Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have ordered a Google pixel (quite black) mobile from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 32149/_ on 15th of May 2017. Because o[censored]nsuccessful eexchange of old phone I didn't get the product and cancelled it. On 17th of May 2017, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account within 26 May 2017.

I waited till 27 May 2017 but didn't...

I want my headphones replaced.
I had it delevered in delhi but now i am in vikasnagar dehradun for vacations.
What i should do to replace it.
When i place it for pick up all nearby pincodes are not exisisting for u.
Now what do i do to replace it.
Your service is so poor that not even in dehradun you are giving your service.
My present pincode is 248198.

I ordered refrigerator through flipkart and i requested return of the product and it has been approved by flipkart. They told that technician will visit to your house then pick up of the product will be processed. I have placed ordered at 18th May 2017, Skechers Shoe and paid 3134 through UPI transaction at [protected]@ybl using PhonePe app wallet, which was debited from my icici bank account but my order was neither successful nor failed, Even I am not able to see anywhere in MY Order List.
