I purchase item from flipkart.
But as per that sale i got 300 rs. For phonpe account. So now i have no benefit for that 300 rs and 15 days go
And i didn't get my product and my 12999 stuck and now if i going to order then 12999 will be pay so i didn't get that benefit of rs 300.
And there is heavy traffic load for this product so it is not confirm that this product will booked in future or not.
I already wait for this product around before two month. And now its cancelled.

Yesterday from flipkart team call me they says that 300 rs benefit is there and 12999 transfer to phonpe account.
She ask me to check the phonepe account if there is no balance (12999+300) like that then call us i am trying to three time to customer care but no replying from flip kart.
I checked in my phonepe account there is balance refund from flipkart is 12699 and 300 is benefit that already included at the time of order placed so no extra 300 benefit in my account.

And they not taken my complaint.


So please do the needful for the situation.

As per our team's confirmation on 25th May, we have already informed the customer that he had ordered a phone of value Rs 12999. We had provided Rs. 300 instant cash back to the customer. Now the product has been cancelled and hence, we have refunded the remaining amount Rs 12699 also to the customer. Totally Rs 12999 has been refunded. Closing the complaint from our side.

    On 22nd flipkart delivered my phone. It's Lenovo p2. I have everything in box with all accessories except for the phone. I have contacted flipkart. They have asked me to wait till 3rd if June so that they can investigate this matter closely with their seller and decide. Uploading screenshot and photos. I can't wait for that long. I made the purchase with Bajaj finserv EMI Card and I can't pay them if I don't get my phone. Please help me get my money back or get phone. Thank you on advance.

      I was ordered lenovo k6 power which has order id no. Od[protected].
      But product was damaged during shipment. So it is responsibility to deliver another product but they call me and says that place a new order.
      I was ordered during offer period now i didnt get any offer.
      So flipkart fools people
      They should give another product instead of saying place new order.
      From now i always hate flipkart.

        Beware... My beloved citizens of india about irresponsible and ethics zero company flipkart. Negative empathy on customer hardships

        I am a defence service officer of more than 25 years uniform service. If this my experience, please assume how this company will handle a less educated common man.

        I have ordered a refrigerator (Brand whirlpool) online on exchange of my old working fully serviceable refrigerator on cod on 14 may 17. They delivered a broken and damaged refrigerator on 18 may 17
        Delivery was done in a vehicle keeping the refrigerator packing in inclined state (60 deg). When the delivery man prasanth was asked why the delivery is being carried out in this way, he was highly adamant to say don’t worry we will provide replacement if any problem. Found inner wall punctured and accessories broken asked for replacement immediately. No visit by any engineer to check even after request. They intimated over phone and sms, that the replacement is organized and will be delivered by 22 may 17 and old refrigerator will be picked back. On 22 may 17, they say not possible it will be 29 may 17. Again on 24 may 17, they say, they will pick-up damaged fridge and they will decide about delivery of replacement later. May deliver on 02 jun 17.in the mean time n number of false commitments of calling back, never bother to call back. No hesitation in telling false stories. When proved they are wrong, will tender tons of sorry and blame their own invisible system.

        Spoken to multiple authorities at customer care, team leader chatterjee, escalation team multiple members. They say they are at fault, coolly tender tons of apologies about their mistakes and can’t help for the delay because they got a system which do not care customer’s problems and agonies.

        My old working fully serviceable refrigerator is with them. My money is taken already. They want to pickup the broken refrigerator and say they will take a call on replacement later. When requested at-least give the old refrigerator for use till new refrigerator provided to me, they say not possible. But as a customer i have to give all the items to them, without any guarantee. The system is that they will keep customer money, customer’s old refrigerator and carry their broken refrigerator and no guarantee and clear time line will not be provided for the anything.

        When the agonies of my family was brought out, the team at flip-kart was arrogant to return back zero resolution and informed me to go report to any level of police or legal.

        When i asked one of customer executive boppanna on 24 may 17,

        ‘is not a problem to live in the peak of summer without a refrigerator and what type hardships the family need to undergo, what is his opinion and what he will do?, he says he will not have any problem and he wait till the company deliver the refrigerator. This is the empathy and sympathy level extended by the staff at flip-kart.

        I have taken up case in all forums about this irresponsible and zero service minded company who don’t have smallest empathy for the customer’s hardships.

        Please beware, you could face the same situation like me if you opt for this company

        The replacement of the product has been approved as there was a wait and replace option selected hence the pickup is completed and the replacement product will be delivered by 2nd June.

            I am facing issue with my new phone which was bought from flipkart on mon, may 15th '17 3:47 pm order no (Od[protected], it's charging port or cable is not working properly and it is also have a problem of auto reboot. Flipkart customer support persons are also not supporting in this matter.
            They sent one of their person for resolution but he just came and perform reset function in phone and said wait for observation for 24 hours. He said if you face any issue agai then you can log complaint again then we will replace this product but now customer support centre not supporting for replacement of bought product. Please help to replace this product it's replacement request number is[protected].

The box was delivered on Thursday but since this was a gift for my dad on his birthday i dint opened the box and kept it as it is. The surprise gift was opened in an surprise party which gave us a shock that the mobile was damaged. This was a shameful moment for us in front of our guest.

                I ordered my phone on 15th May with promise date of 17th May.
                Phone was not delivered on 17th May, instead a compliant was raised through Flipkart customer care with closure date of 20th May. Another complaint also was raised with 22nd May. Nothing happened. I have tweeted many a times on this copying your leaders with no help. Pathetic service. The call executive disconnected my call also. No Action on my tweets.

                  I have ordered apple ipad 32 gb 9.7 on 15/05/2017 during big10 sale and the last delivery date was 21st may but did not get the product. The order no. Of the product is od[protected]. On 20th enquired about the status they gave me the time of the 23rd but on 23rd i got a call from them imforming that seller wants to cancel the product or i can cancel it. They have increased the price of the product by 4000 and the credit card discount is also gone now. I refused o cancel it and asked the exucative deiliver the product and he told me that they will deliver it but till date no delivery from their side even they didnot work on this. I have purchased this on credit card on emi. Bank has already charged me interest.
                  So who is going to pay the interest and current difference amount if they wont deliver it. Please help and ask them to deliver what they promised and compensate me for the late delivery and the mental troma of loosing my money with them and for cheat and fraud they do with me.

                          Sir/mam,
                          I ordered an mobile phone order id (Od[protected] tue, may 16th '17 1:19 pm on flipkart. I ordered it on offer and i payed the full price through card.

                          No delivery attempt was made, either me or some one was in the house all the time. No email confirmation was asked for return. I have changed my old number to new one, no one contacted me through my mobile. They updated in the website that product was refused by customer!!! (Not me)
                          Sunday night around 23.50 i saw in the site it mentioned as reattempt for delivery will be done on monday, but around 2.00 am monday refund was initiated with out my consent.

                          Now if i have to buy again means i have to buy with out offer that is 1500 rs more.

                          I contacted flipkart, no response.

And got regular message from 15/05/17 to get the order upto 20/05/17, but suddenly on the same day got phone call of rejection of the order due to unserviced provide area. I also convince them to dispatch me wherever they want in between nagpur, but they forcefully pressurise me to cancel it. In the same address i have ordered od[protected] and got it on 4th may 17.                               My order id is OD[protected], which was promised to delivered to me on 19 May 2017, since then i am escalating the issue and many emails had been circulated for the same, and each email the promised timing is 24-48 hours, but the joke is that the total time i had waited is more than 100 hours now, the worst part about the delivery is they put fake comments that the customer was not reachable, @delieveryGuys, seriously you think that customer won't accept the call when he knows about delivery an when customer already paid for it too., as today is 24 May my patience gets exhausted and resolution flipkart offered me is to cancel and re-order the product, which will again take days to process.

                                  I bought MI note 4 on 3rd May 2017 which was delivered on 6th of the same month. I soon found out that the microphone was not working properly and requested a return on 8th May. Now according to procedure they send a technician to check the phone. Flipkart has a tie up with Jevees.co.in which sends the technicians. The technician (J Naveen Kumar) exhibited highly unprofessional behavior. I got a message for the date of his tech visit. He did not arrive on the given date but a day later. Then too he did not come on the time I had requested him to come. He showed no signs of apology and was very rude. The quality of the sound being recorded my phone was really bad on which he said that that is what you'll get. You should not expect more. Even my 2 year old moto g2 had much better recording quality. My request was cancelled. I requested a return again and specifically mentioned that I wanted a different technician. They gave me date on which no one came and my return was cancelled without a tech visit!! I requested a third time and when I called the technician he said that he would not be coming as he has other calls as well and that he will come the next day. I am a college student and I cannot waste my time in such matters everyday.

                                    Booked Motolora G 5 plus under scheme of Rs 1000 off. Would cost Rs15999/. Assured delivery on 22 May, I was in touch with delivery person as well, he assured having product. Got message delivered by 23rd May. Surprised got evenimg message, order cancelled on 23rd. Feel cheated, kindly inform regarding present status, or you are making fool of customers with showing offers but not delivering. It is false claim without compliance.

                                    Worst customer care service..i tried almost million time..no one cared to recieve my call.nor call back me..they keep on showing the call now option.even though...my problem was not resolved.

                                      I have ordered "Bosch GSB 500 RE Power & Hand Tool Kit" on 14'th May during a Sale where company offering huge discounts. Though address and pin code were correct they send product to different city and now saying cancel your order and place a new order with current price of the item. This will cost me more as discount is not available. So i want the product ordered to be delivered to me or return money as per current price of the same item.

                                      So Finally no solution provided by Flipkart and they canceled my order and had to reorder the product. With loss of 100 Rs and lots of time.
