I have ordered for moto m mobile and i received an LYF mobile which i havent ordered . When i reuested for an reutrn, my request has been cancelled. When I contacted customer care, the said me to wait till nxt day on monday and i waited, the nxt day my return request has been cancelled. And this is happening since sunday. How can they be careless this much. I feel like i have lost my lhone and money. This is was thier mistake as they delivered an wrong phone which i havent ordered but still none is taking care on us to refund of my payment. Iam getting hurt and i feel low to be here.

Please help me to get my ammount back.

    I have ordered I-Phone X through flipkart, but they send the phone which is having sim inside. after returning the first time we got the same type of mobile with sim and sim is in working condition.
    And flipkart customer care is not responding properly with complaint.
    This happend two times with same order. even after first product returned we got same type of one, this shows how flipkart is cheating Indian people. Flipkart is buying phones From US country and selling in India with less cost.

        Bought inverter ac 1.5 ton and received it on 13 june 2018. Forced installation was scheduled for 18 june 2018. Reschedule for 21 june and then for 23 june from jeeves company, authorised by flipkart. No effort being taken. If want to install by myself then i am threaten that warranty on the product will be cancelled. I feel cheated and under lots of stress due to unprofessional behaviour of flipkart. Would go for legal action if issue not resolved by 23 june 2018

          Invoice no. Fa bkhe[protected], parcel received today 22.06.2018. The packet contains a casio sa-77, and a faulty power adopter. I also have ordered for a bag which has not been delivered.             I ordered redmi note 5 pro on 14 june 2018 they promised delivery on 16 june. But they didn't it. Agin they gave on 21 june. But they didn't. Agin they gave 24 june. I already paid the amount. Its very horrible me. I don't know why they doing. Please take action on flipkart. Again they change delivery date. So please solve my problem. My father scolding me.

              I saw an advertisement in the internet about truenet selling mi note 5 for ₹100 it was given as exclusive offer soo i have ordered for it and i have paid the money also and i never got a confirmation regarding this.               Irrelevant complain not related to Flipkart. Hence, closing from our end.
              This power bank was not charge my phone and this is not on and light was not on
              I will order shoe then morning contact then 1 hr phone swich off courier servicer 2 day same issue. very bad service. i am purchasing customer not in any product ur site.
              The executive of Flipkart had miss behaved with two females.

              This is what Flipkart is teaching or having their executive who have no manners at all.

                This is to bring to your notice that i have not received my refund after multiple follow ups, my product was picked up on 16th june 2018. The status shows “refund done” but it is not completed as i have not received the payment in my bank account. I had made the purchase from flipkart pay later in month of may 2018 and had paid the flipkart pay later bill for may 2018 on 5th june 2018. The product was returned on 16th june 2018 and by that time the flipkart pay later payment of may 2018 was already made from my bank account on 5th june 2018 amounting to rs. 1948 (Rs. 1189+ rs. 759).
                The pay later bill was for 2 items
                1. Order id: od[protected] slazenger sego sneakers for men amount rs. 1189 which i have returned on 16th june 2018
                2. Od[protected] scharf men black genuine leather wallet amount rs. 759.
                I paid amount of rs 1948 from my standard chartered bank account on 5th jun 2018.

                As on today i have not received my payment in my bank account or even flipkart pay later account. I want my payment back in my bank account only.
                I am following up for last 5 working days but no resolution was given.
                When will i get my money back???

                  On 22 july 2018 i booked redmi note 5 pro gold and reached till otp and otp was verified and 14999 was deducted from my bank account. However i got message that my order was not booked. What is this. If my order was not booked i need refund immediately. I got following message

                    This is dhanasekar from chennai, i have recently purchased voltas ac 2 ton from flipkart on[protected]Order id:od[protected].
                    I have contacted the voltas ac customare care to inquire about warranty details, voltas ac technicians came up with a reason stating that since the ac was installed by flipkart technician, they will give warranty for products.

                    When i called up flipkart, they are saying that voltas will be responsipible for warranty.

                    Please help me to fix this issue. I have also registered complaint in flipkart

                      4th june My total debit
                      1895+4094+4094=1083rs

                      6th and 8th june My total refund 1895+2199+1895= 5989

                      Than whare going my 4094 rs

                      Only say wrong solution

                      4094 rs same amount twice time debited but you give only one time .

                        Hi there i ordered tv from flipkart 3 month before and after 2 weeks tv got damaged. I complained so many times nothing happened. So now i want my money back. Its better to buy from showroom atleast i can rely.

                        I complained so many times. My dad tried to call no response. This is not the way. How many times i have to follow up. Its been 3 month and no response from them at all.

                        I have attached the bill receipt and complain email screenshot as well.

                          I received a defective phone from flipkart and have already raised two complaints but flipkart has failed to resolve my issue. What can be done in a matter of few minutes and emails/calls they've taken a month and my problem still remains. Not only this, they haven't lived your this promises of assured customer service or follow up of problem, looks like these guys are providing only fake promises and doing nothing but losing customer trust.

                          Flipkart has been blaming the seller and the seller has never contacted me despite the fact that flipkart promised of a visit from them. Leave visit, they've been contacted me and they keep rejecting my request.

                          Highly disappointing silver this is the third time and i'm absolutely frustrated and annoyed how such a big online shopping giant can cheat it's customer and give pathetic seller products.

                          I believe they should be taken legally to court and asked to shut down this gamut of fraud online money making website!

                          Flipkart sent a replacement for the phone, and to my utter disappointment the REPLACEMENT PHONE IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. I urge for complete refund now. My father is a senior citizen for whom we ordered this phone and it's been 1.5 months he hasn't been and to do any of his business transactions/calls nicely because o[censored]navailability of a proper phone for him. This is more than I could wait, would appreciate Flipkart to check their seller's and the faulty products they're selling. Kindly revert back asap.

                            I brought 6 seater sofa set from flipkflipkart but sofa set side hand stand is broken. Then i told him sofa set is damage. So i want to my refund but they told me refund is not possible only can replacement. Then i told him replacement. Technician also visit and told me it is broken cannot possible for repaire.                               I have purchased redmi note 5 and product was delivered to me on 17th june, 2018. But the phone was dead on arrival. Its power button was not working. I raised a replacement request under dead on arrival.
                              But one of the flipkart's executive told me to put it under "ports on working". So, he cancelled my previous "dead on arrival" request. I raised another replacement request under "ports not working".
                              Then, the technician visit was scheduled and technician informed that the "power button" is not working and the product will be replaced. The replaced product was on my doorstep and the ekart wishmaster told me that he will cancel this request and i have to raise another request under "dead on arrival". Flipkart customer executive told me that, it will take atleast 48hrs for that button to appear for me to raise that request and after that what course of action will be there, they are not sure of that.
                              Such pathetic service is not expected on flipkart's end.

                                I tried to place an order on 30 may, 2018 but it was not placed successfully.It happened twice and two amounts of ₹14999/- each got debited from my account.When i called them, they told me that merchant has not received the money so you have to contact your bank.Then i contacted the bank and after 20 days they told me that they need proof from flipkart that they didnot received the amount.I called flipkart many times but they are not providing me proof of the same.If you have not received the money, then what is the problem in providing the proof.My registered flipkart no. is [protected].I want my amount back ASAP or proof of the same.

                                  Hi,
                                  I purchased an honor holly on 13th july, 2018 from flipkart. However even though it has lte enabled jio sim doesnt works on my phone.
                                  Raised return request 3 times however in the 1st instance it was closed instantly, in the 2nd instance it was closed aftre technician visit, where the technician himself verifiedand was unable to make calls to my mobile, and to make matters worst he updated there was no issue with the phone.
                                  Raised again acomplain against the fake update by the techincian, aand after4 days im being told to visit service center.
                                  I want a complete refund of the phone as it doesnt suffice my reqquirement and please stop harrasing the customer., when you are not going to return whet the hell is there a return policy.

                                    I have purchased Asus Zenfone Max pro 1 on 1st June.Handset was not working properly since starting & I'm complaining since last 10 to 12 days but till now there is no response from the flipkart team.Im calling daily for 2 to 3 times on customer support & getting the same answer that "your query will be solved within 24 hours" but till today my handset is not replaced as per their 10 days replacement policy on the online portal. Very pathetic service from flipkart & mentally harassment from the online shopping giant(Flipkart).

                                    Flipkart is really making false statement as per their commitments.They promised the issue will be resolved in 3 days & still my issue is opened due to false updation by the seller.You can just see the follow-up is since last 20 days & my tech visit of ticketid 8F2327013FLPKRY-5917485 cancelled without any reason.I called to customer care executives in the morning after waiting 6 days but they replied it was cancelled fro the seller end & we can't attend your query, can raise only new request.
                                    Flipkart is only to make profits by giving flash sales but at the time of service they are just harassing the customer.They have 10 days replacement warranty but it's totally to make fool to the customers.Seller is updated false updation for the 2nd time but customer is suffering since last 20 days & flipkart is just taking new complaints to get followups with them.
                                    Team pls guide us where i can put the complain against these fake online Flipkart service.
                                    Messages from the seller are attached & tech visit was cancelled due to no reason.

                                    Again Tech visit is cancelled due to wrong update of Mobile & Address by the Flipkart team.Again customer is suffering due to the poor support from the flipkart.
                                    Please resolve the issue on priority as an exception case, they are again guiding for the process of 10 days which will be dismissed by them for 3rd time in month due to there own self made processes.
                                    Here is the followup since last 25 days but no results.

                                      When I was ordering a Samsung keypad phone it was given that i[censored] pay with axis bank card u will get 5% discount on it and when i paid the amount with card it was not showing the discount amount and now I req to deduct the amount from the amount paid

                                        I am customer of your product karbon boom as first i have paid the money directly from credit card but after ward i have given cash on delivery but from my account the money has been eliminated from my account and also taken cash on delivery i have given the complaint before also to bank as well as flipkart they have accepted the fault that the money has been eliminated and they'll refund till now my money is not added to my account so i request to you take a strike action
