I, M. Laxminarayana, Resident of Malkajgiri SB A/C: [protected], of STATE BANK OF INDIA, Prashanth Nagar Branch, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad- 500 047. In this connection I have to state that I have placed an order for purchase of “ Redmi Note 9” smart phone on 26th April 2020, vide order no.[protected]. An amount of Rs. 1, 849/- was transferred to “Flip Shop” vide TRANSFER TO :[protected] UPI/DR/[protected]/FLIP SHO/PYTM/[protected]@/order, through Google Transaction ID : CICAgKCRvZr9Ng. As FLip Shop Ltd have not received said amount of Rs. 1, 849/- and intimated me that the order was cancelled and to obtain the amount from the Bank to be credited to my account. Accordingly, I approached SBI Customer Services Centre and registered my complaint vide Ticket No: [protected]. The status/ Resolution of the complaint was always shows that : “Under Process”. Finally it was stated by them(UPI Transaction Related (only Non financial)) your complaint has been routed to Branch: UPI DEPT for immediate redressal. I have approached the SBI Bank and they have intimated to me to approach Google Pay. Google has not given any response to my complaint and bank also not responded and intimated to approach flipkart. More than five months have been lapsed still the amount has not been credited to my account so far. Nobody has given proper reply to me. If the amount is not credited, I may like to file a suit in CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2020. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

If i has received the 1000ml i would not had raised request.
It was truly fraud by the seller. i can expect that this way he may have cheated many consumers.
even the replacement item was also 165 Ml combo 5 pack was not as per my order of 200 ml combo 5 pack
