Hi,

Please see, i have received a packed product from one of your reseller.

The product box says it is manufactured in china, and imported by micromax.

How is that possible?

However, you might have imported it in the month of march 2017. But i don't want it due to the above mentioned 2 reasons.

What on earth is stopping the reseller to take the piece back and refund my money? I have not yet opened the box as i feel cheated.

Please try to see at your end what can be done. I purchased it from flipkart, and was sold by flashstar commerce

    As mentioned in the photo given below. I had ordered redmi note 5 pro (4gb ram, 64gb rom) along with that containing (Srt tempered glass guard for mi redmi note 5 pro) and (Flipkart smartbuy back cover for mi redmi note 5 pro) order number: (Od[protected] on 3rd of feb 2019, the order was delivered to my brother i. E on 4th february around 5 pm, after 15 mins the courier delivery came and argued with me to give me back my order. Please note that the order was already paid by me debit card as shown in the picture. The order is cancelled by the seller as shown this is an serious offence. The order which was delivered has been taken back by the flipkart. The number of the courier head delivery boy is [protected]. He has told me that he will process the refund within 2-3 days and also he has asked me to pay the amount to him by bank transfer or debit card. My another question is to flipkart and the seller. Am i buying a mobile phone from the courier service from flipkart. Why should i pay the courier boy personally. Shame on flipkart's sellers who don't give products to their customers. Even the courier boy has been tired by repeatedly trying to help me with the consignment. I had also talked with the flipkart executive about this problem but he wasn't able to solve it. I have enclosed an email received after disconnection of call as an feedback. The seller's name is (Supercomnet).

    First I contacted the flipkart customer care using the flipkart app but some of them couldn't resolve and get info about my issue, but some of them could. But finally from the social media flipkart team they had solved my problem. They contacted me every time as to ensure that refund was given to me as soon as possible and made checks every time, finally they first initiated the refund from the seller's side and made it fully refund from the bank side. Thumbs up to the social MEDIA TEAM Kashif Khadri Praveen Kumar Priyanka Singh C Jayasurya very good support till the end.

      Ordered Mi Led Smart TV 4A 80 cm on Order Date:[protected] with Invoice Number # FAB8AM[protected] and installation was Scheduled on 3rd Feb 2019 and done too, but demo still not given by that person as he was in hurry at that time and busy in receiving calls and he itself schedule for next day and on next day on every call he was just rescheduling it and at end he stop receiving the calls. and if in case I face any issue with that product I will not able to return it as Flipkart has no return policy after 10 days of delivery of such products.

        I booked a cell phone on Flipkart with old phone exchange but at the time or delivery the delivery boy rejected to take my old cell phone as it had a minor dent on top although one of my friend's cell phone which was accepted by the delivery boy it was of Samsung even though it was in a very bad condition it had scratch and dents on body so why not mine ?

          My dad on 16th dec 2018, booked redme note 5 instead of purchasing redmi note 6 pro on flipkart so we have cancelled the order within 5minutes. The order in flipkart states the refund is transfered but actually no refund has done, we have checked with the bank twice as the flipkart guys have been saying to check wid bank. Later the flipkart gave us transaction id saying with this id the refund has done but again we went to bank and found no such transaction happened that means it looks like they had given a fake transaction id to just postpone the issue, it's very terrible frm flipkart and the seller "truenet commerce" it is cheating the people in big amount. So kindly take necessary action upon them.

            I have placed an order for kurl-on convino mattress, queen size 72x60x4, and received the item on 28th december.
            I realised that the ordered bed didn't suite my cot size and requested for replacement with 72x60x4 size.
            The item was taken back on 2nd february.
            Returned again same size, 72x60x4 on 4th february.
            For online shopping size issues are bound to happen a it's fair to provide the customer with a suitable item.
            If you have regid policy not to accommodate a small mistake of your customer how will the customers trust flipkart and buy items online?
            Request to help get the mattress of may required size.
            I am willing to pay difference amount.
            Hope you don't loose a loyal customer like me.

              I ordered for a children’s book titled ‘clumsy’ by ken spillman, after the site showed only one copy available. I received the parcel wth the correct title but inside the parcel was some other book. I immediately returned the packet and the delivery boy promptly collected it back. I re-ordered the book and the second time also some other book has come with the parcel having the correct title. Please do something about this.

              I ordered the brushes(naked3 urban decay) product also contained a small bag in it. But on delivery they just gave the brushes. Bag was not delivered.
              It's forgery. What's shown in the image should be delivered.
              Flipkart cancelled the delivery of note 6 pro which I had bought in the sale at discounted price. Now I want to get the phone at same price. why give offers in the first place when you can't manage it.i want to know the reason why it was cancelled and it should be the duty of Flipkart to give it at the same price when the stock is available.
              I already filed a complaint...and also contacted customer care regarding delay in delivery of my product . They said our backend executives will contact you, but no one cantacted me till now and my product is not yet delivered. Actual delivery date is[protected]. Tracking status is not even updated. How irresponsible.

                I have ordered this mi 6 pro via flipkart on 30th jan-2019 and it was promised to be delivered by 1st february.
                Due to some pin code mismatch it was delayed for another 3 days.
                Tried calling their customer support million times and every time got the same reply... We are looking into the issue and will try n resolve the same within 48 hours.
                Now also they are saying that the product will be delivered by 6th february.
                Kindly request the concerned authorities to take strict actions against the pathetic services they provide to the customers.
                Also tweeted on their page but they are trained to provide the same response to the customers and frustrate them to the core.
                Don't know the delivery of the product but i really wish this not to happen to anybody.

                    Order : od[protected] is defective. I ordered samsung galaxy s8 plus. The product is dead. Not able to turn it on. Luckily after multiple attempts it gets on at times but, works for sometime then again suddenly dead. Asked for replacement, technician was arranged (Already replacement period is 10 days... Technician was arranged late, who will be responsible if problem is not resolved and product is not replaced within 10days?).
                    Technician came after multiple calls. He just tried turning it on... As usual in few attempts it got turned on. And as usual dead few mins after he left. We kept on calling technician. He didn't pick up the call... So texted him in whatsapp as he was online. No response again. We kept calling him as still replacement request was still there. Finally after multiple calls he picked up the call but he refused to come and look into the issue. He said he will come next day to reboot the phone as he forgot to do so when he came earlier. So finally technician didn't show up (Action should be taken as your technician was very irresponsible and careless) and replacement request was rejected.

                    Now phone is dead.
                    Replacement request is rejected.
                    So return the product or service it.
                    I have work and usually have to travel between cities. I don't have time for visiting service center again and again.
                    Don't send me mails to visit service center.
                    I need replacement or return the product.

                      Hi my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart locked my account based on my purchase history and they have not given proper clarification/justification, they made me to order a mobile cover rs.135 six times to lock my account under the guidance of flipkart customer care. My gift voucher of rs.1000 is locked and they want to contact the source which is axis bank. After checking with axis bank they are telling i am responsible for the use and loss of the gift card and axis bank is not responsible once the gift card is provided. Both are pinpointing each other. It is clear fact without servicing me flip kart will take the rs.1000 from axis bank through the gift voucher. Kindly solve the issue.

                        I want to buy an item from flipkart.com. While making payment through credit card, it is mentioned as 'save and pay'. How come force me to save the card details. This is ridiculous. Should ask with options whether save or not. This mandatory saving of card data should be removed immediately. Also i cant delete my saved card details from flipcart account.. I tried but nothing was showing in the saved card details.. But while buying anything all my cards details are showing in the payment page.. This is not acceptable.. Why you are saving my personal credit card details..??? If any fraudulent transaction happens, then i ll directly blame flipcart.. Until flipkart does this, i will not be buying anything from them. Otherwise i have to delete my flipcart account permanently..

                          Based on my previous complaint on 17th jan i received a call from flipkart escalation team 4/5 days back from a lady called sitara who assured that it will be solved maximum by 48 hours and they will again call me. But it's more than 84 hours now and no information. I am extremely pissed off. There are 30 items lying with me which needs to be returned immediately and i want the refund to be processed fast.

                              Hi sir/ma’am,

                              I’m a frequent buyer from flipkart and have given business to their website to over 60k in my life until today. But recently i’m outraged by the system that flipkart has been using to scam customers. Where did i detect the scam? In the rating and review section. Flipkart anonymously deletes all negative reviews and their app system automatically declines rating below 2 on products. If what you purchase is really of a low category product and doesn’t meet 1% of your expectations, you’re suppose to rate 1 star legitimately. But the customer won’t be able to do that in flipkart. If you try to rate 1 it automatically declines your review and rating and you won’t be able to post your reviews. This is an absolute scam by flipkart through which the innocent customers are fooled into buying products of very low quality. This also violates honest review and rating system as every website permits. This needs to be stopped and their website needs a review. This needs to be investigated and the news needs to be broadcasted. I’m also writing an email to the ceo.

                                I am Rishabh Sharma and I placed an order of GoPro hero 7 black sports camera on Flipkart because I thought it to be very good company.
                                Flipkart has delivered me a bluetooth speaker instead of camera on 14th December 2018 and from then I had placed more than 15 returns but non of them are accepted by the company or seller Affordia who sent me different product in company box with same label of what I placed.
                                It is more than a month and I had contacted more than 55 times to company through mail as well as calls but they always made problem and didn't accepted any replacement and now when I reported them that why they are taking lot of time then they have again cancelled the issue and also they are now reporting another problem that lot of returns are placed so they have cancelled and also blocked my account so that I couldn't contact them and the seller would earn profit easily.
                                I had believe on this company since ages but I didn't thought it would make me only victim of fraud and didn't thought it would be doubled faced.
                                Please provide me replacement of the differnt product which Flipkart sent me or provide my money back.

                                It is more than a week from when I posted my complain here and with almost all required proofs being uploaded on drive and provided links but till now Flipkart has not provided me replacement of its different product which it sent me and rather it had blocked my account and making excuses that there are many returns with this account but there is not any.
                                As a company Flipkart should replace its wrong product which was sent to me and unblock my account so that I would take my complaint back and never trouble them.

                                I ordered this camera in December 2018 but it is 2 months and till now comapny hasn't provided replacement of this product but instead they have blocked my account saying that due to multiple returns it is so but I want to make them clear that really there was more than 15 returns of this product only which was always been cancelled by the seller and the last three replaced were approved also but two of them were cancelled automatically and one which came to my city was not replaced by flipkart courier executive who denied to replace this saying that camera picture was shown so he needs camera to replace but I applied replacement for different product reason.
                                It is now more than 2 months and in this months I faced complete trouble in contacting always to company and appealing for replacement. After all that now company has bolcked my account and not hearing to me anymore.
                                I have tried the way to reach company but none of them are listening after delivering different product. They are now being very rude to me now after when they assured me that they would replace the product.
                                I have every audios recorded when I talked to company and when they assured that they would replace the product but they didn't did and also every videos and photos from the time when flipkart executive deliver me the wrong product to every moment even recorded opening of wrong product which was sent to me.

                                  Hi i am vivek, purchase blue star 1 ton portable a/c from flipkart online and they are deliver the product 31 jan 2019, installation guys came to my house for installation purpose on 2/02/2019, at the time they opened the pack the machine look like very old, then i said to please pack this item ad it is and i tried to return the item but customer care executive said you do not have return policy, you to used this product, i am looking for help please some one help us to return and refund my money.

                                    I have ordered new G shock watch dated 27.1.19 on Flipkart and received the same on 31.1.19 in the evening with
                                    order ID OD[OD[protected]]. I was out of station and came to office today (1.2.19) at 12:30 PM

                                    When I opened the watch, i found used product which is very shocking to me. I am surprised that Company like Flipkart can not do
                                    this to customers.

                                    I have lost faith on Flipkart & G Shock watches . After arriving home I check the product its box seal was already broken and strap of the watch was damaged I immediately apply for return the watch but picking agent said strap is damaged then he had gone without taking the watch I resubmitted the return request I have sent mail as well as talked to Flipkart customer care and requested for full refund as now I don't want this product now.

                                    Please look into this and please help me to get me full refund for such kind of Cheating happened to me.

                                      I had bought the thomson b9 pro on 22 jan & the installation was done on 23 jan by a jeeves technician from salem. During the installation itself there was an error with the hdmi. The picture was good but there was no sound in any of the hdmi ports. The technician told that there was probl3m with the cable & that the tv was fine. Je asked us to get a new cable & connect. Later he connected the set top box through av. Since we were out of town we were not able to purchase a new hdmi cable. Today on feb 2 we bought the cable & came to know that the issue was in the hdmi ports in tv & not in cable... Since the return date was over we are unable to return it. Request the technician to kindly check & rectify the issue asap
