I have booked my mobile on 22.10.2017 & delivered date was 26.10.2017 & still i havent received as off now, in consignment tracking it showing miss route??

Could u please reply back or back to the mobile # [protected],

Kindly consider this as my personnel request & make sure things are in right direction.

    I placed an order on 23.09.17 for sony bravia tv vide order no-od[protected] and after making payment of rs.53499/- through debit card, my order was accepted and the product was messaged to be delivered on 13.10.17 (Estimated). Astonishingly yesterday i. E. On 27.09.17, my order was shown to be cancelled without providing any appropriate & adequate reason. As mega sell offer on all online & offline stores are over now which were available upto 24.09.17, so now i will have to pay around rs.10, 000/- more for this product as all prevailing offers are over.

    Therefore, i either want my product to be delivered or the prevailing market price of the product in my city i. E. Guwahati as refund so that it could be purchased now. I don't want to get refund of that much only which was paid by me on 23.09.17 coz product is no more available at that price now neither in market nor through other online sellers. Plese get this issue resolved soon to avoid legal litigation. I again repeat that merely refund of rs.53499/- will not absolve you from your liabilities.

      Is flipkart selling defective product by
      Giving huge discount through big billion? I am asking because maximum time initially i had received defective products and i had been forced to ask for replacement on 25th november 2017, i have purchased moto m mobile, it's also defective product as usual, there are lots of problems which have been observed, i have asked for replacement but nothing is done til now., it's getting mental harassment. Is there any compensation for metal harassment? However, i am requesting to flipkart please arrange to pick up the defective product and please provide either non defective product or refund the money.

      I am again requesting to please do something as soon as possible.

        Hi. I went through the same ordeal. Ordered a tv (Od[protected] during big billion sale for which payment was also made thru cc. Recvd a confirmation message informing about reschedule in delivery date. And then order is cancelled and payment refunded in my account. All this with no intimation to customer. Best part is when i spoke to cc agent - amanpreet she took 20 minutes to get her supervisor-pushpinder on call when i asked my call to be tfd to escalation desk. And the solution that i am given is that order was cancelled from seller's end. Since it was a non-serviceable pincode. Fail to understand how did the order got processed in first place. Seller did not contact us once for delivery attempt. So i tried to place a fresh order with same pincode. Order got thru again. Can someone explain me what kind of sham are we running

          I had ordered mi a1 phone from flipkart on 12 september and it was delivered on 16 sepember. As it was for my brother who was coming on 18, i gift wrapped the box and gave him on 18th september night. When the box was opened there was a similar type of cardboard box inside and nothing inside it. I immediately called flipkart on the spot. When i called they put me on hold for more than 30 min but nothing was done. I again complained on 19th of september and now the executive had requested replacement for the phone. And i was told to wait till 1 oct and solution will be provided. But on 27 of september my replacement request was rejected. I called them and asked what had happened. They just said that we cannot do anything now this request is rejected nothing can be done now we have investigated and phone was delivered to you and bla bla bla. Now the thing is i have successfully wasted 15k rs. Nothing is done by them. I want my money back or a new phone instead of that.

            I couldn't get my phone (I phone 7) as delivery executive refused to do the exchange of my phone (I phone 5s). I will narrate you everything, how it happened.

            Your delivery executive checked my phone physically and he proceeded it, then he checked imei no. & brand and proceeded it, then he checked it physically and proceeded it and he ask me to sign out and reset my phone and checked it. Everything was good and done. Later after few minutes said my phone corners (Edges) have some scratches due to which order can not be proceed.

            My point is when, it has scratches which was not acceptable (As per delivery executive) then why did he ask me sign out and reset my phone. On one go it was done and later he refused it and he was saying that i can not take it or else they will cut his salary.

            Other thing is inspection was done by a guy who was not able to read and i feel he was not knowledgeable and educated enough to take such decisions on ground.

            During all this process i had wasted 2 hours which was out my working hours, i'm a vp sales and i can not afford such waste of time.

            I spoke to your customer care executive, he said they have given all the responsibilities to the e-kart team (Delivery executive) in taking the exchange related decision. And he said my order will be cancelled and i will have to raise a new order. I was trying to understand from him why this was happening and he couldn't answer my queries and cut the phone without intimating me.

            There has to be a procedure and which needs to be followed so that you ensure customers time and effort are not wasted.in today's case, i have wasted my time, efforts, money and most importantly i have lost trust on brand like flipkart.
            End of the day, i was asked to do new order. Now the situation is, that i will have to do all the setup on my old phone and waste my time again.

            I would request you to please look into this and get it resolved. If i can not avail this offer and get my phone kindly refund my money and i will stop buying goods from flipkart

              On 23of sept i purchased one semi automatic intex washing machine. Price was 5999 but due to offer they have given 10%discount and charged 5399only. I got approval from there side and my delivery date was 27sept 2017. Than i started checking status of my order but nothing was there than on 27 afternoon i made call on customer care they said it will deliver by 29 september than i said ok no problem, but on same day in the evening i got the message that your order was canceled and we will refund the amount by 12of october. Which kind of behavior is this really very unprofessional ridiculous. They such a fraud. How can you cancel my order without giving any information and why are you taking so much time in refund why are you holding my money for 20 days. Really very bad they are such a fraud don't believe on there offers after taking payment they will cancel tha order and hold the money.

                Dear madame/sir

                With all due respect,

                I am writing this with a deep sense of anguish that we have ordered a
                Moto x mobile through your flipkart online stores and on 14.05.2017
                The mobile bearing an imei no: [protected] was received against
                Our order with subsequent payment of rs.19, 121.00 paid in full. To our
                Surprise while unpacking the phone and started switching it on the
                Accentuate phone was found to be malfunctioning getting hanged with
                Unusual hissing noise.. Besides our earnest efforts we have contacted
                The flip kart helpline and further informed them the issue aforesaid.
                Later they have agreed and a replacement phone was given on
                23.05.2017.

                Again when we try to unpack and start switching it on the similar
                Problems like hanging with hissing noise persists again after a
                Strenuous follow up we contacted the flipkart helpline further clearly
                Explained them the persisting hanging and hissing noise issue of the
                Replacement phone. For bye the flipkart customer care have advised us
                To hand over the phone to the authorized service centre in chennai
                Accordingly the same was handed over on 06.07.2017 and after a month
                Time on 08.08.2017 the authorized motorola service centre has
                Informed us that the main board has failed due to water logging.
                Besides that he also added that this is a mobile phone of older
                Version in which the spares are not readily available

                We wonder how?? The water logging can be happened in an unsealed pack
                Of flipkart further we suspect they are sidestepped and eschewed the
                Issue by closing the complaint as water logging problem. The statement
                Which the service centre executive from the authorized service center,
                Chennai has registered through his service report (Scanned version is
                Attached) was found to be ridiculous, unethical, devoid of the merits
                Of flipkart, varsity and un acceptable from our end. If the water
                Logging persists in an unsealed pack its neither questioning the
                Credibility of the flipkart online stores nor suspecting the quality
                Of motorola product
                .
                More over we have tried our best to contact the customer care but it
                Has elicited with no results only ended up with much annoying further
                We request your good side and your commendable station to kindly
                Administer and help us by taking back this faulty handset and to
                Provide us a fully functional replacement phone moto x at the
                Earliest. And prove the credibility of flipkart online stores and
                Quality of motorola brand.

                We hope the flipkart will always gain their momentum in the hearts of
                Genuine online shoppers like us.

                Awaiting for your response at your earliest convenience!.

                If we are found to be ignored for more than a week time without any
                Fruitful response from your end. Then we have no choice other than
                Taking up this issue legally and also we will disseminate and

                  Reference with subject, this is to inform you that i was book a mobile phone mi note 4 on dt. 01.09.2017 from flipkart against invoice no. Fabba[protected] dt. 01.09.2017 order id: od[protected]

                  At the time of booking it’s clearly show that no cost emi (No additional charges i. E. Interest paid if i pay paid the amount in 6 emi) but when i received the statement from bank it’s show every month emi of rs. 2268+gst it’s comes to 2268x6 emi = rs.13608/- which means rs.539/- extra as interest amount paid to my bank.

                  When i call in bank regarding this they said the emi convert request received from merchant to they can’t help in this regard.

                  I have also received the invoice from flip cart of rs. 12484/- but you fwd. Request to my bank for convert the amount in to emi of rs. 13069/-

                  So i request you to please advise us where is the discount amount of rs.515/- & how i can get the same.

                  please ready my complaint again !

                  EMI convert request proceed by flipkart to my bank directly, as i am already checked with my bank that this over charged taken by flipkart from my bank. and flipkart directly approach to my bank for convert this transaction not i am. so my bank advise to check with flipkart for this issue, as they release the payment to flipkart of Rs. 13069 instead of Rs.12554.


                  i have received bill of Rs. 12554.00/-
                  EMI convert request send from flipkart to my bank for Rs. 13069.00/-
                  as the time of booking this mobile flipkart show offer no additional cost emi charged if pay in 6 emi with sbi card.

                  but when i received the statement from bank it's charged additional amount i.e. 2268 X 6 emi which is total 13608.00/- (all supporting docs already sent you earlier & today again send)

                  i received the bill from flipkart of Rs. 12554.0/-
                  but pay total pay[protected]= Rs. 1054/-

                  1. now my question is if you claim 12554 from my bank then why you confirm to proceed emi for an amount of 13069 instead of 12554.

                  2. how interest charged by bank as at the time of booking clearly show that no additional cost pay if convert 6 emi from sbi card.

                  now i want my money back from flipkart.

                  plz. take this matter on priory & refund the excess amount asap.

                    I just bought digiflip pro tablet few years ago.. And after using for 6-7 months it stopped working.. Till now i went to 4-5 authorised service center to repare my tablet but from last 1 years no one can solve that problem some says that they dont have parts, people or they don't know about the tablet and they can't solve the problem and they just told to take a new tablet from u and give u my old tablet...
                    Sir please do something and replace my tablet with new tab or atleast make my tablet working.. Sir please look into this matter and solve it fast..

                      Namasthe sir, my name is ravi naik i am ordered one mobile lenovo k8 plus in offer rate 8, 099/-. I am payied my money in flipkart and my order also showing status packaging, yesterday i got a message "your order cancelled the amount you have paid for that product will be refunded". What is this sir, and the flipkart person calling me and he told "out of stock sir that's way i cancelled that offer and we can re order in modified amount" now the actual prise is 10, 899. The festival offer is gone. I lost of my time and i sell my old mobile. Plese help me sir thanking you sir.

                      Online transaction for rs 21490/_ not done by me.pl advise from which mob no.transaction tried, I have received a message from SBI card, for otp for the transaction for which I have not done.

                      What a way to make us Indians STUPID.

                      Was waiting for Huawei P9 sale and even did not get to office to get this product. Was ready in front of computer to grap the offer.

                      As soon as the sale started, added product to cart and got message "OUT OF STOCK".

                        Why flipkart has become such worst service provider. I always had a trust. But now it has really turned very bad.

                        Customer order some item, after some days cancel the product saying it was cancelled by customer. What kind of fraud activity is flipkart doing?

                        The courier person came home and he is not ready to deliver the product as he was busy with some personal work. So why the customer has to bare this? Why are you not ready to deliver the product even after making the payment.

                        This is not right what flipkart has done. If flipkart cannot sell product in offer price, please do not fool customer saying, we have better offers and we will deliver your product for better price.

                        If we call customer care, they say only two sentence as system recorded,
                        1. Sir sorry
                        2. Future we will not repeat.

                        I am facing this issue for the second time. Really frustrated with flipkart, no proper delivery service, no proper customer support as well.

                        Worst shopping company ever. Time and money is wasted just because of flipkart.

                        No manager support, no escalations allowed. Then what is the point of customer care.

                        Flipkart please understand customers pain.

                            I ordered a lg froast free refrigerator, order id[protected], on[protected] made payment. Estimated delivery date was on[protected]. But the item has not been delivered so far. I made number of calls to 24x7 help desk, but no result forthcoming. During this period i got several message indicating that the order is on the way to my location.in the evening they will reschedule the delivery giving reason like traffic block, late arrival etc. I contacted the delivery team manager several times and his replay was that he will into the look matter. But nothing happened. According to the information available from the website the order has reached kochi hub on 23rd september. I reauest a solution to deliver my order.

                              This is about mobile phone with replacement and order number od[protected].
                              This complaint is because of the delivery boy who intentionally spent about half an hour at my place when only my mother was at home and he tried to act that mobile which he has to pick up is not working. It was just formatted as per the instruction given by flipkart. Obviously there won't be any sim card in mobile which is supposed to be exchange, he is asking that there is no signal in mobile so it is not working. He promised to come back in evening when i will back to home, but he never turned up. Now he is logging that old mobile is not working so order can not be delivered.
                              While calling customer care, they are also not able to contact the person as he has not updated his number on portal. I am helpless without mobile since last 3 days. Just because of a delivery boy and i really doubt his intention.

                                A terribly bad shopping experience with flipkart!
                                I think, i've thrown rs 8549 in water.
                                I ordered a moto e4 plus mobile phone on flipkart during the big billion day offer. The shipment was delivered on 27 the september, 2017. On opening the shipment box, i am astonished at seeing that the mobile phone is not there, even the other components like charge, cable etc are also missing. Only the brand package of moto is found inside the shipment box..
                                I requested the courier boy to open and demonstrate the product, but he refused to do so. He told me that i couldn't open it in the office of courier. I opened the package outside of the courier office and got disappointed.
                                . The seal of moto company was also not there. The shipment box of flipkart wasn't property sealed. One side of the package was re-sealad with cello tape. The malpractice was done so accurately, that nobody will be able to detect it at a glance. I think, it was opened by someone else before delivery and the unit was stolen.
                                When i opened the package, i got only the charger cable, and the paper based manual,
                                The main unit, and headphone were missing from the package.
                                I have captured a number of snapshots from different angles, and a full video when i unboxed it. I wanted to share my first time experience with my friends via facebook and twitter. But i am totally disappointed now.
                                At this point of time i request flipkart to investigate the issue thoroughly, and give me a full compensation against the loss which i have incurred.
                                I have captured some photographs and videos o[censored]nboxing the product, please see them.
                                It is a very serious issue, so please look through the matter, and get back with a proper response.

                                  I talk to one of the senior excecutive of flipkart mr vikas. So he did not give me a proper feedback. My cocern is how d company can cancel my order without my concern. I order samsung j3pro. Which was promise to delieverr on 25sep 2017. Company is not able to deliever the product at a price 7090 rs now they are saying. I have to reagain order this product n i have to pay 7990.

                                    I have cancelled this request by 22nd september. Not sure that why this
                                    Request got delivered on 25th. I received the return and refund email and message. But when i checked my order on 26th it showed delivered status. I couldnt find the return or refund status. Filpkart has cheated me in this product. I do have the cancellation confirmation mail and
                                    Messages.
                                    I want to return this item as i did not order for this and i require refund of my

                                      In this order, i am very much annoyed to see that both the foundations ordered are without original packing and also used one. Especially mac foundation tube is almost empty.. When i checked even those items are marked as non returnable which is more horrible. I am regular customer and really unhappy to get the products in this way.

                                        I bought a laptop through flip kart on 23rd september 2017. Used exchange offer by which i go further discount of rs 1400 for pentium 4 for fully operational compaq laptop. The courier personnel said that the exchange offer is available only when the laptop will operate for minimum 30 second on battery.. But no such rule was their during applying exchange coupon and i paid the entire amount via debit card.. Now the new laptop is their with courier personnel.. But they are telling for new rule. My laptop is fully operational and with pentium4 windows 7 is installed and working properly... But battery is down as laptop was not used for last 2 month.. Except battery my p4 laptop is working fine...
