This has reference to my order od[protected],
The item (Fmpp[protected]), was received at trivandrum primary sorting facility on thursday 29th june - 7:19 pm,
The latest update, as per track record shows the consignment received at the mother hub, bangalore, on 3rd july, 2017, 1:1am, bengaluru,
The capital city trivandrum is barely 3 h 55 min (147.2 km), drive via nh 183, and that should take 11days delivery time, unbelievable!!!
Initially, i was promised delivery on 30th june 2017, i via a mail clutter, for an order placed on 16 june 2017, the process takes approximately close to a month to be fulfilled, which speaks volumes of the price i have to pay for sticking my neck out and swearing by the concept of brand loyalty,
And now, much to my chagrin, i am told that i would have to wait for yet another 11 days to get my consignment, with no remorse at all, is that being fair to the consumer, kindly introspect,
