I am suhas. The order id is od[protected].
The product was delivered to me on july 3rd, 2017.
At first, they had told me that installation will be completed by july 5th, later they told that installation will be done by july 11th.
I have been waiting for 9 days for the installation service. Today is already 12th july. Flipkart doesn't know how to keep their time. Still how many more days should i have to wait for the installation to be done?

Still how many more days should I have to wait for the installation to be done?

      I have deactivated my flipkart account because i was not able to update my mobile number. So i had to open another account and register with my mobile number. Now both are deactivated. I want to reactivate my account. The flipkart customer care is always busy. Still no response through mail also. Please activate my account as soon as possible and please do respond to the email. The customer care number is always busy and email reply is 48 hours apart. How else do customers contact flipkart?

        I ordered a samsung galaxy on5 phone on flipkart priced rs. 7490 (Order id: od[protected]. The order wasn't placed yet an amount of rs. 5695 was deducted from the debit card balance on 8 july 2017, after 12 am. At first they told me that the money will be credited in 8 business hours. And they told me to send a bank statement so they could find where the amount have gone to. I waited for 3 days, but the amount wasn't credited. So i consulted my bank and helped me to get back the money. On that very day flipkart called and told me that they couldn't find the money. They have no idea where the money have gone?? I'm ordering products from flipkat about 3 years now. This is really unexpected of them.

              Flipkart sold me an ipad without any manufacturer warranty. I have been calling them since last six months to resolve my issue. Finally a wonderful executive of yours called in the month of march and promised me complete refund against the ipad that you have mis-sold me. They told me to buy a new ipad and promised me that they will take the old ipad back. I ordered a new ipad and paid the full amount. Now when i am asking them to take the old ipad back, the courier boy is making excuses that since you have used it, we cant take it back. First you sold me a product without any warranty which i didn't know. Then you made me buy a new ipad and promised me to take the old one back. Now when i bought the new ipad and ha paid for it, you refused to take the old ipad. Flipkart is a fraud company. Please stay away from flipkart.

Yesterday i got a message from flipcart that is unsuccessful refund rs.341 for one parcel but i got refund rs.455 for another parcel. How can i get this refund amount rs.341?.                   I have bought micromax canvas spark 3g mobile.
                  While ordering without going to much specifications i have ordered it, now after receiving i had opinion o[censored]pgrading to 4g mobile when i contacted customer care they are denying for return because of there policies, after one week of receiving still we have not switched on the mobile, if some can help me to return the mobile to upgrade with 4g one or any other solutions to this matter
                  Note : if you search in flipkart for 4g mobile of micromax first mobile will this mobile but it is 3g.

                    Sir,

                    I bought a moto g turbo mobile from flipkart.
                    The delivered product is overheating. I complained to flipkart customer care.
                    They sent an engineer and veryfiy the fault and then approved for replacement.
                    The replaced product also have the same defect. Also the replaced product accessories are defectivee.
                    I contact the customer care. They told that the product was sold and they cant do anything and ask me to visit motorola service centre.
                    The second time they sold me a defective product and ask me to visit moto service centre.
                    Why i have to go for moto service centre for flipkart's defective product.
                    Please do the possible help.

                        I purchased micromax canvas tv from flipkart on 30th june and received that on 1st july. My installation is still not done i complained almost 20 times since 4th july. A company where your employees who calls themselves they are professionals who cut my call almost 6 times... Put my call on hold for 32 minutes for 4 times... One professional disconnected the call they call themselves professional such a shame... I am facing problem there is no one to help calling n waiting, calling and waiting...                           I had recently ordered a book "data structures and algorithms made easy in java" via flipkart order id (Od[protected]. They said the promising delivery date is 10th july even though the shipment reached my town hub 3 days before. So i went to the hub to take it myself but the supervisor is ridiculous. The courier service is fro e-kart logistics (Sapthagiri hub) and the didn't responded positively and kept waiting me for hours and hours and still they can't able to say whether they have my product or missing. So i lost my control and i raised a complaint on them from customer care., but they took no action and also my product is still not delivered. I kept postponing of going to other place just because i can't take the courier. It's feel very annoyed and irritated by these people both the logistics and from e-kart. Not only me but nearly 20-30 people visit the hub every day and scold them for not delivering the shipment in time. So i feel it's better to take a strict action against those ridiculous people and deliver my product as soon as possible or you will loose atleast 20 customers in my city every day. I know still no action will be take. But at least deliver my product or otherwise cancel it and return my money.

                            Hi,

                            This is regarding order id: od[protected].
                            I had ordered artificial plant with pot which got delivered today. Below is the description of the product

                            "give a touch of natural beauty to your homes and workplaces with the green ficus plant made out of best quality fabrics in ceramic pot."

                            Here it says that the pot is ceramic. However, the pot we got is of plastic and not ceramic.

                            I cheated by buying this product on flipkart. I called the customer care for returning the product and asking for a refund. However, i was told that the product can't be returned and only can be replaced. This is very disappointing to hear such a reply from flipkart.

                            I am very disappointed with such pathetic service. However, i have raised a replacement request for artificial plant with ceramic pot. But i doubt that i will be getting a ceramic pot. If not, i want a refund from flipkart for this product.

                              On 10th july, 2017 i order iphone 6s my payment get deducted but after that customer care assured me refund or confirmation regarding order will be given in 8 hours. However after completion of 8hours refund nor confirmation received from the company. I also discussed the matter with bank the transaction is successful at bank end.

                              Company stated 24*7 customer care service but from the morning till now i only get busy tune at call center, i also send call back request at email but that also neglected by the company
                              I paid extra delivery charges for prompt delivery and the date of delivery is important for me but the company spoil that and this is my first time experience with the flipkart that also very bad.
                              Kindly redress this and help to get refund only. From now onward if flipkart selling free of cost then also not interested in buy product from them. Rally very mentally painful and harassment due to choosing flipkart

                                  As per the complaint we have denied the return request as customer was not happy with the camera picture quality and it is informed to customer we can give replacement but he needs refund hence request denied.

                                    The delivery man who came to deliver the bag to our house was very rude and ill mannered. He had absolutely no respect for the customer. He was very insulting and argued with us. He was literally fighting. His name is tufail ahmed. I am never ever going to order from your site now just because of this man. Please teach them how to behave with customers before sending them to someone's house. We pay for the services. Nothing is free and this sort of behaviour is non negotiable. I am once again telling his name tufail ahmed. I expect you to take strong actions. Thankyou.

                                      I purchase mop from flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. First time is defective. I replace the product, next product also defective. Then i submit refund request. This is my return request numbers.

                                      Every time my return request is cancel. Flipkart and ekart massage me every time of delivery or pick up date. Two time ekart send dilivery boy no in massage. I call to him but delivery boy say sir today i have bike tommaro i pick your product with car. Next day i check status of cancel request then i talk to call centre there call centre boy say sir, ' i check the status on your id there is no return request at present. I submit again and again. But nothing is happen in last 15 days. I record delivery boy or call centre conversion in my phone. I highly upset with your service. You excite me for consumer court. Please do some thing. Otherwise is show your service behaviour in consumer court

                                        This mail is a complaint mail regarding this above mentioned order no. Order od[protected]

                                        I have ordered bfly black shrug priced rs. 349 and what happened with me is:

                                        1) delay in delivery
                                        2) received some different shrug which i have certainly not ordered
                                        3) size is different
                                        4) defective product..

                                        I owe an reply for this from your side... This is what u do with your regular customers?

                                        I want the same product which i have selected, ordered and paid for asap or else i have to stop purchasing anything from your site though it happened to me one of my favorite shopping site..

                                        I request you to get into it and resolve my issue asap..
