      Sir/mam,
      I ordered an mobile phone order id (Od[protected] tue, may 16th '17 1:19 pm on flipkart. I ordered it on offer and i payed the full price through card.

      No delivery attempt was made, either me or some one was in the house all the time. No email confirmation was asked for return. I have changed my old number to new one, no one contacted me through my mobile. They updated in the website that product was refused by customer!!! (Not me)
      Sunday night around 23.50 i saw in the site it mentioned as reattempt for delivery will be done on monday, but around 2.00 am monday refund was initiated with out my consent.

      Now if i have to buy again means i have to buy with out offer that is 1500 rs more.

      I contacted flipkart, no response.

        Sir/madam, i have ordered a redmi note 4 (gold, 64) with order id- od[protected]. And got regular message from 15/05/17 to get the order upto 20/05/17, but suddenly on the same day got phone call of rejection of the order due to unserviced provide area. I also convince them to dispatch me wherever they want in between nagpur, but they forcefully pressurise me to cancel it. In the same address i have ordered od[protected] and got it on 4th may 17. Feel like cheated.Please inform about my order otherwise i will raise complaint in consumer forum. Adress- uco bank, walni mines, khaparkheda, po- walni mines via milan chowk, dist- nagpur, 441102.

          My order id is OD[protected], which was promised to delivered to me on 19 May 2017, since then i am escalating the issue and many emails had been circulated for the same, and each email the promised timing is 24-48 hours, but the joke is that the total time i had waited is more than 100 hours now, the worst part about the delivery is they put fake comments that the customer was not reachable, @delieveryGuys, seriously you think that customer won't accept the call when he knows about delivery an when customer already paid for it too., as today is 24 May my patience gets exhausted and resolution flipkart offered me is to cancel and re-order the product, which will again take days to process.

              I bought MI note 4 on 3rd May 2017 which was delivered on 6th of the same month. I soon found out that the microphone was not working properly and requested a return on 8th May. Now according to procedure they send a technician to check the phone. Flipkart has a tie up with Jevees.co.in which sends the technicians. The technician (J Naveen Kumar) exhibited highly unprofessional behavior. I got a message for the date of his tech visit. He did not arrive on the given date but a day later. Then too he did not come on the time I had requested him to come. He showed no signs of apology and was very rude. The quality of the sound being recorded my phone was really bad on which he said that that is what you'll get. You should not expect more. Even my 2 year old moto g2 had much better recording quality. My request was cancelled. I requested a return again and specifically mentioned that I wanted a different technician. They gave me date on which no one came and my return was cancelled without a tech visit!! I requested a third time and when I called the technician he said that he would not be coming as he has other calls as well and that he will come the next day. I am a college student and I cannot waste my time in such matters everyday.

                Booked Motolora G 5 plus under scheme of Rs 1000 off. Would cost Rs15999/. Assured delivery on 22 May, I was in touch with delivery person as well, he assured having product. Got message delivered by 23rd May. Surprised got evenimg message, order cancelled on 23rd. Feel cheated, kindly inform regarding present status, or you are making fool of customers with showing offers but not delivering. It is false claim without compliance.

                      I bought a washing machine from flipkart on 7th may. It was delivered on 9th or 10th may but it was damaged product, so I requested for replacement. There is 10 days replacement warranty but product is still not been replaced. Flipkart executives keep me giving false commitment for replacement dates every time I call customer care. Today also I have got 1 more commitment from them.
                      I ask for the compensation for the delay and harassment I suffered for these many days but they are denying any compensation. My mother's health is not well so I ordered this item but because of the delayed replacement I had to hire a maid for which I had to bare 2000rs.

                            Visited on 22/5/17, checked and confirmed that the microphone's not
                            Working, later when i checked my order, the replacement had been cancelled,
                            I called customer care to find out that the technician hasn't approved the
                            Return when he clearly agreed that the microphone is not working and i have
                            A photocopy of the jobsheet as a proof, attached to the mail. Kindly take
                            The necessary steps, it has been a very harassing experience.

                              I ordered moto g5 plus on 17th may with a lot of excitement and urgency. on 19th may i got a message from flipcart that my order ID FMPP[protected] will be delivered tommow on 20th may. next day i got next message that the order will deliver today but didnt provide contact no of E KART master. when i called CC they tell me that message was wrong(as they were playing joke with me)

                              on 21st of may i received next message that it will deliver today but didnt provide E KART master contact no again. When i called CC they said they dont have contact no of the person but he himself will call me when he will be out for delivery. i waited for the whole day. but it didnt deliver.

                              i called CC again on 5:50 p.m and they said my order couldnt be deliver as the reason is ADDRESS INCOMPLETE. I asked for the E KART master contact no and called him where i came to know that the person was on leave that day and have not take any of shipment.

                              this is really making me angry that flipcart is not able to deliver the product and giving false reason on undelivered product. I called CC again and filled a complaint but that too i think a big lie from flipcart as nothing happened even after passing 24 hours.

                              on 22nd may I again called CC and again explain the whole thing to the executive and she filled a complaint giving me next date for resolving the complaint upto 25th may.

                              now i am really disappointed with the flipcart and its services. they are giving the reason of address incomplete for one product and delivering the other 5 products on the same address without problem.

                              i am thinking of taking legal action against flipcart as flipcart is wasting my time and money both.

                                I purchased a TV from flipkart on 17 May 17. (Order no.: OD[protected]
                                The TV had some problems. I launched complaint with Flipkart, but no technician has visited or called me.
                                When I called flipkart care for time and again I got a deadline of 20 th May, but no one came. So I called on 21 may, wherein I got a new deadline of 25 th May.

                                Neither is my return progressing nor is the problem rectified.
                                The customer helpline persons were arrogant and ignorant, not listening to my problem.

                                  I had purchased dell laptop battery online through flipcart model wu946 6 cell laptop battery[bat1535] on 04-02-17. Seller is edge infosolutions shop noa/4 (B) ground floor a wing bharat nagar co-op housing society m s ali road grant road (East) mumbai-400007. I paid 3600.00 rs to seller. Now my battery is showing replacement symbol in laptop. It is not able to charge the battery. When i am calling to edge infosolutions, they pick up the call, they take the information and hold the phone around 10 min, after that they disconnect the phone. I tried so many times same response. So, what i can do. I pay 3600 rs and now i am facing difficulty. If i found this type of product on flipcart, so, how i will believe to purchase next item on flipcart. So, can you please look into this issue and resolve it.

                                      I ordered a product Aspir Tempered Glass Guard for Lenovo Phab2 for my mobile Lenovo Phab 2 on 16-May-2017 on Flipkart. It got delivered today on 22-May-2017. I opened the box and just checked it's size before applying it on my mobile's screen. I found that it is small in size. I tried to return it on Flipkart, but it is showing no return policy. I am seeing similar review also for it's size issue. I approached customer care in this regard, but got very negative answer that they are unable to process it for return or exchange.

                                      I understand about return policy on such products. But this product is defective, I have not even used it. It is a kind of fraud.

                                      This issue has been resolved. I had raised this same complain over their portal. They responded and resolved the issue.
