Dear Sir,
Recently i have purchased samsung TV in online from flipkart..before purchasing the order we have cross verified that the area pin-code for delivery availability..now the gati courier persons not delivered..i purched TV on 25'June and expected date given 30'Jun..the product was arrived at my nearest courier office but courier team is not delivered..i asked to flipkart team to deliver the product asap but they are not responding now..i have paid Rs.11350 payment also...kindly help to resolve the issue..i already inform them i will go for consumer court still they are not recognize the customer issues.

    Flipkart assured delivery of my order IFB 6.5kg washing machine (Order Id: OD[protected] on or before 27th June 2017. Today is 02nd July 2017 and I am still waiting for my order. I repeatedly raised complaints about this with flipkart and everytime I have been told to wait for next 24-48 hours and when again I ask them for the same again they said to wait for more time. I have already paid the bill amount at the time of purchase on 19th June. Even the order status update is wrong. I have never get a call from either flipkart or their courier partner for the change in date and they updated the status that customer requested for the change in delivery date. Requesting you to please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I ordered a samsung inverter ac from flipkart on[protected].
      Order id : od[protected]. Tax invoice no. # f0ysf[protected].

      The installation of the ac was done by the samsung people but there was no gas in the compressor. The samsung technician came for gas filling and found that there is a leakage in the compressor and declared it defective.

      Now i have contacted flipkart multiple times and still did not recieve any response from flipkart. Flipkart is just saying you will get a response from our side in 24 hrs and it never happened.

      Now i am clueless about the situation, how to proceed. I have spent rs 32500 and paid additional 3000 rs to samsung people for installation, and now they are saying that it is defective and talk to flipkart, where flipkart is behaving irresponsibly and saying the they have got the report that the ac is working fine.

      Request you to take your air conditioner back with in three days and refund my money as i don't want to make a purchase from flipkart in future. I f not resolved, i will go to consumer court to complaint against cheating, fraud mental harassment caused due to your poor services.

        I purchased a product from flipkart (Orderid : od[protected] and its not useful as the socket/plug given is bigger one which can fit only to fridge/grinder or ac plugs only. No where on the website they have not mentioned about the plug related information except maximum consumption is 2000 w. When i ask for refund as the product i cannot use, they are saying flipkart is not responsible for it. Then why the hell flipkart is selling item on website or why they are not mentioning plug information on website. Then people will see if it matches to room sockets, then only people will go for buying.

        There was no where refund is not acceptable on the item, information mentioned on the website. When i called customer care, they are saying sorry, flipkart is not responsible for it. What the hell is going on. I have a 1 year old boy, and bought this to help him in winter is no use.

          I had ordered redmi note 4 on 25th june 2017 during flash sale. The order was supposed to be delivered by 29th june 2017. But i have still not received the order. Flipkart said that i would receive my order by 1st july 2017, but still it has not be delivered to me. This has been the worst customer service till now, i am thinking of cancelling by order if it doesn't get delivered by tomorrow and also this will be my last order from flipkart and will surely not recommend people to buy products from this site.

            I was ordered on 30-05-'2017 "smile2u retailers analog wall clock" on flipkart.
            Delivery expected by[protected], but i received one day[protected] delayed. The product dimension not matching with what was shown in flipkart wab page. Product dimension mismatching. So i was retuned and replacement on[protected]. But,
            Still i was not received replacement product (Or) my money (Rs501).

            I received a call from flipkart for refund and he sends a mail with link for refund.
            But the mail is not accepted bank account number and IFSC code Number.
            The Flipkart send the mail only formality, not useful.
            Finaly I lost my Amount.
            why not flipkart add the amount to my Flipkart wallet?

            Kindly do somethink for useful.

                  I was ordered a Hicks bp instrument model no. LD 581 but I received wrong model no. LD 575 then I complained for return of this wrong model and again received wrong model no.                       Pathetic product, never ever order from anywhere especially flipkart.com. I ordered it on 4th, delivered on 6th june. From day1, i started facing the following issues...

                      Product: xolo era 2-4g with volte (Black, 8 gb)
                      Order id: od[protected]

                      1. Phone dialer popping in and popping out immediately. Post trying for 6 - 7 times, i am able to dial in.
                      2. Color of the display going from normal colors to complete green or blue or purple.
                      3. The screen shifting its view atleast 5 - 6 times a day until i do not lock & unlock.
                      4. Networking issues, signals going on & off.
                      5. When trying to touch on wifi options, there is no selection, until i dont go to settings and try from there.
                      6. Messages either do not come or take long hours.

                      Post having heated arguments with the customer care & floor supervisor, flipkart agreed to replace the product as refund was not showing an option. Later they agreed for a technician visit and a day was given for his visit for 21st june. On 20th june i receive 2 messages one stating that the seller is unable to fulfill the request of return. So i again contacted the customer care and as usual after heated arguments with cc & floor supervisor, they agreed to return the product without technician visit.
                      The ekart guy came to deliver replacement and deliver the new set. I asked him if the new set gives the issue, what am i supposed to do, for which he said flipkart will again replace it. But it started giving the same issues immediately. So i had to again raise a complaint with customer care and it was successfully accepted and this time the customer care executive told me on refund on this as its giving the issue and was told that technician visit would be done by 1st july 3:21 pm and if the technician is not able to resolve the issue, flipkart shall proceed for refund and the refund shall be done within 9 working days.
                      Today is 1st july and even at 3:10 pm, when i did not receive any message or call on the technician visit, i called the cc number and to my utter surprise i was told that my request has been rejected because it was a replacement and i need to take this handset to xolo service center. If this was the case, why on first instance a refund request was taken and why was customer not informed on visiting the xolo service center. Why when customer contacted on the technician visit date, he was informed on rejection. Why was this not done immediate post this compliant registered.

                      This is a pathetic behavior from flipkart and being a loyal customer to flipkart now makes me feel that i had done the biggest mistake of my life. If the replacement product is also having the same defects, flipkart should take the responsibility of refunding it back to customer as they are displaying and selling faulty products to their customers.

                      If my complaint is not resolved, i shall make sure to make this go public and lodge a complaint at even consumer forum and social media of the kindof cheating thats being done on flipkart. Also i have some recordings and sms sent by fk to support my case.

                        Delay is happening very frequently for me now a days, as having old user for flipkart, seriously dissappointed by the service which you are providing.

Customer have return requested due to size fit issue, informed that it is not updated as delivered, once it gets delivered return will approve automatically. Informed the TAT.                                 I had ordered a phone on fkipkart with order id OD[protected] and asked them to deliver by today. Its been more than 5 times that i have mailed Flipkart regarding the order and i have also called customer service a number of times but they say that they can't assure the order to be delivered today nor they give the details of the courier so that i can contact them. If the order has reached my city why can't you deliver it today .I want it delivered by today. The product has reached guwahati sort facility. Still no response from customer service.

                                  This is my order no’s OD[protected] & od[protected] I have purchased chevron back cover 2 weeks back they have send me product with no back cover with only stand I just made replacement but still I have not received the product yet if aim calling flip kart customer care they are giving ridiculous answers for past 2 weeks they are just playing with me we will refund the money but still I have not received yet I have called them more than 10 times but no proper response from their end they are just trying to cheat customers and looting money I request every customer plz don’t buy any products in flip kart

                                  I have order this product on May 15th 2017 they have mentioned clearly buy above 2000 rps customers will get Make my Trip voucher of 2500 in this case I have bought more than 11k rps when I call them they told I will get only on June 30th 2017 yesterday night at 10 clock I have call their customer support they have just waited me in call more than 1 hour without my knowledge they have disconnected my call in this call they have promised me I will get voucher at late night but still I have not received my voucher only flip kart people doing this type of nonsense to customers they are trying to fool customers I ask you consumer to take action this flip kart and also no proper response from their end flip kart is big cheater

                                  This is the order no OD[protected] Flip kart wish-master has visited my home and get the product from me and he also received sign from me but he dint given me conformation mess after receiving my product he just called me at 2.39 pm exactly on an an July 2nd 2017 and get that product from after evening 5.30 pm he agained called me we are cancelling your request because he dint get mail from flip kart so far this reason we are cancelling the order even i explained that i have told regarding product issue with flip kart that i have received only back stand without back cover he s telling that we have not mail from flip kart again i told to him then why you people called me and get product from me for this question he was just blab erring he was giving rude answer that and all we don t know we will cancel the order even without returning the product he was just telling this type of words I called this no [protected] his name his Deva kumar he was taking rubbish with customer

                                  After this incident i Called their representative but know response from their end and again i chat with Deepika i told her everything regarding this incident again asking me stories how can ve help you sir. This is the way flip kart and e cart is trying to cheat customers very badly they are trying to stole money from their own customers aim requesting consumer court to take action against these flip kart and ekart because of this aim very upset against this people flip kart and e kart are good thieves e kart is pick up my product from me and again they cancelling the products

                                  flip kart has send sms to me for picking up product but their wish master after getting product from after 4 hours he s telling that he dint receive mail from flip kart this is the big game they are playing with customers plz take severe action against flip kart and e kart and ask them to refund my money now i was very upset about that guy who has spoken rudely with me in e kart and flip kart
                                  This is the complaint no they have shared yesterday but today they are playing with after getting the product

                                    I placed above two orders with flipkart during big 10 sale and net transaction value for all orders placed during the offer period is more than rs. 2000.

                                    Now today 1.7.2017 customer care saying you are not eligible big fraud with customer s so i am logged my complaint with consumer court also let see what happen..

                                      I have a ordered some products in Flipkart y using the Bajaj emi card for 5000rs total of 5 products. in that 2 prouducts have been cancelled by Flipkart which was not my fault. Now the problem is they are asking me to pay the total amount. Why ami supposed to pay the total amount? Is this not a cheating by the company ..suggesting to use the Emmi card and cancelling by your own wish. I will file a case on this. My order no. order OD[protected]. My mobile no. [protected].
