I have purchased thomson b9 pro television on november 1st. That product which i received was having pannel issue, then i asked for the replacement & i got the new product, it only lasted for 4 months. After contacting both the flipkart &the thomson they send me a new television on may 15, that product was also damaged. Now i asked them for the refund they are not agreeing. Both flipkart & thomson are cheating customer by selling low quality, damaged products Thomson ticket no:[protected] Flipkart registered mobile no:-[protected] Was this information helpful?
