Here I am applying you to lodge one complaint regarding one wonderchef mixer blender .
On 18th september, 2020, i ordered one wonderchef mixer blender(nutri blend white) with two jars in flipkart whose promised delivery date was 22nd sept, 2020 then it was changed to 25th sept, 2020. Later it was changed to 27th sept, 2020. But after complaining so many times it was ultimately delivered on 29th Sept, 2020, when I was out of station from 28th sept, 2020.
As I had to leave the station, my neighbour received it and it remained packed. On 8th oct, 2020, after returning, i unpacked the box and found the product faulty. One of the jar is remained attached and we can not separate it. I contacted your flipkart customer care and they were denying to take any responsibility, because return date was up to 6th oct, 2020 (seven days from the delivery date).
All these inconvenience happened due to excessive late delivery of the product from the promised date.
So, i am requesting you to take necessary measure so that I can at least exchange the product from flipkart.
