I purchased an iphone se 32 gb on 21st september, 2017 & it was delivered on 22nd september, 2017, but there was touchpad issue. At the night of 22nd september, 2017, i tried to return it, but there was no such option in my order. Ultimately, i wrote a message regarding this and also contacted customer care official, but no result came out. Even customer care official took no pain in replying me. At last on 23rd september, 2017, i went to iphone service center. Service engineer sanjay told, “your iphone set is defective, after repairing only it will work”. Further, service engineer said, “you have to submit your phone, so that we can sent it to bengaluru for repairing”.in completion of whole work, 14 working days are required. (Copy of service sheet enclosed). Ok, it will be repaired, but had i purchased a repaired iphone.
2. I am regular customer of flipkart for last 5 years, but at this time you have breached my trust. I am feeling cheated.
3. Is it a case of cheating? Certainly yes. If you purchase new phone and you find it defective. Despite you are not in position to return it. How you feel?
4. Do i pointed out irregularities which are persisting in your system among common men by the help of media? Your wrong deed must be known to them. So that everybody can know how you cheat customer.
5. It seems that i will have to put my case before consumer forum for getting justice.
