Hi,
I have ordered redmi note 4 on big billion day sale. Order id

And flipkart shipped as well, but as per them it is misrouted to chennai.
The order is shipped from bangalore itself and delivery location is also bangalore how can it was misrouted to chennai. It is unbelievable.
I called customer service and told them to send it back to correct address. But they told it cannot be delivered since it is misrouted.
Even though it is misrouted it’s a mistake of courier partner not from myside so it can be delivered to correct address with little delay.
But flipkart cancelled my order without informing me.
As per the below tracking the product is back from chennai to bangalore so they can ship it easily.
What is the need of cancelling the order.
Is this is the game played by flipkart to get more price than offer for that product.
If they are not ready to give in such offer why they made it in big billion days.
This will definitely spoil flipkarts reputation.
