I have ordered samsung galaxy on next, its tempered glass & back cover on 21 sep 17 in the offer period of 21-24 sep. Which was a offer period declared by flipkart, order get approved & material was supposed to be delivered on 24 sep, but i could not received the material, then i contacted to the flipkart customer care executives several times on 24, 25, 26 sept, they gave me assurance to wait till 26 sep. But un-fortunately my order get auto cancelled on 26 sep. When i contacted with customer care executive, they simply said sorry, they can’t help in this matter. I have requested to talk with the seniors to resolve the issue, but they simple denied, when i again requested to forward my call to seniors, they simple keep me on hold & after 8-10 minutes, call was getting ended.
So i request you to ressolve the issue & get my materials with the same price tag as per order.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, and explained about the cancellation and asked him to place a fresh order for the same. Hence closing the complaint.
