[Resolved] Flipkart — unable update my password | |||
Hi sir my name is manikanta. My email id : [protected]@gmail.com And my problem is i am unable to update my password. Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening. Then i used forgot button and then received code. Entered the code successfully. After that it was asking please set a new password. Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible. Verified Support Oct 30, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that customer will be able to login using email id or password and will be able to login to the account. Informed customer that he can login after changing the password also. Customer agreed, no other issue, hence closing the incident.

I tried to change my account password but it is saying unable to change please resolve it
When I'm trying to reset my password it shows "Unable to update the password." as shown in the screenshot.
