I placed an order for whirlpool 6.2kg fully automatic washing machine on 4th november 2018 for rs 13732 + 567 (Bank charges) i. E. Total 14299 rs. It was showing that the order will be delivered on 11th of november. But it was not delivered. I contacted flipkart on 12th november to get the status of my order. I raised complained and they said they will contact me within 3 days i. E. Till 15th november. On the same day i. E. On 12th november at around 9:30 pm, i received a mail and a message that my order has been cancelled. I tried contacting them but of no use. They blocked my money for 8 eight days and after that they automatically cancelled the order. They entered into a valid contract by accepting the payment and then they breached it.

    I had ordered IphoneSE by making an online payment of Rs.14398 on 11th Oct 2018. On 13th Oct 2018, I received the delivery. I got only the charger and the USB cable in the box but did not receive the IphoneSE and the earphones in the box at the time of delivery.
    I raised replacement request 5 times and each time, they are cancelling the replacement request without my notification after 1 or 2 days after placing the request. When i called them and asked as to why the replacement has been cancelled, they tell they do not know the reason behind it and they raise a new replacement request. I have raised 5 return requests till now. And even after a month after ordering, I have neither received the IphoneSE nor received the refund of my amount.
    I have called the flipkart customer support around 20 times but have not received the resolution yet. The amount is not a small amount too and till date I have not received the product. Moreover, the customer care people tell that raising the replacement request is all they can do. They cannot help me further on this.

      I booked bosch fully automatic front load 7kg washing machine. It delivered in time on 3rd November. And they send message for installation attend on or before 6th November... But till now 12/11/2018 21: 15hrs No one came for installation. I already contact four times flipkart customer care and explain my problem. But no use.. Am not satisfied for flipkart services, because of negligence.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible... Otherwise I will take legal action...

          I had ordered a memory card on the 7th and shortly i received a message that it was out for deliver that was on the 9th, but it didn't arrive. Today i received the same sms saying i'd be receiving it today, it never came. I've tried to call the person who was supposed to deliver it to me but it seems it's an invalid number.
          The name of the person who was supposed to deliver the product is lalit kumar.

            I purchased pixel 2 on 13th may on Big shopping day with HDFC debit card where it was clearly mentioned cashback to be received by 30th Aug.
            Still cashback not received and now they are making different excuses.
            They don't have any documents present to claim whatever they are saying.

            Totally lost trust on flipkart.

              Today morning many transaction on done my axis bank account which were fraudulent and not done by me. Debited amount of account is Rs 66148/- done by 4 different transaction between 11:18 to 11:29 today morning.

              The exact name towards which the transaction happened is & Transaction details as under:

              (2) 10000/- ECOM PUR/Xiaomi PAYU A/Gurugram/121118/11:19
              (3) 24499/- ECOM PUR/Flipkart Paym/Chennai/121118/11:20
              (4) ECOM PUR/Xiaomi PAYU A/Gurugram/121118/11:27

              Total 66148/-

              4 of the transaction shows the amount debited towards flipkart apin.

              Please help me to revert those transaction amount earliest possible.

                I had placed return request for the damaged product (lamp), the delivery guy didn't arrive to pick up and updated the status to Product mismatch. On calling the customer care, i got to know that order cannot be cancelled again as it exceeded 72 hours limit. The problem was at delivery end where they didn't even called for the pickup.

                Now they say that the return day limit is over. Highly unprofessional customer service

                      I opted for Vivo V 11 exchange offer on 12 oct 2018, before opting for this offer I explained my exchange mobile handset (Red me note 4) condition to Flipkart executive on telecon and through mail also...they have confirmed /reverted me that my handset is eligible for exchange offer on given condition (some color leakage issue with screen). Accordingly I placed order and made payment...latter at the time of delivery Ekart (courier service) Wish master refused for delivery saying my handset is not feet for exchange ...I immediately contacted flipkart team... they also told that accroding to flipkart policy m handset is not feet ...altough my expalined everything b4 opting offer and thet have given confirmation on recorded call and mail...how can they change policy with in 4 days...my handset was feet for exchange as it was fulfulling all 4 condition expalined me on call and mail...all 4 condition and app test passed by my redme handset...how can flipkart denied delivery and kept me guessing for 12-15 days...I lost another good offer available in market...bcoz of flipkart false promises...i need compensation and fined should be levied on flipkart for their wrong doing...they accept there mistake on phone call and on mail also...they now accept that wrong promises made by flipkart executive...and offering sorry to me...but my point sorry will not help me... i lost handsome offer available in market...also got pain...while chasing flipkart team...they kept phone call on hold for 10-15 minutes everyday and everytime i called...all call last around 30 mnts...minimum...I lost my valuable time and energy...also it was ambursement for me in front of my friend and family.

                        today i called customer care but i did not get any correct message. pl arange somebody to install the same if you are not intarested pl let me the feede back other wise i will return the product and i will advice...

                        I have been trying to buy krx gym kit product since sept 14. I have still not got the product even after placing the order for the second time on its request. Everytime i enquire i have been told only what i also see in the app (Regarding product trackin).in actual there is no real information regarding whether the product is actually shipped or not from seller.

                          I have ordered for a product (Kedar lanhga choli) on 14th october and received product on 24 october. But product is different in colour (Blue) and design. I have requested for product refund on 25th october. From 25th october to 12th november i have requested for refund 13 times but every time picker did not receive product. He said in my mobile application product colour is red so i can't take this.

                          I have called flipkart 30 times but every time they gave me assurance that this time your product pickup will done. And i have spent approx 500 rs extra for calling customer care and time also.

                          Please take strict action against flipkart

                            Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on and will be delivered on 22nd Nov 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
                            Hi. Thanks for your big cooperation for your customer. It's a very big mistake happened by me and the mistake was I have ordered a phone by flipkart. I have received a msg form flipkart ( e-kart ) on 10th nov. your order will delivered 10th November but still I have not received any order form flipkart and also I have not received any update regarding my order. I have talked with rider on 10th Nov and he said I will not delivered your order because your address not in my location and he said we will deliver your order on 11th Nov. but still I am waiting for my order. Yesterday I have called ur CUSTOMER CARE and they also talk me in casual way. I was very frustrated with your CUSTOMER CARE staff. The way of taking of your staff very pathetic I was very disappointed. Yesterday was my anniversary and I was planed a surprised gift for my wife but you guys totally spoiled my anniversary. This mistake was happened form your side not my side but I have not received any updates from your side this type of service you are giving your customers. This is a worst experience in my life. I will never used flipkart in a future. You don't care of customer feelings because you have lots of customer. Thanks for your ### experience.

                              I purchased a bajaj mixer grinder from flipkart. It's order id was od[protected]. The delivery was delayed for 10 days. As they delayed in delivery, the product was not reached to me as i was absent that time. The product was taken by someone else on behalf of me. After getting the product i used it 2 or 3 times but after that i realised that it was already broken from inside. I called flipkart to return it but they denied because the return period was over.

                                The details of my purchase is attached below. The speaker of the phone started creating problem within a week of purchase. After rigorous calls and followup with the customer care of flipkart and after following a number of instructions provided by them over phone as solution i followed each of them but failed to get my brand new phone back to its normal position. Since i'm in dire need of a good condition smartphone right now, i'm unable to contact people. It's creating huge loss in my business. I want a return and refund as early as possible. Its been quite a long time i'm following up with the customer care (Which resulted in no use). Kindly proceed with the return and refund procedure as early as possible.

                                    I ordered honor 7a mobile from flipkart. I got sms that my product will be delivered today and there was executive delivery man mobile number. Later i got failed delivery status.. After that whenever try to call delivery man.. He giving
                                    Bad response.. Like call to flipkart company.. I don't know anything about.. Your product has been cancelled.. Etc. Very bad service by flipkart.
                                    They need to think about customer.

                                      I have ordered Redmi and Vivo V11 Pro (Starry Night Black, 64 GB) . The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But the order got automatically cancelled from seller with no proper explanation before delivery day. Because of I need a mobile phone in very urgently I booked # 4 times after cancel each my order but finally all cancelled one by one.
                                      I called flipkart customer care and raised complain against that but no result This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract .
