happy with your service because of your cs helpline due to their non coopertaive behaviour. so please generate the return of the phone and give my money refund. and this rating belons to the phone efficency.
