Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as customer had issue with the EMI, checked regarding the issue, customer needs to get in touch with the bank for further clarification.

please ready my complaint again !
EMI convert request proceed by flipkart to my bank directly, as i am already checked with my bank that this over charged taken by flipkart from my bank. and flipkart directly approach to my bank for convert this transaction not i am. so my bank advise to check with flipkart for this issue, as they release the payment to flipkart of Rs. 13069 instead of Rs.12554.
i have received bill of Rs. 12554.00/-
EMI convert request send from flipkart to my bank for Rs. 13069.00/-
as the time of booking this mobile flipkart show offer no additional cost emi charged if pay in 6 emi with sbi card.
but when i received the statement from bank it's charged additional amount i.e. 2268 X 6 emi which is total 13608.00/- (all supporting docs already sent you earlier & today again send)
i received the bill from flipkart of Rs. 12554.0/-
but pay total pay[protected]= Rs. 1054/-
1. now my question is if you claim 12554 from my bank then why you confirm to proceed emi for an amount of 13069 instead of 12554.
2. how interest charged by bank as at the time of booking clearly show that no additional cost pay if convert 6 emi from sbi card.
now i want my money back from flipkart.
plz. take this matter on priory & refund the excess amount asap.
