Hi, i booked a led tv with order#:od[protected] on jul 22nd (Thursday), delivery confirmed on (Jul 23rd friday 2pm-8pm). I waited for whole friday, i did not get any communication about the dekeay, then i called customer care, he then replied it will deliver again on (Jun25), it also not happened, again called by myself (No communication/follow up from flipkart), again promised to deliver on (Jun 27) and again changed to jun28.
(From jun23 rd to 25 th and then 27 and again changed to 28th).
Do not fool the customers with your false promise dates because i chose flipkart only because of early delivery date appear in portal compared to other e commers sites like amazon, paytm... And also i have some offer codes there to apply which i can get benefit of atleast 5k.
Because of your flase dates... I lose my family time (Bcoz it is long weekend), missed promised gift.. Missed an auspicios day... I just waited waited waited for delivery becuse of your mis communication...
If you have something fine/componsation in place if you miss delivery dates... You would not repeat this... Playing cheap things with customers.
Worst... Worst... Worst... Worst... Cheap things done by flipkart to customers (They are thinking that customers are fools and they dont have any other means of complainting... If thery repeatedly... Cheating customers)

Updated by sree1410 still product not delivered and also making again and again false promise dates ...get frustrated with the service ...they are playing with customers bcoz they feel that nobody can do anything if they are not responsible

Updated by sree1410 It is not my problem or responsibility if something delayed at vendor side...if you are not confident for delivery date, ...you should not give some fake date to just engage customer...you wasted my whole 2 weeks of time...I paid money and waiting waiting waiting since 2 weeks ...don't be look silly ...
I deleted my Flipkart account because it was linked to an old email ID which I deleted a couple of months back.
I thought of creating a new flipkart account with the same mobile number but with a different email ID but was unable to do it.
I need to make some important purchases through Flipkart.
