I have ordered sony dsc wx 220 point and shoot camera but delivered me sony bluetooth headset for which i paid rs 13590 for sony digital camera when i opened after sometime and when called to your representative or vendor who gave me the product didn't respond and said that it is company fault. My order is sony dsc-wx220 point... With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com. So pl resolve my problem and give me my product for which i have paid rs 13590 otherwise refund money.

    Dear sir re, i booked one motorola mobile on flipkart on 18 aug 2017, on 24 of aug i came to know that this product got delivered to someone else on 21 aug without reaching on delivery address, i don't know who received that my product. I raised complaint in flipkart' several times almost 45 days complete but till date no resolution from flipkart side. I call every day but they are giving just extended date like 2 days, 3days but till date they have not resolved the issue, around 45 days even they not called me once regarding this issue.

          I purchased diesel men's analog watch from flipkart which was delivered on 23rd september 2017 (Order id: od[protected]
          However, i found that there was a scratch on the dial glass in the product delivered. So i requested for replacement of the product). On 28th september 2017 ekart person came to provide the replacement but denied, as the product which i had didn't have warranty card with it! In fact i hadn't received warranty card for the product when i had received it.
          Immediately i called up flipkart customer care number and raised a complaint regarding the same. The person who spoke over the call said issue will be resolved in 2 days. As i didn't get any further updates, i again called customer care number on 3rd october 2017 and the person over the call said it'll be resolved in 24hrs. Again on 24th october 2017 when i called customer care number, the story repeated itself!
          Now i am worried if flipkart will really provide replacement or refund my amount.

          We had interacted with the customer apologies for trouble. Customer told pick up has been done so informed customer once system same will be marked refund will be processed and within 9 b.d same will be credited under account. Informed customer noting feedback same instances will not repeated. Hence, closing form our end.
          Where is the replacement? Same old story repeated again today!
          How can you close the case without proper action?

            Hello sir,

            I want take action against flipkart customer online services.

            I bought some clothes from flipkart shop (Online shopping flipkart.com) on 24th sep 2017 and product delivery date was 3rd oct 2017, they delivered some products before delivery date, but it was defected and i had return on same day. Remaining products are not delivered till date (Delivery date was 3rd oct 2017) and i have tried to call them multiple time i am not getting any proper response for my product and when it will be delivered

            Today is my daughter's party and no updates, flipkart have spoiled my surprise for my daughter.

            Finally i have decided that i will fill the case against flipkart. Please guide me how can i raise my concern. Details are below for product.

              I have ordered a front load washing machine on 20th sept and expected delivery date was 21st-sept but on 22nd-sept their delivery boy denied to deliver on doorstep and product got cancelled and asked me to order a top load machine as its less heavy then i have ordered a frontload washing machine expected deliver date was 27th-sep but i am still waiting for product to be delivered however i could have got a machine on 21st. I have called customer care for the same but as usual scripted response we are trying high to get it delivered soon.

              Actually if i cancel my order they will not refund it on time as i have cancelled my first order and i am yet to get the refund for the same.

              If flipkart is delaying the delivery of product and customer paid in advance then they should pay the compensation against it.

                I placed an order for lenovo k8 plus which is worth 11000 and got it for 9000rs. Flipkart cancelled the order stating it is out of stock. But i have place another order the same day after placing this order and i am receiving this order.                   I have ordered fitrist pulzz band which was delivered to me on 17th sep 2017. Initially it was working fine but just after 2 weeks i was shocked to see that the device is not functioning at all. I thought that the battery has been discharged and tried to charge it many times but still no information is displaying on the screen. This is very bad and i am feeling like being cheated.
                  It is requested to either refund my money or replace the device at the earliest. Flipkart is a well known brand that's why i have choosen it to order electronic device.

                          I bought mi a1 recently within 2 days of purchasing i got a issue in my phone its screen went black and i restarted phone by pressing power button and blindly taping at screen i ignored the issue but after sometime i found the same issue again two more times and requested for replacement since its bought only 5 days back and apart from that auto rotation doesn't work every time outta 10 it would wrk only 80 times. I raised replacement request on 28 sep 2017 then they arranged technician visit on 29 sep 2017. The technician was not good, he didn't listen anything, i said him many times microphone volume is low but he gave excuses like network issues and all and said product is alright and left.                                     This is regarding my order id: od[protected]Ifb maxi dryer 550). It was ordered on 20th sept 2017, and scheduled to be delivered on 26th sept 2017, today it's 4th october 2017 and item is not yet delivered, and there is no commitment demonstrated by flipkart team for delivery of this item.

                                    Flipkart are big fraud, they claim to have good festival offers, but once we order they don't deliver and insist us to cancel the order. This is really frustrating.

                                    It’s really very frustrating following up with flipkart team on delivery of this ifb dryer.. On daily basis.. Continuously for last 2 weeks. Every time upon follow-up they give false promise with revised delivery date.. But item has moved not even a inch. It’s really frustrating and i have decided never to do any shopping through flipkart and i will ask all my family and friends never to trust flipkart team.

                                      I placed an order from flipkart on your big billion days on the very first day i ordered three products from your flipkart.

                                      1. Fossil watch
                                      2. Philips trimmer
                                      3 roadster loafer shoes

                                      However till now products haven't delivered to me. Whereas on the day in the flipkart app showing that order got delivered.

                                      On the very next minute when i saw the status immediately i called to your customer care and inform about the status of my product to your support executive.

                                      Your executive told no worries you'll get a resolution with in next 3 days.

                                      From the day to till the day i was waiting for your resolution but till now my problem doesn't solved.

                                      Can someone help me how can i get the amount from flipkart
