My first order in 3rd of Oct 2020 it's on next day delivery product but I received one msg form filpkart that your order delivered you in next one to three day but after three day again I received msg from filpkart that your order delivered you in next one to three day it's happened three time when I call in customers care he told me sir you cancel your order and order again but after that I received msg from filpkart that your order cancelled after that I again order so many product but I face same problem again and again it's 14th Oct 2020 kindly help me and one more thing I have plus membership I send you all images of my orders so kindly check all details on it

    Practically there's no such a return/replacement policy by Flipkart.
    They stretch the issue until the policy expires.

    I bought a 'Realme 7' from Flipkart on 28th Sep. 2020.
    Unfortunately the phone delivered to me was a 'faulty phone' by manufacturer. Internet doesn't work properly.

    I was facing problems due to internet & hence raised a replacement order on flipkart within the return policy time (which is within 7 days for mobile phone), where flipkart executive schedule a tech visit. (a technician will visit my home to check the issue of mobile handset)

    Next day, a technician came with no testing tools. He tested the phone's hardware by running concerned apps EXCEPT testing internet and connectivity (which was the complaint of the customer) and after few hours got a SMS from flikart mentioning that seller has declined your replacement order since the phone is OK.

    Since I was facing problem with phone, so raised complaint again to replace the phone but flipkart executive told me that 'the return/replacement policy time has been expired'.

    Full payment has been done by me against the faulty phone.

    15 days have been passed, I'm with the faulty phone and yet no action has been taken by Flipkart.

        Hello, my name is sachin, my email id - [protected]@gmail.com, and every time i try to contact the flipkart support for order related issues, they initially keep sending the automated and copy pasted replies which are stored in their system, then they keep ranting the policies, cannot return and refund etc...

        And for each and every reply on live chat they take almost 8 to 10 whole minutes, which makes the whole conversation for more than 40 mins! and even after repeated requests to end the chat if he or she cannot help, they take time intentionally like a cunning ignorant human being, avoiding the frustration of the customer, they again copy paste the messages again and again "I am Sorry for the trouble" whereas i am urging and requesting to end the chat so that i could move ahead and contact somebody else! They keep ranting, I am Sorry for the trouble I am Sorry for the trouble I am Sorry for the trouble.. Like a psycho arrogant person..

        Just now i am on hold on the chat with Pallavi names support agent.. Previously i was extremely troubles the same way by the agent named lalit, the current chat is as below in the photo attachments. You can see the time gaps and how that agent is troublesome, hectic. Flipkart agents are doing this on purpose so that the customer gets tired and leaves the topic.

        I am really really fed up of these flipkart fraudsters and cunning support agents they have appointed, to get rid of the customer issues and avoid defamation.

          I ordered this product on 6th august and next day I cancelled it but I haven't received any refund of this product till now. On top of that this order is nowhere in the order section now. I had called Flipkart customer care multiple times but they say that the order No. is wrong and they can't help me. The only way left to get any update for the product is via a chat which I first Initiated on 24th august concerned with the order. I had initiated this conversation 5-6 times and every time they say there is some technical issue due to which they can't check my details. Even Still I can initiate the conversation and repeat the whole incident and they always say that there is a technical issue. It has been 2 months and I haven't got my refund. I am attaching the screenshot of the above-mentioned chat.
          I would really appreciate if I can get any help to get refund

            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                12/10/2020 Monday Ko Mujhe 65 Shipment mila tha main 35 delivery kiya aur 30 failed hua call sabko kiya tha koi koi residual kiya next day ke kishi kishi costumer ka call nahi ja raha tha kishi kishi costumer ke pass paisa nahi tha us wajah se 30 products delivery nahi hua. Ush din I am work at 6:00 PM . Kino is abuse me very bad word in office and 30 products reappemt delivery and aur bol raha hai raat 11:00 PM Hone se bhi delivery karo.                   I have Ordered a product from Flipkart on 5th October'2020 Order ID - OD[protected]. Amounting - 1299/-, Which i have cancelled within 10 mins of ordering due to wrong product size selection, i have received a mail that my refund has been initiated & will get credited by 6th October'2020. But as i can check with my statement & with the bank that no refund has been received from the Flipkart.com.
                  I have called their CC several times & written email regarding the same but no resolution has been provided yet.

                    I have ordered cloth dryer of Flipkart smartbuy on 9th September 2020 with cash on delivery option. Now I got option in Flipkart app to convert COD option to prepaid due to contactless delivery. So I have paid amount of 1699 rupees through my credit card on 12 september and it shows transaction successful but in Flipkart order, it shows payment processing. After that It shows on Flipkart app that transaction was failed but the amount is billed in my credit card. So I requested refund of failed transaction from Flipkart and they issued refund in my account on 16 th September. Now product delivers on 18 th September and I have paid cash on delivery 1699 rupees. The quality of product was not satisfactory, so I returned the product on same day 18 th September and Flipkart approved it and product is returned on 21 st September .
                    Now it shows refund will be initiated within 2 days but I didn't received it. So I raised issue and they replied me that refund was issued on 16 th September. But I have paid amount two times and I got refund only once. And product was delivered on 18 th September then how I can get its refund on 16th September. So I raised issue so many times till now but no results. And now on application, it shows refund was initiated on 6th October and I got call from CC that refund was done on 11 th October but I didn't got any amount from Flipkart till now. So I request you to kindly help me out to issue my refund of 1699 rupees.

                      My flipkart affiliate program approved payment was not credited to my account. Regarding this issue I sent few mails but none responded. In the payments report it is showing that my money is processed but i didn't receive any. Below attaching the details

                          They blocked my account in which there was nearly 1000 supercoins. Also I have bought My Current Smart phone From that account + Flipkart assist insurance also nearly 9 months ago. But Now they block my account because I ordered 2-3 times from their Supermart in September. They thought I am doing this much of order for reselling . But they don't know our Family Size is big so we order three times last month. But they still thinking that we did that for reselling. I already ask from their help 10-15 times on their twitter handle but they are sending me same mail again and again. It's been 14 days now since they blocked my account but no proper resolution is given by them. Please Help. I am tired by asking help from them directly again and again

                                Here I am applying you to lodge one complaint regarding one wonderchef mixer blender .
                                On 18th september, 2020, i ordered one wonderchef mixer blender(nutri blend white) with two jars in flipkart whose promised delivery date was 22nd sept, 2020 then it was changed to 25th sept, 2020. Later it was changed to 27th sept, 2020. But after complaining so many times it was ultimately delivered on 29th Sept, 2020, when I was out of station from 28th sept, 2020.
                                As I had to leave the station, my neighbour received it and it remained packed. On 8th oct, 2020, after returning, i unpacked the box and found the product faulty. One of the jar is remained attached and we can not separate it. I contacted your flipkart customer care and they were denying to take any responsibility, because return date was up to 6th oct, 2020 (seven days from the delivery date).
                                All these inconvenience happened due to excessive late delivery of the product from the promised date.
                                So, i am requesting you to take necessary measure so that I can at least exchange the product from flipkart.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have ordered a refrigerator OD[protected] for 41K INR and it was delivered to me on 5th October. The item was found to be in non working condition before demo (Compressor is not working) on 7th October.
                                  Technician visited me 2 times - 7th and on 8th.
                                  Both time, the same person came and said he has reported the fridge as faulty to Samsung and he has said Samsung then going to report the same to Flipkart and the replacement is going to happen.
                                  I am calling flipkart support each day for the resolution.
                                  Now, today on 12th October, I am told that, technician did not report anything back and I have to wait more as they have escalated this to 'higher authority'. I am getting the same reply from 6th October.
                                  I understand there is a 10 day replacement time from flipkart, and even though it is known from day 1 that this is faulty, neither my replacement request nor the refund is approved.

                                  Created on 7th October, and initially I was told it would be approved in 72H and it's already 5 days till then!!!

                                  This is an expensive item and I am totally shocked to see the customer service of flipkart for resolving a simple issue.

                                  PLEASE either replace or refund me the money and take away the refrigerator in the same untouched condition and same place where your delivery team have left it, so that I can buy the item from some other sellers who provides me a better service.

                                    I bought Marq AC 1.5 ton almost 1.5 years ago with 1 year product warranty and 1 year extended warranty valid till march 2021. My AC stopped working after 1.2 years and I contacted marq customer care. They arrange a technician they checked and told that unit PCB is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then its more than 3-4 months and no action taken.

                                      Flipkart is advertising "now exchange any smartphone in any condition". but the site in not even accepting the imei no of my phone. i have already checked my imei and it is correct and has no issues. flipkart is going around doing false advertisement and misleading its customers.
