Bajaj rice cooker order no od[protected]
Sir,
I have ordered the bajaj rice cooker and i have got the damaged product. Then i ordered the replacement of the same product but again got the more damaged product. This is really disappointing because flipkart is a very reputed website and getting damaged product again and again is really disappointing. I will not make any purchases from this site again. I will also not suggest anyone to make any purchases from flipkart infact will do negative word of mouth. Please pay attention towards this. I shall be very thankful to you.

    Hi team,

    My name is abhishek singh. My order number is od[protected], i have purchased a king size bed from flipkart on[protected], the delivery date promised to be[protected]. Flip kart fails to deliver the same on the date committed. We received the consignment on the very next day[protected] but found that the parts (Screw and bolts) were missing. We reported the same to flipkart and they assure me answering that the installation man will come and fix the issue by[protected]. Since no one visited us i called the installation man ganesh soni at number [protected] on[protected] and asked him if he is coming or not and also remind him my case that part were missing, answering me he told if parts are missing then he would be of no use he suggested me to call back the flipkart, he just came to my place clicked the pics of the consignment and went off, now again i called flipkart asking why they are not dealing it on priority and once again they shamelessly being apologetic and again extended the date to[protected] with a fake promise of fixing the whole issue. I again called on[protected] and same story continues. What a pathetic service flipkart has make me experienced. I am still not having my consignment. So far i have done endless number of follow ups with flipkart they being a gaint e-commerce company continues to harass me mentally. I have done payment in a one go then why would i wait for my consignment for such a long period. This is a complete fiasco of this big brand they are such a cheater, when on my last call i asked for refund, i remember the lady saying that can not be a situation as per their compnay policy, what the hell is this i asked? Why would i not get my money back... I just want to file a strong case of fraud and mental harass by flipkart..
    I request the board to assit me in this regard

        I have placed an order on flipkart on sept 22nd 2017 which contains 2 nos of redmi 4a mobile phone. The order was placed successfully and rs.12598 was deducted from my sbi card. But after 2 minutes i got a message saying order has been cancelled due to some product unavilable due to high demand issues. When i check in my order list it was shown refund was successfully completed and it will credit back to my account by oct 3rd. But till now i didn't got the refund. I contacted them on oct 3rd itself then they asked me to contact the bank and gave me reference id for the refund. According to the information i contacted my bank and they said no such refund transaction id is present in their system. I contacted them again and they told they have escalated the issue and i will get resolution by oct 10th and their team will be contacting me by 10th oct, but anyone neither contacted me nor i got the refund. Then i again call them back they told there is no update from their concerned team. And again said their team will be contacting me in 24hrs. I waited for another 48hrs but no communication till now. Whenever i call them they keep telling "no update from team" and "our team will be contcating u soon". I don't know what to do now it has been more than 3 weeks now and no action from their side.

        Can somebody please help me what to do now?

          I purchased a vu 55 inches television and 2 years extended warranty from flipkart on 23sep2017 vide order no. Od[protected].

          The television was delivered on 28sep2017 but there was no hard copy of invoice sent along with the order. I waited for a few days and checked my mailbox but to no avail. I tried extracting / emailing the invoice copy from the online portal but "request invoice" option itself is disabled since then. However, i have received the invoice copy via email for the extended warranty but not the television.

          I have raised several complaints to the customer care with either call back / calling myself but they pretend to be helpless of the whole scenario. There is always a promise for resolution but there is absolutely no outcome.

          Invoice copy is the most important component for the legal purchase proof.

          I received the invoice copy on the email communications I've done earlier with the contact centre. But it is highly inconvenient to keep following up for the invoice copy. This should be avoided by Flipkart.

            I purchased perfect home bed from flipkart, on 29th sep 2017, and they delayed for the installation nearly 10 days, then the technician visited on 8th oct 2017, then he found fpund that some mismatched part inside the product. Then i put it for the return back the item. But see till now, i mean 12th oct 2017 not yet get any information or call from flipkart regarding this issue. Simply they are postponing the return pickup date and refund date.

            Today Flipkart return pickup scheduled, but they are asking for the Label should be provided from the jeeves technician on the product like that.
            Regarding this jeeves technician has not provided any information about this.

              I am regular customer of flipkart. But this time really got disappointed with your service.

              1. Very bad customer care service :
              After calling multiple time, some time your executive use to pickup the phone and also after picking call executives are putting it on hold. Today i was in call for 30 minutes but no resolution.

              2. Replacement policy :
              In my case i placed the order for moto c plus.
              I received the item dead on arrival. Then technician visit has done on next day. Technician has found some issue may be hardware or software and after debugging device was working.
              Now point comes if i am buying new item then i should not be asked for any service/debugging, i should receive the item in working condition. This sounds like i bought a brand new car and its not starting then dealer is asking that i need to visit service center first then it will work fine.:)

              So please replace my phone as soon as possible.
              I don't care whether it is hardware or software issue i know the only thing that my newly purchased phone was not working when i received it.

                I have returned my order to flip kart in the given address through india post also got the update from the india post that got delivered on 6 oct also shared the screen shots to flipkart, also talked to customer care for the confirmation, they mentioned is delivered but not reached to the warehouse and they are taking complain for replacement however today i just got a mail replacement is rejected and no replacement refund will be done for me. I have sent the product i dont have the original product and now they refused for more help, pathetic service wanted a solution or my refund

                  I am sending this email to you in total frustration about my order od[protected].
                  First of all, i ordered this phone for my father as a retirement gift for him. The delivery was attempted only once and the delivery person was not polite at all. He rejected the replacement phone (Which was also bought through flipkart and is in perfect working condition and is still in use now) for no reason. There was no reason at all for him to reject it and the person went back telling my mother if you have a problem, call customer care’. What kind of response is this? I have paid for my product and this is not the way i want to be treated. What would my poor parents do? They called me up and said what happened.
                  Then in sometime, i checked the order status and found that it was updated as ‘product rejected by customer’. What kind of attitude is that? It was a gift and my parents were so eager in receiving it. But the delivery person has updated that the customer has rejected the delivery. Very heartbreaking it is.
                  Then i immediately called up the customer care and i was promised by the customer care executive that the product will be delivered in 48 hours and that they were sorry about the mishap.
                  But that also didn’t happen. After 72 hours, i am getting an sms that the delivery was tried again and the customer has rejected the product again. I really don’t understand this. I have paid for this product and i am awaiting delivery but if the ecart people just close the case saying that i rejected makes me look like a fool. What is the point in ordering online with flipkart then? I don’t know if this is done purposely since this mobile that i ordered was on demand. And now, i don’t even have the same product with the same offer to order again. I understand that flipkart puts up sale to increase its business reach and figures. But if this is going to be the sad case of the people who order with you, what kind of message does your ‘grand sale give out to customers? And this is not the first time that i am ordering something with flipkart. You can check my account that i have ordered many even before. But unlike amazon, it was not always a first time right with flipkart.

                  I want to make something clear. Some delivery person has messed up with the happiness of my father’s retirement gift because of the trust i had with flipkart. How is it going to be justified. I need some kind of justification to be made here. It’s truly a trust factor on flipkart that is in conflict now. And te credibility lies with how good are you going to make amends. I cannot order the same product with the same offer and price from my side. Just refunding my money does not make any sense here. Even if i really rejected the product, my money is going to be refunded. But here, something different has happened. You cannot just refund my money just for the lies that your courier partner has made. So if at all flipkart wants to have really happy customers, you have to set something right here.
                  Your customer care portal says ‘customer satisfaction is your highest priority’. What justice are you going to do to your promises?
                  I am waiting to hear from you if there is any that flipkart would regain its trust with a sad customer.

                    I have placed an order for coffee table on 24th sep and supposed to be delivered by 3rd oct. Today is 12th and from last 10 days every one keep saying give me 48hrs. It seems like a never ending 48hrs. Today one of your associates hang up the call on me. Everyone i spoke to have no clue on my order. I have already paid for it. Asked to cancel that also they refused to do. Very disappointed. Someone please help. My time, money, energy everything wasted.

                        I ordered micromax led tv on sep 20, 2017 and they promised me to deliver this product on sep 22, 2017. But as of now (Oct-12, 2017) this product is not delivered. Even though seller and receiver in same city still the product is not delivered after 22 days. Its really irritating work from flipkart and seller. When ever i call customer care they are trying to convince me like it will be delivered soon. But i dont see any useful updates.

                          I had ordered lenovo k6 power 32 gb 3 gb ram on 24th of september at rs 7200. The promise date of delivery was 5th oct. But the product is still not delivered to my address as of 12 oct. The customer care executive i enquired with told me to cancel the order & reorder the same phone again on the flimsy ground of the shipment being damaged. But the same phone is now listed at rs 9999. So i refused to cancel and asked him to deliver the phone as promised. But he said it can't be done & refused to ship me the phone. So i asked him to give me the detailed reason why it can't be done. But still no response. I have been shopping from flipkart for quite some time but never faced any problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with flipkart on this issue. Their customer care executives are not responding positively. They are unwilling to answer even the simple question if the shipment got damaged why they can't ship me a new one??

                            Last year november 13th 2016 order id od[protected], ordered a phone, you are deliver executive has done 3 time transactions, first 2 transactions were cancelled and 3rd transaction was sucessfully done, but first 2 transaction amount were debited, you are executive sad it would be added with in one day or a week, but till now this issue was not solved and the amount not credited.
                            I was totally dissatisfied about the service. I think this mistake is done on behalf of your vendors. However you call centre number is not working and till now i didn't get any response from your end. I need cancelled transaction references numbers on 3 transactions, so that i can proceed to take action further in bank. Please do me a favor. I can show u bank statement

                                Hi. I have placed a led tv order on 20th of sep 2017. The actual delivery date for the order is 25th of september. But they didn't deliver the product. When i contact the customer care they keep on changing the date and finally asked me to cancel the product and i did it on 2 oct. From 2nd october i m waiting for refund amount and i didn't receive till now. My credit card due is very close and i cannot pay that huge amount without getting product. Please solve my issue as early as possible.

                                  I'm from middle class family, 30k amount means is more important to us,, we saving this from a year... This festival i plan to buy a washing machine from i trusted site flipkart from last 10 year.. I ordered product lg 8kg front load washing machine with payment on 20th sep 2017 with payment and got delivered on 25th sep 2017,, flipkart delivered lg 6.5kg front load washing machine and for replacement there is no stock available in website waited for few days and customer care helped me lot for returning product on 6th oct 2017 and my return will be processing item will picked up with in 27th oct 2017 and my payment will stuck until return process complete, it almost 20th day since i ordered... Ok it get hurt on me and i'm not able to happy on dasara festival... After few days i arranged money with friend source and i ordered another lg 8kg washing machine in flipkart with paid on 10th oct 2017 and scheduled for delivery and assign the couier partner also, but evening i got message from flipkart the item not deliver for my location and return processing again my amount stuck in flipkart and for first and second order i used same pincode/address for deliver and my friend also ordered lg washing machine with same pincode, his order is processed and shipped with same courier.. The seller is omnitechretail and courier partner is same for all product i mentioned above.. When i contacted customer support they telling that cancellation from seller end and suggest me to do fresh order.. That product still available for my location now also.. They giving improper reason for cancellation... How can i order another time without money, my two payments still processing... It hurt me lot.. Not able to concentrate on other thing,, i failed to my home bringing washin machine,, flipkart is just playing customer feelings,, how can i celebrate happily dewali, if they consern about customer they make rightful to customer..

                                    I bought a product worth rs.908 from flipkart 4th october 2010. The delivary boy came and i gave my debit card. He put in the machine and after i entered my pin he told that its not working. So i gave him cash rs.908. After sometime i got a message from my bank id that rs.908 debited from my bank account. So two times i paid for the product. I complainted to the customer service. They told me that they havn't get money from my bank account. I have a cctv proof of that day. Now what step i will take to get money back?

                                      Dear flipkart... I order a laptop on 7thoct 2017 and i gave my address but on delivery date when we didn't receive our product and we call then they told us that this is out of deliver due to mismatch even from flilkart many times we order many thing on same address every time we receive so this time how they can this.
                                      Now if i cancel such product and again order so i ll loss 4000rs on one product will they pay for it?? Or they will provide me that product at same price??
                                      Totally bad experience... So sad from such kind of services.

                                        I have placed an order for the springwell mattress on 24.09.2017 on flipkart. As per the delivery schedule, the item was to be shipped by 28/09/2017 and to be delivered on 05/10/2017. It is sad that the item has not been delivered yet. I raised the issue with customer care on 04/10/2017 that the item has not yet been shipped; the customer service assured to get back to me with the problem resolved by 07/10/2017 before 8 pm. But on 07/10/2017 at 14:41 hrs, received a text message and email stating that “we are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue”. Further, they requested me to provide them time till 09/10/2017 5:30 pm to get back to me. As nobody from their backend team called till 7 pm on 9th oct., the deadline committed by them, i made a call around 7:00 pm and the customer service was successful in buying another 24 hours time from me to look into the matter. The executive on line told me that she is placing the complaint on priority channel and the issue will be sorted out within 24 hours. I even made an attempt in the facebook and a gentleman from social media team gave a call back promptly and assured to resolve the issue within 48 hours!!

                                        On 10th oct 2017 at about 6:30 pm, i made a call back to the customer support since nobody from your backend team, who are busy checking the status why the shipment is not done, mind to call me to inform the status. While talking, your executive (Name: mr. Mahesh) told me that “it may take upto 30 days for the delivery sometimes and you have to wait will our backend calls you”. Then i made again a call to talk to some other executive who told me that the complaint is already elevated and will be resolved by today i. E., 11th oct 2017 evening. Even email sent to them is unanswered.

                                        The thing i don’t understand is that it is taking more than 12 days to find out why the item has not been shipped by the seller; and the seller still shows availability of stock of the said mattress as on date (11/10/2017). The main attraction to the order is: “cancellation of the order is not possible!!”.
