This with reference to the order ID: OD[protected].
I have placed the order for Yellow Chimes Swarovski Crystal Metal Pendant on 17th October, 2020. The order got delivered on 21st October, 2020.
However, this was one of the most disgusting service I could ever expect. The box had no item!!!
It was empty and also it didn't belong to the box of the pendant but of the ring.
I want an immediate response to this complaint.

    Hi,

    I bought an iPhone XR from flipkart and replaced my Redmi 5A as a replacement offer.

    The product i have got is nice and working without any issue.
    Product was delivered in time.

    But now here comes "BaniyaGiri" of flipkart company. They sent an clever guy who is just trained for making fool o[censored]s. He was not a courier agent, He was came from Flipkart and his motive was to take my phone in just 1200 however on offer it was showing 2850 INR.

    He was confident that his Scamming mobile app will give only 1200 of my phone and the same thing happened.

    He was behaving like they want my phone for free. If you don't need my phone then why running offer with fake replacement price?

    For once i denied to accept my order and asked him to leave and he called me again and said you will not be able to call me yourself so think again.

    Just because it was a prepaid order i thought if anyone shows it as received then i will have a big loss. Seriously there agents are a low earning peoples they can do anything. i don't trust them. So i call him back and asked him to increase the price. He called his boss and then offered me 1500 inr.

    So this is how an Indian company works. Basically i am an Amazon customer. I never go with any Indian company like snapdeal, micromax, havells, intex, flipkart and so so. I ordered this phone on flipkart because of the offer on that phone otherwise amazon is my first choice. I never face any issue with them like that.

    All these Indian companies have one thing common and that is bad after sales service. I have bad experience with all of these Indian companies.
    Remember the Lala (baniya) of mother India movie.

    That's the real character/DNA of these Indian companies.

    I am writing this complain to aware others don't believe on the phone replacement offer its a scam only. My phone was in a working condition and screen was also fine, touch was working and body was also not broken.
    So beware and don't go with prepaid. If they don't take your phone in good price then cancel the order. :)

      I ordered Thomson 43"tv at 21249( OD[protected]on 16/10/2020 on next day i had canceled the order to buy better tv, they said that the refund will be credited on 20/10/2020 but till now I didn't get any refund, contacted the flipkart they saying that wait till 23/10/2020, but another order is comming i have to pay 24999 on 23/10/2020 but I don't have that much money now please make them to credit my money before the date *because of there negligence am losing offer prepaid with debit card i will get the tv by 23750

        It should get delivered by 18 th Oct, 2020 but til date there is no update .
        Customer care has one thing to say backend team is working on it .

          I have ordered a mobile phone On 16.10.2020 vide order Id-OD[protected], but to some reason i cancelled my order on the same day 16.10.2020, and thereafter a date of 20.10.2020 was given to me to credit my refund amount. But till date 21.10.2020, i have not received my refund. i have contact several times but no solution wa given to me by flipcart executives. I am enclosing my bank statement for your reference. kindly do the needful and provide my refund amount as soon as possible.

              Respected sir,
              I have booked Ahmedabad to Hyderabad return ticket on 15th October 2020.
              There were 3 passengers in the name of
              Virendrasinh Chauhan (myself)
              Priyanka Chauhan
              Shivansh Chouhan (Infant)
              Ahmedabad to Hyderabad from INDIGO airline checks ticket.pdf for the same.
              and for Hyderabad to Ahmedabad GOAIR airlines check GoAir_L5NMMS.pdf.

              I have two concerns with Flipkart that
              1) While I have booked a return ticket why GOAIR details are not visible in the Flipkart app.and even travel agent at Flipkart are unable to find any booking on that day.
              2) If I have provided the above name then GOAIR has inherited the same name as provided but in the indigo ticket, my name is replaced with my sons' name(Infant shivansh Chouhan) Why it has happened.
              I have asked the same at the indigo desk at Ahmedabad airport and at the customer center but both are saying that they have printed the same name which was provided by your travel partner.

              My family is travelling on the first week of every month to Hyderabad due to some medical emergencies since 4 months.
              Here Indigo is blaming on Flipkart and Flipkart is directing to indigo for the same.
              - I got worst experience in my life for now when I came to know even Flipkart doesn't have any record for the same and I have tried to seek a resolution from both the side but they both are pointing fingers to each other.
              Due to their software glitch, I am suffering and I have to cancel my ticket and has to rebook the same.
              I have sent the mail on 20th October for the same to Flipkart still no response.
              Why should I suffer for their chaos?

              I want proper justification for the same and concerning liability.

                  Acme Atom Steel Toe Leather Safety Shoe I ordered on 07.10.20.

                  Suddenly status updated on Flipkart application as item delivered.

                  I have not received my ordered item so registered complaint. Flipkart executive called 2 or 3 times and they extended complaint continuously.

                  At the end, they marked complain as resolved without taking customers confirmation that product is received or not.

                  This is biggest cheating done by Flipkart.

                  Kindly check and provide me resolution.

                      I have placed an order for RPM Fitness RPM717 (2 HP) Carbon motorized Treadmill vide order ID OD[protected] in Flipkart on 20.09.2020 and I have been delivered a Powermax manual treadmill of low quality instead of the ordered one. I have taken up the issue with flipkart on the same day of delivery. Subsequently I cancelled the order and requested for refund of my amount which has not been considered by flipkart. Here, the mistake is on the part of flipkart and not in my side. Whatever the item I ordered could not deliver by the company. So I requested for return of the item and refund of my hard earned money. They can not compell me to use the product on your own wish. So It is requested to kindly take up the issue with flipkart and arrange to either replace the treadmill and deliver me the item I ordered or taken back the product and refund me the amount at the earliest.

                              This is sabareswaran.A I have ordered in flipkart 17.10.2020 on saturday poco M2 pro mobile with an exchange value of redmi note 7s with prepaid of 6949 amount but the exchange was less so I have canceled the product but the amount was not credited to my flipkart wallet regarding this I spoke to customer service they said it was credited to your account by Oct 20 2020 but when I spoke today to customer service they said our side it was processed wait for 24 hours they said but I want a solution that my amount should be credited to my Flipkart wallet by yesterday oct .20.2020 but still facing the issue please help me with this & refund process.

                                This is Deebiga regarding the Order ID - OD[protected] placed on 15 Oct, '2020 for the item Samsung S20+. Money Rs.49, 999 was debited from my account, paid through UPI but order was not placed.It has been 4 working days.As I have checked with the bank, they claims that the transaction is successful. No response for the email from flipkart and also very lethargic reply in call from the customer care for this huge amount. No promising resolution .

                                  I purchased iphone xr 128 gb worth 41749/- rupees by using my sbi debit card on 15-october-2020 soon after five min i cancelled it . Flipkart confirmed me to get my ammount on 16 October. After five days i couldn't not get my money in my account. They told me to send bank account statement u sent it they told me to wait 24 hour then 48 hour then 2 days so on... Any time i call them they say me the same thing that we follow up your problem and give me a date but they not even call me. When i call to them they said Flipkart has sent you money kindly check your bank when i call to bank they say no money is credited to your account . Flipkart is lying . Flipkart don't take my profile seriously . So i want to register a complaint against them. Flipkart is not giving us customer satisfaction and cheat with us .

                                    I have ordered Realm 7 and Order Id : OD[protected]
                                    But its not upto the mark as per specifications given and not satisfied with mobile. Main issue is camera mentioned 64 MP but its not upto the mark.
                                    Picture quality is not good and same i have raised same complaint to Flipkart.
                                    Flipkart team raised multiple return requests and tech visit but its rejected and replaced the my mobile. But still not happy with replaced product and raised refund request. Its raised 3 times and rejected. Now Flipkart team saying i need to go service center to resolve my issues and refund will not possible. I have connected multiple times to Flipkart and they haven't informed about this.

                                    I need to refund my amount, Please help to resolve my issue.

                                        Flipkart ke customer care me call karne par bataya ja rha hai ki product unavailable hai return nhi ho skta hai ye koi bat to nhi hui product bina available ke hi aa jayega aor fir unavailable se kya matlab hai maine to return kiya hai n ki replace to fir q nhi return kiya ja rha hai 6 bar reject kar diya gya hai please help me
