      I have purchased a shirt worth 549 and received on oct 4. It has been returned due to size issue on oct 5. The size was much smaller than i thought. I have received a message from flipkart.com saying that my refund is initiated and it will be credited before 9 but i didn't get my refund and i called your costumer care and they told me contact the bank. And i went to the bank but they said it is not credited in my account and told me register a complaint so that you can help me

        order cancelled on its own and refund not credited yet and not able to logged in

        I have ordered on 11th oct at midnight during big billion sale. On morning i got the cancellation information and refund processed information. Then again i reorder some articles on the same evening. But when i checked with the bank, then i refund is not yet credited. Also i am unable to check my order details as unable to logged in the website from last 3 days....

        I have ordered the lg 188l direct cool single door 4 star refrigerator. But i have been delivered with the 3 star refrigerator. And even after having the 10 day replacement policy flipkart is not ready to provide the replacement with right product. They are forcing me to take the refund. I ordered this perticular refrigerator on bigbillionday with hdfc offer, now with the refund amount i cant order the similar product again because its at higher price. I have been calling customer care and asking for the resolution but nothing provided asnof now.
        The problem is happened from flipkart side they should resolve the issue rather than saying sorry.

          Hello flipkart,
          I bought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart which is come on saturday[protected], that product is purchased on big billion days offer with exchange of another mobile but ekart courier person refused to accept exchange i offer money for that but he say i will contact u after half hr. Bt he didn't contact me, then i complain to flipkart they told me my product is deliver on monday bt i have to pay remaining money of exchange, i said yes to them. But on monday my product cancel without any prior notice. Again i complain to flipkart but they only say "sorry and we can't help u for this, you have to take new order" but they not able to give me that old offer or that product on old price which they cancel without any notification.

          Please help me for that

          I am a flipkart user. Many products are ordered by me, but automatically flipkart cancelling the orders... All orders will get the confirmation mails. But cancelling done.. Very BS about this.. Any other shopping site not give this behavior..

          On 27 i purchased nokia 6.1 plus but the amount is being deducted twice and flipkart is nit helping me in this situtaion and not refunding the executive at flipkart also donot help they just nake the customers on hold i have printed out my pass book also 2 times the money is deducted and i m checking the balance daily but its not received

            Regarding the order od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]

            I ordered one product (Moto c plus) form flipkart on 19th october 2017 using my hdfc creadit card and before i it's delivery i canceled that. I got the cancellation confirmation and refund initiated mail from flipkart. But still i have not got the refund of that amount of 5999 rs. It has been almost 1 year now.

            Flipkart customer service advised me to contact the bank, and submit dispute form which i did but the bank is refusing to give me that money and saying to go back to flipkart. But flipkart customer support is still saying to check with the bank although i have told them thousands of time that i have already done the inquiry with bank.

            My point is it's not my mistake, i cancelled the order and the refund should have been credited to my account by this time, however i followed the process and had to follow up with bank.
            Now if bank is denying, to whom should i go?
            I have a full thread of the conversation with the bank where they clearly denied.

            I request flipkart to take some serious step and provide me my own hard earned money.

                  I have order mobile phone (Honor 7s (Black, 16 gb) on 05th oct 2018 which is delivered on 07th oct 2018.

                  This mobile phone is having lots of problems like:
                  1. Hanging issue
                  2. Sound issue
                  3. Heating issue
                  4. Also sometime shock issue while charging
                  5. Overall performance is poor.

                  I am not at all happy with this phone. So i want to return this product.

                  Several times i called to flipkart customer care but not getting proper response. Below is response from flipkart.

                  1. First time they taken replacement request with
                  Replacement id:[protected] and just technician visited at home ask that try to use this phone and closed my replacement request without my permission.

                  2. Second time again they taken replacement request with id:[protected] and today (15 oct 18) morning i got call from technician stating that there is no issue with phone just use it.

                  However yesterday i got call from flipkart backend ([protected]) stating that we are processing your return/replacement request.

                  I dont know instead of replacing/returning this product why several times i am getting tech visit/call.

                  So kindly look in to this replace/return this product asap.

                    I was bought a power bank of intex 11000 mah last year in november 27th 2017 now after 8 to 9 months approx power bank not gives full output as well as previously then power bank in 1 year manufacturer warranty so i want replacement for power bank please resolve it soon. I have face many problems for this issue previously the power bank give 100% output but now this was not charge phone like previously not gives 100% output during charging data cable also heat up but the power bank charged properly but not give proper output.                         I have ordered indulekha oil in flipkart for 651 rupees. But i got duplicate indulekha oil in parcel.
                        It is very disappointing that flipkart is selling duplicate items.
                        Flipkart is one of the trust worth online store. But it is not keeping it's trust with customers.
                        How can you don't aware of duplicate sellers in your store.
                        Definitely it will become a case in consumer court against selling duplicate items to the customers. And with in 2 working days i need refund of rupees 651.

                          Flipkart mobile exchange terms conditions for customer it say's that there should not be any crack on the mobile, body and buttons should be in tact, no cracks on screen, power should be on for 30 sec, imei no should match.

                          But when the pickup comes even for a very small dent they are rejecting, that means do they need in new mobile condition?

                          for 3 years usage, they will be certain tear and wear. (I agree if the mobile have any cracks or battery bulge or any other valid reason).

                          It looks like they need mobile in new condition, (without dents, without cracks or something else).

                          If they requirement is such they would have mentioned in terms and conditions to the customer during exchange offer. I have attached the terms and conditions during purchase of mobile.

                            Dear flipkart team,

                            Subject: deceiving the customers on big billion days!

                            I had ordered "apple macbook pro core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/128 gb ssd/mac os sierra) mpxq2hn/a (Od[protected]" on 10th october 2018. After 2 days on 12th october (4:50am), my product was cancelled from the seller without any prior notification. After that the product was out of stock and the prices of other products were also increased. I consulted the flipkart customer support team and asked then to escalate the issue regarding the incompetence of the seller and flipkart team.

                            I got a call from flipkart team[protected] at 3:36 pm on 12th october. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and told me that whenever the product (Apple macbook pro core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/128 gb ssd/mac os sierra) mpxq2hn/a (Od[protected] is in stock, they will call me and inform me. Also, they told me if the product's price is increased, when it comes in stock, the flipkart will refund the increased amount (The price excess to rs 83, 131 — this is the price at which i had booked the product on 10th october) to my credit/debit card.in addition to this, they also promised to give an egv of rs2500 to my flipkart account as a token of apology. I asked the customer support executive to send me all this information through a mail, so that i can have a proof of this, but i didn’t receive any mail.

                            I was waiting for the product to come in stock and on 14th october, the product was in stock. When i called the customer care regarding this, they denied on my face that they don’t have any information regarding to this and they don’t have any documented mail regarding the things that were communicated to me. Neither had i received any sort of egv (Of rs 2500) in my flipkart account.

                            So just i want to ask that do you organize "big billion days" just to fool and harass the customers? Don’t you have any sentiments or feeling for your customers? Do you think are you doing justification with your business?
                            Henceforth, i am lodging a complaint regarding flipkart in consumer forum regarding your service and fooling customers! You should know that you do business just because of your customer base, which you are losing day by day! I had never expected this type of hospitality from flipkart!

                              I purchased titan 1773sm02 watched on 9th oct 2018 and after seller confirmation it supposed to shipped on 14 oct 2018. All of sudden in the morning on 15th october it got cancelled automatically and refund processed. I come to know about this when i got a e-mail. I want this product on that price on which i purchased. Now they are neither ready to restate my product nor compensating me the price difference. What should i do?...                                 I purchased my product on 11th oct 2018 and after seller confirmation it shipped on 14 oct 2018.                                   I got my @asus zenfone max on 21sep and on 6oct i came to know that there is a price change of 2000 rupees. It's feeling like i'm cheated by @flipkart and their call support and head office team is not ready to help also they didn't respond on my mail since many days.

                                    Hey,
                                    I ordered a lg 260 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator on 18th september with my hdfc debit card choosing no cost emi option for 9months. The order id is od[protected]. On 21st the product was received in a damaged condition and i returned it on that day itself. I raised a refund request on the same day and it was processed on 21st september and it should had been credited till 2nd october which is not done. The return id is[protected]. On 5th october the first emi of rs. 2698 got deducted from my account. I paid an emi for a product that i didn't even used. It's a request to refund my amount asap. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap. When contacted my bank they said the emi is still active.

                                      I'm a plus user in the flipkart and now i'm unable to login in to the application on both desktop and mobile. I raised multiple complaints and didn't get any update from the team i have been in flipkart from past 7 years. Please do the needful.
