Further, informed the customer that the customer can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

      Then i used forgot button and then received code.

      Entered the code successfully.
      After that it was asking please set a new password.

      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I had made a purchase of mens jeans worth rs 759 via flipkart app and in the process of payment to sbi online, after the otp verification, the transaction failed.
        I tried again and the same happened again. I lost rs 759 *2 =1518

        I tried help from flipkart app and posted the complaint. After 2 days i got a refund of rs 759 only.

        Now i am unable to file the complaint through the app, website or any other means because no options are listed for filing complaint again. I think flipkart is not supporting to file a complaint again.

        While calling on the customer care number it is telling no orders available with the phone number and it is rejecting my call

          I ahve purchased a cooler during offer and get order confirmation but now seller cancel my order. And with same seller i am able to order another cooler but now 3627₹ differences in amount. So why order cancel as well now i am not able to offer. If seller not confirmed or cancel my order i can get another with offer.
          I have call 90+ min with flipkart customer but she not provide any solution as well as she tried for contacting call with manager 10+ but no manager come on call for solution.
          I want refund difference amount i. E ₹3627 from flipkart or my order in 8890₹ from my order.
          Detail attached.

          Please help me. Even plus member i am in loss of ₹3627. Please deliver my cooler with same order.

            I ordered grocery item and i got missed. The delivery person told me that he will update and i should contact the customer care. I contacted immediately (Less than 5 mins of delivery), they are saying that its not their responsibility and when i ask him to transfer the call to supervisor, he just kept it on hold and told he is busy. This is not correct approach and i recorded the complete call. They have all the details but not sharing. They are asking me to contact the delivery person again but i dont have the number.

            This is not correct behavior. I paid to flipkart not the delivery boy and they should take the responsibility for the missing 1 item.

            The refund is not reached till now to my account. Again refund is not an option, you need to make sure you deliver the ordered item. Its simple count of say 20 items before packing by checking the bill and the items right. If thats not happening then i guess you have to implement this so that others are not affected. Also people will trust you. Believe my words, if you improve / follow the process you can win in the market and get good customers.

            Another issue going on from 19th May with Flipkart is tracked under reference Incident: IN[protected]

            Flipkart is not providing proper information to customer and every representative is telling new story. They are not believing the customer but blindly believes their supplier. They claimed that they refunded the amount for the cancelled item on 19th May itself and forced me to check with bank. I did all possible things that they asked me to do and also proved now that the refund is not initiated. Earlier they mentioned refund is completed and today they mentioned that they did not even charge for the cancelled product but i proved that all are wrong statement by showing my card statement. Why are they not able to find the refund status. Is there no process in place. Before even contacting me they can check from their side itself that how much amount charged for that order in dispute. They simply trying to force the customer to contact bank wasting all of our time. Flipkart wasted their time, i wasted my time and bank wasted their time. If we have proper process in place we all could have saved our valuable time here.

            I have the complete mail thread and i can attach it here if you guys want it. I am not doing that now as it has my bank statement as well.

              I have ordered a livpure ac with an offer of free standard installation but the standard installation was charged. The order number is od[protected]

              My order mentions the following:
              1. "the standard installation charges are rs. 1599 and need to be paid directly to the service engineer. Please check the offer details to know about any installation offers that are available."
              2. The offers applied section mentions the following:

              Offers applied
              Free standard installation on livpure brand
              0
              Extra 1500 off on cc dc netbanking and emi
              ₹1, 500

              Please consider the following:
              1. Based on above two points i believe the offer applied "free standard installation *on* livpure brand." should override the installation charges from first point above and hence should be free.
              2. No where it mentions that the installation will be done by livpure brand only, or that i will have to contact the brand to claim free installation offer.
              3. I was contacted by jeeves for installation claiming only they are suppose to do the installation, otherwise the 10 days refund policy will be void.
              4. Contact details for the livpure brand isn't specified anywhere.
              5.

              I was contacted by executive from jeeves asking for a date for installation. I queried for various details from them and one of the point they mentioned was the standard installation will be charged. I contacted flipkart customer care about this and the customer care executive told me that the information must be with installation provider company but she will again send this information again to confirm. On the day of installation when service engineer told me that they don't have any information about the free installation since they still haven't received any such information. I contacted flipkart customer care again and they said they will have to look into it again from the backend and i could pay the standard installation charges to the service engineer which will be refunded later. I queried how can i verify these details because i have been promised earlier as well which was dishonoured. I queried for a any written communication, email etc which the executive said isn't authorized to do. I queried for at least a message on their portal but he apolozised for his inability to do so as well. He later provided me a case id which won't be reflected on my account or anywhere but can be used by their backend team to find details about the issue. The id is in[protected]. The recording of this conversation is saved with me.

              In the latest reply from flipkart regarding the case they say they won't be refunding installation charges and i should contact the brand about the offer.

              I would also like to mention here the case of my brother who is proactively provided flipkart gift vouchers as refunds to the installation charges. Even though in his case installation hasn't completed yet.

                Flipkart blocked my account from playing game zone as they said that i've multiple accounts playing in the same ip address. Which is only the half truth as in one account my mother plays and in one account i used to play. Both the accounts have been blocked.
                Today my brother visited the house and when he tried to play, his account also got blocked! This is unfair and wrong. How can you do this? My mother is another person and my brother is another person. He is disappointed. And he doesn't even stay here all the time.
                This was blocked in march and was told i'll be able to play in a few days. It has been two months and i'm still not able to play it. Please correct it.
                If you can't allow multiple accounts to play in an ip address how can you allow multiple accounts to place order.
                I have seen such a complaint getting resolved

                  I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus on the month of september 2018 for my wife it got delivered on 15 september 2018 after that on the month of october i have ordered samsung glaxy edge when sale was going on and i have converted the amount into emi as there was option to do so through "bajaj finserv card" so i did and ordered went successfully. After 2 to 3 days i got a message that your order got cancelled, so i didn't bother because i have ordered the phone for my friend. Since then till now i am not able to log into my account i don't know why?. Called customer care got the information that "i am done some irregularity of payments method because of that my ordered got cancelled and i will be no longer able to login in flipkart" so i am not bother about that i informed that guy to help me with my previous order invoice because my nokia 6.1 plus is giving some issue. I have explained these issue to several agents of "flipkart" customer care even spoke to senior his name was "rahul" none of them help me. Now my question is what i have done wrong here did i fraud "flipkart" or looted them seriously very very very bad experience with this bloody company "flipkart" they chit people with there duplicate products and customer stratification don't matter to them. Please please look into the matter.

                    Bought vivo v15 pro off flipkart under exchange scheme. Unfortunately my old phone was not acceptable to flipkart cause of which the delivery boy took the phone back to flipkart..
                    I was told i will receive my full paid money back on 17th may 2019 in my account.

                    The payment was made by hdfc debit card
                    I am still waiting for a proper response from flipkart as they r asking me to contact the bank. The bank says there has been no credit transaction in my account whose statement i have as proof.

                        Disappointing service from Flipkart (product ID: OD[protected].

                        I purchased a "Kurlon convenion 4 inch Queen bonded foam Mattress" odered on 13th may, it got delivered on time(15th may). All was good until i found out that it was a single bed sized Mattress, but the images on the flipkart website was of a full sized Mattress. I applied for return, as soon as i got the delivary. At first flipkart approved the return and confirmed the refund within 9 business days. Later the Flipkart customer care called me and send technician to check the problem.Technician approved the return request that within 2days the product will be collected back replace with new one.Atfer 2days no one came to pickup the product and the next day I got a mail that the return request was rejected and I tried to cal the customer care executive there is no response from them.When I use to call the executive are buzy with some other.If only the product advertised on flipkart was more clear I would have not ordered the product and have to got through such harassment.
                        The packaging is still intact and have not opened the parcel yet as its of no use to me.

                        Very unprofessional behaviour from Flipkart. Will think twice before any purchase from flipkart.

                          Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone.
                          I used my accounts only. They blocked me without warning. Just login with my accounts.
                          Flipkart should not do this things without warning. And they can easily check which accounts i logged in. I used my 2 accounts only but still they keep my accounts blocked.

                            I have purchased thomson b9 pro television on november 1st. That product which i received was having pannel issue, then i asked for the replacement & i got the new product, it only lasted for 4 months. After contacting both the flipkart &the thomson they send me a new television on may 15, that product was also damaged. Now i asked them for the refund they are not agreeing.                                 I have purchased MarQ AC on 11th April and the same was installed on 15th April, due to some issue we went to other place and came on 10th May. When i tried to ON the AC by set the temperature at 18 for more-than 1 hour it is not cooling. I tried to reachout Marq Customer care regarding this issue.
                                I have made a complaint on 13-May-2019 (Ticket ID- 9E14-36575KDSC[protected].

                                One of the Service Engineer from Jeeves confirmed through phone that it was due to wrong Installation by the other executive, I am continuously calling on Jeeves(their after sale service partner) customer care number but found no solution except new date every time. I sent several mails to [protected]@flipkart.com, but i didn't get any positive response.

                                I tried to contact Flipkart team, they said return policy has been completed we are not responsible for this issue, contact Marq.

                                After making complaint on 13th May, they rescheduled the service without informing me and I received a message as per you request we have rescheduled service.

                                  I i have ordered a redmi 6 pro (Red, 64gb) with order id od[protected] amounting rs.10895 on 10 may 2019 (Tuesday) which has been delivered by 13 may 2019 with tracking id fmpp[protected]. On 17may 2019 i have raised a issue of battery drain very fast and a authorized technician was assigned. He came and check the battery, his battery checking procedure was just to open camera for 10 minute continuously and result was 4% battery loss. Then he said your phone battery is doing fine. But i m not satisfied with this battery check.
                                  And then again i raised a replacement issue of same product and next day i received a call from executive and she said your issue is in process and it has been forwarded to backend office or back office and your issue will be resolve before 23 may 2019.
                                  My question is:
                                  1. Do they know my email id?
                                  2. If they know my email id why i haven’t received email.
                                  3. What back office is going to do when they don’t have my phone with them how they going to know what is the issue in physically?
                                  4. Why it’s taking too long.
                                  5. Technician who was assigned he should cross check the battery performance with other phone isn’t it.

                                      This is in regard of my order od[protected], poco f1 by xiomi, a new phone on may 05th. Phone got deleiverd on the same day by requesting flipkart 100 times. Unfortunately, on may 14, we installed shuttl app and the otp message says that this phone has been used by three sim card already and app is now locked and can only be logged in by those three sims. This is a new phone and i have only one sim, how can this be used by three other sims. Secondly tick tok app is logged in by some other user account.
                                      I spoke to shuttl app customer senior support staff and they have said that app is designed to bind with the phone, so you cannnot use the app on this phone except with the three numbers already shown in the screenshot. But those number does not belongs to me. This verifies that this is a used phone. Why would someone wants to use a used phone on the same mrp. God only knows how many times this phone has already been used.
                                      Coming to the customer support this has been a never ending story since then. They call me and sent an email after that, we have tried to reach but dont utter a single word in the call, i have the call recording.
                                      Alos, the number from which i received the call, truecaller shows it as "fake flipkart"[protected] however the executive who escalated my case, sent me a message stating that i will receive a call from starting from 9180679.
                                      I am attaching all the proofs, i have with me, because the customer support i presume will just keep calling but wont be able to resolve this. I want to return this phone, i dont want any replacemnet, just give me money back. Attaching all the proofs.
                                      Please resolve this, this is going to be my last order from flipkart. Please give me my money back. I will never again order from your site.

                                        Flipkart cheated me i purchased iffalcon tv on flipkart on big day sale i ws very happy that a a product of 40000+3200 (Extra warranty) i got only for 32300. And placed teh order by making prepayment. I was getting updates about delivery and later i was not able to access the account and product is not delivered to me. I called flipkart and asked they are saying there are no orders in my account. Now am seriously worried about the prepayment i have made in flipkart. How would i get that money back.
