    I visited flipkart site on 25/05/2017. I have paid rs 1049 for the product skullcandy s5lhz-j570 anti headphones. After online payment through the sbi, the internet connection was disconnected and it didn't return to flipkart site. Money was debited from my account and the product was not ordered. If not refund, i want to order the same product again.

      Dear sir,
      I was bought online one Seagate external drive from flipkart on 21st april through online payment which expected delivery was 2nd may. On 2nd may I was tracking to know the status of item and on 2nd may it displayed item has been delivered but in actual I did not received the product. I thought it will come more one to two days but one month has been passed and till now I did not received my product. In customer care I talked with 5 to 6 times and every one is ensuring your money will be refunded soon but nothing is happening. every time when I am calling he is saying I am raising your complaints. every time same wording is repeating every customer care person.

      please have a look in the matter and please help me.

        Sir I have recently bought a nike shoes with order id OD[protected] with my register mobile number [protected] and i got a shoe without any nike tag on that and in used condition and its colour is also differ from image actually it was in image light blue and i got dark blue and just i received a order just i call the customer service team and he say i have escalated you complaint our team reply for that and after this no reply i get and my account is gone bloced when i am login then shows login unsuccessful and when after i call customer service then he said i can't help you regarding that product what i do...??

          I ordered lenovo PA 10400 power bank of order id E-kart logistics-FMPC[protected] from flipkart on 16th-MAY-2017 after 6 days on march 22 i got a message from flipkart and says that your product is out for delivery, but no one contacted me.so i called the person to get the status of my product, but he said abusive words and posing me to goto his office and collect the product if i needed.
          Which place is more than 25 kilometer from my home and today ie.25/05/2017 i got message saying that i rejected the product, but no one from that courier service contacted me. I need my product back so please arrange any other alternative courier service.if he is ready to to deliver my product i need both products back becaue yesterday my another product was recieved ther courier office of order number Ekart logistics-FMPC[protected] PHILIPS TRIMMER. So kindly arrange my Alternative delivery

          Very true my friend, this EKART logistic partner of Fliipkart is really a pain in the ###.. my product is in there warehouse since 18th May 2017 however these ######## did not deliver it to me and i am still waiting (today is 28th May 2017) they never call the customer, if you call they talk nonsense and daily by end of the day they send this message "Undelivered as we could not reach you".. Also Flipkart does not seem concerned.. What a shame..

              I had placed an order for clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos.

              But we received mens underwear 1no (In the outer box the bill says clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos.)

              I wished to replace the wrong item with the ordered clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos..

              Now flipkart sent clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos in two separate consignments. (Clenveil advanced scar formula 1no each)

              Courier people asking for two consignments to replace the item. Earlier we received only one consignment of mens underwear 1no (In the outer box the bill says clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos.)

              Even we had contacted the flipkart support team & conveyed the total story to avail a solution but they asked us to contact them again in presence of courier staff. But the courier staff is not at all ready to wait for minute then how it is possible to do so. Instead we had asked the flipkart support person to send a email to the courier people but he refused & stick on the same resolution.

              We had already waited for 15 days & we didn't expected this type of improper service from filpkart.

                  I ordered an eybrow shaver from flipkart on 18th May, 2017. Order Id: OD[protected]. I was waiting for 1 week, but the order status wasn't moving at all from "Order placed". In the process of checking the status, by mistake I placed an duplicate order after 1 week, on 24th May, 2017. Order Id: OD[protected].

                  Please note: Order Ids are different.

                  On same day evening, Seller shipped both items. When I got SMS for both orders, I realized that there are 2 orders, so thought to save Flipkart's efforts to ship duplicate item. So I immediately tried to cancel my duplicate order, with order ID: OD[protected].

                  However, when I canceled the duplicate order, Flipkart canceled my original order as well, with order ID: OD[protected].

                  I was shocked since I was waiting for this product since so long and I really wanted it. When I called customer care about it, person at other end is blaming me saying I mistakenly cancelled both and nothing can be done.

                  I demanded to talk to escalation manager. A person named "Deepak Bhalia" came online. He also repeated same. When I proved that I did not cancel both and it is flipkart software issue, he is bluntly saying that nothing can be done now.

                  I had placed my original order under sale and I got discounted rate and I really wanted the order to reach me early. I demanded that since it is issue at flipkart end, please grant me the order at same rate at which I got earlier. But he bluntly refused saying it doesn't come under flipkart policies. I don't understand, how flipkart doesn't have any policy for the mistake at Flipkart's end.

                  I demanded to talk to next escalation level. Then he kept my call on hold for really long time and nobody responded to me till end.

                  Since 6 days from placing the order, the status was showing as "Order placed" and wasn't moving. I was calling flipkart customer care daily about it. They said, there is some technical issue but order will reach on time.

                  When there is technical issue at flipkart side, and for none of my mistake, my original order gets canceled, is it not flipkart's duty to rectify the mistake rather than bluntly saying nothing can be done?

                  Flipkart has gone really pathetic with very poor customer service.

                      The imei number printed in the invoice is different from the imei number appearing on phone. I had asked for replacement of the phone due to battery issue. But the replacement was cancelled citing mismatch of imei number. Why am i left to suffer because of flipkart's mistake? Firstly they send a defective phone. Secondly they don't allow me to replace it by having an invalid imei number at their system.

                            I had talked to customer and that you have sent me wrong product. Now got sms from you that I keep the package ready for return and after receiving the package you will refund money.
                            This is not acceptable after waiting for more than 2 weeks your action is not ethical as per consumer laws. Send the right product and collect wrong back.
                            I have never asked for refund/return.
                            • In no case I will do as you said in your sms " Pickup and Refund Update: We have arranged for the pickup of Bigen S... with order id OD[protected]. Please keep the item along with accessories, tags & invoice ready for pickup. The refund will be processed after the seller receives the Check your email for more details."
                            This is an act of cheating
                            I waited for more than 2 weeks for the product now you want me to send product back and then receive my refund.

                            We had interacted with the customer and apologized for the inconvenience caused and informed that the replacement is not possible because the product is not in stock so the refund request has been taken already. Customer is super irate, he doesn't want refund he wants only replacement. Denied the request, and hence we had closed the case.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I have purchased a lenovo p2 phone, mobile cover and tempered glass for the phone via order no. Od[protected]
                                With regret, i need to raise this issue with you regarding� : mobile tempered glass : gorilla armour impossible glass for lenovo p2�� sold by the smart seller

                                1. The seller: the smart seller� has done fraud and cheating by sending me cheap plastic black colour/tinted sheet instead of the tempered glass. The item sent is a cheap plastic sheet and has already scratches. The packaging box was also damaged.
                                2. I want to bring to your notice that the seller is doing wrong business and fraud by not sending the things as per specs and cheating flipkart customers. The mods-operandi is simple... He chooses popular items like tempered glass and offer good discount but send plastic sheet instead of tempered glass.�
                                He assumes no body will take enough pain for rs.200 -300 rs item and will return the item or will write you people. He has created multiple (In double digits) of the same product for same model so that even if few people give negative remarks, he can hide that with fake positive remarks and also because of multiple listing they get deleted with deletion of item.
                                3. This is pure case of fraud and day light theft and cheating.

                                I request you to please get my money refunded and take strict action against the seller. I have been trying your customer service department but they are of little help as they give canned-response and apologise but don't take required action. We are dealing with flipkart and we don't know who is the seller and it requires your regular action to take remedial action to remove rogue sellers. Infact in the review section, initially i was not able to review the seller and has to report to your customer services department after which i was able to review.

                                I wish to escalate this issue to you.

                                  I don't want why you people deliver used item everytime. If your motive is to make customer fool then kindly mentioned it on your policy. I bought syska 11000 mah power bank and it was of full of scratches. And after return i also gets the same. Now you are saying to refund the money. What kind of services you are providing to customer. I will sue you regarding harassment to customer and delivering used product.                                     Against this order i received out for delivery notification on 24th may 17 after 4-5 hours they cancelled the delivery. Still showing out for delivery but no response from courier person and not from flipkart. So careless and unprofessional service they r providing. After repetitive complaint against this particular courier service still flipkart using their service. Courier partner "delhivery"

                                    Product has been delivered to the customer on 25th May as promised. Closing the complaint from our side.
                                    I have orderwd a mobile phone at discouted price but i have not got a call from courier service by flipkqrt planning and courier agency the product got cancelled
                                    It was also not attemped one time also

                                      I placed an order for "gear eco backpack 4 orange black 18l backpack (Orange)" on 23 may 2017. The problem is that the payment has been moved to flipkart account bt the order is not processed nor listed in my orders. When i reported them about this they told me that their team will contact me in the next 24 hours. Bt i havent received any mail or calls from them

                                        I want to complain about the services you provide, you are such a big brand and I didn't expect this kind of service from you

                                        I asked my husband to order lotus white glow kit, he ordered but you had just ruined my gift. First you send the wrong products then when I made complaint of it for replacement you noted my complaint and assured me of replacement. Today I got a call from e kart he told that talk to customer care your product will not be replaced because you decided to keep it

                                        Seriously what kind of service is this?, I never mentioned that I want to keep that product, this is nothing but a type of fraud

                                        I heartly request you to please resolve my problem
