Flipkart doesn't deliver the item and money is not refunded by the company yet. I paid the money to flipkart by pay you later scheme but after one month when the money is not refunded to pay you later wallet i had paid from my debit card. I use the account of my friend shahnwaz ansari.
I had responded the calls from flipkart but they said that from your side call is not being responded. I m a student i don't hav much time to spent with all these stuffs. Please take care of my rights. I does all the proofs and details. Please help me.

    I have ordered new phone redmi note 7 pro.. I am getting battery issue from day 2.. I done with return request process.. As per new process of flipkart technician visit at home.. He checked as per policy but policy is not enough for the battery issue.. Technician know battery is not good but still he rejected return request due to policy.. I have again raise return request and i collect proof of battery heating 51% but technician rejected return request without any visit.. This is very irresponsible service received from flipkart.. They don't care if mobile blast.. They only care for them self..

    Technician don't tryed to call us and sending messages that they are not able to reach and cancel the return request.. this is what you provide unprofessional service.. Flipkart is responsible for all damages and mental stress I am facing due to this ridiculous service provided
    This is highly irritated behavior from Flipkart.. technician not visiting.. this is happening for 2nd time.. if you don't give service then don't keep such ridiculous service.. I want replacement as soon as possible or else filpkart is responsible for all damages which i am facing and I will face in future

          I ordered many smartphones on flipkart but got cancelled every time automatically. Flipkart's care executive is also not reachable. What's this issue? Why is it cancelling? It is very irritating. Amount is deducted from card and within 2 secs order is cancelled showing me that refund will be credited in your account within 2 or 3 working days.

            Hi,

            The complaint details might be a little long to go through but i kindly request you to read the entire one as this is what i went through:

            I had ordered an mi tv 4a pro (43 inch) on 7th may 2019 which got delivered to me on the 9th may 2019. I had placed an order with the exchange offer.
            Delivery man did not accept the tv in exchange because of all nonsense reason that he gave. We still paid the remaining amount and an sms was received in the late evening that now the jeeves customer service would come on 10th may to install the tv and provided his contact information in the same sms.

            Now, below are the problems that i've been facing since 7th may till date i. E. 18th may 2019:
            1. I called the man named : nilesh from jeeves on 10th may 2019 for round about 15 to 20 times but every time i called him his phone was either switched off, busy, just kept ringing and at times he even declined the call. On that day itself i had called the jeeves customer service told them the issue and they told me that they'll assign me a new number of the person who would come for the installation. No new number was messaged to me and nobody came for the installation on 10th may.
            Note : i had taken a leave from the office and waited all day long for the man to just come home for the installation.

            2. On 11th may 2019 i again called the jeeves customer service told them the entire thing again and after a period of time the same number of nilesh was assigned to me.
            Nilesh had come over for installation of the tv on 11th may around 2 30 pm, he installed it, but there were problems that i faced in the tv :

            — no apps were being downloaded from google play store (Even after 2 times of factory reset).
            — no gmail account was being added in the first 2 attempts.
            — issue regarding the sound system.

            Nilesh told me to put a return request on flip kart and he packed the tv in its original form.

            3. I did not wanted this product anymore as i was frustrated from the customer service that you guys provided and also from the problems that i was facing in that tv so i wanted my refund. But when i tried to cancel / return the order there was only 1 option in the drop down which mentioned : return and replace.

            Note : while ordering this product there was no where mentioned that this item won't be returnable or this is a non-cancellable product and also before booking the flip kart executive had mentioned that you can return the product and the amount will be refunded to you within 10 days.
            But even this turned out to be fake.

            4. So as i was left with no other option and had to "forcefully" choose replacement option which i did on the 12th may.

            5. On 13th may i called flip kart again and they mentioned that now a mi technician would visit first and check if there is any problem in the product only then we can replace.

            6. Expected date was 14th may. I took a leave again for the technician to come over. But he did not come on that day, did not pick up calls either.

            7. On 15th may he called me by himself and came around 10 30 am checked the tv did factory reset, cache clear and what not
            But conclusion that even he mentioned was that there is a problem in the tv.
            Below are the problems:
            — no video was being played from any of the apps installed
            — tv was lagging
            — when played any video it would give a 3 mins / 5 mins advertisement which was not being skipped even after clicking on ok.

            Again he packed the tv and kept it in its original form and he told that call flip kart after 2 hrs and ask for the status. He had updated and reported to his manager in front of me.

            8. After 3 hrs i called flip kart and they said that please wait for more 24 hrs and the new delivery of tv and pick up will be done by 16th of may.

            9. On 16th may i again called them for 6 times : spoke to different executives every time namely : abhay, rahul, utkarsh, aloke etc. Each one of them had told that it will be max delivered to u by 17th may. The day passed by and no message and no delivery man came over to deliver the product.

            10. Its 18th may today, now the flip kart executives are saying that the mi team hasn't updated the status and we request you to wait until 20th may.

            Can you please tell me what am i supposed to do in this case? Also, please do not say to wait more. Because my level of patience has been crossed and i cannot wait anymore to tolerate this #.

            I would just want you to provide me with my refund back as i have no more capacity to take leaves from office, keep contacting the flip kart, jeeves center and mi center every time.

            I hope you understand the problems that i have faced since the last 12 days and take an appropriate action on the same.

            Lastly i would say this is the worst customer service any e-commerce site have provided till date to me.

            I request you to look into this issue thoroughly and would wait for you response.

              I bought a shoe from flipkart, but the size was too small. So i returned the same on 15 th may 2019. As by their rule the amount of rs. 399 supposed to come to my account on 16 th of may 2019. But i didnt get the amount back.. Because i booked shoe size is 10 but shoe is coming from size is 6 because i can't use that and i returned the shoe on 15th may and suppose to refund come to my account on 16 th may, but i didn't get that. Today 18th may because two days delay, why? Please do the needful.

                I have joined flipkart affiliate programme in august, 2017 and in december 2017, they changed their policy that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 5000/- or more.

                We have successfully completed this condition and in january we have earned 6366/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in april 2018 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in april 2019.

                We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money please do something my affiliate 🆔 rajeev700

                  On 17 april 2019 i made a payment to flipkart for memory card 32 gb samsung. Payment was deducted from my account but order was not placed an error showing in my flipkart id that if order not placed then money will be refund. But money was not refund so i made a complaint to flipkart but they didn't solve it i made too many emails or call to flipkart for this issue but they told it was issue from bank. When i made a complaint in sbi bank with ticket number[protected] on 26 april 2019. After 10 days bank confirmed money was successfull on flipkart site on 17 april 2019 with transaction id:- igafyelwe8 then i called to flipkart they refused it and told me the payment is not confirmed. I have lost lots of my time on this issue, so kindly help me to get my refund and claim. But take strict action against flipkart. Proof are attached bellow all emails conversation & my transaction screenshot.

                    not able to add e-gift voucher to my flipkart account

                    I have received a e-gift card from sbi but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

                    No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to sbi & when i called to sbi they said call to flipkart...

                    Whenever i try to reset password i am getting message as "unable to process request. Please retry". Also can not create a new account because the number is already in the database and couldn't able to set new password as well. Recently i added couple of items to the cart. But because of the reason i cannot able to purchase those. Please help to solve this issue asap.

                      Dear team,
                      I'm facing login issue which is prompting (Login unsuccessful) in both website and application, so i have rasied a incident ticket for this issue without resolution and my knowledge your support has closed the ticket i want to know the reason for closing my ticket. And, kindly read the below concern which i'm facing right now still i didn't get any proper response from your support team and not satisfied with your service
                      I have been added my gift voucher in my flipkart wallet and placed a order using my wallet. I have ordered number of items, some of the orders has been automatically cancelled or returned (Which has been done by your system automation. I'm not a amateur, don't give me a silly reason and don't blame your system anyhow one of your tech. Team has configured this stuff so don't make me fool). But, you're customer support team said that i'm misusing or whichever i ordered is not for personal use. So, further i can't able to login my account they said. I'm having around 8000inr in my wallet whether you need to unlock my account or you need give me a solution to get my money back. I'll not leave like as such, as of now i'm not satisfied with your service it's highly unprofessional. And, your support team giving a childish reason ifor my locked account. Now, i have reopened my ticket for my wallet query i need a solution for this issue.

                      Note: i need a rca which is root cause of misusing the account

                      As your customer care executive mentioned in the response i am reselling the products or misusing the product which is not for personal use. As of now they told me to wait for 48hours for update not for resolution. This is the way of treating a consumer without any prior notice my account has been blacklisted and your customer executives giving a silly reason which i haven't done through. I have dropped a mail more than 10times and am calling our customer support more than 4 days still now i didn't get any proper information regarding my issue. Even though your executives providing a fake information. On 2nd day of my call one your support team said that can't able view the wallet balance 3rd day of my call another executive provided the wallet information. I have put a mail for my issue but they're giving a reason instead of resolution certain point of time got temper and i dropped a mail rudely. Am apologize for my rude mail. As your system update if am reselling or misusing the product which i have ordered previously
                      Send me a evidence for that if you have then forward it to me or else unblock my account immediately. I'm having inr.11, 291 in my wallet, i don't want you to send notes which you default.
                      If you are unable to give a resolution, refer the person whom i want to talk for this issue or just escalate this to next level.

                        I have ordered samsung note 8 with exchange and 10% off hdfc offer. But the delivery guy refused to accept the mobile saying it has scratches in the side body. The mobile was in very good working condition. No one would exchange a new phone without any scratches, if flipkart is not accepting a phone which has mild scratches, how come they are selling refurbished mobile phones with scratches and making money or business out of it.

                        Because of this i also lost the opportunity of buying a new phone at a better price and the offer of buying at 10% hdfc discount was blocked.

                        How can they can't accept a phone exchange with some scratches but can sell a refurbished phone with scratches and dents and make money.

                        The exchange policy says product should not be damaged, not a product with scratches. No customer would exchange a brand new phone without scratches for a dead exchange price.

                          I have bought flipkart's billion 1.5 ton ac 18th may 2018. I have complaint continuously about it's less cooling performance after 1 month of purchase and asked for replacement. But they are only sending the service engineers for service and extending its warranty period. Till now i have not received a replacement for it. Fed-up and i am facing unnecessary losses.

                            My concern is that i have placed an order on 13th may which has committed by flipkart to deliver as per given date but it has not delivered by them till date and now they said that my parcel has misrouted by there logistic partner and they can not deliver it to me and then they automatically cancelled that order by there own without any intimation and permission and afterwards they sent an sms that “this particular order has cancelled by you so it could not be delivered “ and further when i raised complaints repeatedly about it then the told me to place a fresh order for the same item, but the concern is that my money has already deducted from why credit card & there refund process is too long so that my money has blocked at there end due to there long refund procedure, now it’s really frustrating and disappointing that fault is at flipkart end and problem faced by us which is not acceptable at all. I feel like i stuck deeply in this situation without any our faults. Its such a bad experience with this company as there is no proper response from flipkart to rectify the issue. Now i request you to please take very strict action on it and please help is out to get immidiate claim.

                            My concern is that I have placed an order on 13th may which has committed by Flipkart to deliver as per given date but it has not delivered by them till date and now they said that my parcel has misrouted by there logistic partner and they can not deliver it to me and then they automatically cancelled that order by there own without any intimation and permission and afterwards they sent an sms that “this particular order has cancelled by you so it could not be delivered “ and further when I raised complaints repeatedly about it then the told me to place a fresh order for the same item, but the concern is that my money has already deducted from why credit card & there refund Process is too long so that my money has blocked at there end due to there long refund procedure, now it’s really frustrating and disappointing that fault is at Flipkart end and problem faced by us which is not acceptable at all.I feel like I stuck deeply in this situation without any our faults.Its such a bad experience with this company as there is no proper response from Flipkart to rectify the issue . Now I request you to please take very strict action on it and please help is out to get immidiate claim.

                              On 15 may i got mail from flipkart and they saying that
                              "our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use."
                              I ordered for my relatives they don't know how to order an item on online, since they are not educated. Most of time flipkart cancelled my order even after of shipping.
                              If i want to resell these item i will create lots of account.
                              Whenever i call flipkart customer care and i tell them my situation they told me that they will concern to there senior team and after that nothing happened.

                                On 10th may, 2019, flipkart courier agent delivered me skyn brand condom (3 boxes containing 6 each).
                                After opening the packet, it was different but thinking that the manufacturers have practice to change the packaging, i used one condom out of the 6.
                                After using the condom, i realized that the condom used by me (Supplied by flipkart) was fake or duplicate.
                                I talked the flipkart executives over mobile, but they clearly...

                                My order id-od[protected], is not yet delivered to me, i ordered this itemon 5th may, was waiting for the parcel but i haven't recieved the order yet but it's showing in tracking status that the item is been delivered.
                                These kind of service i never expected from flipkart, i have made the payment for the order i have not received my parcel but showing it is been delivered, can you please help on this.

                                  I have ordered asus vivobook. On 15th midnight. I got shipped then next day 16th morning while tracking it i found it got cancelled by seller without my concern. Stating lack of stock. So very same time i order again and the same case happened on 17th morning while checking i found it also got cancelled after shipping to hyderabad. Again stating same reason.
                                  After raising complaint against the seller and flipkart online and consumer forum still no call regarding this case i have received no action was taken. Seller is retail net secunderabad.

                                  Cancellation after shipping is what is not expected and is wrong here. And about that I want an explanation or better the product. Or some compensation. How and why can't you deliver me when I ordered twice.

                                    I bought yanqina liquid waterproof eyeliner (Pack of 3) on 15 may 2019 which has been delivered to me on 17 may 2019. As mentioned it was the pack of 3 but it has only 2 eyeliners.

                                    Even the bill attached on the packet has mentioned it as pack of 3 but it involves only 2 eyeliners.

                                    Kindly resolve this problem as soon as it is possible. Delivery of product was good it was before the time but not satisfied with the company services.
