On 29th of September i ordered Poco x3 from the flash firstly it was supposed to ship on 2nd of October which it did not after continues complaint the seller shipped the order on 4th of October after which the promised date to resolve the issue was 6th October by which i must've received my order but i didn't received it.Todays 7th October and the order is stuck at delhi for the past 2 days and when i went to talk to customer care they firstly didn't care about my problem secondly at few times they cut my phone off for asking questions which they can't answer as per their claim faster delivery it's been 9 days now and I haven't received my order which I've paid for at last i wanna say FLIPKART AND THEIR COURIER PARTNER EKART LOGISTICS IS A SCAM AND YOU MAY CHOOSE AMAZON OR ANY OTHER ECOM PLATFORM RATHER THAN FLIPKART POOR service of flipkart and ekart led me to file this complaint

    Since the POCO X3 release, the 8GB-128GB variant has been listed on the Flipkart site but has never been made available on any of the flash sales. On October 5th, 2020, a POCO X3 flash sale was held where all the variants were supposed to be on sale at 12 noon. However, the 8GB-128GB variant was marked "SOLD OUT" the very moment the sale started. I am certain that the claim it was sold out is a lie, and the fact is that it never went on sale at all. This is because I had set up a "notify me" option for the product, but never received a notification indicating the product's availability. This is proof that the sale never happened, even though it was promised.
    On contacting the Flipkart Customer Care, the responses were usual template apologies that did not resolve my issue to any degree. No date for the availability of the mobile handset could be provided.
    I am concerned why the seller (Truenet Commerce) is keeping the higher priced variant off Flipkart in a deceitful manner, and I suspect they intend to sell those handsets at higher costs on "black" retail markets. This is disgusting and an outright betrayal of customer trust on Flipkart's part.

      Despite the fact that I have completed the payment, it tells me that the payment has not been confirmed with the bank. This is a costly laptop so please either confirm the payment or pay me back right away.
      I have just paid the fee and I still can't get a confirmation, the payziggy site didn't send any data after the payment was complete.

          Flipkart empty box received of apple airpods pro

          I ordered Apple Airpods pro on[protected], and I received an empty box. I filed a complaint on Flipkart regarding the same, 5 mins after the product was delivered. Flipkart replied to me on[protected], and said that they'll be filing an FIR and i gave my consent, on the next day, I received a call from their representative explaining the same.

          On[protected], flipkart rejected my request saying

            Hi, i ordered Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Repair and rescue Shampoo 250 ML via flipkart. It was COD so i paid 1100 rs to delivery boy for this product. But the received product is in very bad condition. It's expiry was in 02/20 which is almost 8 months past now. Apart from expiry product, it seems like bottle is filled with water instead of shampoo and conditioner since its very wet and very old packing.

              I did a transaction to my flipkart paylater account from my kotak account which is showing as success in my kotak account, but it is not reflecting in my flipkart account..

              I tried following up with flipkart multiple times but received the same response stating transaction is declined by bank where as i can see the transaction is successful..

              Never expected company like Flipkart will do this kind of FRAUD..

              Any help in this will be appreciated..

                I order Realme narzo 10 ..128gb.. through online mode of payment..my money is debited from bank account...but order is not showing in Flipkart..when i called customer care of Flipkart and give orde id for which my payment is done..they told no such order id is available...what to do now..

                  I have ordered a poco x3 mobile on 29.09.2020, for which i have paid online because there was no cod option . The date for delivery was shown as 05.10.2020 but they assured me that it will be delivered by 03.09.2020 . After waiting till 05.10.2020 evening i called them, then i came to know that the date is extended till 7th, but the tracking was not showing, after a heated arguement i again called up the next day to find that it will reach on 8th, and now its showing 12.10.2020 . I am in a fix, how can they keep on extending the date by their wish.

                      Rs 50, 000/- trasferred from my SBI account on 23rd June 2021 at 8:03 p.m through my debit card fraudulently by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI about it. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account. Pls help me out with your suggestion how to reverse the transaction.

                        Because Of Too Much Delay In Replaced Product I Was Unable To Take Delivery Of That Poco M2 Pro Because Of My Meetings Out Of Town Affected which was affected in Corona Lockdown Period.

                        Then I Said To Delhivery Wishmaster To Cancel Delivery I Am Unable To Take It Bcz I Am Out Of Town.

                        Then He Asked Otp From Me for cancellation And He Cancelled That But In Flipkart Status Not Updated As Cancelled.
                        When I was calling to flipkart about this issue they said that call wishmaster to cancel it and he already cancelled it.

                        even on their website they are showing undelivered.

                        but no status updated in their site, it is one month since 6sept. i am suffering from this thing and getting mentally tortured by flipkart exacutives.

                        I Need My Refund As Soon as possible.

                          I have Booked flight for 9th may 2020 travel due to lockdown my flight cancelled from airline and they refund my money to flip kart through where I Booked flight and same as I have inform to flip kart now 30 days over but till now not received my refunded amount from flip kart so kindly take appropriate action against them because they are not understand customer problem.

                              Hi,

                              I placed for return request on flipkart but it got rejected multiple times. They have a new rule now to submit your Aadhar card photo & only then you can place return request. I received pink bottle instead of blue bottle & they are now troubling customer in various ways.

                              I uploaded my Aadhar card thrice on their app as requested, but still it is rejected. I don't know what they are upto & why do they need Aadhar details just for returning the order.

                                I ordered Nike Air Zoom Vomero14 Shoes(order ID OD[protected] on Flipkart.They sent me wrong shoes From Different show online. Then I put a return request.then they asked Id From me, I sent his Id on [protected]@flipkart.com.But Flipkart team saying this your Id not received so we are rejecting your return request. Return request rejected are going again and again Having said that you are not sending Id and I have sent his Id and Wrong item images about 10 times on [protected]@flipkart.com.
                                So I request sir Help me Concern about subject. I am maidly upset too much. I want refund of this order. help me...thanks

                                  I had booked flight ticket from flipkart from bhopal to kolkata for 26th july2020 but due lockdown imposed by west bengal government .flightt cancelled by airline, they reschuedled my flight to 4th august 2020, but that flight was also cancelled by airline so they told you will get full refund to your account in 20 days to your agency account.after 20 days i called to air india excutive they said that refunded has been proceesed to your agency account

                                  i have called many times to flipkart customer care but they dont response after sending many mails also they dont response . its been more than 65 days but i didnt get any refund from flipkart .

                                    My friend Simran Preet Kaur had made a purchase on October 2nd 2020 of a Parker ball point pen, it was delivered on 3rd Oct but I didn't receive any product inside the package, it was a tampered packet with no product inside it .All I received was a invoice bill inside the box and nothing else. I tried raising complaint and it got rejected twice after which I was asked to send a id proof, I've sent my original id proof of govt adhar card both front and back pics, hoping that it will be resolved soon within 24hours .But I'm highly disappointed with your resolution today even after all this time, again you rejected my refund request . To mention it was a prepaid order of amount Rs .341 with order id - OD[protected].
                                    Even now I think flipkart is customer centric who would try to resolve the customers issues without any further problems regarding this .All I need is a refund of my order which I paid for and received nothing in return.
