Don't buy anything from flipkart.
All bluff.
You cant return the non performing product.
Don't believe flipkart's free 10 days replacement promise.
The flipkart fraud never take back any non performing, defective mobile or any other costly item like ac, washing machine, tv, etc.
Don't buy anything from flipkart. If buy, never expect return or installation service as promised.
For installation ac, you have to wait for several weeks. Make several calls. ETC...
... SNAPDEAL IS MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND its service is good.
Say Goodbye to flipkart.

I know from the past experiences that nothing fruitful result wil happen to me.
Earlier also I wrote when I purchased an ac and installation took three week time tbat caused heavy financial loss to me due to waiting on leave on loss of pay and traveling frequently several times from my workplace to my native spending heavily for traveling 700km.
But flipkart never understands customer difficulties but focusing only on dumbing garbage like products. That's all.
I have written this time also. The product purchased is Samsung z2. It has 10 days replacement policy if it's performance is not satisfactory to the customer.
The product doesn't support most of the Apps i uses from downloading from Google play Store.
I asked for replacement only against the purchase of another 4g Android mobile that will suit my needs.
As usual, as already dictated in training classes, all persons spoke over phone is only interested in non replacement and did waste talk with lies put in the comments in the web site remarks.
I have decided to buy nothing from fraudulent flipkart.

    I ordered a signature matress @ time of offer special price @299 but after shipment they cancelled my order saying that the price was mistake and when i complained about that they told me that they can't do anything it was mistake price after that i posted this on social media e.g facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Messenger so after the concern team looked into it and contact me so i told them the same and asked for send the product i don't know what was wrong but i paid for what i saw so they told me the same it's not possible to resend as it was cancelled and for compensation he gives me only 50rs. extra...so now i want to take ligeal action against them

    It's not my fault u have to pay the difference amount as an compensation i placed prepaid order i paid to u for that give the difference amount after that i will place Fresh order otherwise i will go consumer court and will file complain against u.

      Clipart has deactivated my account [protected]@gmail.com since more than 6 months.Reson cited"you cancel and returnorders placed frequently"if goods are not as per my liking I may return or cancel orders.it is right given by constitution of the republic of of INDIA.It is not clear for how long they will keep my account deactivated.The act of flipkart is like a judge saying not before me.Fk is public platform denying a customer his fundamental rights to purchase if you are sitting for sale on public platform

        Hatsoff to the delivery, it was delivered 2 days before than promised date. (product shipped from Bhopal to bangalore), i dont understand we have major IT peripherals retailer in Bangalore, Now I understand why this product was sold from Bhopal to Bangalore, which was offered on a cheaper rate, After receiving the product the customer would also think, if he/she returns/replaces the product, it would again take their own sweet time to get back... SUPERB CHEATING Flipkart!!! good going... CONTINUE SELLING THESE KIND OF PRODUCTS IN THE NAME OF OFFERS... :( Simply Awesome!!! "FLIPKART, HAPPY NOW??

        on top of receiving the wrong product, i have even checked the SEAGATE(wrong product) warranty check on official website of seagate.

        Stop this Fake service, don't just give a fake offers just to roll out the older products for GOD SAKE...

          I received my product on 7th july 2017 and requested for refund within 3 hours of delivery as the product is not compatible to my laptop. I received a message that i will get call from flipkart executive for refund approval by 8th july 2.30pm. Then on 8th july i didn't get any call but received a message say i will get a call on 9th july as previous call expired. I want the process to be carried as soon as possible as i am travelling of the city soon. This also i have mentioned to flipkart customer care but their answer was we can't help you in this case. If they can't help it's not customer "CARE". So i request flipkart to look into the complaint and process it.

Found the wallet was not in activated state, informed her to activate the Wallet. Customer stated that she will inform her son and if in case of any doubt will revert.             I have booked a Reach cogent mobile on 28/07/2017 and the order id is OD[protected]. It was physically damaged, so I made a request for replacement. I have received a new mobile on 04/07/2017 and it was not working properly. So I made a cancellation request through your toll free number and somebody called me up from the number [protected] and the response was very poor. She is not giving me a solution. She is saying, you can't cancel and refund the amount. I even told her that at least you give me an alternate, I will pay more money also. But she was saying the same thing for about 10mins. You are not giving me a proper service then why are you using the website in the market? You are cheating the customer. Everyone using your website but you are stealing the money from customer. I want to cancel my product and money to be refund or give me any other product, I will ready to pay extra money. This has to be resolved immediately otherwise I will file the case on your company name and we have to meet in the court.

                My return has been complete but i have not recived my refund i contect to flipkart many times but every time i got a time line but my refund not initiate, i request you please initiate my refund without any other delay if you face any problem to initiate refund.                   I got the delivery of the product and my product ID is OD[protected] and 2times canceled the same product after two days . Delivery boy called and not yet receive the product .U people have receive the cancelation and u people have not yet collected the product . This is what u r testing the customer .

                    When I ordered 5 books from Amazon then they provided it by giving all books in single big box with one shipping charge however in Flipkart when I ordered 2 books from Flipkart then they provided it in two different boxes with two different shipping charges.

                          I am an online purchaser.I purchase most of the things through online shopping.But whenever i have purchased products from flipkart me as a customer have had no convenience and comfort which flipkart actually offers.i have just purchased 2 products from flipkart out of which the behaivour and communication of the delivery boy in the 2nd case was very annoying and disgusting.He has no sense of commitment towards his job.such people should actually be fired out from the job not only for the convenience of customers but also for the development of flipkart as well. recently i had given an order for a wall clock and it was not delivered withing the expected time.days later a delivery boy called me for recieving but when i just asked him about the delay he instead replied that he will cancel the order then.is this the way to interact with a customer?even after creating delay he still had no intension to deliver the product properly at least then.now i have uninstalled flipkart from my mobile and have shifted to another site.such a very disgusting ecperience from flipkart.if the authorities are not willing to take any action against such indecent delivery boys it is gonna totally affect the business .

                            I want to submit that I purchased a Redmi Note 4 Mobile though your agency vide Bill No FOYQG[protected] dated 22/5/17 handset/WE73842 MI [protected] amounting to Rs 12999/- . Merely after use of one month it stop functioning. Then I put it into the heat of sun presuming it stop due to moisture. But when I go to pick up yesterday, I was surprised to see scratches on the screen. Although I put a screen card for protection but still it is inapprehensible for me as and how and mu screen got damaged despite of screen cover on it.
                            Sir, Its very pain full for me as I have just spent Rs 13000/- to purchase a new mobile for such a reputed firm having good name n fame in the country. I am serving in Border Security Force and u know it is very difficult for a service person to manage such a costly mobile and more painful when it got damaged without any major reason. There are other companies(Samsung), I always prefer to use, product is so good that nothing happen to the handset/screen even when it fell down from hands.
                            I would like to request you that to replace my mobile and send it into lab for testing its all features as per prescribed yard stick. I am sure it would definitely be fail in the test. Being a Force person, I dont have much time to move here and there. I will also be happy i[censored] ask company to replace the screen free of cost after carrying out the requisite tests. U are supplying huge quantity of mobile/day. Merely complaint of one or two set is being received. Perhaps I was one of them.
                            I hope that my request will be considered under your august hands. Your kind cooperation will always remain in my mind and encourage us to buy more items through you.

                              I'm waiting for your response and replacement. See, I'm expecting replacement, I've asked replacement during the 2nd attempt itself, but the customer care executive doesn't refund. See the order is been made before the implementation of GST, but now after waiting for all these 15 days you were trying to refund after the implementation of GST. Resolve the issue by providing replacement. And please communicate in a better way with your eKart team.

                              Hi,
                              Sub: IMEI differs with the eKart courier while during replacement of a device.

                              CONSUMER AFFAIRS BOOKING ID:[protected]/07/2017

                              Two phones been delivered in a single package. One phone was damaged. Replacement is been initiated through android app. The eKart courier guy came with a replacement product but refused to replace and said that the IMEI no differs or mismatch. While initiating replacement through app there is no specification of any IMEI. I called the customer care executive and told the issue. The customer care executive told that he will change things and told me to wait for 5 more days. Second time eKart guy arrived and again he said that the IMEI mismatch. Now I called the customer care executive and told the issue. Now I told the customer care executive to note down the IMEI specifically and initiate the replacement properly again because there could be a possibility of misunderstanding of that another undamaged phone. Now also for the 2nd time, customer care executive wanted me to wait for another 5 days. Oh, this is your issue, why I have to wait for another five days, the eKart guy is having the replacement product in his hands, you could have given him instructions to deliver it. Ok. I waited for another 5 days. Third time eKart guy came on[protected] and now also he said that the IMEI differs. Oh. I talked to the customer care again. Now he escalated the issue to another team. They called me and told that the issue will get resolved within 4.30 pm. But not been resolved. Today[protected] the eKart guy doesn't arrive, he just called from his place and asked the IMEI no, now also he told that the IMEI differs. Now, what is the problem with you guys?, where is the problem?, whether there is problem with the eKart contract? Whether there is problem with your app? Where is my money gone? What is the rectification? it's been 15 days... I'm tired of meeting the irresponsive eKart guy and very tired of telling these stories to customer care executives, my time is been wasted, I have to work with pressure while at my work place because of this issue, but you guys seems to be very relaxed enjoying with my credit, is it? I'm very annoyed to hear 'sorry' and 'pls wait' from your side. This is how you respond? Check my order profile, see how many orders has been done.
                              After all these hurting incidents I raised a complaint in consumer affairs. My Issue Booking Id with the Consumer Affairs is 335319 dated[protected].
                              I don't want refund after waiting all these days. I want the replacement product.

                                I had order a washing machine (order ID -
                                OD[protected] which is showing delivered on 7th july, 2017 in flipkart website. However, it is not deliver to me. I have already rised a offical complained on 7th july with flipkart. But i really doubt about there intension because Its look like a scam by flipkart.

                                As per the complaint regarding the delivery of the product, our internal team worked on the case and got the product delivered successfully. Hence case stands closed from our end.
                                i ordered a fossil watch on 1st of july. And the expected delivery date was 7-10th july. On 7th july i received a mail below. The app is showing that the product is delivered. But ive not received any such product. So i called the customer care and they registered a complaint with me and told me that they will reply by 13th of july 2017 . So im waiting. I believe there is some technical error oon their part. And have confidence on them that they will resolve the issue.

                                  I have called costumer care center of flipkart he told me to cancel my order .
                                  I dont want to cancel i want my order now.

                                    I bought lee eco max 2 smartphone from flipkart at rs14999. the product i get was totally defected it had lots of software and hardware issues. firstly i go to the service centrer they gave me job sheet in which it was clearly mention that the phone is defective and its issue with its authorised service center stamp. after that flipkart refuse to give me replacment after few more effort by going fore time to service center and after gettin two job sheet flipkart agree to give rerplace. i said ok now the product will be fine but new product which i get comes with few more lots of issues very bad, dont buy this phone from flipkart, they are cheating or i can say dont buy any phone from flipkart. buy from amazon atleast they refund your money if the product was defected. I first bought this from And the phone comes with a lot of software and hardware issues and after having all this first flipkart denied to replace the phone but after getting to job sheet they give me new phone but after that the new phone which i get, comes with few more lots of issues and now the fingerprint was totally damage. after that the flipkart is saying that i cant help you, you now have to go the servive center.and you what those people are saying the said sir u have to submit your phone for atleast a month.wtf means m a mad to spent my rs15000 for this #######. so guys m telling you all that flipkart is a fraud company and they are cheating innocent consumer with their fake product so dont buy any phone from flipkart atleast ye to bilkul nhi... m again requesting please refund my money as soon as possible i[censored] doesnt have capability to deliver good product.

                                      I have purchased a shoes from flipkart App.. At the time of purchasing it wasn't mentioned on their app about it's return policy.. I received the product on time and it was the same product which I have ordered.. But the size which I have ordered is not my size The product is way much bigger in my feet as I had expected.. So I wanted to exchange the product and want to exchange it for the smaller size.. So for that I contacted their customer support and they misbehaved over the phone.. They denied any assistance.. And they kept my call on hold for more than an hour.. The name of the employee was YASH GUPTA.. And the senior executive who did The same was VICKY.. I want a strict and legal action to be taken against them.. M going to file a case against them and flipkart for misbehaving and troubling it's customer..

                                        I made a payment but order was not successful Flipkart. I made payment for Samsung J3 pro (Rs 7990). Bank has already confirmed about the debited amount. But Customer care numbers is not working always telling all executive are busy. Complaint through site but not getting response
