Dear sir on 30 may 2017 the flipkart send me a defective product and when i complaint to them about the product the told me that my product will be replaced between 3 june to 8 june but today on 8 june they cancelled my replacement request and give me a new date of 13 june. From the starting they make me fool first they delivered a wrong product to me and after that by giving date again and again. They are harrasing me each day by saying that sir please wait up to 8 june and today they told me to wait again. Sir i request you to take strict action against them as soon as possible. Sir now i cant beleive on you please replace my product today

    Hi team,

    I received an empty parcel with only bubble packets packed. May be the seller has overlooked while packing or else if it is said to be packed and shipped, then it might be while conveyance it went missing because the courier guy who delivers me the item usually every time, opened his huge bag in front of me and out of many items he managed to find mine. So i believe he has not misplaced it. Also the box was totally distorted with only bubble packets inside and i guess that the things was not tied properly for which during traveling it may have slipped out of the box. Its my guess by seeing the packing of it, otherwise i am not aware whether it was even packed or not for the following products :

        I have purchase a mobile phone model vivo v5 (Crown gold-32 gb) vide order no-od[protected] dtd.18.5.17 & we have received the same on dated 25.5.17 but when i open the mobile & see there have screen problems & then i have a lodge complaint a replacement at the earliest.

        But, we are sorry to say & very surprises still not resolved this issue & your customer care also not giving any suitable answer.

          I purchased sansui horizon 2 on 21 june from flipkart. But this was defective. So i request the company to replace the product. After replacement, the company delivers defective product again. Again i went to customer care through telephone and tell them issue and to change or refund. They again and again give me the customer care no. Of sansui india last 10 days after the date of replacement, they ignoring my complaint and not resolving my complaint. They neither replacing nor refunding for the product.

Please check your email for more details"it is over a week since i had cancelled. So far i have not received any information either through sms or e-mail. Why so much time taken. You are usually prompt in refunding. I am little anxious.

              Hi,

              I had ordered a product (Lenovo g50-80 core i3 5th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/dos) g50-80 notebook) order no. Od[protected] on 15th may’17. Expected delivery date was 23rd may’17 but you had delivered 26th may’17 with wrong product (Model number mismatch). Delivered item (Lenovo ideapad 310 15isk, s/n pf0n2uja, mtm 80sm01evih, mo pf9xb6c29055).
              As same day i had already made a complaint against return of product (Lenovo ideapad 310 15isk, mtm 80sm01evih) and the problem is not resolved yet, i have been calling to customer care since last 13 days constantly but problem is still not resolved, i had conversation with manger abhishek, deepak and others senior associates also but no resolution provided yet. They all said your problem would be solved tomorrow every time. But problem is still pending. I am fed up with calling to customer care and ekart ([protected], somveer-[protected]) several times.
              • customer care executive say to me your problem has been resolved and mail sent to the concern team you will get a call from them but i have not received a single call from your end.
              • ekart executive say to me that he has not received any mail from flipkart regarding your product mismatch.
              • pick up boy came to my house for 2-3 times but he did not picked up the product due to mismatch serial no or imei no. Etc.

              I had suffered a lot because of this product. I have your sms, conversation, mail and all call recording as proof.

              So it seems you are forcing me to take strong action against your company. Hoping you will resolve the issue asap, otherwise i would certainly go to the consumer forum.

                I have purchased a moto g 5 plus from ylur website.
                After two weeks i started seeong some weird lines on the screen, upon taking this to the service centre found that the mobile which i recieved was already used with some duplictae screen put on that, which stopped working.
                And the service centre is denying to replce the screen even though it is in waranty.
                I called back fliptkart to mention the same and raised a ticket in[protected], which is not resolved even after 5 working days.
                Im not able to use my mobile, i dong understand how can you people be so irresponsible of the escalated issues.
                Please replace my mobile with new one.

                  Reg: yu yureka 32gb new mobile phone flash sale from 6th june-8th june 2017

                  We were eagerly waiting for the above said mobile phone when we saw lots of ad on newspaper and flipkart website. Website ad says yu yureka sale starting from 12.00 midnite.
                  As a usual customer, we were all prepared for the click at “buy now” 12.00 so that we can get the product asap, and that moment came when we can see “buy now” next to the mobile description, we clicked and yu yureka was there in our cart and we paid thru phonepe so that we can get offer of rs300 which was all mentioned on the website.
                  We waited for the cash back for 24hrs and today when we called customer care executive they told us that we have ordered our phone at 11.57 so tht why we are not eligible for cash back.

                  Kindly tell us when sale was suppose to start at 12.00 am then how can we order at 11.57pm.
                  Flipkart is a fraud company and is playing with customers and making their fool.
                  My question is if sale was to start at 12.00 then how can i order at 11.57pm.
                  How can they start a sale early when they have a commitment for 12.00am?
                  If they started early then we should get our cash back of rs300.

                  Not received 300 cashback and sale started before 12 am. customer placed a order of Yu Yureka Black (Chrome Black, 32 GB) customer said that he placed the order in offer time but as per system shows that placed order before the offer so customer did not avail the offer so customer denied or she said that she placed the order during offer time, she was screaming the offer started before 12 am.. checked and informed the cashback applicable only for the first time transaction as she made the second transaction this wont get apply ans she was asking about the sale details checked in system no sale update was there except the phonepe cashback, asked for documentation to share if she has any screenshots but she is not listening that also, taking so abusive and rude, hence info provided and denied, , since she was so abusive forcely disconnected the call by provided the complete info and closing the case. If customer comes back do not entertain this customer. She is so rude and abusive

                    I have bought a product from flipkart, the phone is not working properly and looking like very cheap local product. There are few issues as below:

                    Issues: 1. Mic is not working properly, the voice is not clearly audible to the person at other side.
                    2. Some part is making noise inside the phone near camera.
                    3. Heating proble which is less but still phone starts heating suddenly
                    4. Battery is draining too fast without using phone as well. 40% battery is draining in 3 hours without use and company installed apps only.
                    5. Touch is not responsive.
                    Overall not worth for money.

                    I have called customer care within 6-7 hours of delivery only to return the phone as i am facing so and so issues. Please place a return request.

                    The interaction with customer care is pathetic which i have seen ever, they dont want to help you out.

                    1. 05-jun-2017:
                    The call was going on till 30 mins on 05-jun — 2017, the person told me to follow few trobleshooting steps which are not at all relevant (Eg. Restart the phone, go to setting, adjust the battery power, reset your phone etc). Then he place a return request and told that the technician will visit to my home for checking.

                    2. 07-jun-2017 followup call:
                    The call was going on for 50 mins just to take a return request again and again i have to do the troubleshooting before giving return request. Even the troubleshooting is not relevant to any hardware issue.
                    This time the troubleshooting was followed with multiple checks same as before, the customer care executive (Ms. Sana) was not ready to place a return request. Finally she has taken a return and refund request where she told that the refund will be received post technician visit and approval.
                    Again the technician will visit and do many discussions.

                    Flipkart return or refund policy is not customer friendly. The seller is rejecting your return request and they are not helping you with resolution.

                    Why we have to spent our 1 hour just for placing a return request over a call.

                    The request placed through flipkart side is not considered. Also all the questions asked and troubleshooting steps followed by customer care is just for wasting our time.

                    Flipkart is not at all thinking in customer satisfaction, they are loosing their customer base and brand value by behaving like this.

                    Spoke with the customer, apologized for the issue and informed that the return have been approved and informed the TAT. Customer had a doubt, how the exchange phone amount will be refunded. Requested customer 10 to 15 min and informed we will call back. Checked with team inform customer that the amount will go as egv automatically once the product is been picked up and informed the TAT and validity. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                      For the first time after doing online shopping for 6 years, this time the most disgusting experience i had with @flipkart that i have ordered an apple ipod 32 gb worth 19899 inr with order id od[protected] but on the contrary i receive a beard trimmer packed in a thermocol polybag without any box or charger just a trimmer packed.

                      I understand mistakes happen but the thing disguise me that it's been 15 days now that no support has been provided by @flipkart.
                      First i made a replacement request that has been cancelled by the seller then i made the request again with proper description that again got cancelled, again i made a refund request and the pickup has been scheduled.

                      But when th courier guy came at my doorstep he refused to pickup the product as the product i had was not the apple ipod but a damn trimmer worth nothing.

                      I've called the customer support ample of times and what they say is "nishchint rahiye sir", this dialogue irritated me daily when i call them and still after 15 days i don't have any solution for this.

                      For a 24 year working guy 20000 inr is no joke.

As soon as i got the product i opened it and got to know that it is the wrong product worth nothing (just a beard trimmer packed in a polybag) instead f INR 20000 Apple Ipod i filed the return since then the pickup never happened

                        Something drastically wrong with your web page. I wanted to open an account with you and when asked to upload code sent by you, i could not. Whenever i tried, my internet got disturbed but it was ok with other web sights at same time. Is someone blocking your sight or is some other reason?
                        More over you kept on sending code after code within few minutes without giving a thought or thinking about any network disturbance. Finally i could not open the a/c

                          Sir i have ordered one badminton racket on 1st june. Your delivery date 6-7 june. Your company have take almost 7-8 days to delivery the product in noida sec 16.
                          My friends ordered rackets from amazon, they delivered product within 2 days and your delivery date 6-7 june, today is 7 june yet i have not received my product. Your service is very poor in metro city like noida so what are you doing in ruler areas.
                          After delaying my product, your company do not give any information about product.
                          Why i am not recommend my friends and relatives to go amazon, they have best service.

The 3 glasses out of 6 set of glasses delivered in totally broken conditions. The 3 glasses are of no use. I want complete replacement. The date of delivery is 7/6/2017.                                 Od[protected] this was the order id. The product is not at all working as expectations. I have asked for return two times but it was rejected by flipkart. I dont know why flipkart is changing the return policies. The customer care people will keep on calling for demo and the engineers will provide faulty demonstration. Kindly do not purchase anything from flipkart

                                    Dell cerelon dual core blue color laptop i ordered dated 22.05.2017 by debit card for rs.11690 /-. My order id is od[protected]

                                    Thereafter i changed mind and again placed order for red color and paid again rs. 12340/- by debit card and i received the same by 26.05.2016.

                                    However, even by today i. E. 07.06.2017, there is no follow up for my refund. And no no. Is available to contact the customercare.

                                    I am from mumbai 400 043 (Govandi) and i need my refund at earliest.

                                      On flipkart big10 sale there was a offer going on that if someone make their cart value above 2k will eligible for makemytrip 2500rs hotel gift voucher... I m very impressed by this offer so i thought to placed order above 2k and believe me i placed order of some useless items also only for getting this offer... I trust u in this regard so final i made my cart value around 2100 and placed a order... But unfortunatly after 2 days when i recieved my 2nd order which is of tre semme shapoo bottle i found that that products is leaked so as a ur valuable and loyal customer i thought to bring this at ur notice... So i only told to flipkart on personal message at facebook... I didnt demanded any refund but after sometime i recieved a message that u refunded my 250rs of that shampoo bottle and give me a reason that we cannt exchange it becoz that product is out of stock first thing is that i didnt ask for any refund and secondly i[censored] proccessed me refund u have to call me atleast one time and listen my side too but no u urself issued me a refund and due to this u surprisingly made me non eligible for that offer... Really flipkart i m very upset i only placed that order by thinking that i will get mmt 2500rs egv but due to ur fault i got nothing...
                                      I request u to plz chk this matter and their is not a single fault of mine then why i bear loss of my 2500rs egv
                                      I request u to plz issue me also 2500rs mmt egv as in that case flipkart is responsible not mine
