I buy a all in one desktop product in flipkart in a description they said windows 10 pro activated but it will not activated also i don't have any product key..
I try to call a customer service but they don't connect a call. The windows will not activated in my desktop product which is get from flipkart i want to resolve the problem in a 1 or 2 days so rectify the problem i can't complain by a voice call

    Paid rs 749 with transaction id[protected] on 27 jan 2019 18:14:53 with collect request from phonepe but the browser closed. Now the amount has been deducted from my bank but no order shows up on flipkart. I want the amount refunded since flipkart account does not have any information about such a transaction so am unable to even place a complaint on their customer support forum.

As per the available slot delivery i opted for 0700 to 0930 hrs delivery time on 20/01/2019, because ihave to reach office at1000hrs. But ireceived the delivery only at 1106hrs on 29/01/2019, due to late delivery i was forced to take half day leave. Ihope that you will compensate my financial loss.

          I have ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and the seller is truenet commerce. After receiving i have been using the mobile for 3 months and suddenly it got switched off while using and not able to turn on again. Then i took it to mi service centre located in guduvanchery chennai, after checking the mobile they said that the mobile was already opened somewhere else. But i never given this mobile this to anywhere and this is my first probelm and i am going directly to mi service centre.. Then i have complained to mi customer care they have no option to accept this issue and i complained in flipkart now they are telling like we will check with seller.. I thought the seller is responsible for this issue. So please check the seller truenet commerce.. I can see lot of complaints against this seller but flipkart gave them for 4.9 ratings. Even this is flipkart assured product no one is ready to accept this problem. Kindly take action on this..

              The invoice sent by filpkart & the product serial number mismatches, invoice is dated on my purchase date, where as the product (With serial no) after apple care check says was brought 4 months before i originally bought from flipkart,

              The seller is none other than flipkart itself,

              I have sent a request to customer care, have got a reply back saying they will revert in 48hrs, and nothing happened after days and days,

                      Please inform us the day before delivery. It's been two times since i suffered due to this. Products use to come early than the estimated time given, and i'm glad with ur services but since i'm a student and i have to attend my classes due to which i can't respond to the call of the delivery person. I got information of the delivery just 2 hours before the delivery which i couldn't see cause my mobile was in a silent mode.                         I ordered 1 printer Epson L805 from Flipkart and today the box was delivered.
                        I opened the box after 2 hours and was shocked to see the contents.
                        There was rubbish poly paper and rubbish packing material and some kind of broken part wrapped up. Flipkart is not giving proper answers to resolve this.
                        On 1 side on the phone they are saying we will come back and on the other side they are sending me a mail that your return is rejected. They want to clearly cheat me . Need your help.

                              I have been trying to get a resolution for the proper re installation or return of a godrej steel almirah which was delivered on 10th. The installation was not proper with the bottom panel poking out due to lack of nuts and bolts and the walls are not approximated properly leaving a gap. Having been trying for the past 18 days for a solution. 3 false reports have been made by the company that they contacted us and re installation was done.                                       The statement you have wrote mismatch of address is totally wrong and you are fooling customer by this.
                                      Why my order get cancelled if address and pincode and all details are correct.
                                      I want to complain regarding wrong information and wrong statement given by you and your respective.

                                      In this address which you said order address mismatch i have ordered product from flipkart and delevered also.
                                      This is totally wrong by you and i want to complaint against this.

                                        I ordered asus zenfone 5z on 19-01-19, 1st delivery promised date was 22-01-19 and they failed to do, 2nd promised delivery date was before 25-01-19 and again they failed. Today the date is 28-01-19. Not only this particular order, after the phone order i ordered some accessoires as well even they got delayed by 1week.
                                        I have a plenty of proofs of my previous orders when ever i order anything from flipkart it has to delayed. Even 2 of my friends placed orders on bbd period and their orders got delayed for 20 to 30days and few orders got cancelled automatically by the seller vision star.
                                        A very pathetic services from flipkart/ekart logistics/vision star seller.
