Whenever I place an order for mobile for an exchange of my current mobile the merchant cancels the order half the way.
On checking with customer support they state I am reselling phones, wherein till date I have not received any phone.
Raised complaint but no update till date.

    I am over all dissatisfied with the Flipkart behaviour or services because
    i buy one product from Flipkart but due to the bad quality i returned that
    product refund come back to me and everthing was fine but after 2 / 3
    months when i am trying to buy something from Flipkart, the application is
    not allowing me to login to the application. After contacting to Flipkart i
    got to know due to cancelling that order they block my ID.. 😂😂

    I am still thinking, is this could be the reason for blocking the IDs? Flipkart, if you cant manage your quality better shut off the business but dont do such negative things because its a digital world and if brand image will be spoiled once you wouldn't get another chance for any kind of recovery.

    If you cant unblock my ID then with the immediate effect delete my account and release my Number n email address from your database because it belongs to me and i have full authority to push you to release my details it from ur database.

        At dated 18/2/18 I ordered a sd card of rupees 879/-by online payment by state bank of india, but no any order received by flipkart.
        I complained to SBI Bank about this deduction, after complained sbi says that they had payment to marchent/flipkart of rs 879/- at dated 18/2/18.
        I submitted screen shot of resolved complained of sbi.
        So Plz return my ruppes of 879/- as soon as possible.

          I have ordered a lenovo k8 plus phone via flipkart on 3rd april and i received the pone next day which was a screen cracked one. I contacted flipkart and they replaced it with a new phone. After receiving the replacement phone, i dint find any physical damage in that. The same day after setting up the phone i checked the warranty of the phone which was just 133 days remaining and i shocked to know that flipkart sells the refurbished/used phones as new one. Raised a complaint again and got a return for that. Just want to bring this to the crowd.

              Last month i. E on march 18 2018 i ordered micromax 1.5 ton ac through flipkart. It was delivered on 29 march and assured date of installation was on or before 2nd april. They didn't install till today i. E on 17 april. I don, t know when they are going to install. I called flipkart many times regarding installation each and every time they said it will be done with in 24-48 hours but that didn't happen. I asked them can i get it installed from outside they said no and said that warranty gets void. And moreover it is paid installation. Flipkart keep on saying that your item gets installed in this date that date. I they are saying that i have cancelled the slot. At intial days i asked for return they said it can't be done. I was frustated with flipkart service and they are taking no proper respone in installation service. I already informed that if don't provide service properly i will domplain in consumer forum but still they are doing same drama.
              I need compensation i. E double the amount i paid to them.

                Hi team,

                I have bought a carrier 1 ton split ac from flipkart a month ago. From the very beginning the ac was defective, i raised a request for an exchange. Anyhow the service engineer convinced me that the ac is working fine. After that the exchange period of 10 days expired at flipkart. From then i have raised couple of request for service but every time the service person comes an say me it's working. I find it very disappointed as the cooling is not as expected. I need the product to be replaced. Please help me, next step is iam going to lodge a complaint at consumers court for fraud selling of defective product.

                  In last redmi note 5 pro sale on date 13.04.2018 i succeed to grab mobile in cart but when i tried to do payment it went out of stock. I mean how is this possible that flipkart allow others to get mobile which i added in cart. It shows flipkart is not that great in flash sale either.

                    I am Job Daniel.

                    I purchased an Egate i9 multiscreen portable projector from flipkart ordered on 15/02/2018 which was delivered on 20/02/2018.I was out of station still the 25th March 2018.I finally tested the projector on 25th March 2018.It worked only for four minutes then the screen became blank.I immediately reported the issue to flipkart they promised to solve the issue by replacing the product before 10th April 2018.I made several calls to flipkart during this time.They kept on asking for more time for resolving my issue.They have so far not given any proper solution and now they have requested to resolve the issue by 25th April 2018.I have also tried contacting Egate helpline but got no response.I feel completely helpless at this point.Im not getting any support either flipkart or Egate.

                    Kindly help me to resolve this issue with Flipkart and Egate as soon as possible with regards to replacement or refund for my product Amounting to Rs.6690/-.

                          I am complaining about delay in order delivery and update of wrong details on website that customer was not reachable by delivery team of flipkart though i was present through the day and delivery window provided for 16april from 4pm to 8pm. If flipkart cannot deliver the product on time they can state the valid reasons for the same but don't mention lies that customer was not reachable.
                          I can provide that no one from flipkart attempted delivery at my door step today as we in and out register in our society and we have security cameras in our block.

                                  This is to inform you that, i ordered one red mi note 5 dtd 11, 04, 18. As per the confirmation the product will delivered by 13.04.18. But i didn't receive the product on the day. While i checked the product status my courier was in the new delhi, but my delivery location is at cochin. Then i complained. As per the confirmation from them the courier will be delivery on 16.04.18. But my order is not delivered yet by evening. This is second time major problem with courier services on same courier, first time the courier were misplaced, now the courier reached on the early morning in my location, but still not delivered. I am loosing my trust with flipkart.

                                    My mobile no.is [protected] & email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 1398 whereas I tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can I pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 1000rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for[protected]rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart.

Also for the 2 product they are asking one of them I had received was damaged and in another case the wishmaster delivered it somewhere else! I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 1000rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for[protected]rs! I am a professional lawyer if I want to go legal I also can do that. But I don't want to do this harrasment ryt now. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id?                                     Hi..i am facing the same issue, around 14k due, but my account has been blocked, not able to pay .

Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 3189/-. While this order is not belongs to me. sombody has ordered through my flipkart ID. Now he denied to pay back to flipkart account. In which what is my fault. My account has been blocked.. or due to my other bad circumstances i cant able to pay myself. And now flipkart has notified me legal notices for recovery. I m your old client Right now i can only say give me some time so that i can manage myself and able to give flipkart payment. It is my humble request . Give me time till next due date.

                                        I ordered davidoff perfumes davidoff eau de toilette - 125 ml (For men) product through flipkart on sun, apr 1st '18 and delivered sun, apr 8th '18.

                                        But i got duplicate product.
                                        I don't know why flipkart is dealing with fake products.
