I am not purchase anything from flipkart near about 3 to 4 month. Flipkart deducted money from my bank account 4days before directly without purchasing anything. I have called them mail them so many times. But they even not responding the mail also. They are totally fraud. How can someone deduct money when i have not even use their site from 3 months. Please tell me how can i return my money?

    Sir, i ordered a honor 6 plus mobile phone by the order id od[protected] under the gst sale that was going on date :30/06/17
    I gave the delivery add. As anand vihar, new delhi. They accepted it and said to deliver it by 08/07/17. But finally they said that my delivery address is not complete and they cannot deliver it there. So, i requested them to change my delivery address by mail. But they denied to do it so. I do a no. Of mails to them but they do not responded clearly and finally on 13/07/17 they cancelled my order. The whole is that i'm getting an off of 13499 rupees on my phone acc. To the sale offer. But they do not want to deliver it. When they don't want to deliver the things then why they apply such offers on their product.
    So my humble request is that want my phone under the same offer they had given to me.

            We had purchased an onida tv in the month of april. We started using the tv around one month back. Soon after two months the tv stopped playing video. We complained with flipkart but didn't get any resolution. We complained with onida but still the tv has not been repaired or replaced. We are really tired of this unprofessionalism. Kindly get this thing sorted out within next 48 hours or next thing you hear is the notice from consumer court.

              Hi, my ac is not working for last 17 days. I called the carrier customer care number n they came for the visit at that time they informed me that installation done by jeeve people was not correct. They will raise an issue with jeeve, later jeeve people came n they also confirmed the same n informed me that they will do it or they will give feedback to flipkart team n then carrier people can come n do the re-installation again. I am not able to connect to your customer care number (Paid or free) and i had already 2 queries with you but still i have not receive any communication from ur side.                 I had ordered a phone in exchange and after exchange cost was near 20k. I had planned order such a way that i get delivery on saturday or sunday so that i can give back the exchange phone to your representative. It was surprising and agonising to see the behaviour of your ekart guys 108 when i called him to talk about option of how to get this delivery done now on weekdays as i will be in office most of the time during the day. He gave me only one option which was next saturday. When. I canceled the product from thru ivr it says money will come back to me in next 7 days. Now due to your in efficiency why should i keep my 20k idle and who will pay for the time and effort i wasted with you. I will report this incidence to consumer court and all the online forums to make it known to maximum people so that they can choose better e commerce platforms for future purchases. Thanks

                  I lodged a complaint in flipkart for moto m speaker problem within 10 days and the the technician, after visiting my home, agreed to that problem. I also gave that in writing to him and signed it along with his own signature in his feedback document.
                  But flipkart now tells me on its own that the issue is resolved as per the technician and refuses to show me any proof of what report the technician has submitted them.
                  It's a completely fraud company which tells it's costumer that the issue is resolved when in reality it is not.
                  Now they are not agreeing for replacement. Pathetic service pathetic costumer dealing illetrate executives are employed.
                  I will be filing a case against them in consumer court.

When i track my order i saw that the product is out of delivery on sat, 15th jul 9:39 am jalpaiguri out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch but i write appropriate address purba mallickpara high school which was situated in jalpaiguri district in the dhupguri block. Pin no. 735210 why you given that pincode - address mismatch.

                      This is ankur sheth purchase mobile moto c plus online through flip kart but this phone having major issue you not able to cut call its basic sensor proximity sensor is not working. When ever i request flip kart
                      Every time there technical person agree that this basic features should be there
                      One technical person personally visited he checked phone he is also agree on the same but i unable to refund or replacement now they are saying moto co has no given this feature they can't help

                        Flipcart a very big online company is not a consumer friendly co. Experience with this co. Is not good. We have ordered a redmi note4 but quality of rear camera was poor. I requested to flipcart that we want our refund as product is not good.
                        But they are now denied for refund. When we call to customer care they are not giving any solution and we are totally fed up to call them again and again.

                            I ordered brandon sky samsung es112s wired gaming headset with mic.
                            On 6th of july 2017 i got my product but i found malfunction of that product.
                            The left speaker is not working properly and i think that i got a duplicate product even i payed more for that product. This site is showing one product but when it come to the consumer hands it may be the different one. So please replace the product with another one. So please consider this complaint and take necessary action. Waiting for your replacement.

                                This is prasenjit dutta and i purchased one hp laptop on 30th june (Orderid: od[protected] and after purchased i found it's not working then i put request for replacement and as per process technician visited here and did all process for replacement but after few days i received mail, my replacement request rejected due to not contactable, then again i called up customer care where the executive informed again technician will visit your location after that replacement process will be done, i really fed up from 30th june till today 16days over but my issue is not resolved i have not demand for refund my money i just request for replacement but i did not get proper service, either you replace my laptop or refund my money finally because i did not want any dispute laptop from your end.

                                  Recently ordered tablet from flipkart and delivered after lot of escalations, but am not happy with the way flipkart delivery person behaves (Rude attitude). Again the device is not working as expected and raised return request then flipkart arranged incapable technician to debug the device, but he didn't debugged the device rather than simply switched-on the device and stated as device is working fine. Still am facing issues on the device like restart, frequent hanging. I have spent hard earned money to get quality device (Good working device) rather than crap device. Try to replace the crap device or refund asap. Already fed-up with lot escalations and mails. Soon expecting resolution for the issue.

                                    Fraud fraud fraud!!! I am a loyal customer of flipkart from many years now but never faced such issue before. I ordered two mobile covers from flipkart. As both of them weren't fitting on phones, i requested return within two days.
                                    1. For days i kept on receiving sms that the product isn't delivered yet! (Even after receiving the products)

                                    2. Finally got the message that products delivery is successful, return request is successful, and they will come to receive the products.

                                    3. Two courier boys from flipkart came to receive products.

                                    4. Return is successful.

                                    5. Two days passed, four days passed, one week passed, two weeks passed, no message from flipkart about refund.

                                    6. As i was continually trying to reach their customer service executive, he finally picked up call one day and said "madam, woh covers courtier boy ke bag mai galti se reh gaye. Abhi tak humare system mai update nahi hua"

                                    I was like - wtf? Then too i said - ok, i'll wait till it gets updated in your system.

                                    Few more days passed. I again tried to reach customer service people but this time, they played big game. When i was calling them with my registered mobile number they kept on saying - your request is wrong & kept on dropping my calls.
                                    Fast forward - guess what happened? They updated on my flipkart account -
                                    "your refund has been completed". While the reality is, even after a month, i haven't received any refund yet.

                                    I finally lost it. I've never had such dirty experience while shopping online. Goodbye flipkart and fck you. You've lost your loyal customer. :)

                                      I brought oxy face wash pack of 2set of 4 where i got pack of 1 set of 2 and that to different oxy face wash and used one i am calling customer care since i got brought they just say sry fr inconveniences we will transfer call to supervisors or give call back and cut the call no call back nothing i am mailing but they say 24-48hr time to reply and never reply its been more then 10days they are troubling like hell only option left fr me is consumer form my order id od[protected] pls close this type of company were they fool the customer and dont help the customers need to take a very good action on them so they wont trouble customers

                                      We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating he received only 1 set, where in the product page it is mentioned set of 2, that also used one. Apologized and informed that we can provide refund for the same as replacement is not available. tried a lot to convince the customer, customer stating he wasted several days for this and he do not want refund and will go further. System do not allow for replacement as the product is sold out. Apologized and stated this is the only resolution that we can provide. Closing the case as customer denied for the refund.

                                        I had ordered a laptop on 29/06/2017 from flipkart (Product name - dell core i3 6th gen - 4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home 5559 notebook (Black color) which was delivered on 07/07/2017. But the delivered product was different from the ordered product. The laptop which has been delivered to me has the product name dell inspiron core i3 - 4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home 5559 notebook (White color).

                                        Also, the product package did not contain the product key and certification of authenticity. Product key is required to install ms office in the system, due to which i was not able to install ms office in my system.

                                        I lodged a complaint on 10/07/17 with flipkart customer care about the inability to install ms office and non - receipt of certificate of authenticity along with the package. They assured for resolution of the problem by 12/07/2017. But i did not get any response nor any technician from the flipkart team visited to my place for this matter.

                                        Afterwards, i asked for a replacement of the product on 12/07/2017. I got a mail from flipkart stating that they will resolve my problem by 14/07/2017. Due to the probable delay in receiving the actual product, i decided for return of the product and requested for refund on 13/07/2017. Then i got a mail stating that my return requests have been closed and a new return has been created. The new return and refund request was accepted by flipkart on 14/07/2017. They assured me for resolution of the problem by 15/07/2017 7 p. M..

                                        Even after filing a complaint for product return and refund on 13/07/2017, i have not yet received a single correspondence from flipkart till date as to what would be the probable date and time for delivering the actual product.

                                        Kindly help me for getting the refund money and expedite the refund process. The screenshots of the mail correspondence have been attached herewith.

                                        As per the complaint there is internal followup made and once the product is picked up the refund will be processed and issue will be resolved.

                                        Flipkart Team then sent a mail asking to resolve the issue till 7pm (15 July, 2017). Even after this time elapsed, there was no call or mail from the team. I called up the customer support around 7:15 pm and asked for a call back. The team called back and the assistant on the other end could not provide any solution and hence I asked for an escalation and was made to hold for another 40 minutes and no one picked the call. Eventually I was forced to cut the call(Screen shot of the call attached). I was then assured through mail that the issue will be resolved by 12 pm, July 18, 2017. Again, there was no follow up and upon calling the customer support and talking to Mr. Gaurav Vyas (Manager), he said a replied that the matter has been escalated and the product will be picked up by July 21, 2017 latest and the money will be refunded in 7 days. Though over call it was stated that the same will be refunded in a day.

                                        The above situation is unacceptable and the refund (Rs. 36, 990/-) needs to be processed immediately along with damages for wasting my time and for prolonging refund.
