I had ordered from flipkart a week ago. On website it was showing that the ordered will reach to you 27 to 30 june 2017 but order reached before 27 june and i could not because i was out of station. Next day i called customers care then he told that the order will delivered to you in next 24 hour. I waited for my order but in next 24 hours messages come on mobile that your order has been cancelled.
What the hell it is??
I called again customer care he told sorry sir you can place your order again then i open flipkart i saw that price of same order was increased. I did not order. I tried to order from amazon but cod was not eligible so i could not buy because flipkart did not refunded my money.

    I keep unsubscribing from the mailers but the system just does not seem to stop. I am absolutely irritated with this stupid company. They should learn the business operations from amazon. Professional and honest atleast when it comes to their servicing standards. A bunch of # sitting there calling themselves a marketing automation specialist. Come to the us with me and check how royally you would be treated when unsubscribe requests are not honoured.

      I ordered a product wonder world men's shareware on dt 1 june 2017
      Which was supposed to deliver on 3 june
      I waited for the delivery till 5th june and left the city for 20 days on 6 th june
      In between they delivered my order on 7 june to my home to one of my relative
      When i return back on 24 june i received the same packet from my relative
      I just open the same and find that the item received is altogether different from item i ordered
      I tried to contact to flipkart customer care but failed to do so till today
      Today i had a talk with their executive regarding return of this order because late received to me and the the item is different but the executive said that there is no chance of return or replace of this product now

      Please register my complain and get arrange to return of this and refund my money back

        The phone i received had a faulty call speaker. I am unable to hear anything when making a call. There is some manufacturing fault with the device. After just one day of receiving the device i called flipcart flipcart customer care to inform them about the issue and asking for a replacement. Flipcart said they don't have a replacement policy on this device and they asked me to visit the apple service centre. As i keep asking them about the service and they told me to visit kolkata which is nearest nd that is 400 km away from my hometown. As i told them i can't visit kolkata it's so far, so one of the senior executive manger told me to visit one of the service centre which is 5kms away from my home if they will not solve my problem he will give me replacement and that service centre was refusing to do so as they do not provide service to apple phones. And it's been 8 days they are not solving my problem. They are not giving me any replacement nor refund. What will i do now. I m really in a big trouble.

              Flipkart freezed my my account without any notice or information and lapsed my 6000 giftcard that was recived from my friends and family. As my birthday gift. And now i unable to loginmy account i already complaint against it to flipkart but no resolution recived till now.

              After that i have received a mail saying that

              Hello jitendra,

              We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order you attempt to place will also get canceled.

              We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update.

                I have ordered phone on 9th and i got the very next day, but it had a faulty display so i raised a return request on 16th july 2017 my exchange date was 20th june 2017, they did not kept their promise then i repeatedly called flipkart on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th twice a day i sent a mail to head department also. But no response on 24th july 2017 one of the flipkart associative cancelled my return request and raised a new one but as usual the product was not shipping at all then on 26th i asked them to send me mail to that if my product is not delivered on the said date then i want my money back, they sent the mail and my product dispatched. It clearly means they were wantedly not dispatching my phone since they dont want to replace the product and even i contacted with the seller he said he was not able access my order. I was harrased and tortured for my phone for around 20 days... When i asked for compensation they said its not their policy and all flipkart executive were arrogant i think flipkart ceo is arrogant so their staff are arrogant, u will never find a solution from flipkart customer care portal they are useless...

                      Hi, i booked a led tv with order#:od[protected] on jul 22nd (Thursday), delivery confirmed on (Jul 23rd friday 2pm-8pm). I waited for whole friday, i did not get any communication about the dekeay, then i called customer care, he then replied it will deliver again on (Jun25), it also not happened, again called by myself (No communication/follow up from flipkart), again promised to deliver on (Jun 27) and again changed to jun28.

                      (From jun23 rd to 25 th and then 27 and again changed to 28th).

                      Do not fool the customers with your false promise dates because i chose flipkart only because of early delivery date appear in portal compared to other e commers sites like amazon, paytm... And also i have some offer codes there to apply which i can get benefit of atleast 5k.

                      Because of your flase dates... I lose my family time (Bcoz it is long weekend), missed promised gift.. Missed an auspicios day... I just waited waited waited for delivery becuse of your mis communication...

                      If you have something fine/componsation in place if you miss delivery dates... You would not repeat this... Playing cheap things with customers.

                      Worst... Worst... Worst... Worst... Cheap things done by flipkart to customers (They are thinking that customers are fools and they dont have any other means of complainting... If thery repeatedly... Cheating customers)

                      It is not my problem or responsibility if something delayed at vendor side...if you are not confident for delivery date, ...you should not give some fake date to just engage customer...you wasted my whole 2 weeks of time...I paid money and waiting waiting waiting since 2 weeks ...don't be look silly ...

                          Recently i ordered a samsung galaxy grand prime 4g battery through credit. I already paid the money. The product which i recieved is of very low quality. It is no where mentioned that the battery is not original. It has been only 6 days and my battery doest even last for 30 mins. The battery shows 80% still it gets switched off all of a sudden. When i switch it on it shows 1 %. Now i cant even get refund as there is no refund option. I am feeling cheated. I want my money back

                            I brought hp all in one printer from flipkart. It cannot be used to scan a passport, visa etc and i brought it for that purpose at my office. It was not mentioned in the description of the printer. Flipkartescription : 'this wireless hp printer is very convenient to have in your office. The printer can be used to print, scan and copy' and i received very bad response from customer care executive, saying the main purpose of hp all in one is printing... Not scanning and it is my mistake: if i brought it for scanning purpose. And according to the executive, the description 'this printer also supports legal size paper for scanning and printing' means this only supports legal papers.
                            I request to refund my money and received 'not possible' response.

                                  I have purchased a mobile lemax 2 from flipkart but the product was found to de defective and was an old stock, so i requested for a replacement which was granted and got a new le max 2 on 23rd june i used the phone but sorry to say that the replaced phone was also defective it's finger sensor is not working and it's sound quality is not soo good. As am an physically challenged and couldn't travel a lot so i would request you to send a technician to check the fault and refund my money back, so that i could purchase an another phone.

                                  It's not my fault, the first phone was of 2016 march model, which show that the are just cheating customer, the replaced item date of manufacture is Nov 2016, which is seven month old.from this we can know that Flipkart is trying to sell defective phones.my phone fingerprint is not very fast it lags a lot while calibrating, some time fingerprint don't even works so I have to use power switch to switch on the phone.
                                  When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
                                  Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart? not receiving the order items

                                    I am cheated by flip kart. It is third month i am waiting for the refund of rs 10105, invoice no:f05eqmh[protected], invoice date:[protected], order id : od[protected]. Flip kart sent me a defective product of rotobotix quadcopter. Because of defective product, they told me that they will refund the amount. They told me that they transferred the fund to bank. When i inquired the bank, they deny such an amount. Bank ask me utr number for tracking the transaction. But flip kart customer care told me that there is no utr number for this transaction. Actually they did not transferred the fund and is cheating me for three months. My contact number is [protected]. Email [protected]@rediffmail.com. Their customer care is unbearable. Not a single responsible person who knows any thing about customer care and value of money.

                                      Another big scam by makemytrip and flipkart. : this is to inform all the victims who are suffering from incapable system and fraudulent alike activities from makemytrip team. Flipkart issues mmt gift cards during big10 sale and mmt made successful bookings and issued booking vouchers too, before they left their customers stranded and cancelled all bookings done with flipkart gift cards. None of customer care fk or mmt) are responding properly now. Going to send legal notice to makemytrip and flipkart. Please join me in fighting against these cheating and looting activities by fk and mmt.
