Dear sir/ ma'am,

I have ordered a product from flipkart on 06.09.2020 and the delivery of the product was on 07.09.2020 which they have failed to deliver on given time. They have delivered the product on 15.09.2020 but the product delivered was a wrong product.

I have placed a replace request on 19.09.2020 and they have delivered the same wrong product on 19.09.2020. Due to which i have asked flipkart to take back the product and refund the amount which they haven't done yet.

They are not taking back the product and are also not refunding the amount i paid to them. I have lost all my patience following up with them via call and email's. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action against company and help me get the amount refunded.

    Order id od[protected]Muscle blaze bcaa) product was ordered on flipkart on 10/09/2020.
    It was supposed to be delivered on 12th but got delayed & was received on 13th.
    When opened the package, the seal on the bottle & cap was broken.
    When the cap was opened there was one more seal under the cap which was found tampered.
    Complaint was lodged immediately & false commitment was given that it will be replaced by 16th. Since then have this tampered product is neither picked up nor i have received the replacement of product.

    When spoke with customer care, every time they mention that we are escalating the issue, just for the sake of attending the calls that's it. No one is taking the responsibility to resolve the issue. Also some of the customer care team members disconnected the cal as soon as they understand that they are unable to provide resolution.

    Never expected such pathetic services are provided by flipkart & doing fraud with their customers.
    Its been 20 days & the tampered product is still not done.

            I upgraded to a device in feb 2019. I used old flipkart account at first and then later i left it over and created a new flipkart account in same device afterwhich i played nearly for 6 months and earned youtube premium membership. all of sudden after claiming reward flipkart banned me from gamezone saying that i use multiple accounts. Then i re -logged to old account and deactivated it from my side from app but issue of gamezone not resolved.

            i had contacted flipkart customer care several times and they simply send a piece of terms and conditions that i am using multiple accounts but technically false as i closed the old account. no resolution provided since january,

            Some exceutives also claims that the old account is still active. Finally, out of all this mess, i came here with the last hope. I hope my query get resolution.please unblock me and allow access to play gamezone and as well as flipkart video

              I tried to buy this product from flipkart on 28th aug 2020.
              Then it showed payment method page to pay the money. I choose using debit card.
              After that i recevied an otp to my mobile for comformation. I entered the otp.
              Then it took 2-3 minutes in loading screen... (Processing payment)
              After that it showed order not placed!
              But the money inr 1335.00 was deducted. I received an sms.

              And then i went to order section in flipkart app it showed order not placed.
              Refund will be processed if deducted!

              Then i thought i will get my money back
              After 15days i tried to contact by going to need help of ordered product.
              I choose receive a call
              They called but some other customer care was connected
              I tried 3-4 times but no use.

              Then i checked again in flipkart app it was showing refund will be processed.

              Till now (29 sep 2020) i haven't received my money back!
              Please refund my money!

                  Sir i receved a philip RL384TV/40 fm radio from flipkart in 07/07/2020 and returned it in 09/09/2020 becouse of absence of required specification. a refund amount RS.2079 is credited in my pnb account [protected] according to flipkart in 09/09/2020 against order id OD[protected] but no amount rs.2079 is credited in my account till now.i have complained flipkart many times they reply same that they have refunded in 09/09/2020 and give me a referance number[protected] and told me to visit to bank.i have visited my pnb bank they told me that no amount is creditd in my account till now .i have provided a latest bank statement to flipkart but no result is found.

                  please give me complete transaction detail of my credited amount so that i can understand that where is my amount .for knowledge i want to tell you that i have visited many time in bank and they tell me that charge form is filled in the condition if a transaction is done by bank but i paid flipkart 2079 by cash .bank also give me in written that no amount is credited in your account.i am feeling to myself like a cheated person with flipkart

                    I have purchased item of haier 20 l convection microwave oven on 28.07.20 in rs.6429/-. & my order id:[protected], in this item facing refund/return problem from 11.08.2020. I am in regular contact with company customer care, but till my refund problem is not resolved. It seems that flipkart is imposing product to keep forcibly, rather escaping for not providing to return/refund facility, even there is having such facility as per is given by company description in web application. For which have made complaint through mail on 20.09.20. However in my last refund id:[protected] is clearly mentioned & assured me that refund will confirmed by 9th october, so i kept screen shot & in between company refused to refund on 29.09.20.
                    Hence i request by this forum to refund my amount rs.6429/- & as per company terms i have kept item in unused & packed condition, also i request to compensated for harassment & item is unable to used since from july 2020.

                      Dont make fool and read thoroughly. Thats the only product i bought from flipkart. How can you detect high number of returns . I raise multiple return for only one product because the return request was getting rejected everytime . And the product was also picked up by ekart . Neither i got product nor refund .

Due to reject of return request i tried multiple times to return the product . i Tried to mail customer service about everything..but they are sending only automated mails . And The product was picked up from me .. I didnt get anything..neither the product or refund .

                      Flipkart is at its height to cheat it's customers.

                      No one will get their money back from flipkart if such situations happen.

                        I have complaint from last 15 august continously about missing product but no solution received yet. product delivered on 15 august when i opened the package under it there is no mobile phone i have paid for my order 16000 amount which i have lose. i have complaint and raise the return request 4 times and the seller will reject my return request 4 times. on 27 september i have received call from flipkart they tell me that they will give me the full amount of refund but the refund not received yet. i am continuously complaint to the flipkart for my missing product but no solution received yet please solve my poblem. i have a lose of 16000 amount which is very big amount for me please solve my problem and give me the refund or my replacement. why i am suffer this lose mistake has been done from your side. one month gone already but not refund received yet and when i am contact the flipkart they give me the timeline to wait and after waiting timeline the again raise complaint and give me the timeline but no solution they will provide me. please help. on 31 august i have received an email they told me that due to high no. of return your account has been blocked now i am unable to login my account and this is my first order on this account and i am new on flipkart then how is it possible that higher no. of returns placed please solve my problem and give me my refund back which i have a lose.

                          I have order vivo v15 pro but recive mobile vivo y69 old box and lenova mobile (Deadly piece) sony adafter and different data cable. I am giving you complaints daily about ur issue. U r saying to wait for 72 hrs bt still u r not responsing abt the complaint i gave u. Ur team also didn't came to check the product that i received.                           I ordered a rc toy from flipkart rs1516 and when i receive the order i get a different toy in that package which price i think 150rs max. I opened the package by the delivery boy and click some photos for proof. Which i have attached.                             I have purchased a sandisk 32 gb ultra memory card from flipkart and it stopped working after 10 days. I couldn't even copy or move files and now i can't find it in storage. So when i checked the possibility of it being a fake, i'm almost sure that it is one since the prints in the card is poorly done. Since the refund policy has been timed out after a week i can't even return. Please let me know a solution.

                            When i contacted the Sandisk support centre regarding the warranty of the memory card, this is what i heard from them. Its clear that most sellers in flipkart sell duplicate counterfeit products. Flipkart should work on this serious issue and gain trust from their customers. I hope i could get a response from your team to refund/return the fake sd card you delivered

                              I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart under replacement warranty! After the delivery i felt the camera performance issue on the phone and raised the replacement request! Flipkart sent a person from jeevs (Who is take care of the quality check) they come and just reboot my mobile and said all are fine now! But after that again im facing the same issue! So raised the replacement request again, same process happened again but no solution from flipkart! So i raised 3 rd time! But flipkart said like will send the technician on 28 th september! But they didn't sent any technician yet and also they close the replacement case without any technical visit! When i contact the flipkart support they told like ask your service center! We cant give more than 2 replacement request!

                              Note : flipkart don't have any tos like only 2 technical visit is there! But when i call and ask they told me like only 2 visit is allwed

                              So flipkart completely cheated me under the name of replacement!

                              When technician visits you should request him to let you talk to the senior technician the 2nd time he visits and tell him that they already came once and reset your device and you are facing same problem again.Don't let them reset the device without speaking to senior technician first and explaining your point.
                              The technician that visits will always call and ask senior technician on what to do regarding the issue, at that time ask him to speak with you.
                              Otherwise they will always try to reset your device and close the request.
                              They will always try to avoid their responsibility of approving.
                              I did this and my product was approved by them and replaced once.
                              But again i am facing same issue with replaced product and again i am going through the process again.
                              Hope my experience helps you and others in solving the issue.

                              I got your point ! but the technician visit not happened @ 3rd time for my product, they just closed the case without visit ! its fake visit! when i inform to this on flipkart, they just disconnecting the call / just saying please wait please wait ! No solution from flipkart ! so the result my replacement time also expired :|. flipkart is completely cheating me on this case

                                    no return or refund on selling fake taj mahal tea

                                    I had ordered 2 taj mahal tea packets of 500 g each. It was costing a total of 413 on flipkart, actual price was 500/. When i opened one of the packets, it was a total fake tea. One can easily understand the aroma, taste and texture of the tea. This tea didnt had any tea leaves in it.                                     Address: Malappuram District

                                    Ordered my realme on 22nd september and it reached my district by 26th september and delivery expected on 27th september, however the courier service didn't call me and now it's 28 september. Still no one contact me. Why are you so irresponsible about the delivery. Iam very disappointed about your delivery service.
                                    I hope by viewing my complaint you take necessary action about the delivery issues of my product.

                                    What the hell you people are doing..?? Who cancelled my product i have ordered..? I don't tell anyone to cancel my order then how can you cancel my product without my permission..?? Its a worst experience i have faced from you.. still i promise you that i don't do any more dealings with this ### flipkart.. hell with you guys
