I have ordered a Panasonic TV vide order number OD[protected] to be delivered to my parents who are based out of Palakkad . After accepting the order and taking the payments, they have scheduled multiple delivery dates to delivery the TV.. After waiting for 12 days, they have cancelled the order with reason unable to service in that area.. What the hell is this.. I will surely take this matter to the best higher-ups possible for the loss i have incurred by losing other offers from the competitors. Also who will be bear the credit card interest I have served to the card company.

      Extremely bad service from flipkart and RetailNet. I have placed one order on 25th June 2017 for LEVI’s Jeans and still not delivered as on 06th July 2017 and I am getting the status as Shipping. I hope it’s not coming from CHINA.I have called customer care and send mails to them but no positive response so far. Their customer care executives are like auto answering machine. It was supposed to be an gift for someone but due to pathetic service of flipkart all the plan gone wasted. Many days are already wasted and i am not sure whether i will receive it or not. I prefer to boycott flipkart as they have already lost their repute in online shopping market by adding so many unethical trader and vendors? I have purchased 100s of products from flipkart so far but this pathetic service by them totally ruins my loyalty towards them. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy from flipkart and planning to boycott them for any future deal. They don't have any sense of responsibility towards their customer.

        Good evening,
        would like to speak about the last order for helmet (studds moto shifter
        motorcycle helmet)
        price of the product :2180
        received on 30/6/17 by my sister in vellore (becoz i'm out of town)
        got photos of product (usually if i order a product online, once received, , ,
        she used send photos of it)
        THEN
        After saw that image recongised product is in different variety of
        helmet(types available in helmet are open face, closed, flipup)like that
        so today early morning (1.30am)called flipkart customer care)
        informed about it, , , they said we are going to raise this complaint to our
        team.
        they informed on or before 9pm of 1/7/17.u will get resolution for this
        issue
        but just saw ur reply to complaint...

        (u mentioned i had created high number of returns but for ur
        kind information
        started account one week back only, , , placed two orders only )
        BUT u r saying i placed multiple number of orders (its not true at all)
        if we receive different variety of product from online shopping sites
        y i should expect the different item (instead of my actual product)
        I NEED replacement of the product i have bike trip soon..
        do the needful..
        on july 4 flipkart it is not possible to unlock ur account so it would be possible to create replacement...

        @flipkart As I ordered the fossil watch and I was delivered different for that Imade return request but it was cancelled by seller continuously for 6 time and made my id block..           I purchased a laptop from flipkart, it was damaged, now I asked to exchange it..from last three days they are saying that technician will come but not coming. They given delivery date as 5th July. and technician visit date is 9 Jul. first of all, they should update properly. How could have they deliver before technician visit. and secondly, I can't carry their defected piece daily to office, waiting for the technician to come. Third, who will be responsible for any other damage during daily transporting to office. These people are not providing any solution. I asked them to at least arrange for pickup of defected item.

            on june 21 ordered Puma Men Puma Black-Barbados Cherry Sports Sandals (order id OD109460675530840000) But received puma brand flipflops(different variety of men's footwear) so called and informed flipkart customer care regarding this problem... so they have created a complaint (Incident.no:- IN1706211900017282383)(june 21st 6.30pm) In that email they gave a timeline to resolve this problem on or before (22 june 7.00pm) But on june 22 morning 11.30 received mail from flipkart stating that your return request is cancelled becoz of high number of returns in your account. As well as they blocked my account (unable to login to my flipkart account). freezed my account with my wallet balance of 1875 called flipkart customer care more than 150 times within 2 week time but they are saying u will not received that money because its not possible to unfreezed ur account. i lost sandals price - 1379+1875(wallet balance) Total amount ==3254 i lost my money this much please help me..

              Well it had been worst experience with Flipkart from past 10 days . First of they have provided incorrect voice which I came to know when I went to lenova service centre and when I called to flip last they said they will take the device and refund the money and today it has been 11 days and still they are saying to wait and they will update and I am really feeling like they are taking me...
              I need a justice and money sooner.

                I got the product on JULY 2nd with the usual flipkart packaging and inside it there was a WD HARD DISK BOX WITHOUT the hard disk just filled with papers.It was kinda heavy so i thought the product was in there but when i oppened it there was just many papers folded inside the WD HARD DISK BOX.When i contact the customer care they just say give us 24 hours and i tried this for the last 4 days.Every time after 4 hours i get an email from them saying RETURN REJECTED and this is the only mail i get from them, they do not even reply to my mails other than this message.My order ID is OD[protected].

                    I ordered a Panasonic 32" Full HD TV from flipkart but when I received the order, I found that there was NO TV in the box. There was only TV stand and the power cord. I raised the complaint through phone but they just keep extending the date and keep saying that they are working on it. I have paid 20000 Rs for the product and I haven't got the product yet.

                      cost for that product had come that time 3, 737 per month.

                      But after checking HDFC credit detail, I got to know they charging extra EMI and over that they are charging Interest on that.

                      This is height of cheating .
                      Please correct in future EMI and refund wrongly deducted amount ASAP.

                          on 4th of july 2017, I have paid rs 9499 to buy lenovo k5 note on flipkart but didn't get any confirmation so I was asking them to give me same. At that time I tried to call them but no one replied me, I have just received notification that "we are working on it" . And suddenly today, 5th july, I got only 791 rs credited in my bank account from flipkart. Please do some quick actions as I need my money urgently.

                            I've ordered for couple of items for my kid, same is delivered on 3rd of this month. Due to quality of fabric and size issues i raised return request on 4th july 17 and i got a sms stating that the request is been approved and the person will come for pickup before 7pm today i. E. 5th july 17.

                            To my surprise i received an sms today at 6.21pm stating that return request has been cancelled as i decided to keep the product.

                            I would like to confirm that i've not cancelled the request in your web-portal or have not informed your person to cancel. First of all no one has made any attempt to pickup the item.

                              Pathetic!
                              I m given a wrong product and even after placing request 3 times they r not picking up the product.
                              Customer care everytime assures it be for the current day but at the end of the day there comes an update that the return is either cancelled or rejected though they never came for pick up.
                              I m just fed up talking to customer care at the end of the day
                              Also the call me back service is not available most of the times and they don't even call back as promised instead the call is given the next day
                              Flipkart is getting down coz some of its sellers

                                In the month of june on 15 i ordered iphone 6splus 32 gb space grey in flipkart... I received the product delivery on 22 of june... But got an silver 32 gb variant... On 24 i requested for an return... The seller agreed for my return request and refund my back my money... The pickup person said the imei num mismatched so he return the product to me and said to inform the problem to flipkart customer care... On the very next day i called them and updated them... The executive said that she had updated the issue and said she requested for return said that this time no problem will occur like the last tme occurred... That day evening itself the pickup person from e-kart too my product as he has no detail about the product and after that he called me soon back and said the same problem that the imei number mismatched and with in an hour he returned the product to me... From that day i have been calling to the flipkart care to place my issue and get a solution for my problem. Every time the executive say that your probelm will resolve in 24 hours so wait for our team to call you as they are working on your issue... After that i would get an text message and e-mail that my issue has been updated and we will resolve it soon... Till now 5th of july i'm still waiting. Every day i call them and they say wait for 24 hours... I need to return the product and get my money back...

                                  Both these orders were supposed to be delivered by 1st july and 30th june respectively.
                                  But till date there have been no update regarding the status of the orders, even your customer care representative are unable to answer the reason for delay and they are giving lame excuses to just wait and keep waiting, moreover there have been no response to emails also.
                                  Such a pathetic service was not expected from your end that you cant even inform customer about the products for which he had already paid.
                                  There is no transparency in your service which make customers feel cheated.
                                  Kindly revert back with a genuine reason asap bcoz m tired of hearing to wait for the product.
                                  And i had previously lodged the complaint on this forum how could it can be marked as resolved, i haven't received any response from the company till now.
                                  How could you mark its as resolved without even acknowledging the customer.

                                      I have order Red Mi note for on 25th June and supposed to deliver on 1st July.

                                      Shipment status on 1st June says its out for delivery. If it so then why its not delivered yet?

                                      I have tried contacting flipkart, they say withing 48 hours, it will get deliver. Unfortunately, nothing happens yet over last 5 days .

                                        Ordered Belo intense white SOAP 2qty from SA Deals seller, each qty is a combo of 3 soaps totally 6 Soaps but I received only 2 soap but billed for 6 soap ?1278, I'm not available at the time of delivery, courier was received by my dad, refund my amount or send me the remaining soap, worst shopping experience with Flipkart
