I purchased moto e 4 plus phone from flipkart. I am facing weak signal and signal flactuation issue in phone. It came to know after taking with motorola customer care centre that these phone model has some technical issue and they are working on it to update software to resolve the issue. I also talked with flipkart customer centre and got replied that you are already late, you should contact to us within 10 days after receiving the phone. Why flipkart is selling such type of phone which already had some technical issue and why they are making fool to customers. If phone has technical issue then why motorola or flipkart are not recalling the product. Pls. Suggest should i go to consumer court for the same.

We had interacted with the customer he was stating that having issue with the signal and network provided basic troubleshooting. Customer have come to us after the replacement policy, for which customer needs to get in touch with the ASC for further assistance.

    Sir, i have ordered one product on 20th sept nd my expected delivery date is 23rd sept and they rescheduled it to 25, then to 27 then again to 30 th. Sir, i’m complaining daily from 23 rd sept. And daily they all give fake commitments and promises. Last tym when i complained on 30 th they said u will definitely get product before 3rd oct but on 23rd sept product is shipped & still it is there in ur bengaluru hub. Sir, i complained hundreds of times but no one is solving my problem. I also registered my complaint in media support on twitter also but no one is solving my problem. They always give me a new date. Sir, already 15 days passed and i already paid money of that product. The amount i paid is ₹3450/-. My ordr no is od[protected] and my reg no is [protected]. Sir, you r only my last hope. Otherwise i don’t left with any option i have to go legally then. Sir, plz look on this issue & deliver my product. Daily i spent two hours by talking to your executives but no one is doing anything. Courier partner is e kart.

      I was browsing the flipkart on[protected] at 12:00 am as it was the first day of the 3 day sale. As soon i opened i saw jbl tune speakers being offered for rs 1499, but when i clicked on it, the price displayed was rs 3745. When i again opened the same, i was prompted to item's page where the cost was rs 4777. I did verify whether the price did differ for the color variants and it was not.

      When it was mentioned that the speakers are offered for rs 1499, it is just to mislead the customers into increasing the traffic since they do feel that there are many items on the offer.

          Hi Team,
          I am writing this mail to inform about the worst ever experience with flipkart service.

          For this particular order#OD[protected]Macsoon Cover Accessory Combo for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 G7102 G7103 G7106), I have received the combo product with missing one of the items(ear phone) and the other item (back cover) is worst. After following up so many times yesterday, flipkart care arranged the refund of the order to my bank account, so I have shared my account number also and flipkart care has scheduled a return pick up by 7th oct. Yesterday during the call I have informed so many times to make aware the Wish master about the missing product, so that he will not ask for the missing product during return pick up and I was assured about that. But flipkart has failed to inform the Ekart pickup service about the missing product and the wish master denied to pick the return unless I submit the whole combo(which I did not receive). After that when I reached out to flipkart support today around 2 pm, I was told that the system is having some issues so they are unable to do any changes in my order but the person has mentioned a note so that I dont have to explain again in my next call and I was asked to call after 5pm. When I called after 5pm today, I spoke to one of the senior support member and after I discussed about 30mns with him he assured me that he has rescheduled the pick up and I dont have to go through all the issues again. He also sent a message with return ID[protected]. But when I checked around 9 pm again, to my surprise all the return and refund requests has been cancelled with out even informing me. When I reached to customer care the person straight away denied to process the refund with out even letting me know the reason for the cancellation of the return and refund requests.

          Till yesterday I was very satisfied with flipkart service and filling secured to associate with flipkart but this order has created a very bad impact and I will have to think twice before purchasing anything again. One thing I am mentioning here very clearly. As per the mails and telephonic discussions I was assured about the refund of my money. But now denying it by cancelling the requests in such a manner is not so flipkart standard. So do the needful ASAP.

            This is regarding order no: OD[protected]
            I placed the order on 24th Sept and when I placed it showed 2-5 days free shipping but the product reached us late and by then we bought other product from some other website. The product seal is intact and we need to return the product. We do not need money back, you can give us money in our Flipkart wallet which we will use to buy some other product. I have been buying from Flipkart regularly and will request you to please take the product back as we do not have any use of it anymore as we have already bought it from somewhere else.
            I will kindly request you to take the product back as we do not need it anymore. All the seal and packing is intact.

            The customer executive behavior and response is just pathetic. In the last 2 days I have conversed with an executive named Mohan Singh and an Escalation specialist, Return department named Jibraeel mansoori, but they were constantly saying to use the product atleast once and then raise the request even after describing the whole issue that the product is of no use to me now. Their response had no relation to the problem I was facing. I do not know how they handle customer grievances and even are qualified enough to handle customer issues.

                I have purchased this mobile phone from flipkart it has screen afault and also looked like the phone was tampered when opened. Flipkart has taken a replacement request and they promised to solve by 1 oct 2007 but its 4 oct still they have not replacedand ticket is still open.
                They have not replaced and saying we are working give 24h everyday
                Every day ihave called and updated but they are promising it will be replaced but we need more time.
                One of the customer care said since we had holidays we will solve your replacement late.
                I had raised replacement on 27 sept it is getting delayedand they are not replacing.
                Display is totally faulty and flipkart is delaying in replacement i have attached image for proof of return request.

                  I ordered a redmi note 4 mobile but when i received it it was not switching on so i requested to return the product but since then there is no response from flipkart team please get in touch as soon as possible my order id is od[protected] as i got the mobile as i tried to switch it on the screen was not switching on and when i charged it for 3 hours and then tried to switch it on only mi logo was to be seen and further nothing was happening please take my complaint into consideration and replace my mobile as soon as possible

                        In billion day i have ordered sansai 80l fridge but it was not to my expectations..

                        I asked customer support people to return and will get a big fridge instead on this in flipkart. But i am totally not convinced.

                        I have made multiple orders but you are not worrying about customers satisfaction.

                        I didnt asked refund amount but a new big fridge. I didnt even used for one day..

                        This is the way you ppl do with customers.

                        I am planning to buy a new 190l fridge if you accept my return.

                        Will u do or i will be forced to quit

                            My name is dhiraj mitra. I ordered a product on sep 21st '17 7:31 am from kolkata, pin - 700135. The product is jbl t250si wired headphone which costed rs 699. The product was delivered on 3rd october 2017.
                            After checking the product, did not like the sound quality so decided to exchange the product (3rd october same day when it was delivered) for a higher quality headphones so the sound quality is better.
                            After the return was initiated flipkart's customer service advisor called today (4th october) time around 3pm and informed that the product cannot be returned as the product is working properly. It cannot be returned due to seller's policy that it can only be replaced if the product is damaged (Not because the sound quality is not good).
                            One question: if the product does not match with customer's expectation how can the customer use the product even if no exchange offered to buy a better quality product???
                            Manish, the flip kart customer service adviser informed that electronics goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the product does not meet customer's expectation.
                            (If trials can be offered, the perfect product can be bought).
                            As per their policy (Seller's - supercomnet) 10 days replacement is only offered and nothing else.
                            A customer is forced to keep the product even if the customer does not like the product.
                            An offer was made to manish (Flip kart's customer service adviser) that flipkart can keep rs 699 (Balance), no refund required, so this balance can be adjusted towards buying a good quality product from them. I selected a new product which costed around rs 3000, remaining balance will be paid in cash.
                            The adviser did not consider this. I am very dissatisfied with the service they offered.
                            Off line shopping offers exchange if the product is not suitable provided i exchange the new product with the same cost product or higher cost. (This should be taken into consideration)
                            I want a proper apology for creating unnecessary nuisance for customer like me and why they take the policy from sellers who only replaces the product if damaged only.
                            If they take those policies, they should offer a service (Trial for a day) by which customers are not harassed later as this is online shopping.
                            Exchanging the product for a higher value product should be considered so customer can trust them who shops and trust them just by seeing the picture of the product.

                              Per order no. Od[protected], i have purchased ifb 23l convection microwave oven on sat, sep 23rd ​2017 and the product was delivered to me on​ ​​wed, sep 27th, 2017.

                              ​​my ticket number for the installation and demo with​ ​ifb is​ ​[protected]. I was informed by you on​ ​sep 28th, 2017 that the installation and demo will be completed by​ ​​sat, sep 30th, 2017. However, with deep regret i have to report that till today​ i. E. Oct 4th, 2017​ no installation​ or demo​ has been done from your seller.

                              It seems that neither you nor your seller has any concern for the customer. If this is the quality of your service before i begin to use the product, then what kind of service can i expect from you if any problem arises in future? I lament my decision to buy ​​t​his product​ from you.​

                              I call upon you to make the arrangements for the installation and demo of your product within 24 hours else pick-up your product and refund my money with interest at 18% p. A. It may be noted that i reserve my right to claim compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused to me due to the deficiency in service from your end.

                                  Am ordered for samsung mobile phone which suppose to deliver on 28.09.17 and received to me on 03.10.17. Funny thing that i found that moto mobile instead of samsung. Unfortunately i have paid the amount and didn't get any support from your customer support team and i sent a message and got reply that same will interchange in three days time.. Today morning i got a message that same can't be interchange and my request has been rejected. Need to solve this on priority and or else i need to make a complaint with consumer court.

                                    Hello, i have requested a replacement on my order od[protected] but i want a refund and not a replacement because i had already ordered the same shoes again since only refund option was available until then. I chose replacement by mistake and i want a refund but i cannot contact flipkart since their number is not working and the email address also is "no longer in use" please help.
