I have ordered oppo f1s mobile in flip kart and received all notification regarding delivery but on delivery date they are saying that the address was incorrect and contact flipkart cs to update address with in 24 hrs
Then i have contacted cs then they r saying u should have to cancel the order and order freshly so due to this i will loss my time and if i reorder i will loss my offer and i have to pay extra money and the refund amount will be credit with in a week so i can't reorder immediately but they are not understanding

    I have baught a cell phone from Flipkart 3 weeks back. After receiving the product I have come to see that this product has a manufacturing defect. When you press the back/side panel, a weird sound is coming from all over the place like pressing a plastic stuff. Though all other functionality are working fine but I was not satisfied at all about this phone. Immediately I contact Flipkart customer care service, they sent a engineer to me, after the visit of the engineer the problem was still there. I also write the same thing in the form given to me by that engineer. Don't know on the very next day I come to see that my replacement request have been cancelled and reason provided as my problem was resolved after engineer's visit, which was not correct. Called CS many times but they are constantly saying they cant do anything and I need to visit a 'Redmi' service center. My question is why should I suffer when there is no fault from my side.       This is to bring to your notice that I'm trying to return a product by name ManQ Solid Men's Waist Coat with order id- OD[protected] and the product wasn't of a expected quality and it's the worst product for that price, since from a month I'm raising a return requests and it is the 6th time now, but still can't able to get the resolution for my issue. Every-time the wish-master coming to collect the item but asking Mrp Price Tag which I haven't received at the time of product delivery, and I keep on trying to call flipkart helpdesk and everytime i'm explaining this issue to the agent and the agent will say our backend team will contact you, but after 4 days backend team will call and say we are raising return on behalf of you, when the wishmaster comes give the product to him he will take, but when wishmaster come and try to validate all accessories he is coming to the same point that tag was missing and without that return cant be approved. When i connected with agent again he is saying give the product sir he will take and will process the refund but no luck next day wishmaster coming and returning the item as rejected, almost about 35 times I have called the agent and everytime a new agent will connect and I need to explain the whole issue, it's very frustrating, continuously keep on facing this issue since from a month. I want to know why vendor lying that tag was there but god knows it wasn't and I keep on explaining this to the wishmaster and flipkart agents but no one trying to figure out this with vendor. Hate to continuously followup on this, why flipkart providing such a disaster issue, whilst I never faced this with Amazon or any other e-commerce sites.Why your making customer to suffer like this, we believe flipkart is the good site and will do purchase but this kind of service won't be acceptable and leaving a bad remark on this site.

      Please look into this as early as possible. Please do the needful.

        Today on (03/07/2017) my (Flipkart.com Order Id : OD[protected] of Smartron srt.phone (Titanium Gray, 64 GB) was delivered at 07:07PM in the evening with so-much-harassments and so-much-problems faced by my own very old 83-years mother. Since I am a working person (I am a Cardio-Specialist doctor at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata) as usual I was at my workplace and my very-own-son was at his college today and my 83-years mother was only there to receive my product parcel from EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) and I also had informed my mother to tell the EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) who would come for delivery to unlock the lock of the main gate and get up the stairs of my apartment which was only second floor and hand over the product parcel to her since she could walk barely… Now, this is where the problem began with the EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) when he came to deliver my product parcel… Now, when my mother told him to unlock the lock of the main gate and get up the stairs of my apartment which was only second floor and hand over the product parcel to her, he started to react very badly and started using giving slang languages to her who is a 83-years old lady who cannot even walk properly since she is so much older. He even told her to get down the stairs of the apartment and unlock the lock of the main gate to collect the product parcel but she told him politely that she cannot get down the stairs of the apartment and unlock the lock of the main gate to collect the product parcel because she couldn't walk properly and that EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) started giving excuses and behaved just like an unprofessional even after knowing that she cannot get down the stairs of the apartment and unlock the lock of the main gate to collect the product parcel because she couldn't walk properly. Not proper delivery Delivery boy is very-bad-behaviour and out side delivery not home delivery. At last that EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) after disrespecting and arguing a lot with my 83-years old mother unlocked the lock of the main gate and got up the stairs of my apartment which was only second floor and delivered the product parcel to my old mother but he was so mean, talked to her in a very arrogant and roughly behaviour, in a very bad manner ruthlessly and also told her that we at Flipkart.com don't deliver the parcel by getting up the stairs of the customers house/apartment and not by unlocking the lock of the main gate… the customers needs to collect their very-old-own parcel by getting down the stairs of their apartment and by unlocking the lock of the main gate otherwise we take it back again to Flipkart.com. What is this Flipkart.com??? I had purchased approxiametely about 5.5 lakhs worth of products from Flipkart.com. I am a valuable regular customer of Flipkart.com and had already purchased lakhs of amount of products from Flipkart.com only. I want justice against this really very bad incident/experience faced by my very-own-old 83-years mother who is very much upset after being treated in a very disgusting manner and moreover, she even cryed a lot!!! If I don't get justice against this really very bad incident/experience faced by my very old 83-years mother I will probably stop purchasing a single product from Flipkart.com!!! So, I therefore kindly request you from the every very corner bottom of my heart that please Sir/Madam to kindly do the needful and provide me justice against this really very bad incident/experience faced by my very old 83-years mother as soon as possible so that I can again start purchasing products from Flipkart.com. According to me, this type of EKART Wish Master Rupak Roy (call [protected], PIN 184) (just like this one) should be terminated/fired from their respective jobs since they donot perform their jobs properly and moreover they are also decreasing Flipkart.com's reputation only from their behaviour because they are working for Flipkart.com which means they are also representing Flipkart.com.           As committed by flip cart they will refund my money before 14 July its 19 July i didn't get any refund from them . this shows how they screwing there customers . they commit so much but they deliver nothing . its not about refund of just 2020 Rupees its about how they take order from market by virtue of this they use this bulk money of others for there own purpose .

            I purchased an iPhone6 from Flipkart and I received a damaged product, the charging port is damaged and hence the phone is not charging and hence its not powering on. I have filled a complaint with Flipkart and their pick guy comes and tries to power on the product to check EMEI number. The phone is not powering on so he is not authorized for pick up.
            I have called flipkart several times and have the call recordings with me, where the executive is saying that they are updated my request in their system but its been three times now that their pick up guy visits the place but the same story happens over and over again.

              I ordered earphones (JRO INFOTECH vivo0 Wired Headset With Mic (White, Grey) from flipkart on 27th june, 2017 received them today.
              When I opened the package, the box was empty... the product was missing... I was shocked to see such kind of irresponsibility by flipkart...
              Please look into the matter as soon as possible so that I could get my money back or get back my earphones that I ordered...

                I have ordered a massage gel vide order no OD[protected] from flipkart which was delivered on 1st July 2017 but the product bottle was broken and gel was spilled inside the packing. I tried to return the package but no option was available to return. I wrote to the flipkart help centre, then I got auto responsive mail that my query will be answered soon. I am yet to receive any response from the flipkart despite writing them 3 time in the last three days. Kindly help me to get my product exchanged for a proper new product with breakproof packing.

                    This has reference to my order od[protected],

                    The item (Fmpp[protected]), was received at trivandrum primary sorting facility on thursday 29th june - 7:19 pm,

                    The latest update, as per track record shows the consignment received at the mother hub, bangalore, on 3rd july, 2017, 1:1am, bengaluru,

                    The capital city trivandrum is barely 3 h 55 min (147.2 km), drive via nh 183, and that should take 11days delivery time, unbelievable!!!

                    Initially, i was promised delivery on 30th june 2017, i via a mail clutter, for an order placed on 16 june 2017, the process takes approximately close to a month to be fulfilled, which speaks volumes of the price i have to pay for sticking my neck out and swearing by the concept of brand loyalty,

                    And now, much to my chagrin, i am told that i would have to wait for yet another 11 days to get my consignment, with no remorse at all, is that being fair to the consumer, kindly introspect,

                    We are sorry for the delay. It happened to logistic issues. Product has been delivered to the customer. Feedback has been provided to the concerned department. We won't repeat that mistake gain.
                    I have purchased your sona belt on 17th june 2017 product but this is faulty vibrator not working.so I call customer care they told me we will replace or refunded but after 15day nobudy respond me.this is fraud company.

                      I ordered for a Samsung galaxy S7 and received a DYF phone!! I have paid 46, 700 for this phone and received an item which is worth 17, 000 I have tried several times to contact the call Centre but all they do is say that they have escalated the issue but no resolution has been provided yet. This is very frustrating and not fair for an average buyer on Flipkart. Please help?

                        I had ordered for Mac products from Flipkart. The order got delivered on 02.07.2017. All the products in the package are fake. I use Mac products and I compared the ones delivered from Flipkart with the original ones from the store. There is a huge difference between them. The products sold by Flipkart are made completely of plastic. There were differences in product weight, product quality and even the quality of the logo embedded on the product. I want Flipkart to change the products and deliver the original ones.

                          My product from flipkart has reached my nearest hub aluva on 25th of june through ekart logistics.today is 3rd july and still there is no response from the flipkart team.the delivery guys just refuse to contact me or deliver it on time .they are the worst.i have been contacting the customer care and local wishmaster since a week and still the product hasnt reached me whatsoever.

                            I have ordered a back cover and, waited for 5 days as per the details provided to me. But now I got a message saying, that the pincode and address doesn't matches. When I called the customer care, they insisted to re order a fresh item again. That means simply wastage of my time and the value of my money. I asked for a chance for contacting the courier partner, or a platform to give proper clearness in my address, but nothing is possible and just got irritated.

                              Recently i have purchased samsung TV in online from flipkart..before purchasing the order we have cross verified that the area pin-code for delivery availability..now the gati courier persons not delivered..i purched TV on 25'June and expected date given 30'Jun..the product was arrived at my nearest courier office but courier team is not delivered..i asked to flipkart team to deliver the product asap but they are not responding now..i have paid Rs.11350 payment also...kindly help to resolve the issue..i already inform them i will go for consumer court still they are not recognize the customer issues.

                                Flipkart assured delivery of my order IFB 6.5kg washing machine (Order Id: OD[protected] on or before 27th June 2017. Today is 02nd July 2017 and I am still waiting for my order. I repeatedly raised complaints about this with flipkart and everytime I have been told to wait for next 24-48 hours and when again I ask them for the same again they said to wait for more time. I have already paid the bill amount at the time of purchase on 19th June. Even the order status update is wrong. I have never get a call from either flipkart or their courier partner for the change in date and they updated the status that customer requested for the change in delivery date. Requesting you to please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                  I ordered a samsung inverter ac from flipkart on[protected].
                                  Order id : od[protected]. Tax invoice no. # f0ysf[protected].

                                  The installation of the ac was done by the samsung people but there was no gas in the compressor. The samsung technician came for gas filling and found that there is a leakage in the compressor and declared it defective.

                                  Now i have contacted flipkart multiple times and still did not recieve any response from flipkart. Flipkart is just saying you will get a response from our side in 24 hrs and it never happened.

                                  Now i am clueless about the situation, how to proceed. I have spent rs 32500 and paid additional 3000 rs to samsung people for installation, and now they are saying that it is defective and talk to flipkart, where flipkart is behaving irresponsibly and saying the they have got the report that the ac is working fine.

                                  Request you to take your air conditioner back with in three days and refund my money as i don't want to make a purchase from flipkart in future. I f not resolved, i will go to consumer court to complaint against cheating, fraud mental harassment caused due to your poor services.

                                    I purchased a product from flipkart (Orderid : od[protected] and its not useful as the socket/plug given is bigger one which can fit only to fridge/grinder or ac plugs only. No where on the website they have not mentioned about the plug related information except maximum consumption is 2000 w. When i ask for refund as the product i cannot use, they are saying flipkart is not responsible for it. Then why the hell flipkart is selling item on website or why they are not mentioning plug information on website. Then people will see if it matches to room sockets, then only people will go for buying.

                                    There was no where refund is not acceptable on the item, information mentioned on the website. When i called customer care, they are saying sorry, flipkart is not responsible for it. What the hell is going on. I have a 1 year old boy, and bought this to help him in winter is no use.

                                      I had ordered redmi note 4 on 25th june 2017 during flash sale. The order was supposed to be delivered by 29th june 2017. But i have still not received the order. Flipkart said that i would receive my order by 1st july 2017, but still it has not be delivered to me. This has been the worst customer service till now, i am thinking of cancelling by order if it doesn't get delivered by tomorrow and also this will be my last order from flipkart and will surely not recommend people to buy products from this site.

                                        I received a call from flipkart for refund and he sends a mail with link for refund.
                                        But the mail is not accepted bank account number and IFSC code Number.
                                        The Flipkart send the mail only formality, not useful.
                                        Finaly I lost my Amount.
                                        why not flipkart add the amount to my Flipkart wallet?
