I, tuhin subhra mondal have received a moto m mobile phone from flipkart on 21st september, 2017 where it has been mentioned in the specification that this is volte supported but after getting this seen that it is not, i have understood that i have been misguided by the online shopping website. I have requested to refund the item because i am not satisfied with the fraudulent business practice, but the technical team and customer service of this online shopping website is continuously trying to manipulate me and they are delaying the process because as per flipkart's refund policy the refund would be done within 10days after receiving the item. Now they have approved only replace but not refund. But i am not satisfied with this because i couldn't believe that they would give me a volte enabled moto m phone. I am extremely facing problem because of the delay and i need immediate solution against this malpractice of flipkart. I shall be highly obliged if you would take some necessary steps against this. I am attaching supporting documents.

The flipkart's customer service executive is continuously trying to close the problem by providing me wrong information about VOLTE and LTE over mail and phone. I am attaching some screenshots regarding this and if I would get an opportunity to upload voice recording of conversation between me and flipkart's customer service executive then it will also be a great proof of the cheating of flipkart.

    Today is 28th of sep and i had ordered a smart tv from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered at my place on 27th. Now on 27th i received a msg from flipkart stating due to undue circumstances delivery will be late. I spoke to their customer service rep who assured me that delivery will happen today. I had ordered this product as it’s my mother birthday today. Now today i get a msg from flipkart that i will get the delivery and gave me number as well for the courier guy. I called him at 3pm to ask when will i get it today on which i was informed that it will happen today before 8pm. I had to call this guy numerous times till 8pm who informed me he is on his way. Around 830pm he said he is at borivali east in my area however the product still not delivered. I called again and now he says that his vehicle broke down and he is at malad highway. I asked him then why did i was misinformed that he is at borivali in which he said it’s by mistake. I requested to get the product delivered anyhow as it’s a gift for my mother on her birthday. Still he didn’t budge and hung up. I called flipkart and spoke to the supervisor named somesh who asked me to hold the line and then said delivery will happen tomorrow ie on 29th sep 2017. I informed him that this is misleading and i need my product on time now. Else i would like a compensation for the same. He rudely informed me tht i can cancel the product but no compensation will be provided. I requested to speak with his boss then on which he denied abruptly stating he will not transfer the call and i will not get any compensation for the hassle i had been through which i felt is demeaning as a customer. I would like some justic on this issue asap. Attached is the screen shot of my order delivery

      I called agent, he says tv will get deliverd by today max as today is expected last day for delivery of order. I waited and than called they said, my complaint will get resolved by 4th oct now. Flipkart is making fool. I was suppose to gift this to someone and now they are saying they need time till 4th oct. Highly unprofessional people. I will never buy anything from them and asks for the compensation of the delay that has happened from there side.

      Every representative says sir sorry. I don't need your sorry. You troubled me, learn from amazon, how much they care for customer.

            Dear flipkart team, my order id is od[protected]. I have ordered for 2 mobiles and payment made through bajaj finserv. The order has been accepted and approved by flipkart. Bajaj has already send emi details and emi will be starting and amount also blocked from my bajaj emi card limit.
            The mobiles has suppose to deliver today. The order showing under processing but it not happen. I called customer care they told we will escalate and concern team will call.

            After that 1 person called and told he from flipkart escalation team he told you have to cancel the order since it not yet authorise. I ask him who has to authorise, he telling same thing u have to cancel and rebook. I clearly told i have made payment and got emi details. The payment has been received by flipkart or seller. Then he telling seller authorisation pending. I ordered on 24th. Flipkart cant do anything u must cancel. I told u give credit coupon for equalent amount difference. Since i bought for big billion day due to discounts. "#flipkart #bigbilliondaysale"
            Kindly look into this and process my order and confirm.

              I had ordered a mobile (Registered number: [protected]) (Moto g5 plus)
              During the big billion day sale on exchange offer.

              When the wish master had come for the delivery he rejected my replacement
              Mobile on account of dis-colour of panel. On further discussion it was
              Agreed with the head of wish master and the flipkart executive on call
              (Recording can be checked) that i can get the reattempt delivery if i
              Replace the panel. I had raised a reattempt request on the basis of this
              Discussion.

              Further i got the panel replaced on the next day from the motorola
              Authorised dealer @ rs.2000/-.

              However, now i've got an update that a refund has been initiated on the
              Purchase and product has been returned.

              Further, i've raised a complaint against the wish master - complaint number
              - in[protected]

              Also, i've had word with 2 of your senior associates for my concern. Also a
              Promise was made for a call back from the manager of senior associates
              Yesterday before 7 pm. A call was received from flipkart yesterday saying
              That manager is busy at around 6.45 pm and will call you in 15-20 minutes
              However there was no call after that.

              Further, i called today twice for inquiring about the managers call. On the
              First attempt, i call was put on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected
              Without any word. On 2nd call, the person concerned, said the executives
              Are very busy.

              I am seeking a compensation for my loss or get the original product
              Delivered.

              Dear Team,

              I was given assurance by Flipkart twice in mail that my amount will be refunded however I've not got the refund yet.

              The product I had was given was fully intact and working and the wish master had verified the product properly before taking it and subsequently approved the product without any concern

              As I was assured for the refund and only thats the reason I had ordered the product again as suggested by the Flipkart executive hence I request for the refund at the earliest.

              Attached are the images of assurance given by flipkart of refund for Rs. 3, 290/- twice and also apologising for delay in the refund process. However only assurance was given but no refund was given.

                I have ordered this microvave oven on 20th sep and product not delivered yet. Every time we call customer care we are getting response like within next two days you issue get resolved. Today i got a response saying your product is on the way for delivery.                       Dear sir,
                      We have recently bought a godrej safe locker wj20400 from flipkart but when we tried to open it, it did not open though we used the correct pin and also used the master key for that but then it only locked but still the door did not open and when we called the godrej customer care then they asked for the seller who sold us that safe from flipkart and when we provided that infomation then they replied that the company named "tech connect retail pvt ltd" in mumbai-nashik does not belong to their authorized dealers. And when we call the flipkart customer care then also we are not getting any solution. We bought it from big billion days scheme of flipkart and when it came faulty, they agreed to take that product back and refund but not to exchange that product with a working product.

                        Dear sir,

                        I purchased an iphone se 32 gb on 21st september, 2017 & it was delivered on 22nd september, 2017, but there was touchpad issue. At the night of 22nd september, 2017, i tried to return it, but there was no such option in my order. Ultimately, i wrote a message regarding this and also contacted customer care official, but no result came out. Even customer care official took no pain in replying me. At last on 23rd september, 2017, i went to iphone service center. Service engineer sanjay told, “your iphone set is defective, after repairing only it will work”. Further, service engineer said, “you have to submit your phone, so that we can sent it to bengaluru for repairing”.in completion of whole work, 14 working days are required. (Copy of service sheet enclosed). Ok, it will be repaired, but had i purchased a repaired iphone.

                        2. I am regular customer of flipkart for last 5 years, but at this time you have breached my trust. I am feeling cheated.

                        3. Is it a case of cheating? Certainly yes. If you purchase new phone and you find it defective. Despite you are not in position to return it. How you feel?

                        4. Do i pointed out irregularities which are persisting in your system among common men by the help of media? Your wrong deed must be known to them. So that everybody can know how you cheat customer.

                        5. It seems that i will have to put my case before consumer forum for getting justice.

                          I have ordered redmi note 4 on flipkart on 21st sep, 2017, expected to be delivered on 23rd sep, later they shifted the delivery date to 24, 25, 28 of september. But the product has not been delivered. Moreover they called me and asked to cancel the product as the seller is unable to ship the product, but it is clearly showing that the product has been packed, shipped and dispatched and reached the hub of my location. Simply they are lying to the customers and wasting the time. I want my product to be delivered with the same offer that is applicable on that when i have purchased.

                            This is my third attempt to place my refund on this product. I ordered size 8 zeb boots but received size 7. Apparently its a fraud.

                            Perhaps due to flipkart careless or negligence after sales service, no delivery boy came up to take the parcel back.

                            I have mentioned all the possible details of my address and alternate contact# and thats your duty to provide such details to the people whom you deploy to receive the product back.

                            Please process the request asap before i have to escalate or raise a complaint.

                              They are not providing any demo and installation of that TV even after scheduled time.

                              Also they are not replying to any of mails and calls.

                              There is no update about the Insatllation.

                              Total wastage of my money.Worst service in the world.Never buy any product from flipkart.

                                Order ids' - od[protected] order cancelled and refund not provided yet.
                                Order placed on aug-26 and cancelled on the same day. Waiting for refund since then.

                                Order id - od[protected] - faulty product delivered and waiting for refund.
                                Order placed on aug-26 and product was delivered on 2nd sep. Product was broken when it was delivered. We have been waiting for new product to be delivered or refund since then

                                Cost of both these order id is more than 51k and we have been following up for refund since aug26. Everytime i call the customer care i was given the same reply stating it will be processed in 2 days. It's been one month we are following up with you without proper response. I can atleast try to accept the delay in delivering the replacement product but for the cancelled order does it take one month to refund money. Do you even plan to return my money?
                                This is the worst customer care experience i had so far. I dont think i would ever order anything with flipkart again.

                                  I had placed a pre-paid order for 'lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb)' on flipkart on thu, sep 21st '17 2:18 pm while big billion days.

                                  - initially the delivery date given to me was mon, sep 25th '17.

                                  - the last update on the app regarding the shipment was on sat, 23rd sep at 11:21 am. After this there was no update.

                                  - i called up a couple of times and everyone gave me the same information that the product is in shipment and will be delivered by promised date.

                                  - on my third call to them i asked for an escalation on 25th september when the product did not reach me. They confirmed that they had logged a complaint and this would be resolved by 28th september.

                                  - on 26th september i received an email from flipkart saying that the issue has been escalated and the product will be delivered to me by 29th september.

                                  - even now i am not able to track the shipment, nor anyone in flipkart is able to.

                                  - on 27th september i received a call from flipkart's backend team and the advisor on call confirmed that they cannot track the shipment and do not have any communication with their courier partner regarding the same. She requested me to cancel the order and place a new order as they cannot guaranty delivery of the product as they themselves are not sure if the product is in transit or not.

                                  - to this when i asked what about the discounts which were applied to my previous order she simply said they won't be applicable to the new order as the discounts were specifically during the sale.

                                  - when i asked her about any policy they have to serve the customer in such case she simply said there is no policy as such for this scenario. If you want you can wait or cancel the order.

                                  I am not sure which type of cutomer service is this.

                                  I want a resolution for this as soon as possible. Please is someone can at flipkart can help!

                                  Not expecting any response/help from flipkart, but then lets see! Miracles do happen ;)

                                  Dear Flipkart Team, My order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered for 2 mobiles and payment made through Bajaj Finserv. The order has been accepted and approved by Flipkart. Bajaj has already send emi details and emi will be starting and amount also blocked from my Bajaj Emi card limit.
                                  The mobiles has suppose to deliver today. The order showing under processing but it not happen. i called customer care they told we will escalate and concern team will call.

                                  After that 1 person called from Flipkart escalation Team he told you have to cancel the order since it not yet authorise. i ask him who has to authorise, he telling same thing u have to cancel and rebook. i clearly told i have made payment and got emi details. the payment has been received by flipkart or seller. Then he telling seller authorisation pending. I ordered on 24th. flipkart cant do anything u must cancel. i told u give credit coupon for equalent amount difference. since i bought for Big Billion day due to discounts.                                   kindly look into this and process my order and confirm.

                                  if you want i have call recording also.
                                  Same case here also...i ordered Lenovo p2 on 21st sept..nd exactly same thing happened with me..

                                    I have purchased a vu 127 cm (50 inch) ultra hd tv under order id od[protected] supposed to be delivered at kvaidianathan 302, suhaag residency, s g palya, lrde, c v raman nagar, bangaqlore 560093 on 26.9.2017.

                                    I received a message through my friend who had booked the order for me, that it will be delayed by 2 days and will be delivered on 28.9.2017.

                                    I am yet to know the fate of my tv.

                                      Flipkart cancel my order of lenovo k8 plus.. (Or stock not available). When product is not in stock. How can u take order for that and there no mention or order limit of product... So u canell my orderd... And i paid this product.. I[censored] dont have sufficient stock.. Show, sold out tag... I am going to clam fir (Consumer forum for that.. Cheat). When product not available so why they said big billian sle... Its not sale its cheat.. Fraud... They also take payment for mobile and hold for 4 days..

                                        I have ordered a headset.. This the whole scenario happened with me

                                        1) the delivery man told me to come to another landmark which is far from my home. Unlike when i called flipkart.. They just taken my complaint and no action has been taken against my complaint.

                                        2) unfortunately, i went to another locality. After receiving the product from the delivery person... It is totally damaged

                                        Kindly forward this complaint to flipkart as they are fooling customers
