I tried to purchase a mobile using exchange option. When i try it, shows as IMEI number doesnt match in flipkart. But i entered correct IMEI and the same was confirmed in amazon

      Flipkart you cheated me as you took my 32955rs and still not been
      Refunded and account blocked by you such a big scam and fraud by
      Flipkart this is how flipkart i will not buy anything from the

      Flipkart first resolve the customer issues as i am complaing from last
      6 months same replyt from you as you flipkart has been blocked my
      Account and not refunded my money of rs 32995 for the watch i have
      Been order it is wrong item deliverd to me and when it has has a
      30days return policy and i have given for refu nd request flipkart has
      Been cancelled all the return request and later on my account has been
      Blocked from your end try to understand my situation as i have been
      Paid 32995rs its my hard earning money and flipkart simply blocked my
      Account and not refunding my money from last 6 months
      Flipkart i have received the wrong item and i have been paid to the
      Flipkart of rs 32995 and when i requested to return the item once
      Return request generated it has been canceled all the three times and
      Later on my acount also blocked understand my money value as i have
      Paid huge amount

      I told you that there is no mistake i have given return request under the return policy of 30days and you deliverd wrong item and i have given three times return request and the retail net (Flipkart) cancelled all the times return request kinldy unblock my account anhd process my refund of rs 32995 and this time please dont send me the copy paste replies please

        Dear Sir,

        Regarding Order OD[protected], I ordered "xisom Pre filter housing complete set for r.o Solid Filter Cartridge (0.5, Pack of 10)" - Invoice amount Rs 340.

        Since it was delivered late, I have no use of the product as my parents already left Bangalore, by the time product was delivered.

        Since in this exception case, fault is from Flipkart's end that due to delayed delivery, product needs to be returned, I request to kindly arrange for return and refund me full amount Rs 340 as either Flipkart gift voucher OR in original mode of payment.

          Dear Sir,
          Since 28th september, I have been following-up with Flipkart for replacement, till now no resolution is provided.
          Defective Hindware Calisto product from Order: OD[protected] was delivered to me as it is leaking water.

          [Incident: IN[protected]], [Incident: IN[protected]] & [Incident: IN[protected]] raised since 28th September, 2020 onwards. Till now no response and resolution has been provided.

          Requesting to urgently help to replace the product with good quality as per 10 days replacement policy, as my wife is pregnant and doctor advised to have safe drinking water

            Asking for Id proof for return of product

            Order id OD[protected]
            Ordered grocery items from Flipkart. As there was issue with 2 items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to?             We bought Aquaguard water filter from flipkart, it's delivered on 27th Sep. Upon receiving got dought about the product which we received and started to unbox the product. The outer pack was packed with flipkart packing tape and the inner box was already tampered and repacked, here it's something wrong i found as it should have original packing from eureka forbes which was missing. So I took some photos here and again opened the box in which user manual and all accessories was missing. As the items was missing, I thought to return the product without wasting time, I cancelled the installation request. After that struggling a lot return the product as it's displaying an error. Called to customer care support and there is no any further action till now.

              House number 57, opposite pulimoottil petrol pump, near st Mary's hospital, Moolamattom road, Thodupuzha 685584, Kerala
              Order number: OD[protected]

              The order was placed on 28.08.2020 and delivered on 07.09.2020. The same was installed on 08.09.2020. After seeing that the product was non functioning, we tried contacting the whirlpool technician immediately, but to no avail. We initiated the replacement procedures on 09.09.2020 and the replacement fridge was due for arrival on 18.09.2020. On contacting the customer care they kept on repeatedly delaying the delivery, citing excuses.

              On 28.09.2020, we tried contacting the customer service twice, and both the executives gave contradicting set of instructions each time. Based on the suggestion of an executive to freshen up the replacement option on the fridge (by cancelling the replacement option and applying again) we did as we were told, but now the very option for replacement is unavailable as it has already crossed the 14 day limit for refunds and replacements.

              It is not our problem that the fridge is not functioning, we want flipkart to either pay the refund or replace the fridge with a non faulty one. We have phone calls recorded with us. If you're still unwilling to respond properly, we have no option but to move forward legally and press charges with the consumer court

                On 21.9.20 Flipkart delivered 3 litre pristine ss induction pressure cooker(of price₹1088) against ordered item, 3.5 litre pristine ss induction pressure handi (of price ₹1519)
                I reported the wrong item Delivery on 21.9.20.On their demand, required documents were updated thrice.But Flipkart is dillidalying to effect refund of my money, ₹1519.It is since 15 days there is no positive response from Flipkart.A no. Of phone calls had no effect

                I am facing similar issue with flipkart.

                I am waiting for 45 days for the refund.

                They wont give you a valid reason and cancel your requests.

                So I suggest you not to keep hope on flipkart.

                  Motorola Fusion+ was delivered on 25 Sept, started having issues, didnt take seriously, then started facing it more frequent then contacted flipkart on 29, no resolutions yet!

                  Device Issues,
                  - WiFi disconnects randomly, doesn't work well. (My Wifi router is working perfectly with my all computers and other devices)
                  - Google map direction issues.
                  - Heating issues to some extent, more than average.

                  They are rejecting the request without solving any of the issue, i have done all the troubleshooting steps including reset the device multiple times.

                  Technician visit has been done 2 times. Worst customer service, told all the issues to the technician and he went to mark the issue as solved after using the phone for just 5 minutes in the first visit, 2nd time same technician came and said we cannot sit for long to see if issue occurs and checked device only for 2 min. He said, he will put the feedback that customer is having issues and not satisfied with the resolution, But then flipkart went ahead to mark the issue as solved without doing anything.

                  Have been calling the customer support multiple times, 15+ times in total.I want refund, i dont want to face same issue ever again. Its been a week, wasting time calling the support without any hope.

                  Solve the issue or lose a customer forever!!! Will cancelling all current orders and will terminate my account forever For sure. Because i have received the worst support even after being a loyal customer here.

                      We are really DISMAYED by Flipkart reply. Without investigation you closed the case. I did not expect from Flipkart.

                      WE PAID FOR TWO TABLES RS.2598 AND INVOICE RECEIVED FOR TWO TABLES BUT WE RECEIVED ONLY ONE TABLE.

                      Actually something went wrong and wonder why Flipkart has come to so quickly a conclusion without initiating any investigation.

                      What is the weight of two table package items at the time of packing?

                      Why the weight is not mentioned in the packet?

                      We trusted you in the first place by ordering. where is buyer protection in the business?

                            I ordered 4 books
                            Instead I received one book and in place of the rest 3books I got a package with the total bill amount of the 3books combined and in that package was only one wrong product

                              I have booked this booking with flipkart travel in lockdown time airline is ready to provide refund...
                              they have cancelled by refund request and and not even giving me any reason for this spoken to them many times but they disconnect the call or give me same response that refund will be processed in 7 days its now been almost 5 months.
                              please can someone let me know what should I do in this case now...
                              i have lost my job need that money urgently they are letting their customer cry i cant believe that.

                                Sir,
                                As per order No OD[protected], I ordered for GORDEN Face mask Half Black Mask Pack of 6 Black Half Face mask for Men and Women (washable 6 layer), on 29.09.2020 received the packet . But in it only 3 (Three) numbers . And I contacted your customer care for the balance of 3 Nos. And they assured me the balance will supply on 05.10.2020.
                                On 02.10. 2020 I got an SMS, mentioning as"Return request accepted from your order ID OD[protected] has been accepted by the seller. A wishmaster will pickup the orginally delivered item by Saturday, October, 3, 2020 will be intiated within 1 day." This is purely cheating the customer. This will also affect the goodwill of Filpkart.
                                For your information, I am not requested for return, I requested for the full commodity (6Nos) as I ordred and paid for 6Nos. and received only half ie., 3Nos. And it is requested that take necessary steps for send me the balance of 3 Nos. at the earliest. And I don’t want the refund by money.Other wise I will forced to approach the legal authorities (Consumer Dispute Redressal Form ) Awaiting your early reply in this regard.

                                      I purchased flipkart power 10000mAh power bank from flipkart on 3rd December 2019 and they give 1 year warranty on that on 19th September 2020 i raised for return they pick up my power bank and raised a refund on flipkart pay later account but they will not showing there or not in my bank account. When i call customer care they tell refund is already initiated.
