      I already complaint on 11 june 2017 for replacement of refund. but still its pending . and this is the 3rd time i m writing.
      I Gave you my Bank AC details and IFSC CODE BUT NO PICKUP AND REFUNDS.

      Wen ever I called on customer care no. they cannot transfer calls to their senior members.

      I hv ordered Nokia phone and i got chinese phone, battery Dead, Damage phone, I hv never expect this from Flipkart team

            I ordered TV on[protected] Samsung 55.88cm (22) Full HD LED TV (UA22F5100AR, 2 x HDMI, 2 x USB) but delivered on[protected]. The company delivered defective set. I am watching videos on occasionally. When I watching 1 or 2 hours, the video come and go and even sound was also not good. On[protected] the display was completely gone and switch on TV no power comes in TV. I refund request on[protected]. The company sent the message resolve completely on[protected], the no technician or call from the company. I had called several times to flipkart. The company’s one of the representatives says that your the query / problem resolved on Friday 07th July 2017. Kindly sent the technician and Kindly refund my amount of Rs 10800/- as soon as possible.

                  These people have cheated me before. I have order fisher price rock toddler on July 14th. At that time they have given an offer in which I got it for Rs.3599/- . I have paid the amount. Product was shipped to my place also. They keep on sending me messages that your product will be shipped today for 6 days and at the end of the day they simple posted in the tracking status that customer rejected and on the other day it was mentioned that no response from the customer. Later they have cancelled my order and gave refund to me. My point is that if they can't give in such a price then why luring the customer posting such discount price. later on when registered complaint in the consumer forum they have mentioned that due courier constraints the order was cancelled it seems. now, i need to know what is that constraints faced by the courier

                            On 2nd July I had a reverse pickup but ur delivery associate cancelled my pickup without my concern why ? How dare he is.. as per my knowledge if I cannot give return on first attempt then it should be reschulde for next day but that delivery associate cancelled it directly without letting me...what a job u all have done pls explain what u want ? Customer asking for refund repeatedly of faulty product but no response o[censored]r end...pls proceed my return asap..otherwise it reaches legal complications...

                                I have purchased a watch and hard disk from Flipkart on date 14th may 2017 and order no is OD[protected].

                                in this purchase, i got 2 vouchers of "make my trip" worth Rs. 2500 each.

                                Flipkart customer care informed me that I will get my vouchers through email till 30th June but I have not got any mail.

                                it's after sale customer service is worst. they did not provide me any information about the issue and told me to wait.

                                  As I can see through My order id: FMPP[protected], has reached the hub nearest to me on 2nd July. This nearest hub is only 9km away from my home. First it has mentioned that my order will get delivered by today . At 12pm today I received an SMS, that my order is delayed without mentioning any reason. The ordered product is a mobile, I am in very much need of it . I don't know what the reason is. Either from your side please contact them and tell them to deliver it today .                                     It is very disappointing that flipkart behaves so irresponsibility towards its customers by doing this, i have placed the order paying 10.9k rupees through flash sale in flipkart and waited to get a new redmi note 4. But i see that order track status shows address and pin code mismatch. When i called 1st time to flipkart customer care they told to cancel the order and place fresh order.                                       I have purchase LenovoK6 mobile on 19th May, 2017 on Flipkart big sale & order no is OD[protected].

                                      While booking I got 4

                                      1) Exchange

                                      2) 10 % discount on HDFC card

                                      3) Free Sim

                                      4)2500 Make my trip Voucher.

                                      I follow-up with customer support several time for make my trip free voucher, last when I spoke with customer care they inform me I will get Make my trip voucher after 30th June on mail but I didn't get anything so today morning I called Flipkart customer care they inform me to contact Make my Trip for same.

                                      So I called Make my trip but they are saying to contact Flipkart.

                                      I don't understand to whom I have to contact as I have not getting any proper support from Flipkart and why should I contact Makemy trip if I got offer from flipkart.
