I brought hp all in one printer from flipkart. It cannot be used to scan a passport, visa etc and i brought it for that purpose at my office. It was not mentioned in the description of the printer. Flipkartescription : 'this wireless hp printer is very convenient to have in your office. The printer can be used to print, scan and copy' and i received very bad response from customer care executive, saying the main purpose of hp all in one is printing... Not scanning and it is my mistake: if i brought it for scanning purpose. And according to the executive, the description 'this printer also supports legal size paper for scanning and printing' means this only supports legal papers.
I request to refund my money and received 'not possible' response.

        I have purchased a mobile lemax 2 from flipkart but the product was found to de defective and was an old stock, so i requested for a replacement which was granted and got a new le max 2 on 23rd june i used the phone but sorry to say that the replaced phone was also defective it's finger sensor is not working and it's sound quality is not soo good. As am an physically challenged and couldn't travel a lot so i would request you to send a technician to check the fault and refund my money back, so that i could purchase an another phone.

        I am not interested to use a serviced phone spending 14999/-rs
        It's not my fault, the first phone was of 2016 march model, which show that the are just cheating customer, the replaced item date of manufacture is Nov 2016, which is seven month old.from this we can know that Flipkart is trying to sell defective phones.my phone fingerprint is not very fast it lags a lot while calibrating, some time fingerprint don't even works so I have to use power switch to switch on the phone.
        When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
        Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart? not receiving the order items

          I am cheated by flip kart. It is third month i am waiting for the refund of rs 10105, invoice no:f05eqmh[protected], invoice date:[protected], order id : od[protected]. Flip kart sent me a defective product of rotobotix quadcopter. Because of defective product, they told me that they will refund the amount. They told me that they transferred the fund to bank. When i inquired the bank, they deny such an amount. Bank ask me utr number for tracking the transaction. But flip kart customer care told me that there is no utr number for this transaction. Actually they did not transferred the fund and is cheating me for three months. My contact number is [protected]. Email [protected]@rediffmail.com. Their customer care is unbearable. Not a single responsible person who knows any thing about customer care and value of money.

            Another big scam by makemytrip and flipkart. : this is to inform all the victims who are suffering from incapable system and fraudulent alike activities from makemytrip team. Flipkart issues mmt gift cards during big10 sale and mmt made successful bookings and issued booking vouchers too, before they left their customers stranded and cancelled all bookings done with flipkart gift cards.               Hii,
              I had ordered an item on flipkart on[protected] and same got shipped on[protected] but could not get it till now.. Neither i can track the same.. When i contacted customer care on 24th, they say u will get a call back, i didn't get the same. Today when i enquired about my product on the helpline number, the executive just banged the phone and disconnected the phone without listening to me and helping me.. Is it the behaviour with a customer? Is it the the way to deal with a customer? I am really depressed with flipkart. Kindly note i will not be using flipkart anymore and tell my associates also not to deal with flipkart.

                #fmpc[protected] you are fooling me. The shipment company is not comtacting. And it is still in the gurgaon. Secunderabad. How can it come in only few hours to my home. Flipkart is fooling people. I want my honest answer. I ordered an xiomi redmi note 4 phone from flipkart 4-5 days before and was promised to get the delievery on 26 june 2017. The tracking details are still showing it is in gurgoan. How will i recieve it at my home in few working hours only.. I want you to take a strict action against the shipment company and flipkart. As i have read so many reviews about these both that how these are fooling people so much. I request you to please help me in getting my phone as soon as possible

                  After 50 times of discussion now they are saying they can't take product back. Product has manufacturing defect and this was explained 100 of times, and 10 times return request was placed but their wish master didn't turn up to take the product back.

                  Product has already negative reviews and they don't have hold on seller.

                    I ordered dell inspiron 5000 i7 7gen for 64690. They try to deliver it once on 21st i was out of town so couldn't take it. After that i told them to deliver it on 24 they called and said yes but then on 26 they mailed and said that the order has been canceled without concerning me. I already paid for the product and they canceled and said the money will be refunded.                               I have ordered the Bajaj 15 L Storage Water Geyser in Flipkart, but it is not yet delivered, lot of times i have called to customer care but they were saying that it will deliver with in 2 days for first time. after 2 days again called they said 1 day again. Again called they said 12 hours.

                              How many days and hours I have to wait for the flipkart? I was in belief that Flipkart can deliver any where but I have really worrying about my product.

                              Kindly consider the request and let me know is it possible to deliver or not.

                                I placed a prepaid order for an Apple Keyboard for Rs.4500 vide OD[protected] on 8th June 2017. On 15th June, I received an empty box. I placed a request for a refund however contrary to my request, Flipkart offered me a replacement. On 21st June 2017, the replacement order got cancelled and the product was courier returned to the seller. I received a cancellation mail where it was stated that I will receive the refund. I had already paid Rs. 4500 on 8th June and I have no confirmation or information regarding the refund yet. Every time I am calling Customer Care, they are saying that backend team is looking in the matter and ask me to wait for 24-48 hours. It's been almost a month and I have no information as to about the money I paid. I seek a complete refund of Rs.4500 as soon as possible.

                                  I bought panasonic eluga ray from flipkart. I found after receipt over heating issue with device. When i gave complaint to flipkart, one technical person came to house and checked device. He kept mobile for about 10 minutes in video mode and took snap of display. Display showed 38 degrees after 10 min video while charging 41 degree. He said they will not replace till 50 degree. Product replacement will happen after 50 degrees only. They were not ready to return even i gave complaint within 10 days of receipt as per their procedure.

                                  I called to flipkart to speak with seniors but they didn't allow me.

                                  This mobile gives temp 41 to 42 degrees except idle condition. Its quite difficult to hold and keep at ear while speaking and its serious health concern as well

                                  Please help us to resolve this issue immediately.

                                  As per the mentioned complaint there was technician visit was arranged and technician confirmed that the issue is resolved but customer was not happy hence return request was cancelled hence case stands resolved.
                                  Flipkart blocked my account without any reason nd now I m unable to reactivate it nd nobody is helping me from customer care centre... seriously flipkart cheats people.they do it so I can't return a product which was purchased on 24 Oct recently nd it has size fit issue

                                    I had booked Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML order number[protected] through Flipkart on 15-06-17. I received the phone on 17-06-17. But to my surprise after opening the phone I found that the seal was broken indicating that I had received an used phone!! I reported this problem and talked to customer support requesting a replacement. I was informed that the phone will not be replaced due to unavailability of the same but as per the guarantee, I will get refund. I was assured that reverse pickup will be arranged in next 48 hours. But none turned up so I lodged a written complain to Flipkart customer support on 19-06-17.Then I was told reverse pickup will happen in next couple of days.I had cancelled all my pre scheduled works waiting for the Flipkart personnel to come and take back the phone. Flipkart personnel came but did not take back the phone since the IMEI number mentioned in the invoice and the mobile did not match!!
                                    Henceforth I have been complaining daily to Flipkart to sort out this issue but I suppose no one from the team is even bothered about the customer dissatisfaction.
                                    This is totally unaccepted from any company and would like this issue to be sorted asap.

                                      I had ordered a insane back cover for leeco le 3 pro multicolor isle3pupp0177 order item id [protected], and as stated on the website, i had expected the cover to fit my phone. Much to my disappointment, the phone cover did not fit my phone at all even though it matched all the specifications as stated for the product, and i'd received the item i had asked for. Very disappointing product and inadequacy exhibited by flipkart, and i request you to change the dimensions of the said product to fit the phones they are ordered for.

                                        I have ordered an iphone 6s 32 gb - gold on 20 june. (Order id od[protected]
                                        We have received the order on 22-june this was delivered by madhu from ekart. When we have opened the item and found that the product was missing
                                        There was a powder packet inside. We have reported the issue to the as soon as we have realised. When we followed up with customer care the answer we have received was "we’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item"

                                        The team also updated that this is investigated an closed as we are sure that the order sent which was not without the product. This was an irresponsible answer which was responded to a customer.
