Delivery boy deliver me a piece of brick in the box. At instant i called delivery so many times but he didn't respond. A return file to the flipkart website but today i got mail that the seller can not fulfil your return request. This is totally humiliating. Totally disgusting. Not tolerable at all. I bought tempered glass and flipcover from americhome seller in combo. The quality of flipcover is good but the tempered glass is broken and of another model. Americhome seller cheat me and deliver me a defective product so plzz take action against this seller this is the first time i have got a defective product.. This is bring to your kind notice, i placed an order on flipkart for voltas 1.5 ton, 5 star split ac on 18th may 2017 & it was delivered to me in hyderabad on 23rd may 2017, after rigorous follow up for installation one of their local partner by name suraya bhavani air cool who was sent by flipkart service partner jeeves for installation on 26th may 2017. Two teenagers out of that one may be a minor was sent...

I'd order a timex watch worth 6749/- flipkart delivered it within 4 days. But when i open it, it was a cheap and used watch having prise tag of 2395/- then i told flipkart about wrong delivery, and ask for replacement. They send me another watch, a women watch having price tag of 1395/- Am like, is this a kind of joke. Is there anything which can give me satisfaction against the trouble that is caused by flipkart service....

Sir, in the recent past i have ordered products through flipkart in good deals in different periods.. Flipkart has cancelled all my orders saying pincode not serviceable.. Flipkart is cheating customers by providing cheap rates and not at all delivering them.. Because of this at a later pint of time i had to spent more to buy the same products in other sites or shops at higher rates due to already delayed order cancellations of flipkart....

I have ordered a battery for samsung grand prime, despite delivering the wrong material twice and taking the product back. The refund is not made yet.
Flipkart has wasted my time and money and effort. Though they have collected my bank details refund was not made till now and no calls have been made....

This in regard to my 4 orders which i cancelled and asked for the refund to be transferred in my bank. I have spoken to flipkart helpline numbers so many times and every time i have been told that the amount will be transferred soon. Please contact your bank for the same. I have visited my bak twice regarding this and there is no such refund being transferred.

I have ordered a vu tv on flipkart on 29th may, 2017 as it was mentioned as one day delevery. I got the product on 30th and when flipkart engineer came to install the tv, it was found damaged. I asked flipkart for refund and they refused to refund and only forced me to take replacement. It is 4th day now and i neither got a replacement nor refund. Dear sir,
A crack has developed on mobile handset on its own over a period of time. The handset has not fallen from a height or so.
The handset is under warranty. But flipkart has asked me to approach service centre and get the problem rectified by paying the charges.
The service centre is demanding rs. 4000/-.
