I am akhil avarachan, i purchased redmi note-7 on 09/04/2019 through flipkart online website from my friend's account.
Flipkart order id : od[protected].
Next day onward, my phone having the problem with re-starting or re-booting. So, i contacted flip-kart for replacement. On the very next day evening one mi technician came and he checked the phone, but, he fails to find any complaints and he closed the rejected the return.
But i face the re-booting problem always. On 26/05/2019 morning i visited mi service centre located at ravipuram, kochi they did technical inspection and told that mother board is damage and have to replace it.

I know after changing the mother board i can't use my phone in previous condition. Because my previous phone was mi4w that phone dead after changed mother board. So, i afraid that this phone also will face the same issue in future also.
Then i contacted mi customer care, for ask for replacement of the defective product. He told that they only can do service and can't replace the product and told me to contact flipkart for replacement.
11 months warranty left for my product. So, according to section 2 (1) (D) of the consumer protection act, 1856, as a customer i have the right to get replacement for the new product instead of the defective one.
I request to both flipkart and mi authorities kindly register my complaint and take needful action on this matter.
Now they're saying they can't replace the defective product and now i am in a situation to dumb the product
