Hi,
This is to inform you that it has been a year after the approval of my refund & has not been received by me yet. I had sent mail to customer support so many times but still its pending. I don't know what's the matter for not returning my amount.

    I ordered a lg 43lh576t tv from flipkart on 4-may-2018 and received it on 10-may-2018. Delivery status on flipkart was updated only on 15-may-2018 after several complaints. As this item's unpacking is sponsored and recommended by flipkart, it was unpacked only on 16-may-2018 by lg service man. Flipkart failed to provide unpacking and installation services within the 48 hours of delivery as is claimed by it. After unpacking, service man found tv to be defective as there was no display. Then, i raised a refund request for this as no replacement was available by seller at that time. While refund request was in progress, several tech and uninstallation visits were scheduled even though installation was never done. During unistallation visit by jeeves service person (Flipkart service partner), i was given choice of either refund or replacement because by that time replacement was available by the seller. So, i chose to get replacement. Due to this, flipkart cancelled all the process of refund and started replacement process. Annoyingly, a tech as well as uninstallation visits were again scheduled without any reason. This time on 29-may-2018, again, the jeeves service man asked for uninstallation and i told him there was no need as tv was never installed and i was waiting for tv to be picked up by flipkart's logistic partner. But unexpectedly, flipkart cancelled my replacement request without any reason. And now, again after several complaints, they have for the third time, started the process again. Again, there is a tech and uninstallation visits scheduled without any reason. After delivery of a defective tv on 10-may-2018, i am still waiting for tv to be picked up by flipkart. It is becoming a never ending process of replacement. Their customer care persons are not understanding my problem and everytime they are just starting a new process of replacement. Very very disappointing service by flipkart.

    Pick up date has already crossed. After 1.5 months, I am still waiting for the defective TV delivered by Flipkart to get replaced. I am loosing patience on Flipkart.

    I am still waiting for TV to be picked up as on 19-June-2018. I seriously doubt Flipkart's intention to replace the TV now.

      Myself Shivraj I ordered 'Vu 80cm (32 inch) Full HD LED TV' on 'Wed, May 16th '18 8:25 PM' for Total Amount ₹13, 049 through Debit card from Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] for my brother Vikram because I have Hdfc bank debit card and there was card offer on Flipkart at that time

      Item has been shipped by Gati Courier[protected] on 17th May

      Expected delivery was on 23rd but still today 29th my item did not got delivered to my brother

      On 23rd which was expected delivery date Gati Courier refused doorstep delivery saying I did not paid for doorstep delivery so they will not

      As my order was prepaid so immediately I came to know that I already paid everything and this is unreal excuse so I called Gati courier customer care[protected] and Flipkart customer care[protected] and told them above issue with Gati complaint no.[protected] and Flipkart Customer Service Incident: IN[protected]

      Regarding this I got callback from Gati on 25th May and from Flipkart on 26th May and I was told by both that they will resolve issue in few days

      From 23rd Till today 29th May I called Flipkart and Gati many times and asked why still my item not getting delivered? so they said we got your issue we are working on it and each time they said 2-3 days more and it has got postponed many times but still no delivery

      My request is that please look into this issue and tell Flipkart or Gati to deliver my item

      Also please carefully note below things...

      As I ordered it on offer day with Hdfc and other offers so I got it with ₹2950 worth of discount so refund of order amount ₹13049 or cancelling is not a best solution in this case

      Because after that I have to reorder it at normal price without ₹2950 discount and the inconvenience I faced during this order will be other thing

      Same day same complain I posted on consumerhelpline.gov.in after that and this, Flipkart followed my issue with serious priority and made Gati to deliver my order, On 4th June My Brother got delivery of above TV, Thanks!

      Today 2 June it is showing Out for delivery since morning but no call from courier or delivery done it is 4:40pm, I called Flipkart and Gati both said wait till end of day it will get delivered, I asked about number of delivery person so Gati gave me a number of ex employee who left job one year ago...I then asked Gati what is this? so they said number is correct & that is the number they have in the system...this is so bad!

        This is the worst experience I have ever had with an Online Shopping company Flipkart.

        On 19th May, I had returned the Ladies sandals and I was told that within 2 business days I will get the refund of 529 rs.

        Today is 29th May and after talking to 7-8 agents in your so called Customer Helpdesk I have been told to wait for some more days to resolve the issue.

        Moreover, when I asked the agent to transfer me to Supervisor, I was kept on hold for almost 30 min. with the standard response that the supervisors are busy on other calls.

        I really want to thank Flipkart for giving me such a Pathetic customer service which I will not forget.

          I ordered ZELP Laptop bag (Size:17 inches). There's delay in delivery. After 9 days waiting period, I got Bag of wrong size(15 inch). I requested for return on the same day. The package was picked up almost 5 days ago. No refund is received yet. While contacting Flipkart, I was unable to input my email address in the email field.

            Ordered mi note 5 from flipkart order no od[protected] awb[protected] which was dispatched in time by the seller but before reaching me it was sold on the way by the courier boys when contacted ecom express they didn't take any response. When complained flipkart they asked me to order the item again. So keep on ordering for courier boys. It has been the habit of the courier delivery boys to sell items at a bit higher cost to mobile shops who are involved on black marketing of mi-redmi products.

            Customer raised a complaint that his product was delivered to somebody else by the courier service provider and the product which was delivered to him was not his order, but it was the same mobile which he ordered. So we interacted with the customer and apologized and also feedback noted. As customer has received the product, hence closing the case from our end.

              I have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 on 3rd may 2018 which was the first pre book sale in flipkart the expected delivery date was 15th of may but the date crossed and no such information of delay o delivery is given by the flipkart on 15 th of may at about 5 pm i recived a msg regarding the delvivery but the no of the courier boy was not written on the message but till it was not deliverd on 15th after calling to flipkart customer care they said they will delivered till 18th but the date passed again and no delivery was done again at 18th i call at flipkart they said they will give till 21 th but i cancel the order and requested a refund they said they will refun my money within 5 to 6 working days but it again the date passsed but no refund was initiated again they said they will refund before 29 th may again there was no refund and they again asked for a day time now it is too much if i didn't get my money till 30th may i wil put a fir and put a case against flipkart in the consumer forum

                I have ordered Samsung level U Order ID OD[protected]. Though the product reached the hub near to my address none turned up to deliver the product. People just fooled around. And finally cancelled the order without any prior notice. This is so disgusting. How do I need to escalate the issue in order to receive my compensation for being harassed mentally and also I went to the hub to collect the product.

                  The description of the hydraulic jack as provided by the seller said the maximum height as 38 cm; the actual maximum height turned out to be 29 cm which rendered it useless for many cars. The time to return was mentioned as 10 days.

                  My question is when your product description is fradulent to begin with, what right does flipkart have to tell me that the product can't be returned after 14 days?

                  If your description was right, you are within your rights to set policies. To promise something and deliver something else for the same price is illegal. What right does someone who is on the wrong side of the law have to lay policies around how much time someone has to catch their fraud?

                    I ordered Honor 9i on 16th may'18 under order no. 0D[protected], while availing an exchange offer with my current phone(ASUS Zenfone 2 laser). The delivery was supposed to be on or before 24th May'18. The delivery person brought my phone on 23rd May'18. While checking my old phone, he found nothing wrong with my phone, It is functioning perfectly till date. How ever he found a small scratch at the left bottom side of the phone(Image Uploaded) and straight away declared my phone as rejected and denied to complete the order and went back without delivering the product. Being harassed, I contacted to the customer care of flipkart. They logged a complaint and assured me that some one from flipkart team will call me, verify the issue and my issue will get resolved and i will get my product delivered by 26th May'18. However on 25th May I suddenly saw that my order is cancelled, and rwfund is initiated. I was not even communicated about the same. This kind of harassment is really unacceptable from flipkart. My phone has met all the requirement of flipkart while exchanging, then why I am facing this kind of problem? I want my product to be delivered. Please look into the matter and take necessary action.

                      This complaint is with regards to ekart logistics team being irresponsible on not attempting the delivery of a product shipped 7 days ago to my address.
                      At last they sent a sms customer rejected the item hence order cancelled, without even attempting the delivery. I got 2 out for delivery sms on 2 different days with no contact no. Of delivery person mentioned on it.

                      I never expected this from flipkart. Now flipkart says as the order has been cancelled i should go ahead and place a fresh new order with an higher

                        I have bought a refrigerator from flipkart who delivered a damaged one. Now its been more than a week i am waiting for the replacement to begin. Everytime i am getting a new dates for the replacement. This is seriously not acceptable from flipkart. You should focus on customer satisfaction as well along with only money making activity. My order id is od[protected]. It would be a great help if i can get a refund of this order so that i can lock my flipkart account forever. I have never seen such a worst platform for e-commerce before.

                        I Ordered on flipcart on 7 May i had received wrong product then he giev 3 times delivery and pickup date but till date not response from customer case.
                        I am requested to refund but it also nor process i am erase complaint three times so not satisfactory answers.
                        I had purchase vivo v7+ 4gb ram on May 16th '18, with order id OD[protected].
                        i get great amount for my exchange, but it dosen't deliver to me as it shows mis-routing of order and cancel itself.
                        i asked to flipkart customer care to redeliver for same but it denied.

                        please give me suggestion for same.

                          I ordered this item on (Tue, May 15th '18) then i cancelled this. They said refund amount will be credited to your account within 28th may. But still i didn't get my refund amount(Rs.12, 990).I need this money .I mailed you so many times But they didn't respond me well.They said go and ask your bank customer care.This is not good for me .I am really disappointed with your services.I want refund my money.

                            Dear Tea,

                            I purchased Redmi note PRO 5, I struggled very much to booking a product due to flash sales (product is on demand). Everything Order & payment has made and they promised that it will delivered by 22nd May, and after that they extended time till 30th may, till now I didn't received product in my hand.
                            If I contact them they inform me that its cancelled due to not picking from courier HUB (for away to my mentioned address around 80 Km's). they are giving not proper solution. Due to this I am losing around 1500 lose and same product available at my native place I rejected due to this product is already ordered with Flipkart.

                            Please provide the solution. Thanks in advance for your best support.

                            And flipkart is making customers as fools, due to flash sales... their is no stock for product but still selling with out products and cancelling . due to its creating hype on Filpkart and as well product sales its not good. Please make the register my complaint .

                            Customer has raised the complaint regarding the cancellation of the order. We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the order cancellation. Informed customer that he was provided with the hub details to collect from hub. But customer did not visit as the hub location was very far from his place. Customer was demanding for the cashback amount which he did not receive due to order cancellation. Denied request as the offer was not applied with the order but customer was not satisfied with the resolution. Closing the complaint from our side.

                                I had ordered for moto e4 plus phone as delivery date showed 19th may 2018 for my relative leaving the country on 21st. The product got delivered on 23rd which was late and no use as person had left country by then. Secondly i had askd for update in billing address for being able to reimburse at my office. Wanted addition of hamsaveni-wipro technologies. But they have added this in delivery address instead of billing address after telling me that both have to be same. So now when i ask them to issue me right invoice with billing address of hamsaveni - wipro technologies, they are refusing. What kind of service is flipkart into nowadays looting and cheating customers. So i wanted to return the product which is not opened also so far, they say no return. When i ask them to connect me to senior person to address this, they put me on hold and finally cut the call. Irresponsible attitute from flipkart, you are making sure we dont ever come back to you again. If you cant issue invoice wiht right name, please take back the product and refund.

                                Today i have received my product Laptops/WS63625/ Asus HSN: 84713010 H8N0CV06050932G amounting of Rs. 12, 990/-. when i open the package the product have a short of SSD/Hard-disk which i have ordered with 500GB storage, so what should i do now?

                                  Seller from Flipkart cancelled my orders which i brought in discount offers he said it's price error but customer was getting rip by seller customer time dont have any value to them
                                  first they give some offers and discounts on products then customer attract towards them after that they cancelled all orders and giving silly reason in which seller cancelled your order, seller dont have that much product, and all prices error which is disgusting

                                    I bought a panasonic eluga ray 700 from flipkart site - they provided the bill for the product and also send the mobile. But after opening i found out its a used product and lodged a complaint with flipkart - they sent jeeves (Flipkart third party) for inspection to my house — where they found out that its a used product - the letter attached. I then called flipkart to refund my money, to which they are dillydallying and again asked jeeves to go for a re inspection to the product. To which they have not yet responded,

                                    I have been harassed and charged for a first hand product but provided with a used product — which is clearly against the ethos of any business.

                                    I should be compensated at least rs 100000 for the unnecessary stress that i had to go through for handling of the used product and paying for a first hand product.

                                    Please help and arrange for a refund and a compensation.

                                      I have received an item without price tag and it was bigger than what i need so i tried to return. But representative is not accepting to because price tag is not there. If i receive an item without price tag, how can i return with a price tag. Even customer care also saying that there is no chance of that. I hardly opened the item for 10 mins and immidiatly i applied for return.

                                      No one is helping on this, everyone asking for price tag. How can i return which i didn't received??

                                        I bought accusure lancets and strips but it does not fit in accusure glucometer. So i want to return this product and get a refund for it as its of no use to me. Either you provide compatible lancets and strips or you take it back with the refund. With utmost disappointment, i have to say that you people are not refunding it becauseit is not in the refund policy damnit! I got this answer from a girl at customer care. What will i do with this product if its not at all compatible you are selling it under the same brand name although its not even compatible with that brand. Disgusting! Please see to this matter asap and do needful.
