[Resolved] Flipkart — Quality issue - Fake products delivered

I had ordered for Mac products from Flipkart. The order got delivered on 02.07.2017. All the products in the package are fake. I use Mac products and I compared the ones delivered from Flipkart with the original ones from the store. There is a huge difference between them. The products sold by Flipkart are made completely of plastic. There were differences in product weight, product quality and even the quality of the logo embedded on the product. I want Flipkart to change the products and deliver the original ones.

Mayuresh Bhole's response I am going to take a strong action againt flipkart for this..
They dont respect customer. Genuine customers are harassed by service centres
I hope show some humanity or else i have to Lodge a complaint against flipkart for sure...

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that he has received the fake product so informed that we will process refund because we have to investigate on seller and replacement can't be processed. But customer not agreeing for refund. However we are closing the case from our end and if customer agrees for refund then we will surely process.

Have ordered 4 products in flipkart but received only one out of 4, and now that product is getting defect but no replacement. have called 5-6 time but still not solved.

Bought redmi 3s on OD[protected]th sep 2016 it shows problem in network within 2 months, service centre too cant resolve problem. They just ask for money and dont resolve problem too, its still in warranty period. i want replacement or money back asap.
